On 11.08.2017 suddenly i received an sms from axis stating that myr 4 & myr 399.99 (2 times) was spent on my card & within no time i get a call from your customer support ([protected]) by the name chinaya asking for whether have i done the above transactions, i had immediately informed him that i have not done any transaction as such & refused to accept the same & he in return informed me that the card had been used with the above amount & then he had requested for an immediate blocking of the card for which i had immediately given a consent to block the card for which i received an sms stating that the card has been blocked, during further discussions with mr. Chinaya your customer support executive had informed me to go to the nearest axis bank branch & fill up a customer dispute form & if i hold passport all the pages of the passport to be given & after which the amount shall be reversed back.
I submitted all the documents like passport, id proofs etc, but even after 6 months the reversal has not been done. They keep harassing me to make the payments. I get a call on my landline, mobile phone everyday and they speak to me in a way that i am not making payments to them on purpose. I have requested them to come down to my place and sort the issue once and for all, but no one is bothered to even take an initiative.
I shall be forced to take a legal step against axis bank credit card if this issue is not sorted out immediately.
Also i will take it on public forum to show the number of mails and calls which axis bank is sending to show the harassment, so that more people do not get fooled by your credit card schemes.
