This is Akuleti SwethaPriya. We were having shop and opted for Axis Bank EDC machine and Current Account. Due to loss we closed the shop 3 months ago.
Current Account Number: [protected].
Not maintained minimum balances due to this charges got applied and lost the EDC charger, charges got applied.
We paid both the charges and requested for EDC and Account closure on 11-Sep-2016. Please find the attached supporting Documents.

When I asked in Branch on or before 11-Sep-2017, EDC machine contact person is Nagendra.
I used to contact him twice in a week, he used to say it will get done 2 days... Almost 2 months completed there is no progress on both.
Today I contacted manager Prashant. S, I asked him why there is no action on this. Now Manager is saying EDC machine contact we dont know. what kind of response this is.
He replied you would have come to me before it self instead of waiting 2 months.
We cleared all charges on 11-Sep-2017 and gave the account closure request to Jagadessh then Why should we come to Branch again and again.
You dont have any responsibility to take care of customer request?
As we gave the closure request form to Jagadeesh, He destroyed Debit card and Cheque Book on 11-Sep-2017.It is your problem not closing Aaccount and EDC machine then why should we pay additional charges now?
I would like to know when Can I except closure of this account. I never faced this type of response from any Bank.

Hello Officer, Yes we got a call from Nagendra and explained he did not have a time to close the account since last 2 and half month. We have provided all the proofs still you are asking there is a negative amount to paid from my side??? We would like to know why it got delayed to close the account almost 3 months time to close the account and EDC Machine. As per the charges and negative amount, we paid on 11-Sep-2017 EDC charges, Negative Amount and Closure charges 5200 Rupees (1800+3400) . What else is pending from my side. Every day I am sending emails no response

called to customer care and came to know that still the account# [protected] is not closed. Please read email which I have sent in the first email and find the account# and make this issue progress please.
3 months completed still the account is not closed. Still adding extra charges and sending statements to the email. what kind of service you are providing to customers.
I am begging for reply to email still there is no reply.
Who is responsible for extra charges which is added after request for closure too?????
