Have availed a loan 2 yrs back, but in this year i. E, 2017 feb my emi for the same loan was deducted twice when i asked the customer for the same it was said it was due to some machine error from their side and it was promised to be waved off in the month of december. But the again i got my emi statement for this month now when i asked the customer care they are saying it was the amount they have charged for the first due. Shame full act on axis bank.

Preethi with phone num[protected] from axis one assisst customer care regarding atm card safety measure where i was not interested in axis one assisst but they have deducted an amount of rs.1899 from my axis bank without my knowledge. So please do refund my money.

      Credit card emi purchase on flipkart
      I had purchased a costly samsung mobile through axis bank credit card ([protected]) with emi of 6 month option. The purchase price for item was rs 12828/- free interest as emi per month 2141.

      I received the axis bank item from tetter emi 2210 per month and charge of interest 123 per month.

        As per discussion i already paid inr.5000/= with transaction no. Jalb[protected] & i already visit our home branch regarding change the address as discussed with you
        But from last two day one phone call received from mobile no.[protected], (Name of the lady - priti, axis bank, sec-128, noida) & also one gents with her.
        Use very very mouch rough language (Maa, behen ki gali aur bahut gandi gandi galia deraheneh, and bol rahe hen gharse uthale jayenge)
        Many time i told her and him regarding this matter we already touch with mr. Chauhan (The person said chauhan kaun he me nehi janta)

        Many time ask for her email id but she not ready to give the email if. I request her please confirm the email id, i will send to you all conversation but she didn’t ready to liston, any word. Sirif gandi gandi galia.

        I requested to you kindly take necessary action about this matter.

          I piyush ashok kshirsagar of amravati city maharashtra having saving as well as current account in your bank has been blocked in the name of re kyc and that too after providing documents before due date due to which the credit card payment has not been paid and even after going to bank no process has been known to them for payment. Due to non payment charges has been charged to me along with interest altough balance was there in the account. I do want to reverse the charges and no charges should be charged in any case as the fault is of the bank itself..

            Axis bank is the very bad, low class level bank who is thinking that people are fool..
            In my case at the time of account opening they said our axis bank is having core banking service but in actual when i went to the nearest branch they are not accepted to me & also not give the service. Also at the time of account opening without communicating to me they have open my demat account with my salary account which was never use mine. Guys my advice to all o[censored]s don’t use the axis bank.

            Hi I have saving account in axis bank & when i checked my balance they have deducted 500 rs from my account written as Consolidated Charges.plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples.
            I'm open the account in axis bank since last one year. Recently I'm first time 10000k amt credit in my account but today i have received two msg, one is 90 rupees for GST and second is 500 rupees deducted for consolidated charges. I can't understand so many type of cahrges is apply for axis bank...very cheap service provider by axis.

              I came to know on 24th july at 11:40 pm that some body has done atm-cash/+u-37, west patel n/delhi/240717 of rs. 7500/- from my account. I called axis bank support and told the same and made my card blocked. After then they told me to send ccrs dispute form and incident letter. Which i sent on the next day. After that they told that you will get the money in next 30 working day.
              I was assured that you will get the money back for the same. After 45 days i called again for the same to know the status, they told that i have forwarded the case to next dept.
              After 10 to 15 days i got the call from axis bank, they asked me to send the fir copy of police complain copy including the cut copy of your debit card. As i leave in ludhiana and the transaction was done in delhi.

              So ludhiana police was not writing the complain at all. So i informed the bank for the same. The bank assured me over call that not to worry your money will sent in your account with 10 to 15 working days as we dont need fir below 20000/- transaction.

              I waiting for the same. After then i called then they reverted me that as long as you will not send the complain we will not proceed you the money.

              Finally i went to delhi and made the complaint written. Today i tried to send that 100 times the mail did not reach. So i called that same no bank had called from.
              No body picked the call even i called 45 times.
              So i called the customer care, they told that we have not received your any docs regarding this and we dont need police complain for the fraud transaction below 20000/-.

                  To open my account. They told they don't open such kind of account. I showed them the details
                  Mentioned on your website and then also they are not ready. I told them i will complaint regarding
                  Same and they told you can do whatever you want. Sir i have ppf account with icici bank. I want
                  To transfer my ppf account form icici bank to axis bank. So i need saving account so that i can
                  Link the same with my ppf account. This will allow me to handle my ppf deposits online. When my
                  Ppf account will get transferred to axis bank, all my investments in it will come to axis bank.
                  I don't know why these guys don't think this way? Please help me to open my account and
                  Transfer my ppf account to axis bank. I can't not effort a saving account with monthly balance
                  Criteria just to maintain my ppf account. This is the only reason to transfer ppf account to you.

                    Subject: complaint letter for levying of charges without adequate prior notice.

                    Sir/ madam,
                    I am an account holder in your bank since last april’2016. My salary acount number is [protected]. I want to bring this to your kind attention that i have a personal loan in fullerton and every 4th of the day monthly repayment amount with interest is deducted from my salary a/c. But in the month of july’17 & aug’17, there is a discontinue of payment due to salary is not credit in the account. But your esteem bank deduct charges seven time in my a/c instead of two time. It is around rs 4500/-. I think it is not fair practice and bank should not prior intimate to me regarding that. At that time i am jobless and rs.4500/- is a very big amount for me. When in the month of nov ‘17 (03/11/2017), i am depositing rs.5100/- in my account for loan repayment, the bank shound debit around rs1750/- for charges and once again my loan repayment amount is not clear.

                    So your goodself i request you to take necessary action as soon as possible and credit the cheque bounce charges into my account.

                      Respected sir/madam,
                      Today 16/11/17 i got a rs 20000 self cheque from s muktar garments a/c no [protected] and went to near by axis banks andul branch whose ifsc number is utib 0000 874 near about 11.30 am and standing on line, when my terms came the cashier told me that i must have to provide my identity proof card, i tried to convince them that right now i have no id proof with me please give me the money because i was came from south sankrail which is 7 km from the branch but the cashier did not accept my prayer. I came back to my home and take the election commission card and make xerox of it and attach it with the cheque and again standing on line at 1 pm near about. The cashier was giving me 10 rs notes 20 bundles of rs 20000, i repeatedly praying to her please do not give me 20 bundles of 10 rupees bundles because i had to go near by bankra fabrics wholesale market to purchase fabric so how i could i carry those 20 bundles? Is it possible sir? Then the cashier threatening me that if i did not accept those 20 bundles then i have to wait until 3 pm to get 100 rs note or else go to the manager:s office and ask him about the payments. I went to the managers room and asked him as mentioning sir please do some thing i was waiting to long and the cashier threatening me to wait until 3 pm. Then manager told me that he has nothing to do with this problem. I shouted for a while i am accepting my fault due long harassment i was loos my control, i beg apology but the manager mr aninda sarkar by himself went to the cashier cabin and ordered her not to make payment me. One person sitting at his office threatening me to bit in the office if i uttered any single word. He threatening me to forcefully he will wipe out me from the branch if i did not leave the branch.
                      No sir my question is where is my fault?
                      Why they were harassing me so long?
                      Why they were threatening me for physical abuse?
                      I am asking you to check the cc tv footages from 11.20 am to 2 pm then you will find the main story whether i am telling the truth or i am telling lie. This type of manager like mr aninda sarkar the cashier and the unknown person is ruining the fame of axis bank and harassing us. Please ask any of andul branch ifsc code: utib 0000 874 about their customer satisfaction about the services provided by those staffs and manager mr aninda sarkar who are appointed for giving service not ruining the fame of axis bank.
                      My request is please check the cc tv footage and take strong action against them. I am attaching the photo copy of that cheqe and my id card.

                        Yesterday 15/11/2017 at 11am i made a withdrawal payment by aeps (Adhar enabled payment system).
                        But due to network error the request was not proceed but the withdrawal payment of rs-10000/- (Ten thousand) is deducted from my bank account and not refunded back.
                        As earlier i send mails to your customer care but they are not giving me any type of solution.
                        I also contact to your branch (Aburoad, rajasthan) but your employees don't want to handle this situation.

                        My salary account is in your bank, and this type of misbehaving will effect to your bank's prestige,

                          I am priti from asia handlooms pvt. Ltd. Having a current account at your bank. I wanted to issue a letter from axis bank regarding our drawback account at custom. From the last 7 days i am chasing the employees of the bank for the same. But they are so busy that they are always making an excuse. They people are not serious about anything. We have to export asap and we have to submit the letter at custom. Pathetic service from axis bank..

                            This is to inform you that there was fraud transaction from my axis bank credit card of rs 17500 /- on 17th sept 2016.
                            On the same day i have logged complaint to the customer care of axis bank regarding the same
                            I have submitted fir copy along with covering letter with all the details to my main branch i. E. Ashoka niketan, new delhi mentioning fraud transaction from credit card and dispute id is[protected] which bank gave me. I received mail from nodal officer (Anubhooti negi) on 5th jan 2017 that my case has been accepted by insurance team and temporary credit was made to my credit card so that credit card statement is not generated for that month.
                            Now again axis bank made debit to my account stating that case is not accepted and new bank statement was generated in aug of amount rs 17711/-
                            I request you to look into this as soon as possible otherwise i have to raise this in consumer forum.

                              Hello,

                              I am honor of axis bank credit card but due in retrchment and because of this i'm unable to pay my bill.

                              Recovery agencies came to my perents house and torment my family members and told they will take away assets for recovery. Also they said they scolding them said police will forcefully take all of you to jail (Recovery agent came on bike on which police is written). He also scolding in name of 11 months old baby.

                              Can you please help me with this??

                              They also discuss things with neighbors which is violation of RBI fair practice code. Also they do more then 100s of calls in a day from more then 5 people, this seems very frustrating.

                                One unknown person made friendship with me and demanded money from me (Miss damiyanthi, kuwait mobile :[protected] and gave me axis bank ac : [protected] - i transferred to him around kwd 8000/- equivalent to around 18 lakhs indian rupees. All the receipts with me. Now he disappeared. No reply. Please try to trace him and hand him police and intimate me.

                                  My company opened a salary account in axis bank in june 2015 i worked there around a year & later on there was no credit of salary so it was automatically converted to savings account.

                                  Since past 6 or 8 months i was not actively using the account & minimum account balance was also less than 10, 000 so i was charged around ₹600 & later on my balance went in negative as i was not using this account as i'm pursuing my masters. So currently it has gone to -1500 (Negative). I visited my nearest branch & requested them to waive off atleast the negative balance charges as i wish to close my account. But they refuse to waive of the charges.

                                  I wish to close the account now.

                                    Let me start with use of word harassment, this is simply harassment of customer who is being with this bank from last 10 years,

                                    Let me explain the situation,

                                    - around end of last year i have converted my existing salary/saving account to nro account in order to do that i have couriered lots of documents which should fulfill all the kyc
                                    Requirements. Why my kyc didn't updated at that time that i really don't know.

                                    - in process of kyc, i submitted same set of documents which i used while opening/converting it nro account, the visa was expired at the time of application to convert resident to nro also, how you guys converted it to sbnro if the document was not clear in first place.

                                    - around 3-4 months ago i return to india to renew my visa and travel back to usa, however due to some personal problems i cancelled my visa renewal plan and re-joined my india branch, i reached to branch and submitted to change my account type to resident form with all required documents. I have also submitted kyc form with all required documents.

                                    I have two kids and one is around 3 years old and second one is just six month old, you have to understand how my family is surviving without access to my own hard earn money which i can't use because of your pity rules and worst, slow customer support system.

                                    Bankers are more interested in suggesting investment option and ready to send hours on this rather than helping customers to solve there issue related to banking, isn't it amazing!

                                    I am really tired by visiting and contacting over phone to branch so many times to solve this issue, and i don't want to continue keeping account in axis bank, please help me to initiate process to clouser of my account and return my money back as soon as possible.

                                      This is to inform that i had made the payment of my icici credit card bill from my axis bank savings a/c on 13th nov.2017 at 3.43 pm for the amount of rs.22, 423.00 through net banking. I have checked with icici credit card department, the payment is still not credited in the a/c.

                                      Pls. Find attached the screen shot of e receipt for payment made through net banking. Kindly confirm at the earliest that the payment is made. Also let me know by what time the payment made through net banking is credited in the a/c.

                                        I, vikas kumar upadhyay having a/c no. [protected].
                                        In this account my debit transaction are blocked from 01.11.2011by bank after submission of kyc document. When i talk to customer care execute they told that my kyc are not updated but when i visit to home branch my kyc are updated.
                                        I have face problem in my day to day banking transaction. I got fed with negotiation between branch and customer care.
                                        Please solve my problem earliest.
