On[protected] night 10:42 pm my credit card ending with 3018 was hacked by someone and taken amount around rs. 49, 260/- in various denominations like rs. 50, 7900, 100, 3000, 10 etc., (Transactions amount and time attached separately). I am sure and i had not received any one time passwords for all these transactions. I called the customer care and blocked the card.
I asked me via customer care & by email to block all transactions after 10-apr-17 11:16:01 am at idea cell-billdesk. Please take immediate action and do the needful. They told the transactions will be known for the bank at the time of billing cycle only. My billing cycle is 25th of every month. The tat for closing the issue is 90 days.
On[protected] i went to axis bank, anna salai branch, chennai, but they told they are not the correct person to contact and told contact customer care and i went to axis credit card processing center at kodambakkam & chennai and explained the issue and gave a written complaint and they told they will forward the complaint from there side officially (It will take 30 days to sort the issue or else it will take 90 days)
I got the csr copy for the fraud issue after 4 times enquiry with commissioner of police, cyber-crime, veppery chennai - 600 007 & bank fraud prevention wing, central crime branch, veppery chennai - 600 007. I had received the copy of csr on[protected] at 7.00pm, the next morning i had send the copy to axis bank credit cards. Also, an email had send to axis bank credit card section to mr. Santosh kumar, regarding my case from commissioner of police, cyber-crime, bank fraud prevention wing, central crime branch, veppery chennai - 600 007.
I am corresponding with email and customer care till the hacked transactions done on[protected]. It’s purely axis bank card division fault only and lack of security. Finally, they blame me and put all hacked transactions in my head. Also, i had excess amount rs. 2000 paid by mistake on the card payment. That money also gone.
Daily the customer care officer and computerized voice call coming to my mobile to pay the payment. After explaining the full incident from hacked transactions till now they had given a service request no. Then i recieved calls from collection team and they came to my office and residence address and i explained clearly and give all the service request numbers given by axis bank and they asked me to forward the email correspondence and supporting documents regarding hacked transactions to them at frontend. Finally, from axis bank they asked tat 30 days. After completion of that time i had no information or email regarding the case. Suddenly on[protected] they debited all the cash balance in my axis bank sb account without any information. I kept the money for my father’s eye cataract surgery, i am very much suffered without money for the treatment. Also, my credit card was blocked from april 2017 to till now. Kindly reopen the case and solve my issue and do the needful.
Axis bank service request nos. 30406509, 30859528, 34659300, 30406509, 34890435. Every time i called the customer care they give new service request no.
I hereby confirm that i had not received any one time password and i never shared the passwords or any phone calls. This is purely axis bank fault, with the help of someone in axis bank these hacked transactions are done.
Kindly solve the issue and, finally i came for your help. Please do the needful.

Updated by sasi2704 Axis bank is ready to do transactions in their credit card without OTP and PIN, Thats why i had suffered a lot. Arguing that they had sent the OTP to act wisely.
