We are unable to surrender Credit cards and unnecessarily getting charged month on month.

None of the Axis Bank personnel are helping us and the Customer care is also not responding properly.

None of the Branch people are o[censored]se.

    Please take action or i will give police complaint as well as legally i will proceed if
    Misbehaved with my family members or raising his voice in residential apartment whatever
    Way he has done with me from morning even when i am in office.

    Please let me know when i have taken this card and till now every month how much i have
    Paid on immediate basis — this is my request

    I am coming u r home arrange the payment inr 10700/-
    (So called... Xxxx person morning said me i have to pay inr 800/- as pending dues)

    If i am in office and what he will do by sending this message and going to
    My home.

    Even though he is performing his duties but that must be in proper way whatever customer
    Said — he has to update for pending dues but not like this type of harassment

    At this moment i am not having single np to pay for your card and as he was
    Threatened me to pay immediately.
    — i will not pay until i will receive my next month salary which is after 5th of next month (December-2017).

    Axis bank has to wait till then because this month i have already done inr 2500/- basing on my feasibility (Please go through below mail for more details if you still not read my earlier mail which i have send to after reaching office)

      Hi sir/support tean,

      I am writing this complaint after long waiting for getting a response from axis bank help desk and from bank, however still my issue is not resolved yet.
      My account is freeze condition since 20 days and also my one fd was mutuared on 10th november but still not credited mutarity amount to my account.

      Hence i visited the branch for same. They advised me to fill kyc form which i have filled same day, bank staff said it will get unfreeze within 2-3 days but 20 days have passed but my account is not active yet.

      Last week bank stauff told that i have name mismatch in kyc document (Like middel name write in short in bank account) and full name in kyc proof.

      They also add request for change name in bank account as per pan card but still my account is not activated after 20 days.

      I visited branch 12 times and 4 email conversion with support desk of email but the ask me to wait and they doesn't have any proper response or reasone for it.

        Sir,

        The undersigned we had bought a innova car on 2016. This said vehicle was bought on loan finance, the loan finance at the time of negotiation was said to be 3.54 lakhs, and accordingly the vehicle was procured. It is with regret to state that when the loan amount was transferred in our account, the amount was just 3 lakhs, the emi was supposed to have been fixed on the amount sanctioned, it is with deep regret to state that after making honest payment of the emi mentioned, why is a customer being totured to pay for an amount not sanctioned. The amount of 3.54 is now a ghost in nature as only 3 lakhs were sanctioned and emi fixed accordingly.

        It is requested to kindly have the necessary correction made in your financial records and not pester a customer for amount not given

        As i have my account no. [protected] which is salary account and im suffering from problem of consolidation charges plus 18% service tax. Every month my amount got deducted near about 400 rs per month and no one is giving me specific reason ..solve it ASAP either i have to take some other action or help from RBI.

          I have made imps transaction (17nov2017) for the amount of 2000 from my axis a/c to united bank of india account & my second transaction (19nov2017) for the amount of 600 from my axis debit card transaction to irctc. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirements of money. I request u pls coordinate with bank escalate this issue.

          Dear sir, yesterday around 9o clock i withdrawl money from axis atm near aphb colony with my axis atm card.but ducted the money from my acount but iam not reciverd from atm mechine.like 200 and 200 two times.

            axis bank nro account frozen/blocked for a month

            My axis bank account is frozen for the past 20 days and is still not released in spite of me doing all the needful.
            Kindly study the below sequence of actions taken by me and the nri customer service support in this issue.
            Hence i am unable to pay my home installment for the month of november until now which has to be paid on 5th of every month.
            Now the bank is charging me interest on a daily basis due to non-payment...

            I received a call yesterday, the 20th of november, 2017, from one assist, where they "claimed" they are calling from axis bank (To keep me interested, i suppose), and they started confirming my details, and telling me about some protection plan. After the call, an amount of inr 1899 was debited from my account, without my approval.

            I do not want this plan and demand immediate action to be taken to refund the money back to my account, and to deactivate this plan at the earliest.

            My name is aaruni maity, and the relationship number provided by one assist is 3122818.

            Attached is a screenshot of the message i received from axis bank about the amount being debited.

              I would like to inform you that i have a salary account in your aburoad branch. Today a verification call recieved by me and contuniry of this process i activate oneassist service on my account and deduct 1, 899/- rs. From my account immediately. So want to deactivate oneassist service on my account and refund money which are debited from my axis bank account.
              Please consider my complain as soon as possible.br...

              My atm card was blocked. I donot no why?
              I requested for new atm card on date 10/09/2017. But till a day i have not my atm card how it is possible?
              Bank says me that your atm card would reach in a few days.
              But till not true.
              Work of your bank was very very dull.
              I really not interesed in your bank.
              If i have not my atm card in two or three days then i was closed my salary saving account.

                I have contact branch and customer care for removal of lien on credit card, however, no one is bothered to help the customer. Moreover, nodal office also not bothered to help the customer. Suca third class bank in the world.

                Also, i have drop an email to ceo and nodal officer but did not get any revert for the same, not even they are receiving my calls and not transferring to supervisor and disvconnect the call in between.

                Such a worst service they are providing to their customer.

                  I bought a phone cover from amazon which i returned on 2 november and they initiated the refund on 3rd november and they said i will get my money back within6-8 november. When i called them after 10th because i didn't receive my refund they said they have sent my money to the bank please check with them. I called axis bank last week and someone from your end said i will be getting it on monday but still i have not received my money. Can you please check from your side and deposite my money in my account. "charge dispute against this number[protected]"

                    Today i got a call from an axis bank representative and he told me about one assist service. I didn't subscribe for that plan, but from my account rs. 1899 is debited.
                    I called the axis bank customer care and they said this is not their department and they had no idea about how to contact the one assist department. They asked me to google to get the number of one assist department.
                    I also tried calling the card protection department and the reply was the same.
                    I waut to unsubscribe from the plan and want my money back.
                    Please do the need full

                      I am a axis bank debit card holder. The axis bank oneassist department has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my debit card number without my concern on date:16/11/2017 with the help of one axis bank representative whom i said that i didnot need the service.. I am not interested about this service at all and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- oneassist...
                      Please suggest how will i take legal action against the axis bank representative who harassed me like this and send all my personal details and balance to others without my permission...

                        As i have a credit card due of rs 21045 last month so i have paid a min due of rs 2048. Even if i have paid due amount of minimum on due date the amount has not been deducted from the total due amount and perhaps the due amount has been increased to21450 although i didn't made any transaction last month my credit card number [protected] exp date 11/19 please send me the details soon and also i'm getting monthly debit charges even though if i have not used any amount in a particular month

                          I have taken home loan from axis bank in june 2017.
                          I have also signed subsidy declaration form that time. But still i have no information about my subsidy amount. No phone called or verification from any team.

                          I also complete my approx 5 months but still this is same problem with my subsidy amount.

                          I m asking to axis bank loan executive & his tl regularly but they are telling we are checking & checking only.
                          Also axis bank customer care is saying no any information about it.

                          Axis bank cheated with me regarding subsidy amount. And bank is taking no any action regarding this. They automatically proof in 5 months he is cheater.

                          If bank can cheat customer then what is next step to take futures actions against bank.

I got new debit card of axis bank as per your when im going to set my new pin on atm otp is coming late by you on my mobile & atm pin set timing is out.                                 My installment disbursement is pending from july 17 & the answer which i get is it is in process, how long will this process take? Further, they are not correcting my a/c no.in ecs sent to my bank despite my best efforts. Someday if ecs bounces then they will held me responsible., which will not be fair. Kindly help me.

                                  This is to inform you we have maintaining a current account (Axis bank account, a/c no:-[protected]) of mukherjee & co.in your esteem bank for the last ten years. The bank has stop transaction the above account for last fifteen days due to none submit of kyc. Also inform you that we have already submitted all the necessary document regarding kyc in your bank (Axis bank, berhampore branch) on 12.11.2017. As on date, we have unable to withdrawal cash in your bank. Due to this, we have been suffering a huge monetary problem.
