. I have given an complaint about failed amount transaction.. Stil the amount was not refunded to my account.. Wat is the status about my compliant.. When will it get resolved

      I have saving account in axis bank kurla (W) branch. Last week i was trying to transfer the funds to my husband account in axis bank but it is failed.

      I have checked with my home branch they have told me my account has been freeze as my pan card number is not updated. I provided my pan card copy as well as filled one form but still my account is freeze.

      I checked on netbanking its showing your kyc details up to date then how could bank freeze my account.

      If we dont get solution in this case. My husband and i will close both our account from axis bank.

        To whom so ever it may concern,

        I had plans to buy a flat from veddant group and had approached axis bank, sb road branch for the loan. Akshay was the executive in assisting me with the procedures. Unfortunately i could not go ahead with the plan and had to drop it. Meanwhile akshay advised me to give a positive response to the guys who had come for the verification and he assured me that the "loan processing amount" would not be deducted until and unless the loan amount doesn't get credited to my loan a/c. But to my surprise, something else happened.

        On 6th october 17', rs.5900 was deducted from my account against the cheque no. 222139 stating deduction against "loan processing". I immediately gave a call to akshay and expressed my concern. To that he mentioned that there was some "miscommunication" and assured me the amount would be credited back within a month max. I waited. Its 3 months now and i have not heard anything on this. Neither akshay nor his supervisor shailesh is replying to my calls/messages.

        This is really an unfair practice from the bank. Why are false promises made to the customers just to get the business. I am looking forward for a positive response and expecting my issue be solved at the earliest. Below are their details.

          I am a customer of axis bank, new delhi and for months i am abroad for my studies. My bank account has been freezed for want of kyc form and i am being asked to submit documents in person. This is not possible as i cannot make a trip to india just to submit kyc form.

          I am suffering in a foreign country as i cannot get my own money transferred from my own account.

          Several emails written to branch or operations head and they do not care to answer. It is the fifth day today.

          If i die of hunger due to lack of money in this foreign land, would axis bank like to take the blame.

            I have saving account in axis bank adajan branch since 2008 on 14thdec'17 they didnt issue payment on my running sip of bslmf, for that i lodged complain in branch and online sr no[protected], but they didnt solve it.
            Also on 2/1/18 they send me sms regarding new rules of saving account and stop my transaction after saying that ur transcation limit over and ur account freez.
            When i visited at adajan branch, on 11/1/18 their person mr keyur and miss vaietha didnt able to solve it since 15thdec'17

            After repeated visite to Adajan Branch, meet Miss Vaietha and Mr Keyur they didnt able to solve problem of why on 14th Dec'17 SIP reject by Bank? Also why bank change rule for saving account without informing to customer?

              I have done recharge of 399 for jio from the axis pay upi app on 3rd january at 8:16 pm
              My money is debited but the recharge is not recieved yet jio told that they have not recieved any amount on that transaction id
              N here axis bank says that your recharge had done successfully we cant help you. They both are saying ask to other. And no one is accepting their fault so plz help me to get my money back there's a large complaint on axis pay upi for transaction they cheated all o[censored]s

                I am avinash rahane, nashik. I am an account holder of axis bank and took car loan.

                Today on 12th jan 2018 your representative called me to maintain balance and inform that the
                Ecs of september, octomber & november 2017 were bounced.

                I should know this in the september 2017 itself. Why so delay to intimate in the month of january 2018?
                I have complaint against no intimation of bouncing ecs and so the unnecessary penalty charges of 590.
                It also show my bank account record as not good.

                Request to look in to matter and carelessness and the penalty charges applied

                      In axis bank of adhichini branch, new delhi (110017), one staff mr rakesh opened account by making customer fool by saying that he opened his account in zero balance. When i go to bank they say ur account is not opened at zero balance. My balance is deducted from account on 16/dec/2017. From that day mr rakesh ignoriny calls and bank staff was also on his side. Plz take an action against him

                        I have home loans from lichfl, which emi deduct from axis bank on 10 th every month (Through nach).
                        I have arrange my sufficient fund on 10.01.18 at 9.00 hrs. But my nachs has been dishonored. I ask same with customer care of axis bank he didn't satisfactory replied. As per bank statement the nah has been click on 00. Hrs of date. My complain is why the time not considered on 24.00 hrs of date.
                        I have an emi of rs. 15654/- and date of emi is 10th, due to some reason i couldn't arrange the same amount at 09th, but at 10th i deposited my emi amount just opening bank hrs. Than why bank should not wait till last moment of 10th.
                        Kindly look on this matter, and instruct bank as well loan authorities to revert my penalty

                            Dear sir,

                            This is in reference to our home loan account phr[protected], started 5 yrs back. As we were planning to transfer our loan to another bank, we request axis bank to provide us "loan statement" and copy of "list of document" on 3rd jan 2018 at ahmedabad home loan office.

                            We only requested for loan statement and list of document so that we can apply for loan in other bank, the guy sitting at ahmedabad home loan department of axis bank asked us for some otp saying the that it is part of formality for "request".

                            Now after 7 days we are informed that our home loan is closed and we will charged rs 392/ day till we pay full amount of remain amount.

                            We just requested for "loan statement" and "list of documents" than why our home loan is closed??

                              I have salary account in axis bank solapur branch, Maharashtra since 2016. Since last one week I am not able to make any payments, transfer funds or withdraw money from my account either through net banking, mobile banking or through ATM. The reason shown for the same is "transaction has failed because beneficiary account is frozen" (screenshot attached). You are therefore requested to look into the matter and resolve the issue as I am facing lots of inconvenience and financial issues.

                                This complaint against mr deepak oberoi sm axis bank ltd dehradun. He is very abusive and torture his employee very badly. He transfered here from other city, reason he mentally tortured a female employee by sending unnessary text after offically office hours. Many sales executive gave resigination beacuse of his bad behaviour. I don’t know why these well reputed bank hired this kind of manager.

                                      Dear Sir,

                                      I had made online payment for the 4rth quarter tuition fee for Natasha Panda having Loyola School, Bhubaneswar whose School No. is 28/2010 for Rs, 7535.9/ on 05.01.2018 through your bank online portal(Easy Pay Axis bank) from my SBI SB account. For this I had received a confirmation SMS from Axix bank whose unique reference number is 34806752 after debiting the amount from my SB account of SBI. Screenshot of SMS is attached for your reference please.

                                      But this is not getting reflected in the online payment status in school site.

                                      I would request to confirm of the receipt.
