I hereby bring to your notice that inspite of giving a written communication from axis bank that i would not be charged any financial charges on payment of my full credit card balance on the specified date (Refer the attached snap of mail), i have been charged financial charges. Inspite of repeated requests to reverse the charges, i have been being billed each month for a card which was deactivated long ago. I don't find this fair from a reputed bank of yours. When in a great financial difficulty my account was frozen and made things very worse and now charging amount though had paid as demanded by axis bank
I would like to know what's the status of my request number[protected]. There is no response from the nodal officer. Inspite of repeated pleading the customer care executives give the response that i need to pay the financial charges which has accumulated over the period though there is not proper response from the bank to close this issue.
And now my saving account has been debit frozen when the matter is still under discussion.

    Hi yesterday i was enrolling course online in udemy app but that transaction got cancelled and amount is deducted from my axis bank account and that amount is not yet deposited into my account and this is the not the first time few months back while recharging mobile also some amount is deducted even though recharge is not done.

    I have attached the cancelled transaction mail.
    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have paid Rs 415 on 27/1/2018, 11 AM in [protected]@axisbank during train ticket booking. Fund has been transferred to [protected]@axisbank but no ticket was booked. Pls refund the amount. at the earliest. Pls respond to [protected]@gmail.com. I can be contacted at [protected].
    It is submitted that my debit card [protected] not working for online payment. Please unblock my debit card for online payment as soon as possible for resolve the matter.

      Whenever i make a part payment with axis bank through phone request, almost in three transaction i have to remind after a week to deduct from my principal amount. They are doing it intentionally. This time also they did the same. This time i have request no. 14046149. But rs. 50, 000 is not deducted from my loan principal amount. But already they have kept as additional amount in my home loan account. Last time i have talked with sanjay and mohmaad wasim through phone. They said it will be adjusted within 2 days as earlier request was not operated in fact the person has not put the earlier request on 11/1/2018. I think axis bank is most bogus bank for loan replayment. They are cheating with customers.
      Still 50, 000 was not reflected as part payment. Earlier also i face same problem with part payment of rs. 2, 50, 000/-. After a verbal fight they have credited. This was happed in 3/8/2017. They have credited rs.77 for what, no intimation in this regard. My home loan account number is phr[protected].

        Dear all,

        I hate axis bank services, i used axis card previous one year but i cant get any support from axis bank or customer care.

        Following problem i suffered in axis creadit card (Buzz).

        1) bank duducted gst amount on already paid gst product.
        2) during loan, bank told me only monthly principal & interest amount. They didnot share gst amount detail.
        3) very bad experience specially this bank. Bank told me i cant help you because i am not issuing your creadit card kindly talk with customer care... But customer care no. I found always busy... Issue remain same.
        4) i am not getting proper support from any one so i transfer my account to another axis bank. It takes two days as per message show in my axis application.
        But 5 days elapse account not transfered as well as whole amount hold by axis bank... And it shows zero balance.

        I like government banks because it takes too much time & they can't cheat with customer.

        If any axis bank autherourity person seen my no. Than kindly forward my no. Support my mobile no. Is [protected]/[protected]
        Because i am a private company office employee & i have much time to go ban

        I have taken personal loan 300000.The executive told me to 1percentage of processing fee and not take any other charges for your loan insurance also waiver for your loan.but now I getting after deduction 290000 only. And your executive collected to customer some money likely Rs.50 or RS.100 at the time of document submission.And one more thing executive are fraud. My loan number is PPR[protected].

          I have received a call from axis bank on 16.01.2018. I don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis bank visa platinum card ending with 0178. It has been noticed that rs 1899 was changed for that.

          Hence, it is requested to cancel the one assist subscription and refund the amount to my account. My relationship number is 3599267. Please cancel the one assist subscription and refund the amount

          Already 7 working days passed. But the amount was not refunded to my Axis account. How much more time you people need to refund the amount??

            This is to bring to your notice that axis bank has failed to node to the directives of our court ruling in barring unsolicited calls to people. I'm getting constant calls from various numbers of axis bank (Hyderbad backoffice) for loans, credit card services at odd hrs everyday 2 to 3 times to my landline number my parents are old aged and can't answer everyday to these calls. No proper response from customer care/local branches too. I am ready to close my account, but what is the guarantee that these calls will stop? Even after, so many complaints and follow-ups, back office operation seems to be least bothered.

              High interests, high payments, no proper customer response from the bank, indecent response.. Cutting the call while inquiring, wrost everywhere. Only these are the salient features of axis bank.

                      In this regard i have already posted my complaint on 23/12/2017 in this form (Id[protected]. I have submitted my scaned copy of kyc to axis bank cox town branch bangalore one week ago. But the bank has not activated my nri account which was frozen without any notice/alert and also i have not received any reply from the bank. Due to which my family is facing lot of financial problems, but the bank is not taking any action. Axis bank nri consumer service is very poor

                        Hi,

                        My mother, jharna das, is a customer of axis bank (A/c no [protected]), suri branch. We are facing fraudulent behavior on part of the staff of the said branch.

                        Incident 1: on the maturing of my mother's fixed deposit, she was asking about the interest rates of fd. A certain staff member led her to believe that he was investing her money in an fd with high interest rate and actually signed her up on a high risk equity driven mf. We all had to visit the branch and insist on the withdrawal of the same the next day. Only then it was withdrawn.

                        Incident 2: my mother went to the branch to link her adhaar card to her account. She was signed up for a credit card with automatic account debit feature on. And that too without her knowledge or consent.

                        Incident 3: my mother submitted application for the cancellation of the credit card. Nothing happened.

                        All these have been going on for months. My mother is not tech savvy and relies on bank staff for her transactions. All this happened in full knowledge of the branch manager and we are tired of seeking redressal. If this doesn't stop, we will be forced to move all our relationships to a different bank.

                          I have made imps transaction on 02/01/2018 for the amount rs 4400 from my axis account to indian bank account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                          I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

                            My debit card kept in branch since long time. I am ready to give my another official address of my services place. But branch sarangpur. Ahmedabad. Guj. Shreghantakarn mahavir commercial mkt. Pin 380022. Employee mrs bhumikaben refuse to deliver my debit card with misbehaving words. My services time is 9.00 am to 5.00 pm. So in-between time i can not remain present at home. My name is dr deepak s mehta.

                              Hi,
                              I was applied for credit card in axis bank. I'm was get confirmation message from bank deliver your credit card will deliver from blue dart service but blue dart service agent not delivered to me when i saw in blue dart tracking parcel portal then it is show receiver[me] not available but i did't get any call from blue dart service agent.
                              I received only one message from blue dart service agent.
                              Regarding this i called to axis bank support team they are not listen my complaint even they are not given to me proper response and put my call again and again hold, after some time i tried to your help line number but it is not connect with my phone when i tried different number they told me you called only from your register number but how can i called they are block my number or any other issue.
                              Whenever i tried call it will automatically disconnect.

                                Dear sir/madam,
                                As usual today i started my day with purchasing household items with my wife to the nearest supermarket in our vicinity. Soon after purchase i submitted my axis bank priority debit card, but unfortunately the cashier told me it has been blocked, then i tried next again it has reflected the same message.in the meantime cashier told me you resolve your query till that time i will take the other customers. I was in a pathetic situation from there itself i had called my priorty manager, he has given another shock by saying my saving accout has been blocked/freezed for loan amount unpaid of 2017 and for the same i had to call loan department and personally visit to the branch also but i informed him the same has been closed in 2015. Soon after that he has connected to me the ops. Head of panjim branch. She listen to my whole communication and inform me the same will mail to them and convey the status of the same today itself.
                                Now the question is why the branch has neither communicated nor mailed me anything on this even though i am so called priority customer of your branch/bank.
                                If the same has been informed earlier then i was not being ashamed in front of supermarket cashier & customers.
                                Soon after concluding my conversation with ops. Head of panjim goa branch, i called up phone banking loan department of axis bank, after furnishing all information they came to a conclusion that both the loan account got closed in 2015 and simultaneously they informed me to be untouched with retail banking department.
                                I need the same has to be resolved today itself without further delay.

                                  Hi, few weeks back. Your sales department called me and offer me my zone credit card. That day she told me the limit of cc is 1.5 lac. After that your representative came my office and collect my necessary documents. Last week i received cc massage. When i logged my axis bank application. I saw there my cc limit show me it's only 40k. How it's possible. Help me out for the situation.

                                      I have requested to reactivate my dorment ac [protected] on 11th jan and it is today no action has been taken on that so far. Two days ago i enquired on other branch and they said that i have request for the deactivation and not for the activation. I visited the branch three time consecutive and they have no answer but just wanted me to wait.
                                      For your info i have given my docs at sg highway branch ahmedabad gujarat.
                                      One. More issue with the contact number of same branch never been answered and i have travel 22 kms from my place to just enquire if the ac has any updates. Also from the same number i had recieved call few days ago [protected]

                                        Rs: 43.11 amount has been debited from my a/c without my permission.
                                        In the info it says info: tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt160118/
                                        I called axis customer care they said it's for the purchase i made on 16 jan 2018. I purchased something online on 16 jan 2018 and suddenly i have been charged for a tip on 24 jan 2018. Why charging extra now for a purchase?
