On 11.08.2017 suddenly i received an sms from axis stating that myr 4 & myr 399.99 (2 times) was spent on my card & within no time i get a call from your customer support ([protected]) by the name chinaya asking for whether have i done the above transactions, i had immediately informed him that i have not done any transaction as such & refused to accept the same & he in return informed me that the card had been used with the above amount & then he had requested for an immediate blocking of the card for which i had immediately given a consent to block the card for which i received an sms stating that the card has been blocked, during further discussions with mr. Chinaya your customer support executive had informed me to go to the nearest axis bank branch & fill up a customer dispute form & if i hold passport all the pages of the passport to be given & after which the amount shall be reversed back.

I submitted all the documents like passport, id proofs etc, but even after 6 months the reversal has not been done. They keep harassing me to make the payments. I get a call on my landline, mobile phone everyday and they speak to me in a way that i am not making payments to them on purpose. I have requested them to come down to my place and sort the issue once and for all, but no one is bothered to even take an initiative.

I shall be forced to take a legal step against axis bank credit card if this issue is not sorted out immediately.
Also i will take it on public forum to show the number of mails and calls which axis bank is sending to show the harassment, so that more people do not get fooled by your credit card schemes.

Sir, today morning I just withdrawn amount of 10000 from Central bank of india ATM in repalle. I did not get the money from the ATM but I got the message from the bank that amount being withdrawn.please give me the solution for the failed transaction and how could I get that money

    I am niladri pal a savings a/c holder under burdwan bhangakuthi branch. I have opened this a/c last month. But online payment not done through debit card. Last saturday i went bhangakuthi branch but no progress about this. My registered mobile no. Is update in branch and also update through axis atm machine. But i can't access my online payment through axis bank debit card.
    On line payment is very urgently required now a days. So try to solve my problem as early as possible. The issussing charge is 500 for 1 st year for debit card and i can't make any online payment. What is this? Why i can suffer this typical type problem???

      Here I would like to inform you 17/01/2018 at 11.15 Pm 933.76 rupees spent on my credit card. But I did not do this transaction. Why the charges has been credited from my card.
      I am applied for personal loan in your bank branch in Pilani. I have submitted all docs on 23 rd december. Your representative are committed to me my loan disbursed before 5 th January. Still my payment is pending...Why???

        I am very much disappointed with the service from axis bank. I have made a imps transaction on 13/12/2017 for the amount rs 1, 23000 from my axis bank account to sbi account. The amount has been debited from my account however the beneficiary has not been credited. The transaction is in the suspect status. I earnestly request to resolve the problem asap.

        I applied for basic saving account to minimum account 12/01/2018.but not yet changed.i am getting irritated if you do like this iwant to close my account.worst customer service from axis
        Without my knowledge an amount of RS.1399 was deducted from my account in axis bank towards one assistant service and relationship number was also given as 3290063, which is not correct.
        I am not interested. Please arrange to cancel the same and refund RS.1399/- to me and credit the same in my account immediately.

          On[protected] i have done two transactions on portal https://online.sai.org.in(shirdhi sai trust) an total amount of rs.1220 (Each transaction of rs.610) while finishing the transaction i got an payment error. The money has been debited from my account. On[protected] i have received an mail from [protected]@sai.org.in that money has been credited into my account. But the money hasn't been credited back.

          Below i have provided the snapshots of the mail i have received which contains the bank transaction id, acknowledgment no and transaction date for the two transactions i have done.

          Please resolve this issue quickly.

            Dec 28th i made online recharge payment of rs.922.13 that was unsuccessful but amount debited. Called axis customer care more than 10 times but no use. I contacted paytm even they not received my amount it seems. I need my amount back. Don't know who's mistake either paytm or axis bank or gateway.. I tried my level best to contact each all r giving different answer. But understand a thing i trusted all service axis paytm but u people not even responding and taking care of customer satisfaction on this time. Check history how much time i called it's waste of money each time i lost 4 rs. Really disappointed. I promise if this solution not resolved i will change my account and won't be an axis bank customer for ever. Its going to be nearly 1 month struggling on this.

                Hi i hold an account in axis bank, koramangala branch, bangalore.
                Recently i had issued a cheque to my vendor of rs17100, but the amount debited was 47100rs.
                When i visited the branch ops head of the branch was not at al sympathetic.
                Rather chose to ask me to run around the banks of diff branches. How es this valid.
                When the mistake is from the bank... It es the banks responsible to rectify. This behaviour from axis bank ops manager is not accepted

                  I have received calls from axis bank collection agency for the past two days & they keep harassing me like a beggar. I have recorded each and every conversation of the call received. I want to explain my current situation and negotiate my payment but then want the money instantly. The way am handled in the call looks like they hell at a dog. The same thing continues i might forced to update the recordings in social media and raise a formal complaint against the back. I want someone to fix and the same representative should call me and apologized for her language

                    Hi team,
                    I am very disappointed for the awful services received from the bank and for the false assurance.
                    I was charged incorrectly for consecutive two months. I called up customer service for the first month and asked them about the charges they explained me about the charges and reverted the amount for the credit card as it was a system glich and advised to talk to the banking team for the reversal of amount in savings account. I was assured i won’t be charged going forward for the same thing and everything is sorted now. I had spoken with manger naming david.
                    Again the same thing has happened i was charged for the same amount with the same explanation. I called up again to customer service to discuss the issue and the call went up to escalation manager naming prem kumar, after the conversation with him he asked for two days of time to get in touch with the bank and revert regarding the same. Then when i received the call i was explained about it and advised to contact the branch for the issue as they are liable for any kind of incorrect reversal of charges. When i spoke to the deputy manager naming rinni she advised me to talk to them again and tell them to raise a request for the same. I had received a service request number
                    :37876130. I spoke to prem kumar and he updated the ticked number that what he can do as told by him, and as discussed informed him to keep the complain open till it is resolved and he promised to callback for the follow up, no callback received from the deputy manager of the branch as promised and escalation team regarding the same. There is no internal communication within each departments of the bank. I was asked to several people and be the mediator for the each things. Kindly help.

                      My name is jagdev singh. Yesterday I received a call regarding protection of my debit card . They misguided me and without my permission, without any OTP
                      1899 rs debited from my account with relationship no. 3612943. Please cancel this policy and refund my money . I have very bad experience with axis . Also they gave me a customer care number which is totally useless. I tried to contact with officials, even they ignored my request by giving the reason that we are not responsible regarding any call.                           I have tried to withdraw the amount of 10, 000 from Axis bank ATM on December 31, 2017 but there was no dispense of amount from machine, not even the machine asked CODE for processing the payment.The machine flickered and returned to original position But the message received amount debited. The same thing happens twice and machine not even dispensed the amount. i.e I have got debit of 20, 000.

                          Kindly look into the matter

                            Dear sir this is loan agreement defective and incomplete requested to squash till date 10 months over it is not happen so please requested to squash the illegal ppr loan agreement and justice
                            I will submit you customer copy as proof on demoed other wise you will get axis bank loan banking center along with statements
                            Past 4 years i am regular customer 10 months before i got bank offer so old account is pre closed great loss in interest

                                Dear All,

                                I have account in Axis Bank and Home loan in Axis Bank only, I have given ECS also. Suddenly Axis Bank blocked my account on 9-Jan-2018 the day before the Home loan processing 10-Jan-2018 and asked me to submit the KYC.

                                I have updated my Aadhar online in Dec-2017 and it was successfull.

                                I approached the bank and told that I have updated aadhar in Dec-2017. The bank manager unbloked my account and the home loan amount was deducted.

                                Now the Home loan department asking to pay Rs. 590 extra for delay, why should I pay Rs 590/- for no fault from my side.

                                I am planning to file the case in consumer court for the following reasons

                                1- Axis bank not informed me before blocking my Axis Bank Account

                                2. Axis Bank Home loan department was calling atleast five time a day and it was disturbed me a lot during my office hours.

                                3. Axis Bank Home department never shared the details of Home loan after processing, even they didn't reduced the interest and never informed about the Interest rate conversion etc., until I approached them and asked about why they are not reducing the interest rate.

                                In last 4 years I paid in time the loan amount no late payment.

                                So, Finally I decided to file a case against Axis Bank in consumer court and would like to ask for compensation atleast 10 lakhs for blocking my account and asking to pay extra Rs 590/- and for calling and disturbed me a lot during my office hours for not my fault.

                                  I have received a call from axis bank today.
                                  I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card ending with 2927. It has been noticed that the money already been charged rs. I 1899 for the same and the it was said that service was free of cost.
                                  Then this charges are been caused to me.
                                  Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account asap.
                                  I am waiting for confirmation of deactivation of this service and also refund the money rs 1899.

                                  And then when i got a notification my balance was deducted by rs. 1899

                                    The transactions done 18 jan 2017 @11:52 pm of amounts rs 2 and 4718.82 are unauthorised, not done by me, its fraudulent transaction, card was in possession with me.

                                    I have blocked credit card, raised request to set these transactions as disputed.

                                    However to proceed further on the same, i need to send the dispute form, incident letter, passport electronic copies.

                                    I did not receive dispute form documents and also where it needs to be sent.

                                    Its been 3 times i have called customer service to send the dispute forms to [protected]@gmail.com/ [protected]@hotmail.com and where to send the these documents physically/electronically. Sent mail from axis bank site. Did not receive any mail so far. Customer service is been pathetic.

                                    There is no quick turnaround how fraudulent transactions by banks. Also do not understand why international transactions are allowed without otp?

                                    Already been a day is lost, i have send these docs in 6 days (I assume 6 working days).

                                    Please share the details on next course of action form me along with required forms to email id : [protected]@gmail.com/ [protected]@hotmail.com. Waiting for your quick response.

                                      I have approached an axis bank branch in srinagar colony, hyderabad to open an sb account for my son on 11.01.2018 and submitted all documents to their satisfaction. Today on 18.01.2018, they have informed me, that they cannot open the account since pan number was not available. I have informed the same on 11.01.2018, but they sai we can submit form 60. Hopeless bank with hopeless staff. I have even given a cheque for rs. 60, 000/- to open the new sb account. They have not even bothered to contact me, until i visited the branch.in a time, when sb accounts can be opened online, i have approached axis bank, since my wife also holds an account with axis bank. They have smashed my sentiment. Now, i will open an account with hdfc bank for my son. I will never recomment anyone to axis bank.
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      I had paid at the petrol pump through debit card and after two days some amount has been reduced from my axis account written as TIPS/SCG/POS in the statement. How could this transaction happened without my knowledge.
