For past 1 month date 5 november 2017, my account status was debited frozen, i didn't got any notice about this, when i tried to transfer money to my dad i got to know about this, problem was rekyc, i am in singapore so couldn't present in mumbai physically, as per axis bank we can send rekyc docs dully signed email to the branch office, i already did that i have account with lbs marg, mulund west, mumbai, i had word with nilesh and meenakshi about this, but still it's not resolved, whereas icici bank did my rekyc with in 2 days, at least icici bank have courtesy to reply me, but axis bank is worthless and lousy service still my account is not unfreeze my name is rakesh parui
I contacted branch office from singapore they don't have even penny call to singapore miser and cheap people, i have to call daily to check the status, they only state that backend department is working, i guess backend department are illiterate or retard department to work, i am old customer, but now i regret why i opened account with axis bank

If axis bank have shame then at least keep your words to solve this issue, i have to pay my emi on 5 of every month, if any delay in emi i will not be responsible for late fee charges..
