I am raising this complaint because I have done one transaction from Phonepe to receiver but that amount is not credited to receiver bank
my bank is Axis
Axis bank is not helping. I have tried mail, chat, call options and also visited branch and contacted to bank manager.

    My Name is Praveen and my empid was AS443464 and I have worked in Axis Bank, pallavaram branch, chennai from 10/01/2021 to 15/06/2021.
    I have not yet received my relieving letter and I need it urgently as I need to submit this in my new organisation. i have contacted the HR of Axis Bank many times but they either do not pick my call or responded very harshly. They are denying to provide me any info.

      Address: Axis bank loan division, Tambaram, chennai

      I was promised by an agent that for existing axis bank customers rate of interest is 6.3% where as for others it was 6.66%. I was told to create new SB account in Axis bank to avail that offer. I have created a SB account but the Loan disbursement carries only 6.66%. when I check i was told that this will get revised to 6.3% shortly.

      Till now this was not resolved. when I checked Loan centre, they simply says no record available in the system for 6.3%

        Hi Team,

        My name is Sumeet Gupta, I have recently applied for personal loan via Axis Bank (I have read the terms & conditions) which is available on Axis Bank portal. My Personal Loan Application number is 17264436.

        I had applied for the above loan on 5th May 2022. Today I had track status of my loan, where it is mentioned that "we are unable to sanction your personal loan as your application does not meet the Bank's internal policy."

        As per bank's policy "A salaried individual, self-employed--whether in business or profession--are eligible to apply. You need to be between 21 to 60 years of age with a certain monthly net income criteria set by the lender. Axis Bank's minimum net monthly require is Rs 15, 000.

        This means that salaried individuals need to have a minimum two years of total work experience, while self-employed a total of five years."

        I have attached snap for your reference, as per above condition & as per snap. I m fulfilling all of your terms & conditions.

        Lets agree that amount may differ from your side but you can discuss about the amount. I had a word with representative of Axis Bank she informed me that as per my financial history : I am eligible for 6Lack personal loan. But I had applied for 4 L only. Lets assume that 4 L is higher as per my eligibilty, but why your giving me such foolish offer & do not show your representative this kind of a offer. Representative will inform only what they can see.

        Atleast discuss it with me whether or not to decrease the limit. I am facing some emergency thats why I had applied for loan but Axis bank is not cleared about its own terms & conditions.

        I want resolution for this in the first half only. I want reason "why my application was not sanctioned?".Otherwise I'll escalate it to the higher level.

              I received a call from axis bank a month ago. They told me about Card protection. And they asked me for my DOB i typed in my dail pad and then now With out my permission they took my 2, 199rs from my debit card. I just want to deactivate this one assist service and refund the money.. Otherwise. I will also no more as axis bank customer.

                  I am registering for irda exam with hdfc bank but it's getting rejected as my pan card number is linked with axis bank.

                    Hello, I was called by the Axis bank manager in May month to get an axis Flipkart credit card. But due to my address change, I had not opted for it. But then the manager said, the credit card would be dispatched with my current account address. So I had given a confirmation to get the card. In the verification call, they even verified my address with my current address.

                    But once the card is dispatched, it was delivered to my old address and I tried reaching service support, where they told me to update the address in the mobile application. I tried updating it from the axis mobile app, but it's not updating the address.

                    Now the problem is that since the card is returned to the bank, there is no way I could pay the bill for the joining fees. Also, I couldn't block the card as well.

                    I feel it's the fault of the Axis bank manager to give false hope and instruct me to buy this credit card and now I'm in a state where I couldn't use the card or block the card.

                    Also even though I have updated my address from the bank, still getting the card is difficult and it is affecting my score.

                      I am an account holder with Axis bank and reside in Australia. In Early May this year I had visited the GK2 branch to close my bank account and Mr Vinod Kumar offered to assist in the process and asked me to sign documents confirming closure- it was all done quite hurriedly as the branch was busy. I needed to close the account as I am a permanent resident in Australia. I was visiting my parents in west Delhi and traveled all the way to GK 2 just for this. Mr Vinod asked me to withdraw the remaining balance from my account and to inform him so he could close the account- he assured me everything was in place and he got me to sign some documents as well. I followed all instructions and informed Mr Vinod of the same and he confirmed the account will be closed the following day( in first week of May).

                      It’s been pure harassment ever since. I returned to Australia and received a msg on the registered number that some charges had been levied due to insufficient balance- I only withdrew this money as I was asked to do so by Axis bank employee Vinod Kumar. I have been trying to reach him over WhatsApp ever since and he assures me the account will be closed but still hasn’t processed the closure. When my sister/lawyer reached out to him he said the account was in the process to be closed but it is still not closed.

                      This behaviour seems highly unethical. My family have has banking with Axis for over 15 years now and I am shocked at this treatment to customers.

                      As I’ve mentioned above, I reside in Australia, calling from the registered number is going to be a challenge. If you share a number I am happy to call you on my own call charges.
                      When I sent my written complaint to you, you asked me (as a reply to my email) to send it from “registered” email address, and then I sent the same complaint through the registered email address and have still not heard back from you. It’ begun to feel like a stalling tactic for harassing customers unnecessarily

                              My credit card statement has been generated on 10th of June and the due date is 30th June. I have paid my credit card bill of 590rs exactly on 30th June. but axis bank is showing late payment charges in my upcoming credit card statement. when I contact customer care they say they received the amount on 5th June only hence the charges are legitimate and cannot be reversed. but its not my mistake and I paid the money on time but for this trivial amount my credit score will be affected I feel cheated and scammed for something I didn't do. I will attach my bank statement and axis bank payment statement along with this post. I really want the bank to look into this because i have had credit cards with other banks and i never made a late payment in my life.

                              The late payment from my credit card has been reverted. Thanks for responding to my issue and providing a resolution. I hope in future i won't face issues like this i would mark this complaint as resolved. Hope my cibil score won't be affected by this

                                I received a sms that Rs. 184 has been deducted from my saving account against BRN-Card Payment without any intimation to me. This is really a big surprise which indicates type of fraud by bank itself.
                                I therefore, request to immediately reversal of the said amount back to my bank account.

                                  There are 4 unauthorised transactions on my credit card staed 30th May and 31st May.
                                  1st payment- 594
                                  2nd Payment- 594
                                  3rd Payment- 693
                                  4th Payment- 693
                                  I have complaint about this two times but there is no reply from axis bank team.

                                  Also, I have transferred the credit card payment on 4th June, 2022 using icici netbanking with transactionID[protected] but after 3 days on 7th June, 2022 the payment gets back onto my ICICI account.
                                  I have again then payed the amount and it Hot settled on 13th June, 2022.
                                  This is not the first time I’m facing these issues with axis bank credit card.
                                  I always pay the dues on time and this is axis bank’s network issues that the. Transaction doesn’t pass through on 4th June, 2022.
                                  It was repeated again in June. I have faced this issue back in April too.
                                  Whenever I call axis bank executive, they say that they can’t do anything with it and I need to mail.

                                  It’s been 20 days now and I have created more than 5 cases on axis bank app. But everytime they close the case and any proper information and still the unauthorised transactions persists.

                                    Last week I went to axis Bank Howrah golabari branch to close the salary account just because salary stop crediting into the account for last 3 month and I have submitted the form still not heard anything from the bank. The rep reluctant to close the account and he forced me not to close the account just because I am having FD and OD but that is under different account. But he lies to me it is all linked in between which is baseless reason. I am worried whether he genuinely forward my request or not. Customer id#[protected].

                                      I received sms today from axis bank that your card is been dispatched through blue dart this is your tracking number and this is the link and when I clicked on link it redirected me on axis bank own tracking platform shows tracking window and status is your card is Handovered to bluedart then I cross checked with blue dart website with the e way number it showed me no records found. Then I visited blue dart office too and showed them message from axis bank then they said that no it's wrong message. No records in our data about this tracking. And finally I called axis bank and then they said no your parcel still not dispatched. What a bank and what is this service.

                                        Respected Mam/sir,
                                        I vanshika yadav holding a account in Axis bank priyadarshni vihar, Delhi. I used flipkart axis bank credit card. Today in the morning at 4th July, 2022 I received a call that we are calling from axis bank and with your credit card we have given you a security for which you need to pay us a amount of 2400 and if you want to deactivate this security you need to go to a link and then you don't need to pay an amount. So, once i started doing by processing the link if was whole of a axis bank everything was looking original they were on hold even . The contact no. from which i was getting the call is [protected]. The amount after started deducting twice of 40, 580 and again of 40, 580. Immediately i called axis customer care to block my credit card. AT their they told me that the transaction was through paytm Rent, i called paytm too and register complaint there also. The transaction id which i got from my axis customer care for the transactions are- [protected] and the another one is [protected]. Please look into this matter urgently.
