Dear Sir,

On June 18, 2022, Axis reps Mr Mahesh Shivarkar ([protected]) and Mr Shrikant Yadav ([protected]) visited me for discussion on investment of my funds.
During discussion, I clearly clarified them that I am interested in investment (Not in any policy).
They mis-presented the policy and convinced me to invest my fund in Max Life policies.

I request to lodge my complaint against Axis reps...

In Balewadi Branch, Pune I have salary account their. In last year Sep-21 i get home loan from these bank from this date I didn't show home loan acount details to my salary account i connect multiple time to bank but still issue not resolved...

Dear Sir,
I have not applied for credit card and not given any authority to issue but company has applied for the same.
Kindly take appropriate steps to avoid situation in future.

An unknown party called me from this number (+91 [protected]) saying they are from Axis Bank, and are providing free Credit Card with limit upto Rs. 3, 50, 000 and with other benefits. I asked for Company details but they said they are from Lakshmi Nagar but can't provide address. I said I would come to visit your office, but they said, they cannot tell me the address but they can come to metro station for taking details only. And calling...

Yesterday date[protected] i got a courier from axis bank.This courier is the final credit card and pin number, but i got only pin number credit card not received in the post.Where the credit card.From tracking report of there site, credit card is delivered.kindly do needful for my safety.

Sadashivnagar Axis Bank branch took joint account request in Feb2022, gave multiple false updates in WA claiming the account is open. Not official email or correspondence given despite multiple requests.

no issues with paperwork cited. Individual NRE/NRO accounts opened but took 3 months.

I received a message my credit card got approved and by mail it states Thank you for applying for Axis Bank Credit Card, the final decision will be communicated within 72 hours, till now I have not got any updates please update me status ASAP...

I have a AXIS Bank Credit card no[protected], as i am with out a job from last four months i am unable to make the payment, the recovery agents keep on calling and threathing me, in the past months i had even to sell my marriage gold ring to clear the dues, but now also even after requesting them they are continously harassing me, so please help. Hi Sir,

As per discussion with axis bank customer care executive 3 month ago, I have to pay my credit card payment of 150000/- with 2.5% processing fees in 10 different installments. There are no hidden charges on the same.

So the processing fee will come around 3750/- and the pending amount is 150000/- so total 153750/-.. This will be the final amount which I have to pay.

They will provide me...

I am referring to a letter of Nabapally Branch 021 dated April 27th 2022 addressed to a dead man (customer) and which was received by me as a joint account holder after 53 days.

I have an Axis Bank Credit card and I am not getting the support I need for an EMI that I converted and not getting the monthly break-up as desired.
I have contacted phone support but all i get is a run around with no response as needed....

Still I am getting unwanted calls from Axis Bank and the behaviour of the call centre person is not good.

I got a call from ranigunj bank today from [protected] and she is very rude while talking.

Plz take proper action and confirm. It was escalated many times but no use. Attached the screenshot for your reference.

This is Lakshman from Chennai, India. I have an Axis Bank credit card for which i have paid the total amount including penalties and interest on the 3rd of March, 2022 for Rs. 55, 700.

It's been almost three months and I have still not received the NO DUE CERTIFICATE. Also, it shows written off on my CIBIL inspite of me paying the entirety of the amount, request you to remove the written off as well.br...

Employee of Axis Bank called me again and again to apply for education loan and when I applied for one then after wasting my 15 days of processing they cancelled my loan.
The guy named Mr Purshottam is one of the careless employee i ver seen. Really disappointed, i had 3 accounts in Axis Bank but now I m gonna quit all these accounts. 👎👎👎...

MY CURRENT ACCOUNT WAS OPENED UNDER SCHEME CA-CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT with no any Bank Charges since Year 2010. NOW the Bank Software Automatically Changed the Product to CA-NORMAL i.e. Normal Current Account, due to this bank charges were debited to my account since 01/04/2022, Current Account Number [protected]. Kindly Change the Product Scheme to CA-CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT and Reverse the charges debited with GST. I already Raised Complaint...
