I m writing this mail regarding fraud, my name is harjeet kaur. i have a account in axis bank branch marauli kalan account no is [protected] saving account since[protected]. my fixed amount 25, 0000 which matured on[protected]. i authorise my brother in law sandeep singh to operate this account because I’m living in australia. i am permanent resident of australia . my brother withdraw 1, 10, 000 rupees from atm for use. but when he confirmed balance on[protected] then he shocked 1, 40, 000 rupees withdraw from my account by fake person. and 50, 000 rupees transfer to another axis bank account [protected] which is unknown, when we report to axis bank branch manager then he had poor information regarding transections. sandeep singh already lodge FIR in ps morinda . so my request is that please verify my account and find accused to stop for future incident hope i will get positive response from you I’m attaching FIR COPY AND TRANSECTION DETAILS regards harjeet kaur

    My name is roshan francis and i don't have an account or any financial dealing with axis bank which i know of as on date. For the past two or three years i have been receiving calls on my personal mobile number [protected] from your customer care executives at the frequency of minimum two times per day asking whether i am "praveen pakale shyamraj".
    I am beginning to wonder whether this is some sort of harassment or joke, since the same is being repeated despite numerous clarifications from my side that i am not the aforementioned individual.
    You are therefore requested to clarify this thing to your relevant call centre or mangers within your organisation to correct the same or else direct me to the relevant authority so that this issue is resolved at the earliest as this is this is not expected from a reputed banking institution.

      Dear axis bank india,

      While i love your mobile banking services which has made life easier, i'm equally and more frustrated with more than 3 calls/day on service sales from your call centres! I get calls starting from 1409 for credit card sale which i'm not interested for at all. These calls have begun a few days back and go upto 5 calls a day!!!

      I respect sales calls but having multiple call each day is inferred as harassment for which i request your immediate action and attention.

      I wish to withdraw my number from this growing menace immediately.

      Taken agri loan from Axis bank. WE asked the manger to keep in CC account where the interest will not be charged. Wihtout our knowlegde they moved to our saving account. And they charging huge interest which we not supposed to be charged.

      Request all the people .. please please dont go for axis bank

                I am raza hussain customer of axis bank my account is at byculla branch mumbai but i am residence of aurangabad so today i went to withdraw some amount aurangabad nirala bazar branch but casher refused to give amount and misbehaved tolled it is mumbai br cheque cant give cash here at nirala bazar aurangabad baranch. So what is use of my money at axis bank which cant give money at my home town by cheque b'cos i want 1.25 lac cash which i can not with drawn ffrom atm so i went to nirala bazar branch. Intially 3 hrs casher is not at counter when he came he refused to give me money. I thinking closing of my acc.

                  Today i received a call from axis bank. They told me this is for card protection. They told me to just verify the card number and at the end they said they will give a toll free number and after that a message came stating rs 1899 was debited for one assist service. I dont want that service and need to be deactivated and also refund the money back to my account itself.

                  So please help to resolve this issue as soon as possible.

                      Axis bank is cheating me. There manager told they changed the loan amount to od/cc account. But he kept in saving account. Because of the they charged huge interest on me. For each transaction huge charges applied on me.. Without our knowledege they taking huge interest from our loan amount.

                      Please request every one dont go for axis bank.. There are the big cheaters

                          For past 1 month date 5 november 2017, my account status was debited frozen, i didn't got any notice about this, when i tried to transfer money to my dad i got to know about this, problem was rekyc, i am in singapore so couldn't present in mumbai physically, as per axis bank we can send rekyc docs dully signed email to the branch office, i already did that i have account with lbs marg, mulund west, mumbai, i had word with nilesh and meenakshi about this, but still it's not resolved, whereas icici bank did my rekyc with in 2 days, at least icici bank have courtesy to reply me, but axis bank is worthless and lousy service still my account is not unfreeze my name is rakesh parui
                          I contacted branch office from singapore they don't have even penny call to singapore miser and cheap people, i have to call daily to check the status, they only state that backend department is working, i guess backend department are illiterate or retard department to work, i am old customer, but now i regret why i opened account with axis bank

                                I have opened my salary account on 9 oct 2017. Still my salary account is not activated. I was told that i had two accounts of same name. But it was of my twin brother. We both have different initial name, different pan no., different aadhar no.. How could they do such a silly mistakes. I call bank people daily, they just reply it will start next day. If i have to give point out of 10 to axis bank it will be in negatives. Such a bad service.

                                  I have pension account [protected] with axis bank. My pension was not credited to my account. I contacted naval pension section, they said it was bank which has not credited pension. When i tried to contact jammu branch they don't know about life certificate. They just ignored my query. I also tried to contact main branch but they are not picking up phone. My advice to all pensioners not to open account with this bank.

                                    It is to inform you that my exiting credit card xxxxxxxxx 9383 which has damaged badly needs a replacement card. I reported this incident to the call center. But surprised to see in the monthly e-statement my residential address and communication address is not updated last 4 years.
                                    Since, i informed earlier to your call centre to update my residential address and as per call centre advice, i have submitted necessary kyc to axis bank, nerul branch, navi mumbai, but i am very much upset to see that the same not reflected in my credit card statement till today.

                                      This is what i have received this is just a fraud that is done with me last few days also an amount of $us10 was charged. I am unable to understand i was at my office place in gurgaon however on that day i have made few transaction to my known people. I do not received the text as well as on my axis application. Now for this amount it has been debited but i didnt received any text neither it displays on my app. So, how can i trust my bank now?
                                      I am not going to pay not even a single penny despite i do have received a new credit card still there is a fraud that had happen again in less than a week.

                                      Please provide me with the resolution.
