My credit card got expired on aug'17 but still annual fee is applied to my account which is completely illogical, as i am not going to use my card for next 1 year why should i be paying annual fee?

I spoke rahul on 16th sep and asked him to withdraw the charges so i can pay my balance due and clear the outstanding to settle the credit card and proceed with closure. Request number received from rahul is 34045540. I am yet to receive any conclusion after this.

Thereafter i spoke with a lady named natasha (I dont't recall 100% but it was something similar) she said, i can only redeem charges if you reactive the card, i got convinced but somehow it is not processed yet.

However, i request you to withdraw all the extra charges (Annual fee + late payment fee + taxes) so i can pay the outstanding and proceed with closure of account.

I request you to do the needful at your earliest.

    There was a fraud transaction happen on may 2 2017 about 7997.00 by big ebazaar. I submitted my documents also. Inj une monts
    H i got a message the balance amount i need to pay.in aug and sept month, i getting bill for the fraud transaction amount and interse. Bank is saying that due to non submission of documents. They are declined.. But i have all the proof which i was submitted.

      e d c machine rolls

      I am user of axis bank edc machine since last year, but till date i have received only rolls that's too after lodge complain, i always send request for rolls on given number in turn i receive request no. Only not rolls, after inquiring they always says that the rolls are despatch and deliver, i couldn't understand where they deliver.

      I got a call from axis bank employee asking me regarding some person satish kumar sharma. I have no idea who this person is and why the hell he has updated this number in his loan information with the axis bank. I told them many times and rather everyday that i dont know any such person and asked them not to cause me inconvinience by calling me everyday. But these people dont stop and dont understand at all and call me at least 5 times a day. This has become a routine for them and everytime form a different number i get a call asking regarding the same person satish kumar shama whom i dont know i repeat. I am very much worried because i am afraid if these are fraud calls and these people want to know my information as they ask my name and other information, to continue with their fraudulent activities. They have really caused me inconvinience.

          I want to lodge a complaint against axis bank ltd. For charging hidden cost services without any intimation to me at the many times. The hidden transaction is under this title:
          Transaction description : tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 271017

          They are charging tip charges. This charges are nowhere written in bank charges. I have called their customer executive 2 times but they have refused to reverse the charges.

            Dear sir/mam

            i have taken 4000/- on 18th oct 2017 from atm. As it is mentioned in your credit card kit that i can withdraw upto 5000/- from atm, but the payable amount now becomes 4295/- which is not mentioned in your kit that you people going to charge more money that i have taken.

            This is your service so take gst for that but what the hell is advance cash fee...?? I think its a kind of burden or curse to people who take your credit card service. If this issue not resolved i will close my credit card. Thank you so much for making me fool with your stupid charge in customer service...!!

                Hello,
                I made a imps transaction from my account to sbi account for the amount of rs 2500 on 27/10/2017. The status of this transaction is suspect. Money was debited from my account but money will not credited to beneficiary account. We need the money for emergency purpose. I request you to please coordinate with bank to resolve this issue very soon.

                  Nature of complaints : atm - money not dispensed but debited

                  On 29/sept/2017 16:44:33, i used my debit card to withdraw 2000. From atm of indian overseas bank, malsi dehradun, no money came out from the atm but money got debited from my account. I filed complaints online (Complaint no [protected]) and in manual to the axis bank kotdwara (Base branch). This matter is being delayed by bank so, i request you to take action against axis bank to solve the matter to credit back my money.
                  And added to this, we have been chasing online customer care and running to the bank as well. Everytime bank is my parents to run after them, saying come next day and not responding in proper way. As i am not at my hometown for my studies, my old parents are getting suffers. This service we do not expect from our bank at all, when you promise to give best.

                    Kal raat ko main apne mobile se paytm per recharge kar raha tha. Pehli bar paytm se transation failed hua to mere a/c mese recharge ki amount paytm wallet me chali gai. After, maine paytm se wo mani firse mere a/c main refund kiye lekin abhi tak pehli wali amt mere a/me aai nahi hai.
                    Uske bad maine dusri time reacharge karneka try kiya us wakt bhi mere a/c se rs. Debited ho chuke the lekin firse transation fail hua aur firse mere rs. Paytm wallet chale gaye. Fir maine paytm se direct mere a/c main rs. Transfer kiye wo rs. Bhi abtak nahi aaye hai. Is tarh mere do time rs. Cut hue the lekin abhi tak koi transation ke bare me muze koi feedback nahi mila.
                    Main aaj bank main jane ke bad waha ke mam ne kaha ki aap online complaint kar do to main wahi kar raha hu. So dear team members please muze bata ki mere dono transation ke money kab yak muze milenge.

                        It's been more than a month since i submitted documents for the opening of saving plus demat account. And status is still in process. I call them daily and they answer me, it will be open in 1-2days. From last 3weeks they replying the same answer. Worst service in private sector. Even government bank is faster than axis bank. They took 3weeks in opening of saving account god knows what they are doing with demat account.

                          Bishnupur branch manager axis bank is pathetic in every aspect. Me and my family have been trying to get a car loan. But the staff over there is just not interested it seems. We have been told to submit various documents in order to process the loan and we have done so. But till now no response from them and when we call them they do not answer..
                          Please i especially write this mail to make a complaint and one of their staff who have been given the responsibility of processing my loan but this guy seem so irresponsible and not doing anything for processing the loan. His name is gondai.
                          I hope you will take necessary action against him.

                            Sir, i approached axis bank, tuticorin four times to obtain locker facility but there is no positive feedback given by bank officials.

                            Every time they are asking to invest the amount in the investment plan, i explained clearly about my situation and not possible for this year that the reason they still keep me on the waiting list.

                            It is hurt me so deeply, ist investment plan mandatory for locker facility??

                            Please help me for above issue.

                              I am communicating with your department since 26th june 2017 for credit card fraud case on [protected]@axisbank.com, also i have regularly contact your department on [protected] to get updates of this case. Since i have communicated first through mail i kept calling and asking is anything needed from my side. And they keep saying the department will contact you i don't have to do anything. They received everything from my side. And today when i called up to ask the status your people are saying they didn't receive anything and the case is closed and reason mentioned over there is non receipt of documents from my side...!!
                              I haven't received one single mail for demanding documents. Your official send me blank dispute form on 25th june 2017 on my request. Can't your staff send me one single mail before closing this case. Before closing my case your department haven't even bothered to check my mails and at least giving me an opportunity of being heard on top of it shamelessly your department is mentioning that i haven't submitted you the documents..!!! If you can send me the credit card bill then can't you send me the status of my case by mail. I have completed each and every formality from my side.

                              P. S : whatever i am saying about the status of my case, i collect this information after contacting your department. Neither i received any mail nor i received any letter which can give me the current status of my complaint.

                              Kindly do the needful. Expecting a positive reply from your side at earliest, or else i have to take a help of social media.

                                I nilesh prakash agrawal proprietor of m/s shiv enterprises have account with axis bank, civil lines, chandrapur-442401. I am facing lot of problem in cheque clearings, one of my cheque (Chq no. 018181) of 18/10/2017 amounting to rs. 5928/- is not cleared till date and the other cheques of 25/10/2017 having cheque nos. (087563 and 680999) amount to rs. 41738/- and 60040/- respectively also not cleared till date. After the date of cheque if the account will not have balance then again the bank will charge insufficient fund charges.
                                Also i have commitments that i am not able to complete on time because of poor performance of service by bank.

                                So i request you to look after the complaint and resolve it as soon as possible as my business is suffering because of the same.

                                  On 20th oct 2017, i tried to withdraw 2000 rupees from sbi atm, as suddenly electricity gone so didn't received any cash but after some time when electricity came and when i cross checked mini statement then it showed deduction of rs 2000.

                                    Hello,

                                    My name is arjun krishnan. I am having an account with axis bank for more than 4 years and recently started using axis bank myzone credit card.

                                    My first month bill was nearly rs.1.3 lakhs of which i paid an amount of rs.60k before the due date. Hence i have an outstanding of rs.70k amount left to pay.

                                    As per the norms and conditions, the interest rate is 2.95%.
                                    However in my next month's bill statement i noticed that debit interest rate is over rs.5000 which is more than 7% of the outstanding amount.
                                    Also gst of nearly rs.950 is added.

                                    I do not understand how this calculation is made.
                                    Can someone please explain me this.

                                    Why should i use this credit card if they are looting such a high interest rate from their customers???!!!

                                    Also, if the bank is going to tell me that this is how their system is, today will be the last day i will be using the axis bank cards.

                                      We submitted our joint application to open new account (Saving). We submitted our application at axis bank branch named magarpatta city, pune branch on 16th october 2017. Our details are given below.

                                      Name of first applicant - smt shobha udaychandra jain,
                                      Name of second applicant - shree uday chandra jain,

                                      Application number as per the sms - [protected],

                                      Bank person of the branch came to our flat and helped us in submission of the application. We deposited rs 25, 000 in the branch in cash. We have given a cheque of rs 25, 000 also as we wanted to put more money in our account.

                                      We are not able to get status of our application from the branch. We have not got status on our phone number also.

                                      Please help us.
                                      Please provide status of our application.
                                      Can you please inform us why it take such a long time to open a saving account.
                                      Please look into this problem and necessary action.
