Today i have transferred 5k to my axis account (Office) from my indian bank account (Saving). Axis bank deducted 3k as consolidated charges & 540 rs for gst. I don't have a clue y the hell they deducted 3500 from account just for maintanance. I'm really pissed off by their banking services. I want to file a complaint for looting my money like this as consolidated charges.

    Hi,

    I have a salary account in axis bank, in vikash khand branch, lucknow. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account, but noting is linked with my sb account.

    I am going to close the account asap.

    I request indian complaint register form to take necessary action if possible

      My a/c in the branch axis bank ltd,

      Sec-14 gurgaon (Haryana)

      Sub : inquiry regarding withdrawal of rs. 10300/- from my salary a/c & revert the amount to me

      A/c no. [protected] name of a/c holder : rajkumar

      Dear sir,

      1. The above salary a/c was opened by me in the month of nov 17. I was issued kit on the spot in havells india ltd. Faridabad. At the issuance of kit, the following items were issued to me.

      A) a cheque book

      B) debit card no. [protected] (Photocopy attached)

      2. My salary for the month of nov 17 rs. 11308/-came in bank on 07 dec 17. On 08 dec 17, i went to axis bank atm in sec-29, faridabad and i withdraw rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) with the debit card no. [protected].

      3. Again, on 15 dec 17, when i went to withdraw the money, my above card was shown as blocked by the computer.

      4.in the both instances, there was nobody with me on the atm machine and i was only doing the transaction. So there are no chances of getting change of debit card or fraud by some one.

      5. Then, i went to axis bank branch located in sec-29, faridabad with cheque book to withdraw the money. There i was informed by bank clerk that the balance in my a/c is only rs. 8/- and rest all has been withdrawan by someone from delhi. I immediately contacted customer care and told the full story. They asked me my debit card number and told that the card which i am holding is nit belongs to me. I tried to convince them but to no avail.

      6. Sir, i am very poor person and my family is totally depends on me. I am not in a condition to bear this lose because my entire family depends on me.

      In view of the above, i request that :

      (A) necessary inquiry may be done as to whom has withdrawn my money.

      (B) kindly check why debit card no. [protected] issued to me is not matching my a/c. Here i want to say that i have neither lost, misplaced or replaced my card with any one.

      (C) request you to kindly get revert my money i. E rs. 10300/- at the earliest possible.

        I open an instant account on 11.12.2017 customer id[protected] a/c no [protected], but till now showing my mobile no invalid when i try to register net banking and also no deposit & withdrawal message. I'm facing much problem about this. The branch says regularly "we trying wait few times" but till now no response from their end.

          It is regarding my application 7429691for axis bank credit card. Where my documents has been collected and after that ni response for next 10days. Suddenly i got a message your application is declined, after checking with support they gave me silly reason, sir your office address is out of service for axis bank. I am located in hub of it city, outer ring road and how this is possible your bank didn't cover this location, your executive went to my office and collected the details as well. However if there is something related to my address, you guys should have checked with me, my giving this foolish response you unnecessarily degraded my cibil score, which is not acceptable at any point.

            I have done imps today of rs.1, 00, 000 from my axis bank account to corporation bank.
            The amount has been debited but not credited in beneficiary's account. And in transaction status its showing as suspect, money is required very very urgently, please resolve it immediately. I am very much worried, please resolve it urgently.

              I have been associated with your bank since last year and have been treated well but since the time mr. Aakas pratap singh.
              I am facing certain issues. His rude and arrogant behavior has forced me to written official letter against him. I visited the bank on friday and i request for deposit cash availavilty for mr. Avinandan. I was shocked to receive a rude reply from him starting mr avinandan would abviously be in his cabin.
              I have same kind of reply from all employee on many occasions and would request to you kindly provide mr avinandan training and ethical and basic manners. Please take appropriate action on the same or i would consider moving to different bank as i will difinately not tolerate insult again.

                  Status showing :suspect
                  Date of transaction : 13-dec-2017 around 6.30pm
                  Money debited from account immediately but not credited to beneficiary.
                  If could not credit to beneficiary revert the transaction. Holding money for more than 36 hours is not acceptable.

                    On behalf of my father, i called to axis bank customer care regarding unnecessary "debit interest".

                    Credit card ending with 9656, bill generated on 12th december with unnecessary debit interest 1962.50 rupees and gst 353.25.

                    On dec-1st i paid my total due amount of november month statement.

                    And customer care executives are not responding properly, they are disconnecting my calls. I called from my number-[protected]

                    Here is the details of that executive — "murthy" had discussion at 2:25 pm on[protected]They can check that person full details with above)

                    For second time i waited 23 minutes to connect with executive but no use, my 23 rupees got wasted. Who will give that.

                    I dropped an email to [protected]@axisbank.com, i got reply as "sorry we are unable to reply to your email as we have recently migrated our systems. Please call us or write to us from axisbank.com/support."

                    Every month they are giving headaches to customers.

                    This is my experience, in last month, they generated statement with duplicate transactions of 20000, after long discussions, they reverted that amount.

                        I have made a tatkal booking on 23rd november and it was not confirmed and got cancelled automatically. It has been 20days but i didnot get any refund till now. Normally it will be refunded within 1week but this time i did not get. Not only for it is problem with my friend too. I am not sure why this happens. I have done payment using mobikwik option in irctc with my card details. I have checked in that mobikwik account only money is not credited. Can you please help me out on this refund.                         Don't know wheather it is problem with irctc or axis. Please initiate the process and respond fastly

                          I got a call from a certain lakshmi subramanyam from the number +91 [protected] on 13th december 2017 and she claimed to be from axis bank credit card marketing department. She offered to convert my reward points with new credit card into cash and want to link my existing card and made me pay rs. 7997/-. To the merchant 'karttoshop_epaykerela' and told the equivalent amount of my reward points would be credited to my account within 48 hours.

                          But today also that fraud team is telling it will credit to your account.

                          Kindly consider it genuinely and our cybercrime department should help us with the solution and innocent people should be benefited.

                          What surprised me the most is these guys are aware of the last payment i made and my approx. Current outstanding amount. I am not sure how this confidential information is leaked to these fraud people.

                          Hence, kindly investigate this serious matter and do the needful. For me this amount is huge. I can not pay the amount which i didn't spend. I want my money back.

Also wrote an email to nodal officer and pno of axis bank. Still the amount is not resolved neither they have correct solution to my query. I am fed up of following up with them. This query stands unresolved for more than 30 days.

                              I have submitted documents and 5k cheque for creation of "sukanya samruddhi" account with axis bank in the month of september 2017. I received notification about account creation and welcome kit in november.
                              I yet to receive welcome kit. I visited branch office and asked for the same. I have posted 3 online complaints about the same. But still haven't received any communication from axis bank regarding status of my request or details about my account.

                              I don't know where my money was invested and the details about the account created by them.

                                I received a phone call from axis bank yesterday at morning. I am not activate any service. I don't request to activate any service from you. But wallet service is activated in my account. I do know for this.
                                This information is i call a one assist toll free number at evening and i received a details and i know the information at last time.
                                So please one assist team help me & deactivate this service and refund my money. Please help me respected one assist team. My mobile no is [protected]...

                                  Its about my wife, due to her boss pressure she have to unnecessary sit at bank late night. We are staying far from bank and for her or any working female travel lonely without any safety, invitation for any bad incident.

                                  There is in check in time but no check out time. If anything happen to her or any female working with axis and sitting late only satisfying the ego of boss, who will be the responsible.

                                  I request you kindly leave all working female on time and made it mandatory otherwise i will take major action.

                                  Amount of Rs. 5397 has been deducted twice from my account on 25/11/2017 with merchant marks n spencer. I had sent mails but still my money is not credited back. Kindly resolve this issue asap.

                                  I had also filled the dispute form and sent to axis bank customer care. I dont know why it is taking so much of time to credit my amount back.

                                    Team, do you really exist on this planet. Niether your toll free working, nor your email is working. You have still not updated the new email account where customers can reach you nor you have stopped your habit of cheating people. I have received the credit card kit on 10.12.2017
                                    But the shocking for me is upon logging into net banking i saw, a due amount of rs.295/- which i owe to axis bank. Why is it. The agent said that the card is free of cost and first year service charge is free but you have billed rs. 295 already.
                                    I swiped the card for rs.2600 only for the first time on 11.12.2017. Now total amount is showing as rs.[protected]+295). This 295 is unnecessary deduction made. Upon asking repetitively with your agent and salesperson of this credit card department, they said free card but annual charges will apply after second year from the date of issue.
                                    Why should i pay rs.295 which i have not used it.
                                    If this is some unusual or routine practice from your end, i am sorry i don't want to use this card. I will close this credit card account which seems useless. I can go for better service provider who doesn't even charges any annual charges nor and joining fees. I don't want these kind shockers any more.
                                    Hope you do the needful with the crediting back rs.295 into my account. Now after repetitive try to reach your customer care agent to solve the issue and every time i hear that lady asking me to wait (Ivr response), decided to surrender this damn credit card. I truly not interested in using this card. A damn pathetic service in the banking industry of india.

                                      I am writing this complaint about issue by transaction through bhim application, i have credited (10000 + 10000) in my friend account through bhim application, money deducted from my account, and showing pending transaction but my friend dint get money, i have called around 15 times in one day to bhim application customer care, no one is answering (I think think there are manpower issue) also called in axis bank, they told this (Bhim) application is third party application, we are not responsible for issue.

                                        I got a call from axis, offering me loan, i accepted the loan as the offer 1.55 lakh at 13.99% interest rate. The required document were a copy of my adhar, pan number and a photograph.
                                        Axis later decides and ask for other details like my family information, salary slip which i have already fw them. Later they said the interest rate is changed to 14.99% and they needed my salary statement which dates one year back.

                                        First of all for the pre approved loan i was only asked few documents, now asking for more why...

                                        I have call recordings of the loan offer conversations and everything.

                                        After all this i was called 4 - 5 times this month offering me the same deal. Today when i called and checked they have rejected my loan, for seeing the nature i agreed to take the loan, now i'm in need of money and i feel like a this to be miss guiding as like a dog.

                                        Offer something and then don't give it, this is embarrassing for me.
