    I am account holder of your bank and attempted cash withdrawal of Rs 10000 at Fraser road, Patna, Bihar ATM of Central Bank of India on 11th june, 22 at 09:53:04 My account is debited but cash is not released at ATM. Pl resolve and credit my account at the earliest.

            I have a salary a/c in axis bank Risali Bhilai Chhattisgarh branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account.some day in May 2022 they Deducted 885 rs from my account on behalf of new Atm card, this account is just 8 month old and old atm is replaced by the new one, I even didn't get SMS for this deduction, worst Service I ever Had.

              Sir/Mam,
              I am enjoying a pre qualified personal loan with Axis Bank with number PPR[protected]. For the month of June 2022 I have paid my EMI through my salary account net banking. The payment was successful . But I am receiving continuous calls from Axis to pay the EMI again. And they also blocked my savings account with Axis Bank in the name of ECS. I have not signed any documents related to ECS. They are doing the same thing again and again. And the amount paid is not reflecting in my loan account. Kindly do the needful.

                Hi Sir/Madam,

                My salary account/saving account i am using of AXIS Bank from last 6.7+ years and I have never faced this issue ever.

                My account number in axis bank ends with 5510(last four digits) . Bank opened demat account without my permission/request and also cut the charges RS.885 by AXIS Direct transaction. I just got to my near branch which is in hometown they only told me that the deduction is for Demat account charges.

                I told them that how the bank opened and charge for the account which is not requested or needed by me. They don't gave any answer.
                Then I tried to resolve the same over their website but unfortunately don't get any point of contact. I raised a complaint to reimburse the charges into my account back but no action took by bank.

                Kindly take a appropriate action and help me to close the account which is not opened by me and ask bank to reimburse th amount of 885 back to my account.

                  I am trying to open a PPF account in Axis bank Through their net banking but when I am Trying to Esign the error comes after successful verification of OTP sent to my registered mobile number linked with my Aadhaar card that is sign has not been validated from NSDL.

                    I got message like your mobile no. is not updated for online transaction. even if already updated. i have done everything. Many times call customer care, visited branch but still issues exists. Very very disappointed.

                        I have sent to a wrong beneficiary account from axis bank to icici bank and i went to the axis bank and written a complaint about the amount 30000Rs transferred to wrong icici account number. Then they raised a service request( Service Request no. SAK[protected] ) and after that there is no reply. I chat with the customer care they said it will take 35 days to check. I am in a painful situation to get the money back. :( If any body can help me please call me to my number [protected]). Bank haven't checked the Beneficiary name in both the account.

                        Ok But when i went to ICICI bank they said there is no communication happened with Axis bank So ask them to drop a mail from Axis bank to ICICI bank so that we will lien the amount from the wrong beneficiary.                               I have my salary account in axis Bank for last 4 years. But this bank deducted amount n number of times without any reason. Now my account balance is -781. As it is my salary account so there is no minimum balance criteria but still they are deducting amount.So please investigate my concern and take strict action against Axis bank.

                                The bank not provide the full information about personal loan, due to which my EMI got bounced. As the the RBI guide lines the EMI can be happened on bank holiday or national holiday. The information was not provided to me as my last loan which i was availed from AXIS was taken on next day. This information was hide by axis bank this time due to which they charged the bounce amount and affected in CIBIL.

                                Need a complain to rectify this from the bank end as their negligence the bounce was happened.

                                    I already having one of ACE Credit card paying on time,
                                    I had applied for fresh card some time back, I thought that new card will be available with new limit.
                                    But when the card was received, I came to know that the limit has come merged together without my confirmation.

                                    There is showing Limit but m not able to use because the reason is Limit merged both card.
                                    I called customer support they are saying me about card merge,
                                    I want to complain
                                    That without my confirmation why they merge my card.
                                    I applied fresh card
                                    And they merged my card without my permission

                                    Please help me out or do the needful, as i want my new card with the available new limit apart from merged limit card.

                                      Hi team axis,

                                      I missed two payments for my credit card since i am not able to do payment that time because my salary has credited on 7 -10 of the month. I couldn't pay the bill online and visited the nearby branch who refused to help and asked me to go to my home branch.

                                      And phone banking support was also not available for that day.Even small banks were providing limited call support except axis.

                                      Now there is a lien on my savings account! As you can check I am using this account almost 2-3 years as zero balance account.

                                      When i reach out to customer care via phone they are just tossing me around between savings account department and credit card department. Not to mention the rudeness of all the agents.

                                      Is this the proper way to treat customers?

                                      Please remove my lien amount and provide me a safe banking .
