This is to inform that there is an employee who illegally creates net banking accounts for customers who don't have knowledge about the ways of working on online banking. He not only creates fake accounts; but also helps in money laundering; basically dealing to clean black money. He has fixed customers who are involved with him in this scam. I hope strict actions will be taken against this guy and the involved parties.

One of her recent target was himanshi sinha from chaibasa; this guy created unofficial net banking account for her in her absence. He bluffed her by creating netbanking account but keeping the answers of secret questions to himself which he may use later to fraud.

    They told payment is cancel we cant get your payment ‘

      Account is not getting closed even though we cleared the balance
      I called to customer care and came to know that still the account# [protected] is not closed. Please read email which i have sent in the first email and find the account# and make this issue progress please.

      3 months completed still the account is not closed. Still adding extra charges and sending statements to the email. What kind of service you are providing to customers.
      I am begging for reply to email still there is no reply.
      Who is responsible for extra charges which is added after request for closure too???

      This is Akuleti SwethaPriya. We were having shop and opted for Axis Bank EDC machine and Current Account. Due to loss we closed the shop 3 months ago. 
      Current Account Number: [protected].
      Not maintained minimum balances due to this charges got applied and lost the EDC charger, charges got applied. 
      We paid both the charges and requested for EDC and Account closure on 11-Sep-2016. Please find the attached supporting Documents.

      When I asked in Branch on or before 11-Sep-2017,  EDC machine contact person is Nagendra.
      I used to contact him twice in a week, he used to say it will get done 2 days... Almost 2 months completed there is no progress on both.
      Today I contacted manager Prashant. S, I asked him why there is no action on this. Now Manager is saying EDC machine contact we dont know. what kind of response this is.
      He replied you would have come to me before it self instead of waiting 2 months.
      We cleared all charges on 11-Sep-2017 and gave the account closure request to Jagadessh then Why should we come to Branch again and again.
      You dont have any responsibility to take care of customer request?
      As we gave the closure request form to Jagadeesh, He destroyed Debit card and Cheque Book on 11-Sep-2017.It is your problem not closing Aaccount and EDC machine then why should we pay additional charges now?
       
      I would like to know when Can I except closure of this account. I never faced this type of response from any Bank.

      Hello Officer, Yes we got a call from Nagendra and explained he did not have a time to close the account since last 2 and half month. We have provided all the proofs still you are asking there is a negative amount to paid from my side??? We would like to know why it got delayed to close the account almost 3 months time to close the account and EDC Machine. As per the charges and negative amount, we paid on 11-Sep-2017 EDC charges, Negative Amount and Closure charges 5200 Rupees (1800+3400) . What else is pending from my side.         I have made imps transaction on 12th dec 2017 for the amount rs.5100 from my axis account to indian bank account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

            Sir

            I jagbir singh having a salary account ([protected]) and a personal loan account (Ppr[protected] anda credit card ([protected]) with your bank. And i am a delhi police employee and my salary is coming into your bank. I am very disappointed and harassed with your bank service.
            In my net banking it shows my account balance is in credit some time it shows in debit. Recently i got an arrear of rs 43017 on 04/12/2017 and when i go to the atm it only shows 7000 rs available and i withdraw it on 5/12/2017. Then i go to my base branch in afjal road new delhi from where i draw my salary, they said rs 36000 is marked as lien by credit card department. On 8/12/2017 my account balance shows minus rs 59386.93.
            Now today 36000 comes back into my account and rs 13500 goes to my personal loan account but my emi is of rs 19391. And rs20000 i withdrew. Then i call to customer care debit card divison, from them i got to know only rs 2500 marked as a lien their is no other lien is marked. Then on further inquiry about rs 2500 i got to know that these are service charges of atm and other from 2013 to 2017. I am confused about these charges also these charges are annualy how can you deduct them after 4 years.
            In my mobile banking it shows you have no credit card, then i call to your credit card divison cell they said you have rs 26000 out standing balance in your credit card.
            I am totally confused what is going on into my accounts and in my credit card. When i call to customer care i did not get any satisfatory answer and when i go into branch they did not even attend me properly. I am a respected govt employee and your bank is giving me this kind of service.
            If i am not getting a proper satisfactory reply then i have to take some serious action against you.
            Kindly reply me asap.

                This is really frustrating as i receive around 10 calls per day from axis bank to sell their credit card. I have requested them too many times but still, they keep calling me. I get calls when i am busy in a meeting or when i am sleeping. I have even threatened them that i will make police complaint but they are least bothered and i am not surprised with their lethargic attitude. I have even registered my number on dnd but still, i receive calls. Please help me to get out of this mess created by axis bank

                  I am having account in axis bank since 2004, and so far, i have never faced any hidden charges.
                  But, recently, i have been deducted amount in the name of tips for swiping my debit card at 2 fuel stations.

                  Amount deducted on 08/12/2017 at 17:46 was rs. 64.02 [tips/scg/pos/seetharaman age /dt.01-dec-]

                  Amount deducted on 11/12/2017 at 20:49 was rs. 54.58 [tips/scg/pos/k pattabhirama /dt.03-dec-]

                  May i know the reason for the 2 deductions?
                  Whom should i ask regarding the deductions, as it has not happened so far?
                  Can i consult my advocate for the issue?

                    I went to the axis bank dwarka sector 5 delhi branch regarding my loan details of dda flat. I met mr. Shivender there and to my surprise he is the most unprofessional employee of axis bank. He was very rude when i enquired abt my query. I told him i have to make payment of my loan of rs. 1 lakh he told me we cant take payment u have to go to out kg marg branch however when i had a talk with kg branch they told me than u can make re-payment if loan in any branch in india. I again went to mr. Shivender (Unprofessional employee) and i asked him why u misguide me, in which he said "payment karni ho to karo varna kg bank branch me baat kato mere paas tume nai hai" he was behaving like that he is the md of the bank. Worst service by axis bank. I would like to tell acis bank that i am not availing ur service for free i have paid inr 4700 as an interest in advance for rs. 1 lakh loan. I assure that this is last time i am using service of axis bank (Learn something from hdfc bank). Customer service is th reason axis bank is behind hdfc and icici. Worst service & worst bank axis bank.

                      I tried to apply for new chequebook by net banking. It was showing lien reason code. Then i got to know that there is any lien amount on my account.
                      Even i am getting my salary everymonth in this bank account. I have balance of 725 then why it is not going good. And why there is any lien amount. Due to that i cannot apply for new chequebook.

They explained me about the features more dtailly but didin't tell anything about the payment for activation of this service.                           I m pritesh j maru. I want to complaint against credit card collection team behaviour. If i have delayed the payment of credit card and i m not present at home axis emi collection executive will come to collect emi and threaten my mother that you give today itself the emi or else i will register nc in police is this ok for any axis bank customers no a big no. Axis bank should be ashamed if they treat old customers like this. This thing was not done by executive who came to my home but that was the guy who was on phone with him at that time talking on phone anyhow withmy mother and threatning of police. If in future if anybody taking axis credit card please be ready that if anyhow you delay emi payment you and your family will be treated like slaves to whom axis bank credit card department will shout threaten any how. Because i have faced this problems myself when i m a customer for axis bank last more than 6 yrs old.

                            I received a message regarding 20.69 rs amount has been debited from my account. I read on many forums saying, they are charging for using debit card at petrol pump or restaurants. But why axis bank is charging extra, if they have already debited my account with debitcard charges, goverment charges etc. Why these extra charges? This is a "loot". I am not aware if all the banks are charging on debit card, but i haven't seen any complaint against any other bank.

                            On 2nd Nov, I went to withdraw a money in axis atm at Ambal nagar, Kovur branch. While processing a money EB cut the correct. ATM process is stop. I learned your policy, you will reversed the money within 7 days. But yet i didn't get any message from you. Please help me.

                              I am an salary account holder of axis bank more than 13 years.in the month of september 4th 2017, there was a fraud incurred in my account. Without my knowledge some one has misused my account and there was a cash withdrawal of 50000/-. I have raised a dispute of the transaction and the dispute is still going on without any resolution till date. I am very disappointed by the way my issue is being handled. I was informed not to file any police fir as its been withdrawn in axis bank atm only, we will find it out easily. But now after 2 months i was informed to file fir copy (Which i filed now), a person today called me and said why i have not filed any case with police till date.

                              Just want to ask what your team was doing all these while. Even i approached my home branch but initially support was there however in the later stage i have not got any update. Its now 3 months passed i have not got my money and if i have used any money of your bank you will penalize me with all the charges. Now what sort of charge do i need to charge you. I have a last hope on you considering that you will rectify my issue on priority will credit my account with my hard earned money rs 50000. Service request no is 33743672

                                I have applied for hotlisting and replacement of my lost debit card about 15-20days ago. Lost card was hotlisted immediately but i haven't rec'd replacement card till date. On contacting nearest axis bank branch they suggest me to contact customer care number, when i contact customer care no. They suggest me to contact nearest branch.                                     Axis bank is fraud bank. I'm from bpl my family is former so they are not educated. Axis bank me account open karaya to bank walo ne convence kar ke max life policy sell kar di policy me validity 3 yrs ki every yrs 48, 500 rs jama karna tha. Par hamne ek saal hi jama kiya than bank me bata diya ki ab jama nahi kar payenge. Unne kaha ki aapko aapka deposit money 3 yrs baad mil jayegi or ab refund nahi kar rahe bol rahe 2 yrs gape ke karan policy khatam ho gayi. So guy don't take max life policy from axis bank. They are bigger fraud. Agar hamara refund wapas nahi mila to police complaint karna padega mujhe... I'm shubham from kolar

                                      I have moved my home loan from sbi to axis basing on the words by their sales manager, who told that they are going to give waiver of 12 months emi though the repayment period is 13 years. When i approach on this to customer care the response is not good. I have not received the loan agreement even after 2 months from the date of loan taken.
                                      Their team is not bothered about letters undelivered to customers and returned to them. This also happened me but no person called me about the cover returned to them

                                        Dear Madam,

                                        I the undersigned RAJU MANILAL PATEL Holding a NRE account at Axis Bank Navsari branch.
                                        I applied for Max Life insurance policy from Axis Bank Navsari branch, I was briefed with ULIP fund, but it was processed with Traditional participating (money back cum Endowment) life insurance plan.
                                        Last year on June 2016 I was on vacation for my father’s funeral. On 21/06/2016, Axis Bank Navsari branch representative Mona Purohit, Jyoti lad & others came to my house in evening to discuss better investment option and briefed with Unit Linked insurance Policy, they pleaded and persuaded me to take one policy for their jobs appraisal. Since I was in hurry & leaving on 23/06/2016, I signed each and every page of the form and issued a cheque for first installment.On my next visit I was surprised to see that I was issued with wrong policy which was Traditional participating (money back cum Endowment) life insurance plan. The form was changed later by them and they changed the policy type as per their need & convenience and betrayed me with wrong policy. All the pages of the forms were changed except the last page which had my signature was kept as it is, Legally this form should not have been processed at all, as my signatures are missing on all the pages of the form including photo & only last page of the form has one sign also Type of policy is not mentioned on first page of the application form.
                                        I approached bank and Max life office at Navsari for changing or converting the policy to ULIP, but the reply was negative. So on 12/06/2017 I stopped ECS Payment and did not paid my 2nd installment. On 28th October 2017 I approached them again for possible solution and emailed grievance cell at service.[protected]@maxlifeinsurance.com Mr. Vijay investigated my complaint and finally during discussion on toll free nos. [protected] ext. 9416 he assured that if axis bank gives clearance he can change the policy. So on 13/11/2017 I had a meeting with Axis bank Navsari Branch Manager Sachin Mandalia but he refused to give clearance and told me that he will search the call record.as without telephone call application will not process, Till date I have not received any feedback from Axis Bank related to telephone call details.
                                        I request you to kindly look into the matter and do the needful at the earliest or else I will loose Rs100000/- which I paid as first installment.
