Respected sir/madam

This is to inform you that i want to raise a complain for axis bank, sarat bose road, kolkata, specially for the employee mr santosh (Mobile no:[protected]) due to no response for my follow up. Its almost 50 days or more (12/12/2017 or 13/12/2017) date of his visit for house call to update the account details of my mother - mrs naheed ahmed, age 59 years, savings account as she is a seni patient of severe arthritis & heart & sugar patient, so due to her health she can not walk or move so much. She also misplaced the debit card, cheque book & entire kit of her account, so i visited the axis bank, sarat bose road, kolkata & requested for house call. All the formalities were done for mobile no. Update & debit card, cheque book requisition & whatever documents mr santosh asked for we provided. Its almost 50 days but nothing has been done. Does it take so much time to process it??? Being a loyal customer of axis bank we are facing such adverse situtation, that even after several follow ups to mr santosh, no proceedings is done, he only miscommits that within 2-3 working days we will recieve the kit at registered address. At the time of opening new accounts they are in such a hurry but after sale service is so pathetic. This is the way to address an aged patients request??? Need an urgent reply please

    Dear sir,
    I need to raise a complain against your axis bank customer care executive regarding credit card loan approved by miscommunication. I think its a very serious issue to follow up & as a result i have to pay more money this month for my credit bill. May be they said it will be adjustable in next month but why should i suffer by someone's mistake & i think you need to take a very serious step in this matter. I forgot his name but i think you people have all the customer's communication record, you can track easily. My credit card last four digit is..1517 & my name is amlan dey. Please do the needful.

      It is very surprising that when we do recharge online banking we get otp code immediately but if you want to transfer your own money to someone we don't get otp code, and there is no proper number and e mail id working?? It is a shameful moment for top management who are simply sitting and monthly getting without getting customers satisfaction, and also for technical team running the axis bank.

        Dear sir,
        On 01.02.2018, i initiated a transfer of rs. 31000/- through axis upi app.
        My account debited but the transaction failed.
        Trn_id :[protected], time : 16:53:37, dt: 01/02/2018, contact number : [protected]
        This amount is not returned to my andhra bank account.
        I raised a query : query_id - [protected] / 01.02.2018
        Please look into it and arrange to return the amount.

            Dear sir,
            in the month of november 2017 my account has been converted from savings to salary account.till that date i was been paying the consolidated charges of rs 590 every month.but even after i changed my account to salary account the bank is deducting consolidated charges every month.when i changed my account to salary it should be automatically changed to zero balance account.
            MONEY WERE BEING DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT FOR NOT MAINTAINING
            MINIMUM BALANCE, EVEN AFTER I CHANGED MY ACCOUNT TO SALARY ACCOUNT.

              There is an employee named nitin working at your modinagar branch misbehaves with the customers. He asks for money even if i ask for my bank account details or either
              I don't have time for such things. My family had 5 savings account and 2 current account out of which i had to close 2 accounts due to this behaviour and bank was also charging a lot. The employees did not made me aware of the charges initially which means they misguided me. I request you to work on my complain else i have to close all my accounts in your bank.

                Description : I have recharge from MYJIO. Bank deducted the amount of 349.00 INR (at 09.51 am) but JIO Plan was not activated. Understood with Customer care of JIO, they told us that we dont have any recharge request. You will refund from Bank automatically OR Ask to the Bank for refund.

                It is my humble request you to refund the above amount as JIO did not get the same at that time.

                  Hello All,

                  Without my permission two transactions was made on 31/01/2018.
                  Transaction 1 == 250 USD(16610.94 INR)
                  Transaction 2 == 500 USD(33221.89 INR)
                  with merchant name IQOPTION.COM
                  After i received the transaction SMS from axis bank, immediately i made a phone call to customer care and informed them . The people have decided that fraudulent transactions made on my card and helped to block the card.I am not sure how fraudulent transactions made on my card yet i followed the security rules which was advised by bank. Please be careful about this fraudulent transactions and if anyone meets the same issue and if you have any resolution to get rid of fraudulent transaction and let me know how to get refund from bank.

                    Hello,

                    I am Mahesh Hankare, I had a salary account in Axis bank (Account No. - [protected]).

                    I left my company. Now the Axis account is converted into salary account to savings account (Negative charges) without any proper information through sms/email. I do check with the support services they are stating that we have the rules to convert without the information of the customers.

                    I was really fed up when seeing the negative balance in the account.

                    This is not the rules/ terms and conditions to cheat the customers to make money.

                    I read the rbi rules and regulations.

                    Rbi says without the proper intimations is not fair for the banks to make negative charges. They has the right to cut the services of banking.

                    I request you to credit the amount deducted or cut my banking service.

                      Dear axis team,

                      I am wring this email in regards to my axis bank titanium credit card debt payment. My name is niranjan shinde using axis bank credit card since 2 years.
                      My axis titanium credit card number is 4764 (Last 4 digit) and the payment due on this card is rs 26, 283.64.

                      This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under under a hard time in this recent months and there are lots o[censored]ps and down in my current job. I have been regular at paying my minimum dues from the past one year. Due to my unstable job and deteriorating financial condition i will not be able to pay my current dues. So i dont want 3rd party recovery agency coming to my doorstep and i don't want any trouble to be caused to my family members. We are already facing lot of problems. But we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                      I can able to give 20% of my debts. If agree to settle with this amount, i shall be clearing their dues within the next month end. More than 20% is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                      I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                      Please know that i have appreciated the patience and professionalism that your staff has given in this process, and that this correspondence has been sent. I am sincerely obliged to you for your help and corporation. Thank you.

                        i am request you please closed my due payment in my civil which are credit card due and cheque bounce. But i already paid two years ago. My A/c No - [protected]. in other side my lone for motor loan from tata finance i received clearance long time ago but still now it show my civil report in axis bank account. So i requested you please omit this, as per rules after payment all dues with in 50 day all flag are omitted from civil.
                        I talk to your bank manager 4 times about this matter no result, due to this i am bound to transaction in this account. so please help me early it is urgent for me.

                          While i understand that there are charges for non maintenance, i specifically subscribed to sms notifications to know how much is being deducted from my account for any transcaction. Since the last 7 months they have been deducting 500 rupees every month without a single intimation on email or phone regarding this. I feel highly violated.

                          On calling the customer service, i only got the same scripted reply "no sir yours is a metro account". I am well aware of that. My issue is that i was not being communicated regarding this. I wish to close my account now with axis bank! If it requires charges to be paid then i would rather let it run empty.

                            Hi Team,

                            I have Personal Loan with Axis Bank for 3lac. After making payment for a year I have changed my job and due to change of Job, Kotak Bank closed my salary account and My EMI for Axis started getting return.

                            I have visited several time to Axis Bank branch to change Bank account However no one responded properly. I started getting collection agent call for payment and I made payment them every month. Its been 2 years I have visited Branch, RAC center and wrote mail to Nodal desk as well. However no response till date. Instead they have charged heavy charges on Account and my CIBIL is also heavily impacted because of this.

                            Please need your urgent assistance on this case.

                              I have made one transaction with my debit card, which got cancelled and I got a cancel receipt for the same on 13th January 2018. But the amount was deducted from my account. So I contacted customer care and inform them for the same. Initially they told that it will be refunded within 7 working days, then within16 days from transaction. But still it has not been refunded and whenever I ask them for status, they say its in processing. I have other bank account and I have friends who has other bank account. It doesn't take this long if the transaction is cancelled. The amount should have been refunded and I am not getting a proper status for the same.

                                Sir,
                                This is with reference to above subject on 08 JUNE an total amount of Rs 8358 ( Eight thousand three hundred fifty eight) was debited from my SB account No - [protected] showing ECOM PUR PAYPAL in five different transitions without my knowledge. so I blocked my debit card on same day with Police FIR.

                                I approached the bank Authorities ( Mr Durgash Malhotra) of the concerned branch serval time for last 7 month but no action was taken till date.

                                Counting it as one most worst experience with Axis Bank. I also contacted axix bank customer care but no use. Please take necessary action against this will highly appreciated .

The below Axis Securities person has collected the document and taken 900 Rs through Paytm to sanction the loan amount through his senior.

                                  My credit card had been charged for some transaction which i had never initiated. At month end, i noticed this unusual amount charged to my account. I reported the fraud immediately to the customer care, upon which i was guided to block the card and submit incidence letter/form and copy of all pages of my passport. I duly complied and sent all the requisite documents vide e-mail dated 31.07.17. An investigation reference letter was assigned by the bank on 28.07.17. The number was 32781325. The amount had been temporarily credited back to my account. I received no communication from the bank since then and assumed the matter had been resolved.
                                  However, recently i received credit card bill indicating reversal of the amount, charging me for an expenditure i never initiated. I spoke to the customer care employee who reported that the investigation had been closed, denying receipt of any document from my side. I have proof in my mail box showing that the mail had been sent on 31.07.17. Moreover, at that time i was in communication with customer care who acknowledged the receipt of the documents on phone. Kindly, look into the matter with due urgency instead of harassing your customers.
                                  Also, i spoke to the grievance redressal cell of axis bank. The concerned officer showed the most casual attitude and insisted that i pay the amount. At the same time he also confessed that the investigation has not been completed yet.
                                  The amount involved is considerable sum (Rs. 25, 538.70) for me and the payment will cause serious setback to my finances.
                                  Please look into this matter and protect me from being wrongly billed of transaction i never initiated.

                                      Sir/ madam, i am extremely sorry to give this complaint regarding your poor service of the credit card,
                                      I was working in jay hotels & resorts in 2012 to 13 as manager, the company made a axis payroll card to receive my salary every month, i left my job from this jay resorts 5 years back, but i still maintain my pay roll card as my account, now after 5 years i have received a credit card which i have never applied nor i got my primary card, is shows its closed long time back, but i have received a payment of 426/- and due on 5th, when i lately checked the bank to do the cancellation at the axis bank, chennai, they gave me a toll free no [protected], when i dialed it never have options which has computerized voice, please give me the correct no to cancel my card,
