Still I am getting unwanted calls from Axis Bank and the behaviour of the call centre person is not good.

I got a call from ranigunj bank today from [protected] and she is very rude while talking.

Plz take proper action and confirm. It was escalated many times but no use. Attached the screenshot for your reference.

Fir interview liya uske bad bola aap select ho gaye hai fir regertaion fee liya rs.1050 fir documents verification liya 3550 uske bad axis bank me salary account kholne k liye 5500 liya to mujhe laga ki fraud hai to maine bola mujhe nahi karna hai job aap Paisa refund kardijiye to refund nahi kar raha hai .. plss help ( team quicker)

      No Due Certificate Not Received for Credit Card

      Hi,

      This is Lakshman from Chennai, India. I have an Axis Bank credit card for which i have paid the total amount including penalties and interest on the 3rd of March, 2022 for Rs. 55, 700.

      It's been almost three months and I have still not received the NO DUE CERTIFICATE. Also, it shows written off on my CIBIL inspite of me paying the entirety of the amount, request you to remove the written off as well.br...

        Employee of Axis Bank called me again and again to apply for education loan and when I applied for one then after wasting my 15 days of processing they cancelled my loan.
        The guy named Mr Purshottam is one of the careless employee i ver seen. Really disappointed, i had 3 accounts in Axis Bank but now I m gonna quit all these accounts. 👎👎👎

          MY CURRENT ACCOUNT WAS OPENED UNDER SCHEME CA-CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT with no any Bank Charges since Year 2010. NOW the Bank Software Automatically Changed the Product to CA-NORMAL i.e. Normal Current Account, due to this bank charges were debited to my account since 01/04/2022, Current Account Number [protected]. Kindly Change the Product Scheme to CA-CHARTERED ACCOUNTANT and Reverse the charges debited with GST. I already Raised Complaint with AXIS Bank Portal but replying with another issue that we had not detail bifurcation of charges so reach us after 24 hours.

                This is S Janhavi (Customer ID:[protected]. And I had an account in axis bank branch (IFSC code - UTIB0000065). Last year, December 2021 we decided to close the account and at that time all the cards were destroyed including debit, credit cards and there were no mention of outstanding balance as such even after enquiring seperately.

                Yet we started receiving email saying there is an outstanding balance and needs to be paid.

                Since then we have approached the bank thrice regarding the same issue but they were unable to resolve it and were not able to give us the credit card details too as it was destroyed by the employee there, and still we don't know the credit card number in its entirety.

                They gave us a customer care number to talk to and get it resolved there. The number given by the branch office to contact was [protected]
                The initial call was on 5th March 2022 at 4.44PM, Agent - Mohammad Usman from Retention desk
                He offered to cancel the card after paying the minimum amount of 150/- or so and providing with life time card with no charges
                But that was not done

                Next call was on 9th April 2022 at 5:39PM, Agent - Akash M
                He responded that there are no active card linked to registered phone number and the card is terminated and there is no pending due to be paid.

                The credit card due balance was less when this issue started but due to lack of information and resolution from the branch office as well as misinformation by customer care executive it has been multiple by 6 times.

                We contacted nodal.[protected]@axisbank.com too via mail regarding the same. It's been week and got a message saying the card is cancelled, yet again I recieved the same mail saying there is an outstanding balance to be paid now.

                Please help us out with this and resolve the issue.

                  Hi Axis team,

                  I made a GPAY transaction on 11/06/20222 from my mobile no : xxxxxxx248(linked to SBI account) to beneficiary mobile no:xxxxxxx912(Linked to ICICI account).

                  Beneficiary Mobile number is linked to ICICI account No:XXXXXXXX5344. GPAY is showing the transaction is completed & SETTLED. Image is highlighted as shown below

                  This ICICI bank account is inactive from 27/01/2022. So the transaction should have been failed & money should have been returned. But transaction completed & payment not received by the beneficiary due to inactive account. We have cross verified & checked with the beneficiary bank(ICICI) that amount is not received & the account is still inactive.

                  But when we checked with my bank SBI as per the direction from GPAY, that money was transferred to an AXIS bank account no: [protected] with IFSC Code: UTIB0000000.

                  We need axis bank intervention to resolve this issue.

                  Can someone with similar experience help on this issue.

                    I have visited the main branch in malkajgiri Hyderabad they are not aware as to how to close a NRI account. They told they will get back by end of the day but until today i haven't got a call from them.
                    I have to open a salary account and i am not able to open because of this NRI account.
                    Is this the service provided by Axis to their customers.
                    So much of inconvenience.

                      Respected Sir,
                      I went to axis bank to open an account with all my documents. I then got a mobile notification and email notification saying application no [protected] has received all details.Then due to bad service I went back and cancelled my application.But I'm still having the system saying that my papers and application is under process.I just want to know if they have cancelled my application .I would also like to know if an account is open under Neil Rufus Carasco and Jocelyn Cabiten joint in your bank.i even surrendered by card back and checkbook but still did not get any notification from the branch nor email nor telephone.please look at the matter.

                        I got almost 3-4 calls daily from axis Bank. They asked for house loan and car loan and some call and doesn't answer when I picked up the call.
                        So this is my request to please stop calling without any reason.

                          I have ordered a JSB HF05 Ultra Leg
                          Massager on[protected] by debit card.
                          But I canceled my product on[protected].
                          Amazon initiated the refund on 20-09-
                          2021 and it was expected to come after
                          10-15 working days.
                          Amazon gave me the reference id 027211
                          but the Axis bank has still not credited my
                          money.
                          This is urgent please help me as soon as
                          possible

                            Dear Team, I have changed my job from Axis Bank to Hdfc Bank since 11- April - 2022 . I have received NOC and relieving letter from Axis Bank . As per them they have discontined my pan from Irda website, but the same is still showing as active in irda portal . Axis Bank is stating that approval is pending from IRDA . Dear team i request you to please check the matter and help discontinue my Pan no from irda portal which is still showing in Axis Bank name .                               I have received an email regarding the deduction in my bank account as

                              Dear Customer, We wish to inform you that INR 59.00 has been debited from your A/c no. XX4282 on[protected]:13:11 at Sign verf chrgs-(UTIB[protected]_06. Available balance: INR ****. Please SMS BLOCKALL to +91-[protected] or call[protected], if the transaction has not been initiated by you.

                              On contacting customer care they are not resolving the issue and asking me to remember any EMI's or mandates given 2-3 days back or visit the branch for further details.

                              I have not applied for any loan, EMI, or given any mandate to anyone to deduct this amount.

                                आपके बैंक द्वारा मेरे खाता संख्या- [protected] जोकि एक्सिस बैंक होडल में है। आपके द्वारा फरबरी एवम् 21 मई को बैंक की गलती के कारण 500 रुपए +500 रुपए (कुल 1000) रुपए काटे गए एवम् उस पर (90+90=180 रुपए जीएसटी काटा गया। मेरे कंप्लेन करने पर 14 जून को मुझे 1000 रुपए का चार्ज रिफंड कर दिया गया एवम् बताया गया की सिस्टम के बाई डिफॉल्ट गलती की वजह से यह हुआ है। अतः आपसे अनुरोध है कि मुझ पर जो जीएसटी गलत चार्ज किया गया है उस 180 रुपए को भी रिफंड किया जाए क्योंकि बैंक की गलती का चार्ज में क्यों भुगतून।

                                  Money Stuck CDM

                                  I was a cash deposit of Rs. 20, 000 through CDM machine on 14/06/2022 between 10:05 pm and 10:15 pm today. But My money is stuck in CDM machine and also i didn't get any confirmation receipt or massage, Please check the photos below.

                                  Axis Bank unauthorized charge TIPS/SCG/MCC

                                  Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, It is mentioned in the statement like TIPS/SCG/MCC/13.11.21/E NASSERVANJI CO...

                                  While making the payment to various vendors I was charged already with extra fees while swiping the card at various points then why after few days I am being charged extra.

                                  I am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card....

                                  There is a difference of 590 rupees between my account balance and balance shown in the statement. There is no record to where this money has been transacted. Kindly solve this issue.
