    This is to bring to your attention that due to financial constrain, i, mr ranjit banerjee had to close down my axis bank sb account (A/c-[protected]) on 18.10.17. I have been given only an acknowledgement receipt and no noc/clearance have been sent to me so far. I had also requested the branch manager (Arnab bhattacharya/mob-[protected]) to close down my credit card xx5994. I had paid all dues but he refused to provide me any closure form or message. Again on 23.10.17 another credit card xx2526 has been sent to my home and office address, which i didn't apply for. I didn't receive the card and sent back to the bank address. The bank is threateningly forcing me to accept the credit card. I am being continually harassed and bullied by the bank. Since i am a patient of hypertension and depression, this is getting on my nerves and creating health hazards. I have sent several emails to the head office, nodal officer and principal nodal officer but they didn’t solve my problem.

    Therefore, i would humbly request you to look into the matter and take necessary action at the earliest.

      I have made imps transaction on 8th nov 2017 for the amount rs. 500 from my axis bank account to idbi bank account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited and the transaction status is showing suspects. We have urgent requirement of money. I request to you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

        Has per your balance sheet of my loan account no aur[protected] name (Sohan prasad) & has on date 07/11/2017 my full and final clear balance is to pay rs 6, 34, 463 that is full and final balance that i should pay my loan amount of your bank, and now i had cleared that by neft from my account [protected] from corporation bank pandeshwer branch mangalore on[protected] with utr no: corp[protected], and received your conformation message from corpbank that is (Ref:corp[protected]) for inr 634463 to aur[protected] in utib0000077 made on 07-nov-2017,
        And now i had cleared all you outstanding balance of my lone account no aur[protected] of axis bank, bunts hostel, mangalore which i have paid full and final amount has per your bank balance sheet and again there is zero balance and no balance has to pay for your axis bank onmy loan account and i have cleared it all now
        And when i had come to your axis bank to give the letter of which i had closed loan & settled on 07/11/2017 and for noc your bank staff has refused to take loan closed letter and threatening me that we well won’t take your loan closed letter or we will not give noc you do what you want and you can give complaint were you want, and i had paid rs1, 83, 450 principal amount, and interest is paid rs 86, 913 from 15/08/2016 to 15/11/2016 and again i do not have any extra amount to pay, your bank staff is threatening to pay illegal amount of extra rs 40, 537 to take noc
        And now i had cleared your loan that is on 07/11/2017 and from today if you send any ecs or any cheques on my corpration bank account & if written i well won’t be responsible for that, and you yourself that (Axis bank) well be the whole and sole responsible for the written of your ecs or cheque and please give my noc

          Dear axis team,

          Greetings for the day
          I was complaint about my salary account activation because there is not active yet.

          I also visit my nearest bank m. G road goregaon west.
          They inform me your ac is not active and they are not enable to active this account, because my account branch address is kalanagar bandra east and account is active process is done there only.

          Please help me for active my account because my this month salary is stuck in that account, and i cant withdraw my salary coz of this only.

          Sir, i have tried to transfer inr 3200/- through bhim axis pay application via upi transfer on[protected]. Respective transaction code is[protected] Inr 3200/- was debited from my account, till now amount was not credited to my beneficiary account.Please refund or complete the transaction.
          Sir, with due respect, kindly note my axis mobile has been locked from last 2 months due to 5 unsuccessful mPin attempts. I tried to open my all means but invain.             I was visit the branch (Silpukhur - sol id-1442) regarding close my account, i met abhishek bhattacharjee (Cso) nd tell him everything, and he told me that we could do that within two working days but till today[protected] day do not proceed the account closer request. As a customer service i have surely disappointed for this type of services and today my account balance is showing (-4394.44). My account details - a/c-[protected]. Please kindly action these type of employees.

            Please provide solution for it.
            SMS service is not removed from my account even number of times visit to Branch. Request has been made to customer care and online also but no action. Now I am not left with solution to close my account but dont know they will do it or not.

              I filled the form for opening a new joint account in axis bank on 2nd october. The opening account money was transferred instantly but till date we have not received any confirmation of our account. We do not know in which account the money has been transferred since we have received no account number.
              Likewise all services are taking unduly long time to execute

                My self kumar and i had salary account with axis bank but my salary account closed but even though i was doing transaction in axis bank and the account number is [protected], currently my account showing negative balance.

                Please can you activate the account i already submitted the documents like aadhar card to maripur, muzaffarpur branch.

Cheque book and a debit card also a receipt of Rs 13000 but still today the account has not been open.The bank representative is not cooperate with me properly.

                    I want to inform that i go to 4 and 5 days in axis bank to making a new atm card because my card is expiry. But in the bank sub branch manager axis bank rath 210431. Firstly he west my 4 -5 days time. Per he said to come next day.
                    On 06/11/2017 i go to bank i meet the sub manager to making my atm cart. They tolarate me. Then i say why u not making atm cart. The sub manager abuse me (Gali di mother chaud bhag ja, iska a/c band kar do) then i against tell me, why you are abuse me. But they abuse me continue.
                    I said that is it not fair. But they not listen me. They are out me on the bank.
                    I polite requested u sir please help me. And that employee is not good for bank.

                    One of Revcovery Guy his name was Ajay [protected] who given bad words and told Teri aukaat Kya hai tujhe paise khayee and telling baap mein dum nahi hai, I told to guy I will pay on Monday with calm and silently and he guy Ajay telling Teri aukaat Kya hai.
                    So please strict the action or I will not paying any single money.
                    I am SBI customer and on 31st October I went to my near Axis Bank ATM to withdraw money but the transaction was not done and I did not get the money but 6000 was debited from my A/c
                    On 2 Nov 2017 i used my carporation bank debit in ur bank atm at 14.32.withdraw was processed but cash was not dispense.
                    kindly do needful asap.

                      We have opened an current account on[protected] axis bank - fc road branch, pune, because we got to know that axis bank have excellent service. But we had bad experience with axis bank. We have closed our account from indusland bank as per above details. Since we have opened the account we just received the bank cheque book 3 days before. When we have filled the account opening form with all facilities like email/ sms/ net banking etc. Also we have applied for ed swipe machine.
                      Ed swipe machine installed on[protected] but we are not getting the information about the credit balance till yet, also there is no email regarding that. Also we have not received net banking user id/ password and any other information related to the account. I am really not happy. I would like request you to please look into this matter and sort this out in this week else please close our account and return our money back.

                        Morning i transfer the money from my axis bank mobile app to other account.
                        Actually i has to transfer amount to my friend account name sriman.
                        But instead of that i selected srinivas from my beneficiary list and transfered 5000/-rs.
                        When i call customer care they ask me to go to your home branch,
                        When i visited my home branch at himayatnagar, i met so many people.
                        They send me from counter no 1. To counter no 3. Then i met assistant manager.
                        At last i visit manager at himayatnagar but no one is helping me as i told to them that by mistake i tranfer the money to srinivas account.
                        They told me that its not possible to recover that amount,
                        No one is helping me.

                        By mistake i transfer to [protected].

                          Yesterday, i had transferred 4200/- through netbanking from axis to sbi a/c but till now the amount is not credited to benefiary a/c, i had called to axis customer care as well as to sbi but both are not responding properly, axis bank customer care told to me to contact sbi bank and sbi customer care was told to contact axis.. No one is providing me proper guidance

                            Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.

                              My credit card already block by bank on 29may2017 after debit of rupees 18464. After that m not used my credit card but after 5 month a huge amount of payment rupees 15719 debit from my account automatically. Many time i call to customer service, they send me my credit card statement which show that a emi is still continue with my credit card account. But in my axis bank app and in my saving account no credit card show, every time this message give by bank that i have no credit card plz apply for new. My question is that when i have no credit card that why payment still debit from my account and also showing a payment of rupees 14000 approx in my credit card account. If my problem not solved with clearly than i will go to court for against bank fraud system. Its humble request to u please solve it. Now what can i do, plz tell me?

                                Hello,

                                I tried opening an nri account and contacted a branch, its been a month their is no proper response from them. I always spoke to a guy who handles the nri accounts no proper repsonse from him. I don't want to apply nri account through online which is why i contacted the branch. I want some one who can guide me to fill the documents and complete the process for opening an account.

                                  This is very sad to inform you that axis bank, golpark branch, kolkata does not have any work timing for employees. The employees have to work there for 12 hrs a day which is i think even more than an unskilled labour working hours. Even girls have to work for 12 hrs daily and this has become daily routine of their work the work timing is 9am to 9pm. The best part is that there is no rule or inspection from rbi for this. Employees do understand if this happens once or twice in a month but this happens daily wihich is simply effecting their personal lifes. They know and understands that banking sector has to go through a huge pressure during half yearly and year ending but daily this is not tolerable either axis bank should pay overtime or they should provide reduce their work timing atleast to 10 hrs a day. Even 10 hrs is not justified but still employees are happy if this reduces to 10 hrs day.

                                  Please do see and resolve the issue.

                                      I have transferred money from my axis bank account through imps to ratnakar bank account. But i can now see my transaction status is suspect mode though the account is debited. The receiver is not credited with the amount as well.                                         I am having axis bank salary account and have been using normal debit card from axis bank from many years. Recently one of the axis bank representative has called me saying that he is a relationship manager from axis bank (His contact number is [protected]) and he insisted me to upgrade my debit card to more secured card (Chip enabled). However i responded him saying that i am very much happy with my existing debit card and not interested to update it. However he called me multiple times to upgrade my card and said it will cost you 300rs only and there is no other charge to it and no annual fee also. Based on his instruction i upgraded the card using online axisbank portal. But now i have been charged around 590rs, and when i called him he said i have been wrongly charged and i clearly told him i don’t want to upgrade the card and told him to cancel it. He said he will cancel it and refund the money. But it’s been many days i have not been refunded. I tried him to reach many times but he is not even receiving my call. Looks like he is intentionally not receiving my call.

                                        Could someone please let me know how can i lodge a fraud case against this?
