On behalf of my father, i called to axis bank customer care regarding unnecessary "debit interest".
Credit card ending with 9656, bill generated on 12th december with unnecessary debit interest 1962.50 rupees and gst 353.25.
On dec-1st i paid my total due amount of november month statement.
And customer care executives are not responding properly, they are disconnecting my calls. I called from my number-[protected]
Here is the details of that executive — "murthy" had discussion at 2:25 pm on[protected]They can check that person full details with above)
For second time i waited 23 minutes to connect with executive but no use, my 23 rupees got wasted. Who will give that.
I dropped an email to [protected]@axisbank.com, i got reply as "sorry we are unable to reply to your email as we have recently migrated our systems. Please call us or write to us from axisbank.com/support."
Every month they are giving headaches to customers.
This is my experience, in last month, they generated statement with duplicate transactions of 20000, after long discussions, they reverted that amount.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
my axis bank saving account no is [protected]. i had initiate imps transaction on 11.12.2017, imps no is[protected]amount 30000/-) but the amount is not credit in beneficiary account .
please cheak this transaction asap and confirm the same
