I have been an axis bank customer for 6 years now and i have been using net banking facility in the past. For the past two years i have been having a lot of problems from the bank. Recently i was overseas and had to make an online transaction in terms of rupees and hence used the net banking which it is there for. And once again the window stalled on the transfer tab showing me the message as shown in the screenshots. My account number is [protected]. My name is shivang pathak. I have dealt with this problem with two different branches in the same city, madan mahal and shastri bridge branches. Both of them are the worse example of how to operate a bank. Out of context, no organisation in either branch, bank should be closed as the management is so stupid and unorganized. People roam about here and there. Work ethic is too bad in these branches. Ok, now coming to the story, i went with this problem 2 years ago at shastri bridge branch and they fixed it, not to forget that it got automatically turned off because of their problems whatsoever. It got fixed and then this thing happened again. I went to the madan mahal branch as the shastri bridge branch is the worst example of a bank any one can imagine., a govt bank can be deemed better as compared to this branch. So, at the madan mahal branch on 5th jan 2018 i went and spoke to one of the person in the bank. She was not even able to tell me what has happened and was telling me to call customer care to rectify this... Hello, i am a custmer, you are the bank, if i need to call the customer service when i am sitting in front of you then what's the point of your existence? Telling that showed their competence and they asked me to fill a form to activate the service again. Did that, told that it will take 48 hours at max to activate it again, the net banking service, and i am here typing this complain today because they didn't rectify anything. They also said "why do you need to do it on desktop when you can use net banking on mobile". Hello, you stupid good for nothing under qualified pretentious name for a bank, before mobile there was a desktop, and what i can do and what not is not your concern, your concern is to provide me with a facility that was promised, i cant do neft transfers, and why should i use mobile, i will use internet banking on a desktop which feels more secure, who the hell are you to tell me to use my mobile for transaction, just because you are incompetent to solve my problem? Axis bank, there is no access for anything at this good for nothing branches in these city. These guys have made me think about closing my bank account at such an irresponsible bank.
