On 7-nov.-2017 i visit to axis bank (Add.- nr. Shankar ashram, jwalapur road, haridwar-249407) for depositing funds of rs 15, 750/- and rs 16000/- (2000/- x 8) given by me and for remaining amount cashier return me with 25 notes of 10 rupee note.. After requesting them of 2 notes of 100 rupee note instead of 10 rupee note... Cashier simply neglect my request and misbehave by saying that i m having 10 rupee note only and won't be giving 100 rupee note despite of having them..
Also i come across this issue with the bank manager and but he also neglect my request and ask me to get out of the cabin..
This behaviour is not acceptable by such designated officials...
Bank officials can't do this kind of behaviour with their customer..
Misbehaving would not be acceptable, no bank can neglect the customer to pay any bank note despite of having them..
Kindly take the issue seriously in public services welfare and let me know the proceedings

Sir I have given my axis account [protected], for my new job for salary account but my account is closed kindly reactivate that boz already I submitted for my new salary account to my hr office..if have any charges or penalties debit when my salary credits

    I have made credit card payment of 6057.84 on [protected]@09:29 am with reference id[protected] and due date for same is 09-nov-2017. Till now payment is not credited to credit card but the amount is deducted from my account. I am following up for same from last friday (03-nov-2017) but not getting any help from concerned team and call is being re-routed to various executives. This is very pathetic and ridiculous service i am getting as a customer also i have been requesting them to process request at earliest as late payment will impact cibil score etc. But they are least bothered. Request appropriate team to resolve the issue and contact me on [protected] and will make sure none of my company corporate accounts are linked to axis hereafter.

      Hello,

      I have submitted my application and all other documents on 25th oct 2017 to open a salary account in your thoraipakkam branch and later i have received the application number through sms.

      Still my account is not yet activated,
      And i didn't find any web page of axis bank to get the status of my application.

      This is the following message which i received :

      Please help me to activate at the earliest.

              I have a credit card someone from Singapore hacked it and paid 4718 rupees to microsoft xbox go live service.. i went to the branch and they said to call care and i did customer care said to send mail but when i try to send it fails.

                  My last date for payment was 9th of october. However i did my payment on 6th of october.

                  The bank has still charged me a late payment fee along with gst telling me that they received the payment late.

                  They are telling me that since a reversal was given last month, they cannot process the reversal for another 6 months.

                  This is wrong. As a customer, i did make my payment on time and the bank credit card statement shows that. They cannot charge me for late payment fee as i did complete the payment on time.

                  I have attached the screen shot of proof from the bank statement shared by the bank itself.

                  Please help.

                    I have made imps transaction today (06 nov 2017) for the amount rs.13400 from my axis account to hdfc account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                    Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.
                    I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

                      This is to inform you that i had gone with your atm card to vijaya bank rourkela atm and tried to draw rs.10000/- twice. 0n 10th september, 2017. But while punching the button i wrongly put the hand on no and yes button there by denying the amount. I had complaint to your rourkela branch (262) in writing immediately after that and now nunning rom pillar to post. There is no returning the amount to my account till date eventhough i am following up every week. This is too much and since i am a bonafide customer of your rourkela branch since 2004-05 i feel exhausted in following up. Will you please look into the matter and help me to get the amount of rs.10000/-which was wrongly debited to my account. Yours faithfully. Govind vasudevan

                        On dt 4/11/17 i made a payment from my debit card to national electronics, bilaspur through axis bank pos. The amount rs.1995/- deducted twice from my debit card.
                        In this one transaction got failed and the second one got succeeded but the amount has been deducted two times.

                        So. Please refund the failed transaction amount rs.1995/- in my account as early as possible.

                            I am a customer of axis bank agartala, tripura. 12th june 2017 i will done a insurance of tata aig under pinaki dasgupta. From my account. I insure me and my parents. Policy premium 18000. We going to hyadrabad for our health check up july 13th, when we reached agartala i will contact 2mr pinaki then mr. Pinaki said to me we submit our all original documents. I did it.. My bill is around 40000. But i got only 13000. And i don't get my policy bond and insurance card.. Till now...
                            So i want to know that is it right for a customer??

                                On dated 26oct mr. Ravi rao closed all my emis with 3% forecloser charges and gst amount and told me that total amount of rs141246 is total outstanding please put 100% auto debit in your account so that on 4th november rs68413 (Including 3% for closer charges and gst =rs3139/-) may be deducted from your account and on 5th dec rest amount rs72833/- will be deducted and then this card will be closed permanently.

                                Things are not going like that on 31st oct rs37470/- deducted from my account and now today 5th nov 2017 mr. Ashutosh telling me that rs117080 is more pending which is total rs154550/-.

                                Rs[protected] =rs13304? (Extra amount)

                                Every time different person and different stories hence i am fade up with axis bank and soon i will close all my family axis bank accounts too.

                                They all are fraud.

                                  I have a salary account in axis bank, in jp nagar branch, bangalore. I want to inform that they are deducting amounts in the name of "consolidated dp charges" from my account without informing me. I didn't get any notification for that. When i called the customer care they informed that it is deducted because of the demat account, but noting is linked with my sb account.

                                  I request indian complaint register form to take necessary action if possible.

                                      Could you please help me to rid out of this?
                                      As fraud account are also from axis bank account.
                                      You can check now my account balance is 300 rs only and i have no other source of money.
                                      I feel if you people take it personally then you can definitely help me to get out of this hell.

                                        Some people come and open the 3 in 1 account on last year december they charged 1000 also and they said you will get every think along with kit. But still now i didn't get any debit card it's almost 1 year over. But the think is i called that person who is open that account he inform now for that 3 in 1 account we will not provide any debit card.
                                        Confirm the reason and why they charged 1000 rupees without debit anyone will open account in bank.
                                        Why they didn't inform while opening a account.
                                        I'm also working in banking industry this very rediculs.
                                        What to i meet this query kindly guide me.
                                        I want to take a personal loan in your this very very bad experience in my life almost one year my account.
                                        Kindly guide me how can i close my 3 in 1 account. [protected] my contact number register with bank
