1. The home loan executive don't have complete knowledge on the technical things on home loan. They never give proper communication about the loan status. Due to this i have suffered a lot.
2. I have applied a construction loan on 23 oct 2017 and till date i have not got approval and axis bank manager always give false commitments. Due to this delay, my construction cost gone high also i got hand loan from friends assuming it will come as soon as i apply but not the case.
3. I have visited several time to the bank still they don't give any clarity on the loan disbursement.

    The company doesent have a policy for address updation of their credit card, bankers use the name of the customer care and customer care uses the name of the bank. There is no resolution or action neither from both the ends. Im frustrated called customer care several times and also met bank branch regarding the same thrice but such arrogant treat is never expected.

    Customer care disconnects the phone afetr being questioned for the same.
    Ramnagar branch staff dont at all care for the customers.

    This is the way axis bank is treating their customers.

    I will quit the service credit card and savings bank account asap.

      Approx. Rs.1100 got deducted from my account for cheque bounce case. I was not aware of my low balance in my account. On the day of deduction i got cheque bounce msg. First then got the sms of "that is cheque is been posted for clearing", now the bank officials are not responding me. Either on e-mail nor on facebook account.
      Kindly resolve it asap..

        Am having axis bank my zone credit card. Even after paying all due bills till date, rs.41, 107.49 i am getting continues messages to clear the same amount. I have visited at dadar east branch for the same, they have no answer for my query and insisted to mail to credit card department. Kindly check of transection id and reference number. Kindly go through it and revert and also i want detailed explanations for the same. I also request to deactivate my card as soon as possible.in case any clarification, call ms. Pallavi iyengar. I am giving authority to her.

            This is s. Gopalakrishnan from chennai, india.
            I have two axis bank credit cards and using till now.in this month bill due date is 11/12/17. Monthly paid the credit crad bill through online, but could not pay in this month due to non visibility of bill/statment in webpage.
            Please check and let me know, what should i do?

                    Mr. Mahesh malhotra associated in marketing job and posted at your mata rani chowk branch, ludhiana ifsc code: utib0001026 (Punjab) contacted me for loan facility (Lap) in favour of ar. K. Enterprises. I completed all the formalities related thereto and he collected cheque of rs.5900/- with assurance that he will not encash it without my permission, my consent & acceptance of terms & conditions. But despite his promises, the cheque was debited to my account on 13.11.2017 for rs.5900/- cheque no.735905. He could not get the loan sanctioned and i asked him to return the amount. You are requested to refund rs.5900/- at the earliest.
                    In this connection, i may add here one mr. Jaspal singh, engaged in marketing of loan, posted at your mall road, ludhiana branch had also got all the necessary documents from me for this purpose but within a fortnight he advised me that owing to my age i. E. 71 years, his senior has declined the loan. I advised mr. Malhotra the said facts but he asked me that he can do it and i handed over the same documents which mr. Jaspal collected from me to mr. Malhotra.

                      We recently shifted our whole banking profile to axis bank. We have 13 running fully operative accounts (Savings & current both) with axis bank (Vashi branch).

                      We are extremely dissatisfied with the relationship and services that this branch extends. There is no one to attend our calls. If anyone attends, then they put our calls on hold for 15-20 minutes after which they say they will call us back but the call back never comes.

                      The behaviour of the staff in the branch is very bad. They talk to our peons / staff with taunts and sarcasm.
                      Such behaviour of the bank staff is not tolerable.
                      Also, no coordination from them is extremely unexpected from a private bank like axis bank.

                      We expect you to take some serious steps, because our business gets affected adversely. Also, a lot of time gets wasted in follow up and coordination with the bank staff.

                        I receive phone calls from one assist service but i do not accept this service without my approval they deducted money from my account. I need my entire money back.

                          On[protected] night 10:42 pm my credit card ending with 3018 was hacked by someone and taken amount around rs. 49, 260/- in various denominations like rs. 50, 7900, 100, 3000, 10 etc., (Transactions amount and time attached separately). I am sure and i had not received any one time passwords for all these transactions. I called the customer care and blocked the card.

                          I asked me via customer care & by email to block all transactions after 10-apr-17 11:16:01 am at idea cell-billdesk. Please take immediate action and do the needful. They told the transactions will be known for the bank at the time of billing cycle only. My billing cycle is 25th of every month. The tat for closing the issue is 90 days.

                          On[protected] i went to axis bank, anna salai branch, chennai, but they told they are not the correct person to contact and told contact customer care and i went to axis credit card processing center at kodambakkam & chennai and explained the issue and gave a written complaint and they told they will forward the complaint from there side officially (It will take 30 days to sort the issue or else it will take 90 days)

                          I got the csr copy for the fraud issue after 4 times enquiry with commissioner of police, cyber-crime, veppery chennai - 600 007 & bank fraud prevention wing, central crime branch, veppery chennai - 600 007. I had received the copy of csr on[protected] at 7.00pm, the next morning i had send the copy to axis bank credit cards. Also, an email had send to axis bank credit card section to mr. Santosh kumar, regarding my case from commissioner of police, cyber-crime, bank fraud prevention wing, central crime branch, veppery chennai - 600 007.

                          I am corresponding with email and customer care till the hacked transactions done on[protected]. It’s purely axis bank card division fault only and lack of security. Finally, they blame me and put all hacked transactions in my head. Also, i had excess amount rs. 2000 paid by mistake on the card payment. That money also gone.

                          Daily the customer care officer and computerized voice call coming to my mobile to pay the payment. After explaining the full incident from hacked transactions till now they had given a service request no. Then i recieved calls from collection team and they came to my office and residence address and i explained clearly and give all the service request numbers given by axis bank and they asked me to forward the email correspondence and supporting documents regarding hacked transactions to them at frontend. [protected]@axisbank.com (Email copy attached).

                          Finally, from axis bank they asked tat 30 days. After completion of that time i had no information or email regarding the case. Suddenly on[protected] they debited all the cash balance in my axis bank sb account without any information. I kept the money for my father’s eye cataract surgery, i am very much suffered without money for the treatment. Also, my credit card was blocked from april 2017 to till now. Kindly reopen the case and solve my issue and do the needful.

                          Axis bank service request nos. 30406509, 30859528, 34659300, 30406509, 34890435. Every time i called the customer care they give new service request no.

                          I hereby confirm that i had not received any one time password and i never shared the passwords or any phone calls. This is purely axis bank fault, with the help of someone in axis bank these hacked transactions are done.

                          Kindly solve the issue and, finally i came for your help. Please do the needful.

                          Axis bank is ready to do transactions in their credit card without OTP and PIN, Thats why i had suffered a lot. Arguing that they had sent the OTP to act wisely.
                          I am also facing same issue.. please update here if any progress is there.

                          There is a special cell in RBI for similar complaints. Please register your complaint in RBI website directly. Before that you draft your complaint with full details and convert it to pdf and upload the same. I also done the same... But the complaint forwarded to the specified officer in Axis bank. till now i have no status update.

                            I am Nagendra babu Vempa I have been approached for the personal loan in Axis bank [ loan application number- id- 7400291] and it is declined without a fair reason. I have been received a information from Axis bank executive after submission the documents and verifications. It stating that the loan application has been rejected due to application applied maximum times. I have called to the customer care to know the exact reason for the rejection and they said that the loan application has been rejected since the “RCU unavailable to verify it is pending, ”and I have given all the required documents for the personal loan which are mentioned by the bank person. . They are Reason told me that application has applied maximum times. I haven’t received any call from the bank side regarding documents verifications and they have declined the loan straight away. Now the bank has informed me that they cannot reopen the loan application until 3 months met. I have approached for the personal loan since I need some financial assistance in emergency.                                 I have entered into a sale of my investment property and the buyer borrowing from axis bank. Axis bank managers very rude & didn't wanted to come at the time of registration to give pay order & collect original documents.
                                Registration done without their presence. Axis bank were provided with a cancelled cheque to get my account details. Axis bank prepared a pay order with wrong account number. Axis bank were only pressurising so that i deliver original documents & wanted me to deliver to them in navi mumbai, where as the property deal was from pune. They wanted me to collect pay order in a hurry and deliver original sale deeds etc. So that they get my property registered mortgaged on other parties name while axis bank given pay order returning unpaid because of axis banks negligence or trying to cheat or the buyer trying to cheat and axis banks support to the buyer (Buyer being a navi mumbai builder son who has bulk business with axis bank).
                                Now after all this i have zeero confidence in axis banks pay order.
                                My last experience with bank of baroda dd returned unpaid and it took long time for me to recover those amounts for indian nationalised bank of baroda.
                                What a mafia banking system of great bharat...???
                                I wanted axis to rtgs as they wanted original property document.
                                But they passed time and now even the final payment date passed.
                                How this forum will help, i really like to see and experience for my future dealings. Also, what actions against axis bank will be taken so that axis change their attitude and be more honest and professionals in their deals being a bank.
                                There were absolutely no actions against crooks bank of baroda.
                                That was really a shame on the system i wrote to reserve bank, finance ministery and even the president of india and no one had even time to reply me back. Where the question of any actions arise against dishonest bob.

                                I have entered into a sale of my investment property and the buyer borrowing from axis bank. Bank has tried their best to cheat me and asking to submit all original documents, sign share certificate and all related documents even before the payment is received. They didn't bother to come with payment at the time of registration. Instead after registration is done got the registered original agreement and send pressurised to handover dd from their navi mumbai branch where as the property deal is from pune. Dd copy attached in sale deed wrong account number written even after a cancelled cheque was given for account details. If i would have accepted that dd with error would have definitely returned unpaid and they pressurised for handing over original documents. Again they have prepared a new dd instead of my request for rtgs since axis bank asking for original documents. Ready to handover on receipt of rtgs confirmation but they have been ignoring and trying to exchange with their new issued dd which i have zero confidence when compared with my property amounts. My last experience with bank of baroda dd returned unpaid and took long time recovering from them my monies without any interest. Kindly assist - how unprofessional and mafia banking can be in great bharat.

                                  As per your reply dated 08-12-2017 stated that the refund amount would be credited into my axis savings bank account, but the amount is not yet credited into my account.

                                  you are requested to let me know when will the refund will credit into my account.

                                      Hello sir/madam,

                                      I purchase a product from myntra on oct 13 2017, and then i cancelled it. But i didn't get refund till now. I talk with myntra support team and they told me all refund process will complete from there side just contact with your bank.

                                      Myntra's mail and my payment (Amount of 1236.93) attachment is below. Please check it and resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                        I am sathyanarayanan i am using only hdfc credit card but in my cybil report axis bank credit card two nos added in my report its not mine. (Credit card no : [protected], [protected]) credit card holder name mr. Velu. Due to this my credit score very low kindly removed my account above the credit cards.
