Sub: fradulent promise by mrs. Madhu, of axis, sibsagar branch, assam to apply for axis my wings credit card on opening of axis savings account
Sir

1-during aug 206 at axis sibsagar branch, assam i went to enquire about axis my wings credit card. It had attractive offer of free to & fro air tickets.

2-there mrs. Madhu bd told me on becoming savings account holder, i shall be entitled to that credit card.

3-i hence became account holder of axis.

4-thereafter when i tried to apply for myu wings cc i was told application are closed & that bd lady had left from service of axis.

5- i reminded the promise by bd mrs. Madhu then, & also that on axis website, the cc my wings is being advt.

I hence request kind action be taken on false promise by bd at sibsagar, axis & refund acount opening charges deducted from my account.

6-poor system suppor to log in online complain on axis inernet login.
Unable to lodge complain on line due to poor design of complaint mechanism.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Few days ago recharge my Jio no. [protected] but I am not receive cashback.

    I have made imps transaction on 18th november 2017 for the amount rs.100000 from my axis account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

      Hello, one month back did applied to open my salary account in axis bank, still it is not activated, one of axis represntative provided me welcome kit.
      Although i have submitted all the required documents. I am contacting the concerned person from axis bank but he is rejecting my calls.
      By chance i am able to conncect and if i ask them the reason, they are just ignoring me.

      Also to on test we made transaction of 100 and tried to use atm card. It shows 100rp balance bt fails to withdraw saying error invalid card. Unauthorized card usage.
      Tried to update my mobile number [protected] which seems working for alerts.
      My bank a/c no is[protected].
      Name-suman b kodolli. Kindly consider my issue and take some proper action. Pimpri chinchwad branch axis bank, pune.

        4600 amount deducted from my axis account. Also got another call from bank stating that further amount is due to pay.

        I am trying to call customer care since last month but they are not providing solution.

        I am really fed up and frustrated. Its been almost 1 month and i am still struggling to have solution.

        Date of incident: 1

        Desirable solution: request for refund of 4600rs.

        Expecting the solution next 2 days else serious legal action will be taken.

        According to RBI guidelines if the customer reports such fraud to the bank, within 3 days, then it's the duty of the bank to refund that much money to customer's account. I reported immediately, still after made to wait for 30 days, no response. Rude call centre operators.

          As i am iqbal ahmed khan saving acc9unt holder of axis bank ltd sitwated at vakola branch mumbai
          As per the rules of the bank closing time is 3:30 evening but they closed bank before 3:30 and even cant handle single transaction just after 2:30

          After 2:30 they are only bussy with their porsonal work with first preority
          Apart from this i would like to complaint about the same to rbi website and mail
          Inculiding higher athority.

            My a/c no: [protected] and my card number is[protected], today afternoon arount 2 o clock while withdrawing amount from atm system suddenly got shutdown, then i checked my balance in another atm. My amount is detected f (10, 000 is detected),

            Immediately i went to indranagar branch, they told me raise a complaint, i tried in customer care it was busy all the time, so raised complaint in my system.
            Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            yesturday i went and to Branch to check the status, they told me to submit letter to indranager branch and also told me to mention ATM number and Terminal ID.
            Today i went and noted the ATM number: 11436 and mentioned Terminal ID: SWCW114 also mentioned Binamangala on the top of the machine.

              Again overcharged, outstaning amount on my credit card was 36400 and i am charged 4261 as debit interest which is almost 12% aginst 2.95% which is mentioned in terms and conditions, and there is no revert from more then a week from bank. Pls help

              As per the t&c, this should be 2.5% then how it went up till 20%??? Whats the logic??

                Our trust "mankind welfare federation" had applied for opening a savings account in axis bank, chembur branch almost 2 months back. We had told clearly to inform the requirements in one go as the trustees are not available together most of the time. A list was provided to us, which was duly complied.
                Now it is more than 2 months, the account is not opened and the sad part is whenever we call the concerned rm, he is not picking our call nor returning our call back. We went to the branch and everytime we are told it is under process. No reasons for the delay is provided nor any responsible
                Official is responding, which is really frustrating.

                  Dear sir/madam,

                  I ‘am s sravani reddy the above saving account pertains to your branch. I wrote this letter in regards with de-activation of edc machine which is linked to my account and edc machine have taken back by mr. Chandru (Edc technical/installation person) in the month of april 2017 and we have given de-activation request letter along with him. The issue is as of today monthly rental is deducting from my account. I have intimated to the mr. Chandru who has collected the edc machine at the time. He has given his manager harish-[protected] (Edc machine dept), i have been following up with him for couple of month but issue not resolved again he gave his reporting manager no ([protected] - head for edc machine bangalore) we have forward the details to him. He has not turned up and our issue is not resolved. Since six to seven months we have following up with axis bank team. I fed up of following up all above persons. I request to the concern manager to take initiative especially in our case and try to resolve issue immediately. This is final call, if i didn’t get any response i will file a case in consumer court. Hope u understand the situation we have faced. Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

                    I am extremely unhappy to inform you the incident. I submitted one application to axis bank, chinchwad, via ms. Deepshikha on 16th november. The application was for minimizing the minimum balance of my current account from rs.25000 to rs.10000. After that i have been asking the bank for the status. People from bank say that the status of the account is same. They are excusing that deepshikha is on leave. I am really surprised that customer has to suffer just because an employee is on leave. Kindly take care of the situation. I need the job done immediately.

                      Dear team,

                      I had an axis bank account as a salary account, which was given by my first company in the year of 2009 and i continued to use it in the next company also ie till 2011. I was pretty happy with the services. After i joined the third company, i had to change the salary account to a different bank (Where that was the only salary bank account in that company). This happened in 2011. So i was forced to go for a non-axis bank account, though i was not at all happy to switch from axis bank account.

                      Now i switched to a different company and i wanted to use the axis bank account as its services are very good for me to take loans etc.

                      I have applied for a new axis salary account and the account was not activated. The reason behind the same is the negative balance in the old axis bank account. I was told that it is somewhere around - rs.800, now it is around - rs.1200 and i am not willing to pay the same. And also i don't have the atm card of the same and the address is changed.

                      Can you please let me know how to get the new axis bank account.
                      I wanted to use axis as my salary account.

                          I had recharged my jio number through bhim axis pay. My bank account is debited but wasn't successfully recharged. Now you are not refunding it. It's almost above 10 days still not received my money. I had already contacted to axis bank customer service but they are unable to resolve my issue. How ever i tried through twitter still no response. Worst experience ever. Not refunding my money.

                              I have put neft transfer request on 27-nov
                              -2017 for ₹2000 and the amount was debited from account on same day, but still. I. E on dated 28/11/2017 the amount is not credited to beneficiary. I have sent this amount to my mom as to purchase birthday gift for dad. Please credit this amount as early as possible.

                                  I have opened an account with axis bank approximately before 3 months. Unfortunately, i am not operating that account for the past 2.5 months (Approx.) and no balance was available on that duration. An executive from axis bank messaged me stating that i need to close my account or else they will file me on cibil. When i called back the representative and asked, he told me he has accidentally messaged me instead of a credit card holder named the same as me. Come on... You do not ask a credit card holder to close the account. Do you? Its meaningless. Its just a bluff from the representative, i believe. Further, he told that people from their side is asking to close the accounts which does not have transactions. Why you didn't mention these things while i was opening an account with you? Are you forcing to make compulsory transactions to a savings bank account within three months of time?? Else, you ask them to close the account? Doesn't it look idiotic? Never heard of anything like this from any bank, except you. Its strange.

                                  I would like to ask, what kind of bank are you operating, to issue such an idiotic statement to a customer holding a savings bank account with you and who are you to file me on cibil for not depositing money to my savings bank account? Its my decision whether to deposit or not. Its not your money. Its mine. I am the decision maker here, not you. Further, you didn't mention this non-sense, while i was opening an account with you. If my account has fallen below the minimum balance, collect the minimum balance non-maintenance charges from me. I will pay you. Apart from that, you can't speak to a customer in such a non-sense way. Now i have decided to move on to icici bank because of this stupid and funny threat. Makes no sense anyway.

                                  As a matter of fact, i was planning to operate it as my only savings account from next month. If this ridiculous statement was not made, i would have continued with you. Feeling shameful to be a customer of you.

                                    There was a fraud transaction happened on 7th of sep'17 from udayakumar nt's bank account. We have submitted all the required fir copy and other documents. Now, when we ask for an update they are denying the request and asking us to register our email id which is already registered. As per their timeline was given 120 days, bank is not even bothered to keep us updated on the status of the refund. Pathetic customer services and their contact number is useless.

                                    Hence, we request to the bank to refund the 42000/- immediately along with the interest.

                                      I received a call from axis bank today. They told me this is for. Card protection.. With out my permission they took my 1899rs from my debit card.. And i call to axis bank they told me this is anathor service.
                                      So we cant help u. I just want to deactivate this service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer. Is this is the way you guys deal with your customers only by spamming?

                                        Dear sir

                                        This is to request you to kindly close my account (Saving:[protected]) with your bank under the name mr. S. Kumarakrishnan, which i have been holding in this pondicherry branch since saving a/c:[protected]. I had already gave request to close account to your staff member but still my account had been active. So i kindly request you to close my account immediately.
