Hello,

I am honor of axis bank credit card but due in retrchment and because of this i'm unable to pay my bill.

Recovery agencies came to my perents house and torment my family members and told they will take away assets for recovery. Also they said they scolding them said police will forcefully take all of you to jail (Recovery agent came on bike on which police is written). He also scolding in name of 11 months old baby.

Can you please help me with this??

They also discuss things with neighbors which is violation of RBI fair practice code. Also they do more then 100s of calls in a day from more then 5 people, this seems very frustrating.

    One unknown person made friendship with me and demanded money from me (Miss damiyanthi, kuwait mobile :[protected] and gave me axis bank ac : [protected] - i transferred to him around kwd 8000/- equivalent to around 18 lakhs indian rupees. All the receipts with me. Now he disappeared. No reply. Please try to trace him and hand him police and intimate me.

      My company opened a salary account in axis bank in june 2015 i worked there around a year & later on there was no credit of salary so it was automatically converted to savings account.

      Since past 6 or 8 months i was not actively using the account & minimum account balance was also less than 10, 000 so i was charged around ₹600 & later on my balance went in negative as i was not using this account as i'm pursuing my masters. So currently it has gone to -1500 (Negative). I visited my nearest branch & requested them to waive off atleast the negative balance charges as i wish to close my account. But they refuse to waive of the charges.

      I wish to close the account now.

        Let me start with use of word harassment, this is simply harassment of customer who is being with this bank from last 10 years,

        Let me explain the situation,

        - around end of last year i have converted my existing salary/saving account to nro account in order to do that i have couriered lots of documents which should fulfill all the kyc
        Requirements. Why my kyc didn't updated at that time that i really don't know.

        - in process of kyc, i submitted same set of documents which i used while opening/converting it nro account, the visa was expired at the time of application to convert resident to nro also, how you guys converted it to sbnro if the document was not clear in first place.

        - around 3-4 months ago i return to india to renew my visa and travel back to usa, however due to some personal problems i cancelled my visa renewal plan and re-joined my india branch, i reached to branch and submitted to change my account type to resident form with all required documents. I have also submitted kyc form with all required documents.

        I have two kids and one is around 3 years old and second one is just six month old, you have to understand how my family is surviving without access to my own hard earn money which i can't use because of your pity rules and worst, slow customer support system.

        Bankers are more interested in suggesting investment option and ready to send hours on this rather than helping customers to solve there issue related to banking, isn't it amazing!

        I am really tired by visiting and contacting over phone to branch so many times to solve this issue, and i don't want to continue keeping account in axis bank, please help me to initiate process to clouser of my account and return my money back as soon as possible.

          This is to inform that i had made the payment of my icici credit card bill from my axis bank savings a/c on 13th nov.2017 at 3.43 pm for the amount of rs.22, 423.00 through net banking. I have checked with icici credit card department, the payment is still not credited in the a/c.

          Pls. Find attached the screen shot of e receipt for payment made through net banking. Kindly confirm at the earliest that the payment is made. Also let me know by what time the payment made through net banking is credited in the a/c.

            I, vikas kumar upadhyay having a/c no. [protected].
            In this account my debit transaction are blocked from 01.11.2011by bank after submission of kyc document. When i talk to customer care execute they told that my kyc are not updated but when i visit to home branch my kyc are updated.
            I have face problem in my day to day banking transaction. I got fed with negotiation between branch and customer care.
            Please solve my problem earliest.

              Hello,

              I have a savings bank (Acc no. [protected]) at axis bank, andul branch. I had applied for a ppf account on 20th october with an initial application amount t of 1000. Still it has not been activated. Many times my father, aged 72 visited them to enquire the status, every time they told it was under process. After so many days has gone in between i enquired about the same from shakespear sarani branch, kolkata, which is a ppf authorized branch. They are telling, 'it is unusual that it has not yet been activated, may be your application has some problem of documentation etc. Your branch should have told you before. It should not take above 5 working days to get a ppf account approved'.

              This is very disturbing for me that for this simple reason, the branch has made my father move after them. I do not want to make any ppf account with you, following this nuisance. Please ensure i get my initiation amount (Rs 1000) credited back to my account.

              Do the needful at earliest. And if you do not have the right to interfere in this matter then at least tell me where should i write about this to get the redressal.

                I received a call from axis bank they told me this is for card protection service. With out my permission they debited rs. 1899 from my account. When asked at axis bank branch they told me this is another service.. So we cant help u and gave me a toll-free number
                When spoke on the tollfree number the representative told she can deactivate the service but can;t assure me the refund.

                Request to please deactivate the service and refund the amount to my account.

                  Hi,
                  1) i had opened an account in axis bank in 2014 and while opening the account, i have been told that i need to maintain 10000rs quartly and there is no charges for my account. I am not using the account for the transaction for last year and maintaining the same amount but suddenly in oct, i noticed that bank is deducting amc (~50 pm) from april, 2017 without any notification. My aim to maintain 10000 to avoid any charges but in that way, it was below 10000.
                  I wrote to bank on 8th oct for the reason of the charges and requested to close my account to avoid charges for october. They are just extending mail chain without proper information like when had they informed me about this charges etc and put the charges for oct as well on 18th oct.
                  I am out of india for the time and unable to visit the branch. They are just giving request no[protected], 34885186, 35297773 etc) but no proper reply. It is 15th nov now and i am feeling this is the cheap new trick to make money from customers.

                  2) i got mail from axis on 27th july that if deposit 50000+ in my axis account before 31st july, they will give benetton bag. I deposited money before 31st july but never got bag till now. After waiting for almost 2.5months, i dropped mail on 22nd october, again they are just extending the mail with foolish question so that customer will stop at-last.

                  Seeking for help to close my account without paying further and also want to know when had axis bank communicated me that they are starting amc on my account and how can they start without any communication.

                  Axis team had not left any solution so i am posting here as already following up for last 1.5months and not getting any proper reply. Just getting reference no.

I am facing big financial problem that time and able to deposit my emi on time time but every one month 2month i deposit little amount to continue now is 2 emi break amount 7000 approx date 14-11/2017 i got a call from axis bank [protected] and[protected] the officer told his name mr shrivastav. He told me that you pending 2 emi and i agree yes sir i have 2 emi pending give me time on 30th nov i will pay all amount pending but he force me to pay tomorrow or today but i request him so many time i have no money at this time that he hipper and abusing and warning dive me yours addressn i will send recovery guys legal notice
                      And use worst word like teri aukaat ni hai pay krne ki tera to baap bhi paisa dega tu dekh main kya krta hu like that than i also hiper to him he give me a warning to see you soon
                      Sir please do some thing i am facing big problem when i get my salary i will pay all amount with interest but i need some time and i need that guy who abused to me

                        Dear team,

                        I don’t what is your team doing, are the making fool to customer. Axis bank had issued revised sanction letter dated on 26th sept 2017. And they also deducted cersai charge from my account on 25th oct 2017.

                        Axis bank also get agreement 2nd time signed in oct17. Still my loan is not getting disbursed. Are making fool to customer and wasting time for documentation.

                        Previously case was sanctioned on 25th feb 2017. Still case has not been disbursed.

                        I had processed loan through satse finsol (Jayendra gohil). And my was loan was approved for rs. 19l / 120m. I had request to dsa to reduce my emi rs 20k, what they had offered emi of rs 23, 557/-.

                        Jayendrabhai gohil had discussed with sm mr chintan desai, even i had called mr chintan desai for the same, first time he had picked the call and said we are processing the same. But they have not bothered to reply or not picking the call. Is this kind of service we are giving to your customer, which had only applied for loan, then what will be your reply when the case will get disbursed. I was interested take car loan from axis bank, but looking after this treatment with customer. I will have to take loan from other financial institute.

                        Worst service had been given by axis bank...

                        I am also working with finance and but we believe in tat and customer satisfaction.

                          I am a hdfc bank customer & tried to withdraw rs.8000/- from axis bank atm no. Twcw14492 at jkk trust building, vattamalai, komarapalayam, namakkal dt, tn around morning 7.07 am, but the transaction was declined as timedout message, but the amount of rs.8, 000/- was deducted from my account with out receipt of cash.

                            I have made imps transaction on 13th nov 2017 for the amount rs.4000 from my axis account to gp parsik bank. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                            Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.
                            I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

                            I haven't got any call or email from Axis Bank. No action from Axis Bank is taken yet. My IMPS transaction is still on suspect stage and it has not been credited to the beneficiary. I don't know Axis Bank support people are doing.

                            I have written an email to customer support of Axis Bank. No one has attended my issue yet. It's almost 7 days my IMPS transfer is in suspect stage and this people are not bother to help me. Very unprofessional behavior from Axis Bank.

                                There was some amount debited from my account which of total 1036.38 rs on 14th october 2017 and 599 rs on 11th november 2017 even i am not using my demat account which is linked to my account by you without my approval please revert the amount which is deducted and cancel an unnecessary demat account or else i will raise this concern with an ombudsman. How can you attach unnecessary accounts without informing customers.

                                When I login into Axis mobile app I am getting a message to change my mpin since it is not used for 12 months and I an trying to change the mpin and getting the below attached error.

                                  Axis bank has blocked my nri account with out any notice, after contacting the customer care i was asked to submit kyc documents. Even after submitting documents till now after one week the account is not unblocked. Customer care people does not have any knowledge about the process, after contacting my home branch on phone through several attempts, nri services manager says they have not received my docs. After asking him to check my email correctly, he found the docs.

                                  Axis bank customer service is very worst. No response even after contacting personally.

                                      Current account id[protected]Prime forex). This morning around 9.40, i visited your atm in hanumanthnagar, bengaluru to withdraw cash using debit card. I used the 2nd machine. Since there was no cash, i used 1st machine. Inserted debit card, entered amount and entered pin. The machine started counting cash and after a few seconds, the cash outlet flap opened. But the cash did not come out. Then the display showed that the transaction was successful.

                                      Later i checked the statement of accounts. Our current account is debited rs. 20, 000/-.

                                      Since the machine has not dispensed the cash of rs. 20, 000/- we request you to check and reverse the transaction.

                                      It's more than a month now. Complaint is not resolved.
                                      After submitted my re KYC documents, the bankers freeze my account for more than 5 days. I am daily contacting the bank for last 3 days but no use. Even the Basaweshwara Nagar branch manager doesn't know the procedure how to activate my account. Very poor response from Axis bank.

                                        I have made imps transaction on th november 2017 for the amount rs.7100 from my axis account to icici bank (Kidzee tolygunj, kolkata, west bengal) and transaction status is still show suspect. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. Then again i made a transfer of rs7100 as neft and for that transaction status is showing success.. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue and get me refund the first rs7100.

                                        transaction made on 9th november 2017 and today is 14th november . I m posting as its been more than 5 days and i still didnt get refund and status is still suspect for that transaction in my axis bank account .
                                        Hi,

                                        As I talk with mantra support team they said that they already given refund but it should not be reflected in my axis account . The Bank reference number is IGACCOSRZ4 - 613.77

                                        Could you please look into this.
                                        Without my permission nobody is allowed to take my money, improve your service. If its like that they can swipe total money in card.
