I do not have an account with Axis Bank. I was trying to start a fixed deposit online, with Axis Bank, using the following link:

The problem is, I entered my PAN and Aadhar Details and payment of INR 50, 000 was done through Canara Bank Internet Banking. After successful payment, I was redirected to Video KYC, which did not work because o[censored]navailability of VKYC agents and the link stopped working after that. Now the phone number linked with my aadhaar (and hence the FD) does not belong to me (It is my father's number), so every time I click on the link, the OTP goes to that number and after entering the OTP, the link does not work. So basically I do not know the status of my money and FD AT ALL. I tried reaching customer care by phone and they refused to help and asked me to visit the nearest branch. When I visited the nearest branch, everyone seemed to be unaware of such Video KYC for FD (For Non-customers). On their website, one cannot lodge a complaint because they allow only customers who email id is registered with them. When I mailed at email.[protected]@axisbank.com, they are not even reading my mail and giving me generic responses. Now I am stuck, and I have no way to get the details of my FD or my money. But i don't know what they are looking for, i shared all mail which i sent to the Axis executive and all whats app chat PDF to them.
These details i have shared with PNO 15 days back.
