Sir, I made a part payment of RS. 1 Lakh from my axis bank to axis personal loan account on 23rd Jan 2018. My amount got credited on the same day

In spite of email them, I was finally asked on the third day i.e. on 26th Jan 2018, if I want to go for emi amount reduction or no. of emi reduction, for which I promptly responded over phone and thru email also

From the day my amount was debited, and till today i.e., 5th Feb 2018 I am harrassed with only messages saying its team is reviewing it.

And finally today I got a repayment schedule, giving the amount as received on today, . I had my monthly emi pmt on every 5th and after making this month payment thru ecs, the credit amount of RS. 1 Lakh was accepted as received

I am made to pay the full interest of the entire amt for this month not on the remaining principle

The bank has harassed me the last 15 days. And now finally they have done, what they felt it convenient. Then who is going to pay interest for my amount debited and held for 15 days with the bank

The banks are showing their super power to a common man.

Dear Sir, the amount of rs 1899 for one assist service was deducted from my account by your bank representative. My consent for the service was not taken and the amount was deducted instantly. Kindly refund the amount at your earliest.

    I made the settlement in june 2016 but still im receiving the statement shows that i have the outstanding amount around 950 rupees. I try to contact customer support executives but no use. Kindly solve the issue
    Card number - [protected]. It reflects in my cibil score. Due to this, i am facing problem in getting the offer in bank because of my cibil score. Kindly solve the issue as soon as possible.

    I recharged my jio number via upi payments system to address but recharge was unsuccessful. But the amount of ₹498 was deducted from my sbi bank account!

        On dated 03/02/2018 saturday at 5.53 pm.

        And transcation/refrence no of imps is[protected].
        Please return my money to my corporation bank account number.
        Please its a very humble request.
        Please help me. I belong from a middle class family.
        It is very high amount for me and my family. Please help.
        Hoping for a favourable reply.

          I harvinder singh uppal s/o ranjeet singh uppal. I am mailing you on the behalf of my father mr. Ranjeet singh.
          He is retired from ndmc. His pension account is in axis bank. A/c no. [protected].

          His account is freezed for rs. 34000 without any intimation. We visited nearest branch and they told that there is a court order through kangra bank. So they freezed the above said account. They showed the court order which says that 5000 per month should be debited from the a/c there is no such point in that order that allows bank to freeze the whole account. Then why such unprofessional activities are done by axis bank branch. Is there any rules that axis bank can freeze its customer's account without any intimation? Please provide..

          The loan from kangra bank is in dispute from 10 years and he has opened his axis bank account in 2017, moreover he does not owe any loan from axis bank.

          My father is a sugar patient and his wife is also suffering from various medical problems. He has to pay monthly house rent and various other expenses including medicines.. Because of this freeze of accounts he will not be able to get basic needs and medicines that are required to live. Now my parents are in tension and i am in fear that my parents who are senior citizens may got serious as they remain ill. Axis bank will be responsible for any further loss.

          The treatment of customers through axis bank is unprofessional and allows me to think twice from making future relations with this bank. I request you to remove this freeze as soon as possible.

          There is no issues with axis bank from my side as well as from your side. So i request you to take necessary action of removing account freeze as soon as possible.

          Look into this matter soon because my father will take a legal action against axis bank because of your negligence and not giving prior information or intimation regarding the customers account.

          I will be highly thankful to you for the necessary actions by you regarding this matter.

            Axis bank is a cheater and they took customer money of ipo. Their staff is so poor and illiterate people and don't know how to deal with client. F — k off with their services. Even manager is not trained and can't give proper respond. Don't put your money in axis bank ever. Even the customer care is so stupid and not able to solve any queries of clients.

              Hi, iam chandan recently i opened an salary account in axis bank and i got welcome kit to the person who completed this process told that, account will be activated within 7 working days, but almost 20 days over account not yet activated. I think why this axis bank process takes so long to activate an account even having latest technology. Pls fix this issue as soon as possible

                I did not make any request to change the number in the bank,
                However, the mobile number of my account has been changed. My registered mobile number was [protected] complaint, even after going to the branch, they said, go to your head branch, my salaries account. My customer id is[protected], please take proper action, i am getting very inconvenience.

                  As per the information mentioned on axis website, the average response time for a query/compliant mail is 10 days. But it's been more then 15 days that i haven't received any response (Not even the acknowledgement mail) to the complaint mail that i have sent.

                  This shows how irresponsible the management is, including the higher level officials.

                  Very pathetic customer service, i must say.

                      Respected sir/madam

                      This is to inform you that i want to raise a complain for axis bank, sarat bose road, kolkata, specially for the employee mr santosh (Mobile no:[protected]) due to no response for my follow up. Its almost 50 days or more (12/12/2017 or 13/12/2017) date of his visit for house call to update the account details of my mother - mrs naheed ahmed, age 59 years, savings account as she is a seni patient of severe arthritis & heart & sugar patient, so due to her health she can not walk or move so much. She also misplaced the debit card, cheque book & entire kit of her account, so i visited the axis bank, sarat bose road, kolkata & requested for house call. All the formalities were done for mobile no. Update & debit card, cheque book requisition & whatever documents mr santosh asked for we provided. Its almost 50 days but nothing has been done. Does it take so much time to process it??? Being a loyal customer of axis bank we are facing such adverse situtation, that even after several follow ups to mr santosh, no proceedings is done, he only miscommits that within 2-3 working days we will recieve the kit at registered address. At the time of opening new accounts they are in such a hurry but after sale service is so pathetic. This is the way to address an aged patients request??? Need an urgent reply please

                        I need to raise a complain against your axis bank customer care executive regarding credit card loan approved by miscommunication. I think its a very serious issue to follow up & as a result i have to pay more money this month for my credit bill. May be they said it will be adjustable in next month but why should i suffer by someone's mistake & i think you need to take a very serious step in this matter. I forgot his name but i think you people have all the customer's communication record, you can track easily. My credit card last four digit is..1517 & my name is amlan dey. Please do the needful.

                          It is very surprising that when we do recharge online banking we get otp code immediately but if you want to transfer your own money to someone we don't get otp code, and there is no proper number and e mail id working?? It is a shameful moment for top management who are simply sitting and monthly getting without getting customers satisfaction, and also for technical team running the axis bank.

                            On 01.02.2018, i initiated a transfer of rs. 31000/- through axis upi app.
                            My account debited but the transaction failed.

                            This amount is not returned to my andhra bank account.

                                Dear sir,
                                in the month of november 2017 my account has been converted from savings to salary account.till that date i was been paying the consolidated charges of rs 590 every month.but even after i changed my account to salary account the bank is deducting consolidated charges every month.when i changed my account to salary it should be automatically changed to zero balance account.
                                MONEY WERE BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR NOT MAINTAINING

                                  There is an employee named nitin working at your modinagar branch misbehaves with the customers. He asks for money even if i ask for my bank account details or either
                                  I don't have time for such things. My family had 5 savings account and 2 current account out of which i had to close 2 accounts due to this behaviour and bank was also charging a lot. The employees did not made me aware of the charges initially which means they misguided me. I request you to work on my complain else i have to close all my accounts in your bank.

                                    Description : I have recharge from MYJIO. Bank deducted the amount of 349.00 INR (at 09.51 am) but JIO Plan was not activated. Understood with Customer care of JIO, they told us that we dont have any recharge request. You will refund from Bank automatically OR Ask to the Bank for refund.

                                    It is my humble request you to refund the above amount as JIO did not get the same at that time.

                                      Without my permission two transactions was made on 31/01/2018.
                                      Transaction 1 == 250 USD(16610.94 INR)
                                      Transaction 2 == 500 USD(33221.89 INR)
                                      with merchant name IQOPTION.COM
                                      After i received the transaction SMS from axis bank, immediately i made a phone call to customer care and informed them . The people have decided that fraudulent transactions made on my card and helped to block the card.I am not sure how fraudulent transactions made on my card yet i followed the security rules which was advised by bank. Please be careful about this fraudulent transactions and if anyone meets the same issue and if you have any resolution to get rid of fraudulent transaction and let me know how to get refund from bank.

                                        I am Mahesh Hankare, I had a salary account in Axis bank (Account No. - [protected]).

                                        I left my company. Now the Axis account is converted into salary account to savings account (Negative charges) without any proper information through sms/email. I do check with the support services they are stating that we have the rules to convert without the information of the customers.

                                        I was really fed up when seeing the negative balance in the account.

                                        This is not the rules/ terms and conditions to cheat the customers to make money.

                                        I read the rbi rules and regulations.

                                        Rbi says without the proper intimations is not fair for the banks to make negative charges. They has the right to cut the services of banking.

                                        I request you to credit the amount deducted or cut my banking service.
