I have tried to link my Aadhar Card to my Axis Bank Salary Account. But it is showing me the message that I have not linked my Mobile No. even though It has already been linked. Kindly help me as soon as possible.

Pls refer my previous complain and resolve this issue.

    I went to axis bank, raja park branch, jaipur rajasthan to get a new current account opened for my new company on 4/10/2017. I gave them (Mr. Khemedra sharma, mob: [protected]) a check of rs. 21000 from my personal bank account for the same.
    The money was debited from my account on 7/10/2017. The bank representatives came the same day to verify and said that you'll get your kit within seven days. After that no communication has been attempted from them.

    I called then on 26/10/2017 as i still had not received any kit or message or mail regarding my account and they simply told me that they had come though some problem and could not open my account. They did not even call me themselves to tell me the same and when i asked for a check back for the same account through which they debited the money, they simply refused. Since then i've been calling mr. Khemendra sharma (Mob: [protected]) every day and he always says "give me till this evening/tomorrow and i'll sort it out. Or i'm sending somebody to your place to give you the money back". But that never happens. He never even calls me back.
    Now it's been a month and still no account and no refund of rs, 21000
    Axis bank has proved to be the worst in terms of customer service

I don"t know why your staff is reminding me daily for the past few days to update kyc and aadhaar even though i have i completed. Chennai is drenched due to recent rain. Without minding my health and my old age i went and met ms. Kohila staff of saligramam branch and came to know that everything is completed. I am totally upset with your reminders over phone when i am taking rest at 2.30 p. M.

          I have been receiving phone calls since 4-5 months bothering me for repayment of car loan in the name of mamatamayee. I have repeatedly told them that i am milan das and i have not taken any loan from axis bank, yet the next day the same call repeats.

            I have tried to book my train tickets through irtc account using axis debit card

            I have given all the details and try to book the tickets first time it doesn't accept my details but second time it accepted and got booked but the problem was twice my money got debited..1211.80 at 17.32 and at 17.35pm..

            Kindly check and refund the amount.

              I have three saving bank accounts (Jointly held) with axis bank ltd patti (Punjab) branch. I visited your bank and submitted my documents twice for re kyc.. But re kyc is not done yet. Bank is again demanding the documents (Third time). I am a govt employee and cant visit again and again in the bank for re kyc. Acc no [protected] (Sandeep puri) and [protected] (Abnash kumari).                 Hi, i'm archita sureka.
                I'm having my salary account in your bank and from last 1 month i'm facing problem to withdraw money from my account or unable to face any transaction using my debit card, whenever i swipe my debit card to withdraw money or to make any transaction i got message from axis bank that my daily transaction exceeds, as per your customer care executive my debit card transaction limit downed to rs1 per transaction.

                Please look into the matter and solve it as soon as possible, due to rs1 transaction limit i'm unable to withdraw my salary from my account.

                On the other hand i have requested for my zone credit card which is not delivered to me, today i got the message that my credit card was returned but i want to know the reason for the return of my credit card as there are person available at my home to take the delivery of my credit card.
                Kindly send me my credit card to my permanent address which is my home address.

                Kindly look into my matter and solve it asap.

                    On 3rd of september around 8 to 8.30pm, i tried to withdraw rs.5000 initially from one of the sbi atm, the cash was not dispensed after i entered the pin. Then i tried to withdraw in another machine of same sbi atm. But again i did not receive any cash after entering the pin. I had tried some more attempts to withdraw, but i was not dispensed any cash. I’m not sure of how may attempts i made.
                    I did not receive any slips from the machine, and i made sure to wait some time to check if money would be dispensed late, but no cash was dispensed.

                    Since i could not get cash, i went to canara bank and withdraw rs.10, 000 twice – (20, 000) which was a successful transaction.

                    I only came to know that the money had been debited by sbi atm transaction only after i checked the statement on 6th september. I dint have the registered mobile number with me at that time.
                    I immediately called customer care and reported this issue.

                      I called 5 times but customer care is not responding properly.
                      Worst tele banking services from axis bank,

                      Previous also i called and asked for internet banking services but tele banking officers was not given solution.

                      This service is worst.
                      Then i need to update account as a salary account. So, i updated my id card, employer letter, current payslip

                              I have salary account in axis bank i got a credit card from axis bank before some time i purchased a mobile with this credit card and i had paid total amount of purchase in next month but after some time bank sent me again a bill i had paid again then bank sent again a bill i paid all bills even i didn't purchase anything more.

                              I requested bank to stop my credit card services but bank didn't response me still now and now i got a new bill and now i have paid total due amount now i want that i have paid all amount and do not want to continue credit card services please stop it right now.

                              No any bill should be come from bank right now its requested & suggestion to bank otherwise i will do a legal case about it i hope now my problem will resolve properly

                                I have received sms from axis bank in which i have been informed that rs.1899/- was deducted from my account to provide "one assist plan" on 27/10/17 without my permission. I have already informed this matter after calling in the customer care no. [protected] and lodged complain on the same day, but unable to receive any complain number from their end.
                                You are, therefore, requested to note that i am not interested to accept this type of services and as such you are also requested to make necessary arrangement to deactivate "one assist plan" and get back my deducted amount of rs. 1899/- to my account at an earliest.

                                  On 20th oct 2017, i tried to withdraw 2000 rupees from sbi atm, as suddenly electricity gone so didn't received any cash but after some time when electricity came and when i cross checked mini statement then it showed deduction of rs 2000.

                                  Kindly refund my amount asap as from many days i am waiting for the cash back. Two times i have already submitted my feedback but not received any update on the same.

It has been 21 days today nd there is no response. I would hope that my request should be responded quickly. Giving such a worst experience to new coustmers is not a good thing.                                       This is my second complaint in a row.
                                      So bank generated new customer id for my account but didn't facilitated with internet banking. So i cant register for internet banking.
                                      If bank is associated with my company for our salary account then why do i have go behind for every process when while registering for account everything were provided and mentioned.
                                      I have generated reference no. For my complaint to activate my id for internet banking. Please resolve it quickly.

                                        Sir, i have tried to transfer inr 3000/- twice through axis bhim application on 1st august 2017. Respective transaction code is upi/p2a/[protected] and upi/p2a/[protected]. Both the transaction was failed. Inr 6000/- was debited to my account, till now amount was not credited to my account.in this regard i have complained twice complaint no 33546419/25th august 2017 and [protected]/ 11th september 2017. Issue not resolved till now.
