Refund for canceled ticket

I have booked ticket in irctc through axis bank (Payment gateway). The ticket was canceled and the irctc has refunded the amount to axis bank which is not still reflected on my canara bank accounts. The following is the refund id for the tickets

    This is channabasava swamy i have a current account in your branch
    Sindhnur branch my account number is *42908991 i am operating from since two years. 22/07/2017 in the month of july i have bal of 595/- rupees and suddenly they deducted 595+1393=1988/- i went and asked them two three times they are saying server down, manger is on leave and finaly they said this one time charge but afterwards they are charging monthly 1048
    22/7/2017 bal = 595
    24/7/2017 bal = -1988.14
    20/9/2017 bal = -3073.14
    15/10/2017 bal = -4158.14
    12/11/2017 bal= -5243.14
    17/12/2017= -6328.14
    Now my account bal is -6328 but they are saying monthly minimum charge is 250/- still no one respond properly do something sir

      Hi,

      Today 1.67 INR debited from my salary account. Transaction details:-
      TIPS/SCG/POS/VIBER\2 FILIOU ZAN/DT.25-SE

      Now in 25th September, 2017 1.68 INR has been credited to my same account.

      I really want know about the transaction with details. Like why it has been charged to me.

      I already suffered with fraud transactions. through I received my money back in to my account. But I really want to know about the transaction. Please do response asap.

        Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt. If i ask customer care they say if i use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. You guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

        If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this.

        I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

          I have received a message on December 17 against my credit card application reference no. 9952484 has been declined. I have already a salary account in adyar, chennai axis bank branch.   Replace all

            How can u ppl deduct rs. 274 from my savings account saying consolidate charges of november despite me not using d atm for about a while now. Rs. 274 is nearly 300 it's a big amount for middle class ppl n u ppl are deducting it so easily widout any clarification. I request u to refund my amount back as this is not at all acceptable, i vil jus close my account in ur bank for such reasons

                I have been charged for 2 debit cards while i am using only 1 card. My account number is [protected]. The complaint reference number is 36441827.
                The customer care did not give me satisfactory answer or details about the card for which i have been charged. It is like a loot. I am disappointed with such service and response. I would request you to please look into this issue.

                  Worst customer service. I had made a visa transfer on dec 14, 2017 against my visa credit card bill. Today is dec 18, 2017 and yet the amount not reached my visa credit card. On other banks, i could do the neft and it gets reflected next day. Axis bank do not allow neft for visa credit cards and charges a hefty rs. 25 per transfer and still do not provide the service quckly. 4 days on and still no transfer, which is not acceptable. The due date of the bill is now reached.

                  Now, i tried to contact customer care of axis bank to know the status of the transfer & i could not get to customer care. The number provided on website do not let me talk to customer care. The email form on the website provide does not work. The remote banking number provided to me keep on saying busy for last 45 minutes. The customer care service just do not exists!

                  Is the axis bank management looing into the service you are providing. Your service is now pathetic.

                      I am pradeep ku jena i have a saving account at axis bank, jajpur road, ifsc code utib0000501 above one year but now a days due to some financial problem i cant afford minimum balance in account so i had give them 3 times application for close account but they didn't close, 3 times i was give consolated charges abd tax 250 per month, i was forested for this service urs, so plz close the account very soon as possible, account no [protected]

                          Dear sir,

                          I am having a axis bank credit card which outstanding is 322000/- i am paying on regular intervals the minimum payment, but from last 3 months i have a funds shortage, i skip 2 payments, than the harassment started, they called for payment regularly i inform them the reason for delay payment, but they are not listen they called every 20 mins interval, they send persons to my family and harass them with abusive language. I also inform them that if any possibility to pay by emi than convert into personal loan, they are not accepting this.

                          So please let me know what can i do

                            250 + 45 consolidation charges deducted from my salary account without any messeges and what is for charges? Axis bank is debited many times this types of charges, this time 250+45 rs

                            My car loan amount is deducted of 13021 on[protected] at around 8 pm and bank has fined me 500+90 rs due to insufficient balance and due date was[protected]. this is very unprofessional from axis bank as every time banks charges their customer and people can not do anything as banks says it is goveronment rule and our policy. this is purely a dectetorship from goveronment and banks this is purely a robbery form banks to people, as vijay mallya has done fraud of 9000cr. with banks and this is banks mistakes why should common people pay for this?

                                  Today i have transferred 5k to my axis account (Office) from my indian bank account (Saving). Axis bank deducted 3k as consolidated charges & 540 rs for gst. I don't have a clue y the hell they deducted 3500 from account just for maintanance. I'm really pissed off by their banking services. I want to file a complaint for looting my money like this as consolidated charges.

                                    I have a salary account in axis bank, in vikash khand branch, lucknow. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account, but noting is linked with my sb account.

                                    I am going to close the account asap.

                                    I request indian complaint register form to take necessary action if possible

                                      My a/c in the branch axis bank ltd,

                                      Sec-14 gurgaon (Haryana)

                                      Sub : inquiry regarding withdrawal of rs. 10300/- from my salary a/c & revert the amount to me

                                      A/c no. [protected] name of a/c holder : rajkumar

                                      Dear sir,

                                      1. The above salary a/c was opened by me in the month of nov 17. I was issued kit on the spot in havells india ltd. Faridabad. At the issuance of kit, the following items were issued to me.

                                      A) a cheque book

                                      B) debit card no. [protected] (Photocopy attached)

                                      2. My salary for the month of nov 17 rs. 11308/-came in bank on 07 dec 17. On 08 dec 17, i went to axis bank atm in sec-29, faridabad and i withdraw rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) with the debit card no. [protected].

                                      3. Again, on 15 dec 17, when i went to withdraw the money, my above card was shown as blocked by the computer.

                                      4.in the both instances, there was nobody with me on the atm machine and i was only doing the transaction. So there are no chances of getting change of debit card or fraud by some one.

                                      5. Then, i went to axis bank branch located in sec-29, faridabad with cheque book to withdraw the money. There i was informed by bank clerk that the balance in my a/c is only rs. 8/- and rest all has been withdrawan by someone from delhi. I immediately contacted customer care and told the full story. They asked me my debit card number and told that the card which i am holding is nit belongs to me. I tried to convince them but to no avail.

                                      6. Sir, i am very poor person and my family is totally depends on me. I am not in a condition to bear this lose because my entire family depends on me.

                                      In view of the above, i request that :

                                      (A) necessary inquiry may be done as to whom has withdrawn my money.

                                      (B) kindly check why debit card no. [protected] issued to me is not matching my a/c. Here i want to say that i have neither lost, misplaced or replaced my card with any one.

                                      (C) request you to kindly get revert my money i. E rs. 10300/- at the earliest possible.
