To whom so ever it may concern,
I had plans to buy a flat from veddant group and had approached axis bank, sb road branch for the loan. Akshay was the executive in assisting me with the procedures. Unfortunately i could not go ahead with the plan and had to drop it. Meanwhile akshay advised me to give a positive response to the guys who had come for the verification and he assured me that the "loan processing amount" would not be deducted until and unless the loan amount doesn't get credited to my loan a/c. But to my surprise, something else happened.
On 6th october 17', rs.5900 was deducted from my account against the cheque no. 222139 stating deduction against "loan processing". I immediately gave a call to akshay and expressed my concern. To that he mentioned that there was some "miscommunication" and assured me the amount would be credited back within a month max. I waited. Its 3 months now and i have not heard anything on this. Neither akshay nor his supervisor shailesh is replying to my calls/messages.
This is really an unfair practice from the bank. Why are false promises made to the customers just to get the business. I am looking forward for a positive response and expecting my issue be solved at the earliest. Below are their details.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
. I have given an complaint about failed amount transaction.. Stil the amount was not refunded to my account.. Wat is the status about my compliant.. When will it get resolved
