I have received a call from axis bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis debit card ending with 0591. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 3070865. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899.

    I have salary account in axis bank from last four years. I have been observing that amount is getting towards consolidated dp charges every month. Today i got message that 325.5 rs got deducted. I really surprised that why there will be charges of different amount every month i know that this amount is not for demat account because for demat account there will be charges annually not monthly. Please give explanation by email that why the charges are levied on customers. If charges are as per norms please mentioned that in sms or mail, if you send the msg like consolidated dp charges, how can the customer get understand the charges structure. Please try to give the importance to customers time that they have many tasks or issues to face daily.

      Block amount is rs.14720.00

      This my humble request kindly look in to it and arrange to release my payment asap.

        My sb account no. [protected] with your tirunelveli town branch. I have updated my kyc details some two months back, still i have been receiving emails asking me to provide kyc details. Now my account is debit freezed. Stating the reason that kyc is not provided/updated. Today i sent my adhaar number[protected] via sms through my registered cell phone number [protected]. This being the fact, i feel grieved that my account has been debit freezed. Please act fairly and render justice.

          I was using icici credit card and do payment from axis bank on 08/11/2017 of 20000 rs but on till date i came to know that payment has not been credited by axis bank to icici credit card and icici taking late payment fee charges of 1000 rs from me. So i want axis bank refund me charges because it is their mistake not mine.

            I was issued credit card bearing no.[protected] by axis bank, which i surrendered on 25.11.2016 at their west mambalam, chennai 600033 and got acknowledgement from them. On the date of surrender no amount was due to them and i have not received any further statement of accounts also from them for the last 1 year.
            In the month of october 2017, i received sms from their billing section that i have to fee renewal fee as though the card is being still used. I took up the matter again through their west mambalam branch on[protected] and on 30.10.2017 i received letter from axis bank credit operation, navi mumbai, thane 400708 that my card has been cancelled wef 27.10.2017 and no amount is due. Today again i received sms from billing department that i have to pay rs.354 which includes renewal fee + plus penalty. Whenever i tried to send mail to [protected]@axisbank.com, i was told that my e mail is not registered with them.             I got 3 primium cards with separate limit at the time of allotment. I pay for all 3 cards rs. 10000+10000+30000 as a joining fees and also as a annual reanual fees... But last end of November month bank merge my all Credit cards limit as a combine credit limit... I talk to many times to customer care officer for the same... They nevar answer me properly or not answer my complaint filled threw mail as well as threw customer care officer ..till date no reply as such.
            I have all telephonic conversation from day one when i got cards with specific instructions that my cards got separately limit.. I got it also and enjoying also my card as a separate limit up to december 1st week. I pay my card separtly and got limit enhancement separately time to time on my ITR documents..
            They dont evan care such like us coustomer. I pay 50000RS. fees annually and what i got as i faith person on Or behahf of axis bank.
            I feel bad and i am going to cancle my all cards one by one on renual date as i dont trust on them further.

              And when i had come to your axis bank to give the letter of which i had closed loan & settled on 07/11/2017 and for noc your bank staff has refused to take loan closed letter and threatening me that we well won’t take your loan closed letter or we will not give noc you do what you want and you can give complaint were you want, and i had paid rs1, 83, 450 principal amount, and interest is paid rs 86, 913 from 15/08/2016 to 15/11/2016 and again i do not have any extra amount to pay, your bank staff is threatening to pay illegal amount of extra rs 40, 537 to take noc

                Dear sir/madam, i applied for student loan of amount 33, 00, 000/- rs. But bank provide me sanction letter of 20, 00, 000/- rs. Now at disbursement time they queried regards property and actually technical team provide them finalization on 06.10.2017 and they informed me on 10.11.2017 infect they stopped my disbursement because of that query. My problem is that till my process starting to end everyday they want single document from me even they are not tolding me which documents required in a single time and its affects on my file and takes a long time to senction. Now last query is regard my property's form no.6. Which is not updated in government website. I already provide them form 7, 12, 8-a & contractor sale deed which documents are ok but entry of form 6 is not showing on website so because of that they hold my disbursement. I already visit to talati office who update records on website they informed me, it takes minimum 45 days to update online portal. So i am facing this problem just because of form no.6.-priyank patel -[protected]

                  I have received an axis neo credit card 3 months ago, i was regularly paying my bills but though after paying the minimum amount of my bill for the month of october i was charged with an amount of 2500+ rupees, and other additional charges like over limit fee, debit charges extra were charged on me, and i have request to convert some of my bill amount to emi when i called the customer care support team a lady has answered me and told me that few of my transactions can be all together converted into emi but late i received several messages that each transaction was converted as emi and for which each transaction conversion was charged with 250rupees charges which was over burdened on me, and late when i again called the customer care no one where able to clarify my doubts and a surprising thing is that axis people are not answering my calls at all. I have many more doubts which have to be clarified i hope someone can take intiative on this and help me out.

                    I have made imps transaction today (10thnov 2017) for the amount rs.6000 from my axis account to andhrabank account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                    Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.
                    I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

                        You have made such customer care that no one can register right thing in time.

                        Your nos changed why still hang on your system.?? It is wastage of time to search.

                        Mobile digits gets dial double because of so sensitive, after three option it does not accept automatically. It is hours passed. Their is no operator option to listen the debit card lost & internet generation from debit card.

                        One is not hear in right time or emergency.

                          This is to inform you that i cannot pay this amount as my family has fallen under hard time in recent months, but we do want to settle this in a fair and just manner so that you can have the money you deserve and we can be relieved of the burden of owing you this debt.

                          At this time, i can able to give around rs. 8000 per month. Please settle with this amount. More than rs.8000 is not affordable for me in the present situation.

                          I am ready to settle this as soon as i get the confirmation from your side.

                            I have applied for the home loan in axis bank loan center thoripakkam, chennai. (Application id:7237608).

                            Took long time for processing 1 and half month due to delay in legal dept. And the loan got sanctioned finally.

                            Now in the final cheque clearance stage due to some internal norms in gramma natham land my loan got rejected.

                            This norms are not checked initially and also during the legal checks.

                            The issue is totally due to the axis loan center internal problem and am facing financial issues to pay for land now.
                            Also due to your faults i am facing lot of mental stresses.

                            My processing fee also got debited and not revertrf back.

                            I am in relationship with axis bank for more than 7 years. Due to the above issue i totally disappointed with your bank.

                            Kindly look on the above issue and at-least return back the processing fee since the issue is totally due to axis bank.

                              I have submitted adhar card and pan card for link up bank account. But they never linked up. I have already submitted and visited branch 3 times but still they dont added and when i call today they said that please submitted adhar card and pan card you never submitted. How many times i have to submitted and visited branch?? Instead of they communicate internally, they botherd customer. I am very disappointed with the customer service.

                                Before fifteen day ago i submitted my documents for opening a new account but that was not opened. When i meet your workers they say me tomorrow your account will open but after then my account was not opened. And sometimes they say your account are goes in negative list but soon your account open. Plzz sir help me what i can do. And plzz take action fast. Because my brother was read out of country and i want to send money them.

                                        This is to bring to your attention that due to financial constrain, i, mr ranjit banerjee had to close down my axis bank sb account (A/c-[protected]) on 18.10.17. I have been given only an acknowledgement receipt and no noc/clearance have been sent to me so far. I had also requested the branch manager (Arnab bhattacharya/mob-[protected]) to close down my credit card xx5994. I had paid all dues but he refused to provide me any closure form or message. Again on 23.10.17 another credit card xx2526 has been sent to my home and office address, which i didn't apply for. I didn't receive the card and sent back to the bank address. The bank is threateningly forcing me to accept the credit card. I am being continually harassed and bullied by the bank. Since i am a patient of hypertension and depression, this is getting on my nerves and creating health hazards. I have sent several emails to the head office, nodal officer and principal nodal officer but they didn’t solve my problem.
