I m withdrawing money from my Sri Lanka debit card SBi bank. Due to electricity failure my money not dispense but debited my account LKR amount equal to 10000 with all charges. date 2nd July 2022 at 6.50 PM. via atm DPRH 174406 Bisrakh Village.

    Address: Axis Bank Fastag

    As per the guidance of customer care executive, I have mailed to etc.[protected]@axisbank.com (on 12/05/2022) for permanently closure of my vehicle GJ16CH7085 fastag due to sell, from my registered email with required KYC.
    After waiting for more than 15 days, I have not received any response on my mail. Then I called to customer care executive again for the update. And as per guidance, I have again dropped mail for asking update.
    Again I have waited a long, but it was no response.
    Likely, I have repeated above steps again and again. But still I am response less.
    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            This is regarding the personal loan account number (PPR[protected] with Axis bank.
            On 23 March 2022: Paid a part payment of 353000 and the remaining outstanding was 19574. Bank did not change the tenure and instead decreased the EMI (But they had told me to change the tenure in a call before I made the part payment). When I called them They have rectified it and rescheduled the repayment as 14989 for April and 6967 for May. Then I did not track for that loan keeping in mind that the remaining outstanding will be debited from my account through ECS.

            Recently the legal department of AXIS called and informed me that I have a outstanding of 14401. It was surprised. Then I had checked the email and found one correspondence from the bank. So I tried to paid through the link provided in that mail.

            But they called again for the money and told me that the last payment was not credited to the loan account.

            Again I have paid 14401 keeping in mid that the last payment will be reversed back to my bank account.

            Once again I received one call from their rude legal department for the outstanding. I was shocked. Already paid 14401 two times!

            Now I can see that they have sent one negative payment in my CIBIL.
            WHY? Its not my mistake its completely their system failure to
            1. update the part payment
            2. Rescheduling the repayment after the part payment
            3. Worst knowledge of their customer support team to misguide me on the reschedule after the part payment.
            4. After the reschedule deducting wrong EMI.
            5. Then not capturing the payment of 14401 (two times).
            6. Very unethical legal department which is not updated regularly and calling for payments and talking rudely even after the payment.

            Till now I have not received the extra payment of 14401. Why should we the customer's will be the victim of Bank's ineffective system. They will create the problem and again negative reporting in CIBIL.

            My home loan interest is also raised due to their negative reporting.

            VERY OFFSET and HARASSED by this AXIS bank.

            I need my money back including the home loan interest and my mental stability on this regard.

                  I have an account on Axis Bank, which is located at 41/2, 1st & 2nd Floor, Ramakrishna Rd, Salem, Tamilnadu-636007. My account number is [protected].

                  1. Unwantedly send Axis Bank Neo card to my address and forced me to activate it.
                  They said it is free of cast but debited Rs.295 from my account and some amount every month.

                  2. I didn't used that Card, But they are asking to pay Rs.758,

                  3. Every day calling and asking to pay above amount. They are not listening what am saying.

                    Axis Bank CONSUMER LOAN [protected] dated[protected] is opened through Amazon as a debit card EMI by purchasing a mobile phone. This facility is provided by Axis bank through debit card EMI.

                    Axis Bank CONSUMER LOAN [protected] dated[protected] is opened through Flipkart as a debit card EMI by purchasing a Camera. This facility is provided by Axis bank through debit card EMI.

                    In the CIBIL report still these two loan are showing as a active account.

                    I have tried many ways to close the accounts in the axis bank and through customer services. No one has solution or idea how to close these accounts.

                    Due to this, my credit score is affecting a lot.
                    Kindly close my account and do needful.

                        I have paid my credit card amount Rs. 19, 168.53 on 13th June 2022. It's my salary account. I am already visiting the Credit card branch Kodambakkam. I've already explained everything to Branch Executive. They give assurance I'll removed with in week your account lien was removed. But till not yet. When you go to resolve the issue. I have attach my proof of Payments.

                          Recovery agent is abusing using my personal contacts and calling them he is saying that koi mera kuch nhi ukhad skta ...he is using such languages and calling me on whatsapp i have registered complain against him in local police station ...this is to inform that banks like axis do such type of worst activity abusing my parents

                            I had requested for replacement of debit card on 17th of June 2022, I received a message about the card being delivered to my home branch on Friday 24th of June 2022, I still get it couriered to my home address till now .

                            This seems too delayed and waiting and pretty much disappointed.

                                Dear All,

                                I have made a Gpay transaction to Naresh [protected] for Rs.20000 with the reference number[protected]. The amount is transferred from my HDFC bank and it's debited but the recipient hasn't received the amount till now. When checked with HDFC bank, they confirmed that the money has been transferred to the following Axis bank account [protected] with the name of Google India.

                                Can you pls check and revert the payment made, since it has not gone to the desired user.

                                  Dear Sir,

                                  On June 18, 2022, Axis reps Mr Mahesh Shivarkar ([protected]) and Mr Shrikant Yadav ([protected]) visited me for discussion on investment of my funds.
                                  During discussion, I clearly clarified them that I am interested in investment (Not in any policy).
                                  They mis-presented the policy and convinced me to invest my fund in Max Life policies.

                                  I request to lodge my complaint against Axis reps Mr Mahesh Shivarkar ([protected]) and Mr Shrikant Yadav ([protected]) for following
                                  Mis-selling of policy (I was interested in fund management, not in policy)
                                  Misrepresentation and Misappropriation of funds ​-​​ The policy is presented in wrong way. The sales re-presentative illustrated as there will deduction of approx Rs 2000/- per policy.
                                  I got assumption as, after purchase of policy, at least Rs 248000/- will be invested in funds. In reality, there is huge difference.
                                  I am feeling cheated here and request to support me to get my complete fund back on priority.

                                  The meeting with Mr Mahesh and Mr Shrikant happened on June 18, 2022. Discussion points are given below
                                  Total deductions will be as given below
                                  There will be deduction of approx Rs 1800/- against death coverage for my wife
                                  There will be deduction of approx Rs 2200/- against death coverage for my life
                                  There will not be any other deduction apart from the deductions mentioned above
                                  After discussion, I decided to proceed with investment of Rs 249999/- for me and Rs 249999/- for my wife (Total Rs 499998/-)
                                  On June 20, 2022 I received the proposal from Maxlife and understood that out of 249999/- approx 234000 will be invested in funds. (Difference of approx 15 to 16 Thousand)
                                  Immediately I asked Mr Mahesh Shivarkar ([protected]) and Mr Shrikant Yadav ([protected]) to cancel my both policies and revert my fund back.
                                  I received verbal confirmation from Mr Mahesh Shivarkar as 100% fund will be reverted on cancellation.
                                  Generated cancellation requests for both policies
                                  Received call from Max Life representative on cancellation confirmation for both policies. We updated our concerns as of wrong selling of policies
                                  Max Life representative updated me that on cancellation, I will receive back approx. Rs 236000/- per policy.
                                  As per Max Life representative, I will incur loss of approx Rs 14000/- per policy (Total loss will be approx Rs 28000/-)

                                  Looking for complete support and early resolution.

                                        An unknown party called me from this number (+91 [protected]) saying they are from Axis Bank, and are providing free Credit Card with limit upto Rs. 3, 50, 000 and with other benefits. I asked for Company details but they said they are from Lakshmi Nagar but can't provide address. I said I would come to visit your office, but they said, they cannot tell me the address but they can come to metro station for taking details only. And calling again and again for details.
