So i have initiated a neft transfer of fund rs 23500 from my axis bank saving account to indian overseas bank. Even after48 hours, money has not been created to beneficiaries account. Already contacted axis bank customer through email and toll-free number but no result.

Not received any message from axis bank that amount is credit to beneficiaries, only message i have received is saying the money is deducted from account.

    Sir main apne credit card jiska number h ([protected]) se 5000 rupee 16/07/2017 ko time11.55 pm par paytm wallet jiska mobile number h ([protected]) me add kar raha tha lekin yeh paise paytm wallet me add nahi hue aur mere credit card se cut gye jiske baad maine credit card costomer care par complaint bhi ki uske baad axis bank card ne mere card me 5000 rupee daal diye. Lekin 21-11-17 ko axis bank ne mujhe 5000 rupee pay karne ka order de diya. Aur kaha ki isme humari koi galti nahi h. Paytm ki galti h. Please help me.

      This is the id of the wrong transaction

      But this ticket is confirmed

      You have been made two payments but one of them is mistakenly done

      Please refund my money
      All the irctc numbers are unreachable or unavailable or not exist
      I have this last way to complaint about this... If there is some other way

      A netsecure device arrived at my door and than after some day my account debited with 1180 rs as a consolidated charges for this device now axis bank is refusing to help me and saying that i ordered this device but i did't .

        I want to withdraw money from my account through my check but while it's execution certain problems are occurring and i cannot withdraw my money. I asked help from my branch bank but the person who is in charge of it is continuously ignoring my problem.             Dear sir,

            This is following the discussion had on 27/10/2017 regarding the above. I had discussed with one of your representatives regarding the dispute in the credit card transaction.

            From the sms messages received by me on my registered mobile no [protected], i had made two purchases on 26/10/2017 and 17/10/2017 which is not correct. No purchases have been made on my card xx4144 by me, in fact, i have not even requested for any credit card. Appears that your system had automatically generated and such spurious purchases were made.

            These incorrect messages were highlighted to you through your toll-free number on 27/10/2017 and you have blocked my card declining any further transactions. This information received via sms dated 27/10/2017 reg no 35043787.

            Subsequent to this, you had also asked me to submit a cardholder dispute form which is attached herewith and should reach the above mail id within 20 days. Today is the 10th day after the discussions had with your representative.

            Kindly look into this matter and cancel the above faulty transactions made by somebody on my card.

                — i will not pay until i will receive my next month salary which is after 5th of next month (December-2017).

                Axis bank has to wait till then because this month i have already done inr 2500/- basing on my feasibility (Please go through below mail for more details if you still not read my earlier mail which i have send to after reaching office)

                  Hi sir/support tean,

                  I am writing this complaint after long waiting for getting a response from axis bank help desk and from bank, however still my issue is not resolved yet.
                  My account is freeze condition since 20 days and also my one fd was mutuared on 10th november but still not credited mutarity amount to my account.

                  Hence i visited the branch for same. They advised me to fill kyc form which i have filled same day, bank staff said it will get unfreeze within 2-3 days but 20 days have passed but my account is not active yet.

                  Last week bank stauff told that i have name mismatch in kyc document (Like middel name write in short in bank account) and full name in kyc proof.

                  They also add request for change name in bank account as per pan card but still my account is not activated after 20 days.

                  I visited branch 12 times and 4 email conversion with support desk of email but the ask me to wait and they doesn't have any proper response or reasone for it.

                    The undersigned we had bought a innova car on 2016. This said vehicle was bought on loan finance, the loan finance at the time of negotiation was said to be 3.54 lakhs, and accordingly the vehicle was procured. It is with regret to state that when the loan amount was transferred in our account, the amount was just 3 lakhs, the emi was supposed to have been fixed on the amount sanctioned, it is with deep regret to state that after making honest payment of the emi mentioned, why is a customer being totured to pay for an amount not sanctioned. The amount of 3.54 is now a ghost in nature as only 3 lakhs were sanctioned and emi fixed accordingly.

                    It is requested to kindly have the necessary correction made in your financial records and not pester a customer for amount not given

                        My axis bank account is frozen for the past 20 days and is still not released in spite of me doing all the needful.
                        Kindly study the below sequence of actions taken by me and the nri customer service support in this issue.
                        Hence i am unable to pay my home installment for the month of november until now which has to be paid on 5th of every month.
                        Now the bank is charging me interest on a daily basis due to non-payment of the installments.
                        I am shocked as the bank has frozen my account without any alert or prior information or notice for an nri who is staying away from india.
                        Kindly release my account as soon as possible to avoid any hindrance to my further installment payment.

                        I have tried updating my aadhar card through ATM, Net banking but instead o[censored]pdating received message cannot update please contact your branch.
                        Why my aadhar is not getting updated.

                          I received a call yesterday, the 20th of november, 2017, from one assist, where they "claimed" they are calling from axis bank (To keep me interested, i suppose), and they started confirming my details, and telling me about some protection plan. After the call, an amount of inr 1899 was debited from my account, without my approval.

                          I do not want this plan and demand immediate action to be taken to refund the money back to my account, and to deactivate this plan at the earliest.

                          My name is aaruni maity, and the relationship number provided by one assist is 3122818.

                          Attached is a screenshot of the message i received from axis bank about the amount being debited.

Today a verification call recieved by me and contuniry of this process i activate oneassist service on my account and deduct 1, 899/- rs. From my account immediately. So want to deactivate oneassist service on my account and refund money which are debited from my axis bank account.

                              My atm card was blocked. I donot no why?
                              I requested for new atm card on date 10/09/2017. But till a day i have not my atm card how it is possible?
                              Bank says me that your atm card would reach in a few days.

                                I have contact branch and customer care for removal of lien on credit card, however, no one is bothered to help the customer. Moreover, nodal office also not bothered to help the customer. Suca third class bank in the world.

                                Also, i have drop an email to ceo and nodal officer but did not get any revert for the same, not even they are receiving my calls and not transferring to supervisor and disvconnect the call in between.

                                Such a worst service they are providing to their customer.

                                  I bought a phone cover from amazon which i returned on 2 november and they initiated the refund on 3rd november and they said i will get my money back within6-8 november. When i called them after 10th because i didn't receive my refund they said they have sent my money to the bank please check with them.                                     Today i got a call from an axis bank representative and he told me about one assist service. I didn't subscribe for that plan, but from my account rs. 1899 is debited.
                                    I called the axis bank customer care and they said this is not their department and they had no idea about how to contact the one assist department. They asked me to google to get the number of one assist department.
                                    I also tried calling the card protection department and the reply was the same.

                                      I am a axis bank debit card holder. The axis bank oneassist department has auto debited rs. 1899/- from my debit card number without my concern on date:16/11/2017 with the help of one axis bank representative whom i said that i didnot need the service.. I am not interested about this service at all and don't want this membership. So cancel the membership and refund this debited amount of rs.1899/- oneassist...
                                      Please suggest how will i take legal action against the axis bank representative who harassed me like this and send all my personal details and balance to others without my permission...

                                        My customer id is[protected], at first i tried to register for net banking using this customer id and i cant able to open a net banking account using the account details so i tried many ways and finally opened it using my credit card details, but i that i cant able to see or access any of my account details like payment, etc. So please help me in linking or activaing my net banking for the above mentioned customer id. And also im getting a message like "no operative accounts found"
