My a/c in the branch axis bank ltd,
Sec-14 gurgaon (Haryana)
Sub : inquiry regarding withdrawal of rs. 10300/- from my salary a/c & revert the amount to me
A/c no. [protected] name of a/c holder : rajkumar
Dear sir,
1. The above salary a/c was opened by me in the month of nov 17. I was issued kit on the spot in havells india ltd. Faridabad. At the issuance of kit, the following items were issued to me.
A) a cheque book
B) debit card no. [protected] (Photocopy attached)
2. My salary for the month of nov 17 rs. 11308/-came in bank on 07 dec 17. On 08 dec 17, i went to axis bank atm in sec-29, faridabad and i withdraw rs. 1000/- (One thousand only) with the debit card no. [protected].
3. Again, on 15 dec 17, when i went to withdraw the money, my above card was shown as blocked by the computer.
4.in the both instances, there was nobody with me on the atm machine and i was only doing the transaction. So there are no chances of getting change of debit card or fraud by some one.
5. Then, i went to axis bank branch located in sec-29, faridabad with cheque book to withdraw the money. There i was informed by bank clerk that the balance in my a/c is only rs. 8/- and rest all has been withdrawan by someone from delhi. I immediately contacted customer care and told the full story. They asked me my debit card number and told that the card which i am holding is nit belongs to me. I tried to convince them but to no avail.
6. Sir, i am very poor person and my family is totally depends on me. I am not in a condition to bear this lose because my entire family depends on me.
In view of the above, i request that :
(A) necessary inquiry may be done as to whom has withdrawn my money.
(B) kindly check why debit card no. [protected] issued to me is not matching my a/c. Here i want to say that i have neither lost, misplaced or replaced my card with any one.
(C) request you to kindly get revert my money i. E rs. 10300/- at the earliest possible.
