The representative tried calling him many times no response

When to branch two times, no response. They also detect 5000+ from my account, also not giving any status.

I want my money back, without processing anything or replying anything

    Kind attention axis team,

    This is really regret and shameful for axis persons that you guys have no concern about the problems which is facing by middle class person like me.
    Day by day you just make your bank tcheat with the people and found out the ways how to make the money by making fool to the customers.
    First of all you hire the customer care people very illiterate who even dont know what information should be given to the customer.
    I can not impress my frustration that you people trying to make the fool only.
    Few days back i tried to make the online payment and then suddenly it shows that your account has been frozen/blocked. I tried to make the call in customer care the the guy told me that from 31st dec onward from basic account you can do only 3 transaction in a month. For multiple transaction you have to convert in your with the account in which you have to maintain minimum rs 10000/- balance. My total salary is 25000/ month. And whole responsibility of family is on me. How can i maintain 10000 per month in mu account?
    After that i asked him other alternative. He said please convert your account in to salary account. I asked how? He said you can do it from phone banking also. I tried many time the procedure he told me but there is no function in insta service for account conversion. After that i again called in customer care. A girl pickup phn and she said "madam there is no option in phone for account conversion."apki jisse baat hui hogi usko jankari nhi hogi". Till that time i spend 45 rs in both calls. But ultimately no solution.
    Last night in phone banking my account shows 0 balance even the total balance in mu account is rs. 25000/-so i called in customer care in the night but after 15 minute of hold no one pickup my call and my 11 rs deduct from my phone.
    Today again i called in customer care and asked the person why showing 0 balance in my account after account transfer from ghaziabad to kashipur. Then he said"madam please delete the app from your mobile and register again"i follow the same guideline but still balance show"0". Then again i called in custmer care then the girl told me" madam no need to reinstall the app, there is a app refresh option in phone app please do that. Your balance will be shown. And again said "us bande ko p[ta nhi hoga"
    Can you tell me is my money is for you for such kind of nonsense response from customer care."you people should be shameful"you are making fool and cheat with the middle class people like me" you are making money with long call hold on customer care and by replying with wrong information to the customer. So that we have to call you again and again and you are making the money.. You are doing core fraud with the customers nothing else.
    You are now become the worst bank whose main motive is not providing the services even making the money from us by making fool. I would never suggest to anyone to open the account in your bank. You are the big cheater, now your main motive is how to create trouble for middle class customer.
    I have to transfer the fee of my brother but unfortunately due to your fraud i can not transfer the amount in this month. And bear the penalty of 15 days because of you sudden changes without any intimation.

      Yesterday on[protected], @19:21 i transferred rs 30, 000 successfully through my other axis saving a/c through my other debit card. After above transaction, i try to withdraw rs16000/- through above referred debit card from above account. Atm machine operated successfully but money could not received. I waited @ 5min but money did not come out from atm. Afterword atm m/c stopped & rebooting taken place. I have waited for half an hour but money didn't received. I have checked balance through mini statement at svmit bharuch main atm. Money was already deducted. I again try with the same card after one hour at patel super market atm & able to withrew rs500 successfully.

      Please short out the above issue & deposit rs16000/- at the earliest please.

      Sir, I have received call from axis bank for debit card verification. after verification 1899 Rs debited from my account without my permission or OTP. i wont need any assistant from you. please deactivate that service and refund money. otherwise i will deactivate my axis bank account.

        I have a salary account on your bank a/c no.- [protected] .I have been frustrated to your Charges.Your bank has deducted 151 Rs charges per month from last two months as the name of consolidate charges .
        I think your bank is doing fraud with me so I want refund my amount within 24 hrs.otherwise I will go on Consumer court and make a fraud case against to Axis bank..

            Dear sir,
            with due respect I would like to say that I am a subscriber of Axis bank at kalyani
            Central Park branch. This account holder name was Mr.Prosenjit Roy and his account no is
            [protected].

            I inform you sir that On 6th of this month I went to deposit the money of 1300/- rupees with
            deposit slip in Axis Bank at kalyani Central Park branch. When I entered the bank and then I
            deposited 1300 rupees in the bank counter. She has given to me by stamping the bank stamp in
            the counter slip.

            Also I inform you that On 10th of this month When I print the bank passbook then I see that
            1300 rupees was not be credited in my Axis bank account no. After Some time I am calling in
            kalyani central park branch from 10th January to till now. These no are[protected]/75/76.
            But anyone can't receive my call. After some time I have called the nodal officer Mr.Dibyendu
            Banerjee but he can't receive my call. These no is[protected].

            Can I get my money of 1300/- rupees right now.

            If you think that I am lying Then you can check video footage.

            I complaint against the branch manager .If you do not solve till now today then I will close
            my bank account and I will satisfy that Axis bank is a fraud bank.

                Hello sir,

                I saw money has been deducting from my axis bank account even though i have maintained minimum balance in my account.

                Below are the deducted amount status:
                Consolidated account charges:
                On 16th dec-2017: 1
                Consolidated charge: 68.42inr
                Gst : 30.32
                On 11 - nov-2017:
                Consolidated charge: 500 inr
                Gst:90 inr
                So total amount deducted is : 788.56 inr.
                Can you please help me how to overcome this money deduction problem? Please help.

                Before november around 5000 inr has been deducted from my account for not maintaining balance. After november even though i have maintained minimum balance, money has is deducting from my account. I have asked axis bank manager (I have email too), but did not get any help till now. Customer care also not supporting me in this issue. So planning to seek your help. Kindly help me.

                  A amount of ₹413 has been deducted from account, the cheque returned due to some genuine reason. As the party received cash and didn’t agree to return cheque back. I also contacted with axis bank about stop payment. This is very disappointing. As bank refused to stop payment and i had to do it. Still charged me. Please refunded back my amount that has been deducted.

                    I need confirmation on following point regarding my home loan with axis bank. Loan details are as following

                    Approval no. Axis bank ph_lnphg_shubh_aarambh_444_bre/7509833/rac-delhi rac/17-18

                    Please confirm on following points (Reply on each point one by one)
                    Is part prepayment permitted after 1 emi deduction in this loan? Can user can make part payment any time after 1 emi deduction without any time period limit (Like 48 months)?
                    In part prepayment there are no hidden charges as well no hidden time period clause like 48 months?
                    Can user close loan any time, either in 5 year or 10 year any time with prepayment option?
                    As discussed processing fee should be zero? No processing fee for this loan.?
                    As discussed file willgo pradhan mantri yojna for interest subsidy
                    My emi will be calculated as confimred loan amount of 2880000 rs by ajaypal. Interest rate is 8.35
                    @note please make an confirmation on each point as soon as possible, i am attaching some jpg which shows some confusion that we can't do prepayment before 48 months, so please clarify each and every point. After getting the confirmation i will process for next step to taking the home loan

                          My name is bharti negi n had an axis credit card earlier due to some reason i could not make few payment and now i have been getting calls from agencies and they are claiming calling from axis bank and abusing me n threatening me n calling my friends and family members. I am a heart patient and so pissed off with such calls. I am getting call from[protected].

                          If something happen to me then the reaponsbility would be of axis bank.

                          Also i want to know if i can take any legal action against this bank for mental harrasent.

                                I have saving account in axis bank kurla (W) branch. Last week i was trying to transfer the funds to my husband account in axis bank but it is failed.

                                I have checked with my home branch they have told me my account has been freeze as my pan card number is not updated. I provided my pan card copy as well as filled one form but still my account is freeze.

                                I checked on netbanking its showing your kyc details up to date then how could bank freeze my account.

                                If we dont get solution in this case. My husband and i will close both our account from axis bank.

                                  To whom so ever it may concern,

                                  I had plans to buy a flat from veddant group and had approached axis bank, sb road branch for the loan. Akshay was the executive in assisting me with the procedures. Unfortunately i could not go ahead with the plan and had to drop it. Meanwhile akshay advised me to give a positive response to the guys who had come for the verification and he assured me that the "loan processing amount" would not be deducted until and unless the loan amount doesn't get credited to my loan a/c. But to my surprise, something else happened.

                                  On 6th october 17', rs.5900 was deducted from my account against the cheque no. 222139 stating deduction against "loan processing". I immediately gave a call to akshay and expressed my concern. To that he mentioned that there was some "miscommunication" and assured me the amount would be credited back within a month max. I waited. Its 3 months now and i have not heard anything on this. Neither akshay nor his supervisor shailesh is replying to my calls/messages.

                                  This is really an unfair practice from the bank. Why are false promises made to the customers just to get the business. I am looking forward for a positive response and expecting my issue be solved at the earliest. Below are their details.

                                    I am a customer of axis bank, new delhi and for months i am abroad for my studies. My bank account has been freezed for want of kyc form and i am being asked to submit documents in person. This is not possible as i cannot make a trip to india just to submit kyc form.

                                    I am suffering in a foreign country as i cannot get my own money transferred from my own account.

                                    Several emails written to branch or operations head and they do not care to answer. It is the fifth day today.

                                    If i die of hunger due to lack of money in this foreign land, would axis bank like to take the blame.

                                      I have saving account in axis bank adajan branch since 2008 on 14thdec'17 they didnt issue payment on my running sip of bslmf, for that i lodged complain in branch and online sr no[protected], but they didnt solve it.
                                      Also on 2/1/18 they send me sms regarding new rules of saving account and stop my transaction after saying that ur transcation limit over and ur account freez.
                                      When i visited at adajan branch, on 11/1/18 their person mr keyur and miss vaietha didnt able to solve it since 15thdec'17
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      After repeated visite to Adajan Branch, meet Miss Vaietha and Mr Keyur they didnt able to solve problem of why on 14th Dec'17 SIP reject by Bank? Also why bank change rule for saving account without informing to customer?
