Hi Sir,

I am requesting for the issue of priority pass for which i am eligible. Its been more than month that i am trying to call customer care service to track the details. During the call, i dont get proper answer on what is the status (after 1 week later of the return, they gave me bluedart service number).

No action is taken till now just raising some complaints and ticket requests. I was expecting some actions, though it is not my problem that the deliver address was changed and i didnt get any call to collect it hence it got return.

Complaint request No : 73443400. Please i am expecting some action.
This is my last hope.

    Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 240116. If i ask customer care they say if i use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. You guys charging all sort of service charge, atm usage charge, annual debit card charges, NACH ECS charges, quarterly charges etc... from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden chargers.

    If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on messaging right why can't do this.

    I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited. Unable to maintain Axis account.

      Not issuing NOC

      There was some outstanding amount which was paid on April 22, 2022
      There is no amount left now and I want the NOC letter from the bank, but still it is not sending it. Very rude, disgusting and nonsense irresponsible behavior from Axis bank. What should I do?...

      While I trying to do online transaction with my credit card "Your Mobile is not update with us for Online Transaction and contact support" I've contacted support vide SR No[protected] and[protected] and Without resolving my issue axis bank close my complaints as resolved. This behavior from Axis i didn't expect.

        Actually i paid Lic premiums via axis bank credit card payment deducted but Lic not received payment

          I am account holder of your bank and attempted cash withdrawal of Rs 10000 at Fraser road, Patna, Bihar ATM of Central Bank of India on 11th june, 22 at 09:53:04 My account is debited but cash is not released at ATM. Pl resolve and credit my account at the earliest.

                  I have a salary a/c in axis bank Risali Bhilai Chhattisgarh branch, as informed by bank while opening the account debit, credit & demat account were free of cost & no charges will be levied on them as it is a salary account.some day in May 2022 they Deducted 885 rs from my account on behalf of new Atm card, this account is just 8 month old and old atm is replaced by the new one, I even didn't get SMS for this deduction, worst Service I ever Had.

                    Sir/Mam,
                    I am enjoying a pre qualified personal loan with Axis Bank with number PPR[protected]. For the month of June 2022 I have paid my EMI through my salary account net banking. The payment was successful . But I am receiving continuous calls from Axis to pay the EMI again. And they also blocked my savings account with Axis Bank in the name of ECS. I have not signed any documents related to ECS. They are doing the same thing again and again. And the amount paid is not reflecting in my loan account. Kindly do the needful.

                      Hi Sir/Madam,

                      My salary account/saving account i am using of AXIS Bank from last 6.7+ years and I have never faced this issue ever.

                      My account number in axis bank ends with 5510(last four digits) . Bank opened demat account without my permission/request and also cut the charges RS.885 by AXIS Direct transaction. I just got to my near branch which is in hometown they only told me that the deduction is for Demat account charges.

                      I told them that how the bank opened and charge for the account which is not requested or needed by me. They don't gave any answer.
                      Then I tried to resolve the same over their website but unfortunately don't get any point of contact. I raised a complaint to reimburse the charges into my account back but no action took by bank.

                      Kindly take a appropriate action and help me to close the account which is not opened by me and ask bank to reimburse th amount of 885 back to my account.

                              I have sent to a wrong beneficiary account from axis bank to icici bank and i went to the axis bank and written a complaint about the amount 30000Rs transferred to wrong icici account number. Then they raised a service request( Service Request no. SAK[protected] ) and after that there is no reply. I chat with the customer care they said it will take 35 days to check. I am in a painful situation to get the money back. :( If any body can help me please call me to my number [protected]). Bank haven't checked the Beneficiary name in both the account.

                              Ok But when i went to ICICI bank they said there is no communication happened with Axis bank So ask them to drop a mail from Axis bank to ICICI bank so that we will lien the amount from the wrong beneficiary.                                     I have my salary account in axis Bank for last 4 years. But this bank deducted amount n number of times without any reason. Now my account balance is -781. As it is my salary account so there is no minimum balance criteria but still they are deducting amount.So please investigate my concern and take strict action against Axis bank.
