Sub: check got return, but amount debited frm account

Myself vinod frm bangalore, paid by check to dhfl home loans processing fees, check number 101931 and 101940 both got return and 101931 amount 3000/- got debited frm my account not credited back, personal contact customer care and kormangala branch they r helpless and telling me to visit mg road branch, seriously i am not able to make time to visit branches and spend time plz help me out fm this issues, y it is happening...

I have taken SB account by submitting all documents Aadhaar, PAN, Electricity bill and gas bill. You have debited Rs 499 wrongly by mentioning that there is no Aadhaar link to your account. Kindly credit the same amount to my account number.. [protected], &CustID.[protected]...

    I am seeing some unusual activity in my account. Amount is getting deducted by axis bank after few days of recharge without any access.
    Is this a scam or theft.
    Talked to metro rail, they said its done by bank only.

      I have applied for a "my zone credit card" on oct 6th, 2017. One person came near my residence on that day to complete application. At first i was promised of getting credit card before oct. 13, 2017. But i didn't. Then i got a message on oct. 15, 2017 saying thanks for applying credit card and got a application number to track the application. I was fine that atleast i should be getting before 3rd november, 2017 when i have to travel abroad. But all hopes in vain. I am still unable to track that application after 10 days and more.
      After that got a verification call on 31st oct, 2017 and on 2nd november, 2017 but till date i did not get any message/mail that the verification was successful or not. I have contact the customer care nearly 15 time or more but did not get any good response. I got very poor service from axis bank and till now did not get my credit card.
      I am not at all happy with the service. Please atleast be honest of what you are telling your customer. If you can't then say no instead of giving false hopes. I was dependent on this credit card being my first one for using in my international travel.

        Respected sir,

        I here to say that i, nilanjan daripa, received notification that rs 23607 has been credited (As i deposited a cheque for the same 3 days ago) to my axis account no [protected] but in my balance its show 119 rs but in statement it showss balance of rs 23725. I am unable to use my amount, therefore i request you to do needful or credit amount to my bank account otherwise i take legal action on axis bank.

          I have made imps transaction on 01st nov 2017 for the amount rs.10000 from my nri axis account to other bank account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
          I contacted axis bank customer care. But no any good response. Plzz help

          I made a IMPS Transaction on 28 DEC 2017 and transaction is Suspect and amount is deducted, but its not credited to beneficiary Account, Send email to customer service team, but did not get any replies from them.
          Also register a complaint with my PR Manager and manages to raise a complaint (Service request[protected].

          Even after 5 Days Neither the amount is credited in my account nor into Beneficiary Account, Axis bank holds the transactions and my amount which need to be send urgently.
          Very bad experience and not given proper response from a reputed bank like Axis Bank. Very disappointing.

                I had taken the axis bank credit card four months back. But i am not able to activate it so far. When i tried to contact with the customer care number, they had provided in the card itself, several times, nobody is attending the phone. What should i do... What is the meaning of this customer care... Is it a way to deceive the customer. I haven't seen such a poor customer care in my life... Really cheating the customers

                  Dear team,
                  I have axis bank's neo credit card that was activated a year ago.
                  I have bought an air condition in the month of 2 june, 2017 from reliance digital store. Total ac price was 43500, in which i have paid 15500 in cash, and remaining 28000 converted into 6 months emi.
                  I have paid continuously 3 emi for june, july, aug.
                  In the month of sep 21, 2017 i got cash back of rs: 1065 that cashback basis on my request credit card department adjusted in my reaming amount of ac.
                  At 30 sep, 2017 i have foreclose my all ac installment.

                  Now on 10 oct, 2017 i have bought washing-machine of rs:19247 using this credit card itself. But i did return this washing-machine and i got refund back on 15 oct, 2017.

                  My statement generation date is 12 of every month. Practically i dont have any outstanding in my current bill since i already foreclose ac remaining amount and washing machine refund has been adjusted in oct bill.

                  But today 1 nov, 2017[due date for oct 2017 bill] they deduct 14461. I have said them i dont have any outstanding but they said we will not return back amount. You can adjust this in your next bill i. E. Nov 2017.

                  I told them i dont want to adjust any bill, please refund my money. But they said "no", at any cost we will not refund your money.

                  I have spoken with their representative, floor manager but everyone said. This is our policy once amount deducted will not processed back.

                  Please help me to get my money back

                        I went to axis bank, raja park branch, jaipur rajasthan to get a new current account opened for my new company on 4/10/2017. I gave them (Mr. Khemedra sharma, mob: [protected]) a check of rs. 21000 from my personal bank account for the same.
                        The money was debited from my account on 7/10/2017. The bank representatives came the same day to verify and said that you'll get your kit within seven days. After that no communication has been attempted from them.

                        I called then on 26/10/2017 as i still had not received any kit or message or mail regarding my account and they simply told me that they had come though some problem and could not open my account. They did not even call me themselves to tell me the same and when i asked for a check back for the same account through which they debited the money, they simply refused. Since then i've been calling mr. Khemendra sharma (Mob: [protected]) every day and he always says "give me till this evening/tomorrow and i'll sort it out. Or i'm sending somebody to your place to give you the money back". But that never happens. He never even calls me back.
                        Now it's been a month and still no account and no refund of rs, 21000
                        Axis bank has proved to be the worst in terms of customer service

I don"t know why your staff is reminding me daily for the past few days to update kyc and aadhaar even though i have i completed. Chennai is drenched due to recent rain. Without minding my health and my old age i went and met ms. Kohila staff of saligramam branch and came to know that everything is completed. I am totally upset with your reminders over phone when i am taking rest at 2.30 p. M.

                                  I have three saving bank accounts (Jointly held) with axis bank ltd patti (Punjab) branch. I visited your bank and submitted my documents twice for re kyc.. But re kyc is not done yet. Bank is again demanding the documents (Third time). I am a govt employee and cant visit again and again in the bank for re kyc.                                     Hi, i'm archita sureka.
                                    I'm having my salary account in your bank and from last 1 month i'm facing problem to withdraw money from my account or unable to face any transaction using my debit card, whenever i swipe my debit card to withdraw money or to make any transaction i got message from axis bank that my daily transaction exceeds, as per your customer care executive my debit card transaction limit downed to rs1 per transaction.
                                    My debit card no. Is [protected]
                                    Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible, due to rs1 transaction limit i'm unable to withdraw my salary from my account.

                                    On the other hand i have requested for my zone credit card which is not delivered to me, today i got the message that my credit card was returned but i want to know the reason for the return of my credit card as there are person available at my home to take the delivery of my credit card.
                                    Kindly send me my credit card to my permanent address which is my home address.

                                    Kindly look into my matter and solve it asap.

                                        On 3rd of september around 8 to 8.30pm, i tried to withdraw rs.5000 initially from one of the sbi atm, the cash was not dispensed after i entered the pin. Then i tried to withdraw in another machine of same sbi atm. But again i did not receive any cash after entering the pin. I had tried some more attempts to withdraw, but i was not dispensed any cash. I’m not sure of how may attempts i made.
                                        I did not receive any slips from the machine, and i made sure to wait some time to check if money would be dispensed late, but no cash was dispensed.

                                        Since i could not get cash, i went to canara bank and withdraw rs.10, 000 twice – (20, 000) which was a successful transaction.

                                        I only came to know that the money had been debited by sbi atm transaction only after i checked the statement on 6th september. I dint have the registered mobile number with me at that time.
                                        I immediately called customer care and reported this issue.
