My self shilpa satish mane, resident of agashi, virar west had put up a balance housing loan transfer application with axis bank home loan branch. Virar and had the worst experience of the banking.

This is to complain about the fraudulent cheating happened to me by axis bank home loan branch, gokul building, 1st floor agashi road, virar west. I had personally visited the branch on 15th sept 2017 to avail the benefit of shubharam offer. As offer was about to end within next 2 days, i took special leave to complete the procedure.
Mr. Vishnu, axis bank home loan branch’s executive attended us (Me & my mr.), he gave me the form and asked me to fill in, whereas it was his duty to take complete information from me and fill up in his own writing but he was throughout busy over his phone as he wanted to catch one big volume client at miraroad and wanted to rush there. Highly negligence with the customer.
I gave the whole set of documents immediately and completed the procedure. I had taken a special off from my duty as i wanted to apply for that shubharam offer and get the benefit of loan transferred.
Later on, i enquired with him on 19th sept 2017 about what happened about the process then he said he would be putting it into the portal.
Since my first visit till next 10 days, there was no revert from his end. When i again enquired on 25th sept 17 then he informed me that sanction letter has released but did not give me any physical copy of sanction letter which was not given almost 2 months till the whole procedure gets over.
These people have deducted certain equitable mortage and sur charges 0.2% of loan amount which has to be debited before the disbursement, which is not yet refunded back even after 2 months.
Plus almost rs. 3000 in cash including the money which is taken by mr. Vishnu for removing jumbo xerox, stamp paper, franking cost, who will bear it all. I want back my whole amount including all the expenses and these cheaters should be taught a lesson for spoiling customer’s precious time and grabbing money.

As per mr. Vishnu, he had cleared rest whole procedure and after deducting this amount they asked me to invest into property insurance & life insurance which i was actually having of dhfl which i could have just transferred in the name of axis as per the procedure. But these people are so greedy and the system is so corrupt, they keep client in dark and remove their cards slowly as the procedure comes to end. When your money is already stuck with them, they start demanding additional insurances which are not needed, when i raised this matter to his seniors, even they started raising their hands. These people play very dirty politics and least bothered for customers.

The information which was needed to share before entering into the procedure was purposely hidden and when you raise voice against it and tell them that we will take up this matter ahead, they started playing dirty games. The process which was at the stage of disbursement started removing queries into it and the legal, technical which was earlier cleared started stating loopholes into it, whereas i had given axis bank home loan referral no. Of one of the other flat owner of my society where these things were pretty cleared. The stupid queries started raising with the landlord and builder which never has arisen in other occupants cases whereas in our society all nationalised bank, such as bank of baroda, canara bank, hdfc bank, axis bank (Itself), bank of maharashtra and many more have already sanctioned the loan to the society flat members.
My question is if you people were not clear with your technical and legal queries, in that case, then how can you deduct em (Equitable mortgage), surcharges admin charges of my loan sanction amount which was just a one step before the loan disbursement from my account.

These people have fraudulently cheated me plus debited my amount as stated above, which is not yet refund also. Will you give it back along with the interest?

I request you all to see how the whole completed procedure turned when you question them about their wrong practices and turn the scenario.

    Dear sir, here with i have raising the complaints regarding my salary pf account ([protected]) regarding that my salary of has credited in my account. After i trying to access it shown that unauthorized access. And also its linked up with my inoperative accounting like previous history like unhappy with axis regards, and kyc pending status. Updates aadhar in online, while the accounts not been opened why bank has sending welcome letter and credit information and all, after blocking access of my saving account. Its violence of banks. Axis bank fraud bank, axis bank employees pay with customer life, my account no.[protected], malleshwram 227 branch account regards nagaraja

    I just deposited money in my wife's account, and after 30mins she didnt receive money in her account. i am constantly calling customer care number as well as branch in new ranip area Ahmedabad. But no one is responding. for some emergency work she urgently needs it. and they frauds are not responding

      Hi,

      I initiated a transaction 19th dec of rs. 6k the transaction status is still suspect, the amount is still not credited back in my account neither is credited to the account in which transaction was initiated.

      Please let me know the transaction status and let me know when will the refund be initiated

      The one assist service was activated without my knwldge and an amount of rs.1899 was deducted from my account.i did n't need this service.when i contact the ond assist service, they told that refund is not possible.please do Deactivate the one assist service and refund the amount(rs.1899/-) as soon as possible.

        My name is sweety sumit ohal. I applied for 1 lakh, personal loan in axis personal loan dept, shivaji nagar pune on 2/1/2018, sales manager name kurnal kale, executive name deepak. I called executive after two days, he said me that he will revert me after 2 hr but no response,

        Now they said application is rejected, even my company is listed in axis, my credit score is above 780, my salary is above 17500/-, even i don't have any other obligation. Even my all needed documents are correct. Even i'm working in same company from more then 17months
        I not got any verification calls nothing. But then also they are rejecting the loans. Now, axis bank is saying that they cannot do my personal login process because there is some spelling mistakes in my company name in there axis personal loan login systems, then why? You approached me for personal loan, as well as your personal loan phone banking executive said that, my company is listed in cat-d so i can submit my documents to personal loan executive and they fixed my appointment with there personal loan executive for further process.
        Now even i said them that i am is ready to give a name correction letter on company, s letter head, with authorized stamps& signatures by hr & companies management.

        So please dont appy the loan in axis

          Im sivaraman. R and my a/c no.[protected]. Im sumitting mutual fund application on 03.11.2017 at axis bank tambaram branch (Ifsc: utib0000426).

          The branch assistant manager mr. Ram operation-cso contact no. [protected] and email. Id - ram. Ri guide and advised for the mutul fund details. Then im applied for mutul fund in axis bank tambram brach.

          Rs.25000 debited in my account on 16.11.2017 for mutul fund. But till dated mutul fund amound not showing in my bank details. After amound debit no response from branch manager. And till date no folio number created for my mutul fund. So, im visited so many time to tambaram branch for this issue. The bank asst. Manager mr. Ram no respond for this issue and no picking my call also. Very worst activity from the branch. Amound debited image attached for your further reference.

          I want my amound rs.25000. Pls take it up most urgent issue and solve the same. Then refund the amound to my account immidiatley.

            I have been an axis bank customer for 6 years now and i have been using net banking facility in the past. For the past two years i have been having a lot of problems from the bank. Recently i was overseas and had to make an online transaction in terms of rupees and hence used the net banking which it is there for. And once again the window stalled on the transfer tab showing me the message as shown in the screenshots. My account number is [protected]. My name is shivang pathak. I have dealt with this problem with two different branches in the same city, madan mahal and shastri bridge branches. Both of them are the worse example of how to operate a bank. Out of context, no organisation in either branch, bank should be closed as the management is so stupid and unorganized. People roam about here and there. Work ethic is too bad in these branches. Ok, now coming to the story, i went with this problem 2 years ago at shastri bridge branch and they fixed it, not to forget that it got automatically turned off because of their problems whatsoever. It got fixed and then this thing happened again. I went to the madan mahal branch as the shastri bridge branch is the worst example of a bank any one can imagine., a govt bank can be deemed better as compared to this branch. So, at the madan mahal branch on 5th jan 2018 i went and spoke to one of the person in the bank. She was not even able to tell me what has happened and was telling me to call customer care to rectify this... Hello, i am a custmer, you are the bank, if i need to call the customer service when i am sitting in front of you then what's the point of your existence? Telling that showed their competence and they asked me to fill a form to activate the service again. Did that, told that it will take 48 hours at max to activate it again, the net banking service, and i am here typing this complain today because they didn't rectify anything. They also said "why do you need to do it on desktop when you can use net banking on mobile". Hello, you stupid good for nothing under qualified pretentious name for a bank, before mobile there was a desktop, and what i can do and what not is not your concern, your concern is to provide me with a facility that was promised, i cant do neft transfers, and why should i use mobile, i will use internet banking on a desktop which feels more secure, who the hell are you to tell me to use my mobile for transaction, just because you are incompetent to solve my problem? Axis bank, there is no access for anything at this good for nothing branches in these city. These guys have made me think about closing my bank account at such an irresponsible bank.

            There is no customer support e mail ID of the Axis bank .The one which is shown on site is not correct and nails always fail on the same .If you don't go through first step of mail above on mail ID, you cannot complaint to nodal officer and thus effectively no complaint can be lodged .The toll free customer care numbers are of no use as they keep you busy in asking you to press 1, 2_3. etc without any result .Even if instructions to press a particular number is followed, the reply is that you have not pressed the number .There is no general customer care executive with whom one can interact about his problem and if by chance there is somebody on other side, you are asked to press other number after deciding the language .The ultimate result is that there is no mechanism to solve any problem of yours and all the numbers and e mails are not of any use .The relationship managers assigned to account holders speak to you if they want you to do some investment, but otherwise are not available to solve or guide to solve the problem .Somebody should look into system of entertaining complaints for various things in the bank and should make sure that on calling, the call is taken by a common customer care executive and then transferred to respective /concerned executive for solving the problem as otherwise there is no solution of any problem .

              I am using a credit card with axis bank. It is approaching expiry, but without issuing a new card, they deactivated my existing card without any prior notice (Or) sms.

              When i contacted their customer service, they are saying we are not responsible for this and it's entirely up to the sole discretion of bank.

              When i contacted my service branch, they are also not taking any responsibilities on this issues.

              It is really a bad service (Even worst services) from axis bank india.

                I received a call from axis bank yesterday. They told me this is for. Card protection.. I'm just a student, eventhough i said i have minimum balance with out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. My relationship no.:3530013. Please refund as soon as possible. It is not much required for me now. Please do as i need.

                Please deactivate and refund asap.

                        I am pankaj for national bulk handlingh corporation pvt. Ltd and i would like to to inform you that yesterday night 9.00 pm our officer mr. Beant singh called me and told us that mr. Amrinder singh (R. M, mohan ke uttar at jalalabad, punjab) is doing misbehave with me and abused me over phone. After that i had call to mr. Amrinder singh and try to know reason for this happened but he misbehave with me also. And threatened his of severe consequences also and he was talking rudely in threatening with officer. At that times he abused to officer and threatened his of harsh consequences.

                        This is very serious matter, please take strict action.

                          Mr sudipto kumar simani said my account number is going to change
                          No problem sir everything will be fine
                          But he try to make me fool to open a new account in his branch
                          I refused and i request him to join my wife name in my account number [protected]
                          Then he said ok it will take two day 27 of december 2017

                          But till now day i come to park circus branch now he is saying that it will done by 20th of january 2018

                          Request to axis bank to take action on this matter

                            We have opened only saving account not any thing.in this month on date
                            11.11.17 you have debited rs 332.02 (Consolated dp charge).

                            We visited branch for this charges, they inform us this chagres for
                            Demate account.
                            We inform them that we have not opened any demate account how it
                            Opened, there is no reply from that side and inform us please fill
                            The form of closing of demate account.
                            Another day we visited branch manager inform us for this matter. We
                            Have asked to show you the demate account form which is filled by us
                            Than they inform us, we will arrange to show within 3 days. But after
                            35 days we visit the bank they can not show us the form of demate
                            Account.
                            I already informed to nodal officer and company secretary of axis bank (Before a week ago) but still today i can not get any positive reply.

                              My name is mr. Venkat a m and i am employee of kems forgings ltd, unit-2 attibele indle area and i am working as sr. Hr executive, we have saving accounts in axis bank and i got axis credit card and with out any purchase i have received 6, 127/- out standing payment and also they have freezed my saving account also (Saving account no-[protected]) than
                              Immediately i was visited to my nearest branch office electronic city and they have suggested me that i should clear the payment than only your account freeze can be removed after that as per axis branch manager instructions i have been to btm axis branch office on[protected] and i made payment through cash amount of rs. 6, 127 and my credit card no - [protected].

                              After the payment branch employee was communicated with in 4 working days your account will be activated but still they have not removed the freeze same problem is continued and since from 3 months i am unable to do the any transaction and nor withdraw the money and i am depending on my monthly salary only and i have one small kid also and i can't manage life without money and i have tried so many to customer care but i does't get any help from customer care so finally iam sending my requesting with you please try sortout my problem

                                I have applied for credit card of axis bank in the month of october, 2017 and after collection of documents it was informed to me by axis bank "worli naka", mumbai branch that the application was rejected due to low credit score and some pending loans and advised me to review my credit score report. Thereafter i have ordered my credit report from a well known credit agency "experian" and on perusal of the report it was observed that 2 agriculture loans of rs. 10, 000/- each has been erroneously uploaded by axis bank against my pan no. Because of which the credit score is showing low. I have asked axis bank to provide me with the reasonable solution as to why such bogus loan has been uploaded against my pan but responded very carelessly and asked me to visit axis liability branch. I want axis bank to rectify the same at earliest as it is damaging my credit worthiness.

                                  My axis bank credit cardno:[protected] privilege master card.
                                  Iast month statement to this card is minimum payment was 11000 rupees, which was paid as 16000 rupees.
                                  I astronished with a shock i received a message mentioned to pay the amount is 28000 rupees as a ooominimumpayment for this month.
                                  I don't know why this message
                                  Sent to me without having proper calculation and clarification.

                                  I can't pay 28000 rupees since the calculationand clarification is not proper

                                  Kindly give correct message to me.

I applied for 1 lakh, personal loan in axis personal loan dept, shivaji nagar pune on 2/1/2018, sales manager name kurnal kale, executive name deepak. I called executive after two days, he said me that he will revert me after 2 hr but no response,

                                    Now they said application is rejected, even my company is listed in axis, my credit score is above 780, my salary is above 17500/-, even i don't have...

                                    I am sourav gayen.
                                    This is in reference to the illegal and fraudulent transactions in my account [protected], the matter is that today i have got a message that rs. 941.87 is debited from my account.
                                    I want you to look into it and refund the amount deducted illegally.
                                    You must do it as soon as possible failing which i shall not only escalate the matter higher but also take legal steps to ensure safety. I shall also highlight this "illegal deduction of money" on social media so that people are aware about axis bank 's way of poor service.

                                      Hi team,

                                      This is in reference to my personal loan from axis bank (Ppr[protected] about four years back. Due to some unavoidable personal circumstances i could not pay some of the emi's and decided to settle the amount.

                                      The final settlement amount was agreed at rs. 16000 via final settlement letter reference number axisb[protected]/21809 dated 8th july 2016.

                                      I paid the amount in cash to the authorized agent on 29/07/2016 via receipt number 1307666.

                                      However, it's been over 1.5 years, still i have not received the noc for the same as promised and the account still shows as active in cibil which is affecting my cibil score.

                                      I was promised that i would receive the noc within one month after the full and final settlement is done.

                                      Would request you to kindly look into it and provide the noc at the earliest and update my cibil as settled.

                                      I have raised the concern to their grievance redressal, but did not receive any response.

                                      This is in reference to my personal loan from axis bank PPR[protected] . Due to some personal circumstances i could not pay some of the emis. on 30th Nov 2018 i payed all the dues and closed my loan.

                                      I paid all the dues, penality charges and cibil amount submitted in the bank

                                      they promised that i would receive the noc within one month after the loan closure. since 2 weeks no one is responding my call and emails
