This is to inform you that i want to raise a complain for axis bank, sarat bose road, kolkata, specially for the employee mr santosh (Mobile no:[protected]) due to no response for my follow up. Its almost 50 days or more (12/12/2017 or 13/12/2017) date of his visit for house call to update the account details of my mother - mrs naheed ahmed, age 59 years, savings account as she is a seni patient of severe arthritis & heart & sugar patient, so due to her health she can not walk or move so much. She also misplaced the debit card, cheque book & entire kit of her account, so i visited the axis bank, sarat bose road, kolkata & requested for house call. All the formalities were done for mobile no. Update & debit card, cheque book requisition & whatever documents mr santosh asked for we provided. Its almost 50 days but nothing has been done. Does it take so much time to process it??? Being a loyal customer of axis bank we are facing such adverse situtation, that even after several follow ups to mr santosh, no proceedings is done, he only miscommits that within 2-3 working days we will recieve the kit at registered address. At the time of opening new accounts they are in such a hurry but after sale service is so pathetic. This is the way to address an aged patients request??? Need an urgent reply please

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
On chasing the customer case SR no was issued, but there is no resolution is there for last one month. No call is being connected to customer care no as well.
