I nilesh prakash agrawal proprietor of m/s shiv enterprises have account with axis bank, civil lines, chandrapur-442401. I am facing lot of problem in cheque clearings, one of my cheque (Chq no. 018181) of 18/10/2017 amounting to rs. 5928/- is not cleared till date and the other cheques of 25/10/2017 having cheque nos. (087563 and 680999) amount to rs. 41738/- and 60040/- respectively also not cleared till date. After the date of cheque if the account will not have balance then again the bank will charge insufficient fund charges.
Also i have commitments that i am not able to complete on time because of poor performance of service by bank.

So i request you to look after the complaint and resolve it as soon as possible as my business is suffering because of the same.

    On 20th oct 2017, i tried to withdraw 2000 rupees from sbi atm, as suddenly electricity gone so didn't received any cash but after some time when electricity came and when i cross checked mini statement then it showed deduction of rs 2000.

    Kindly refund my amount asap as from many days i waiting for the cash back.

      Hello,

      My name is arjun krishnan. I am having an account with axis bank for more than 4 years and recently started using axis bank myzone credit card.

      My first month bill was nearly rs.1.3 lakhs of which i paid an amount of rs.60k before the due date. Hence i have an outstanding of rs.70k amount left to pay.

      As per the norms and conditions, the interest rate is 2.95%.
      However in my next month's bill statement i noticed that debit interest rate is over rs.5000 which is more than 7% of the outstanding amount.
      Also gst of nearly rs.950 is added.

      I do not understand how this calculation is made.
      Can someone please explain me this.

      Why should i use this credit card if they are looting such a high interest rate from their customers???!!!

      Also, if the bank is going to tell me that this is how their system is, today will be the last day i will be using the axis bank cards.

        We submitted our joint application to open new account (Saving). We submitted our application at axis bank branch named magarpatta city, pune branch on 16th october 2017. Our details are given below.

        Name of first applicant - smt shobha udaychandra jain,
        Name of second applicant - shree uday chandra jain,

        Application number as per the sms - [protected],

        Bank person of the branch came to our flat and helped us in submission of the application. We deposited rs 25, 000 in the branch in cash. We have given a cheque of rs 25, 000 also as we wanted to put more money in our account.

        We are not able to get status of our application from the branch. We have not got status on our phone number also.

        Please help us.
        Please provide status of our application.
        Can you please inform us why it take such a long time to open a saving account.
        Please look into this problem and necessary action.

            Dear sir,

            I had a transfer which suppose to credit my account; unfortunately i have closed my account before the transfer got executed. Now i came to know that the fund is in the suspense account with the ref: [protected]. The transfer reference number is[protected].

            I have contacted to axis bank thrissur, city center branch where i had an account but they couldn't help me out to get back my fund and now they are saying that they will not reply back to my mail because i'm no longer customer with axis bank. The branch has gave me their customer service email id but no reply. Please help me to return back the fund.

                I have been misinformed at the time of opening account and promised to wave off amount which is wrongly charged. Now they are just telling next cycle and its been 4 months, nothing happened. I have all the conversation recorded is n my phone where they are admitting there mistake and promised to wave off the penalty amount. They are have not denied to return the amount but they are just telling me will give in next cycle

                    I had raised a request to close my axis bank account ([protected]) 3 weeks back. I have paid all due charges and have done all other formalities. I have personally visited the bank many times to make sure that the account gets closed. Despite all the formalities were done, i still receive messages from the bank regarding my account balance and other things. This is absolutely unacceptable.

                    This is the primary reason that i wanted to close the account as the services offered by a well-esteemed bank like axis are absolutely unworthy.

                    Kindly close the account at the earliest otherwise i will escalate this issue.

                      My credit card payment was pending and used to get calls evening. I got sms as outstanding was ~23k but in call they said i need to pay 32k including penalties when i said them about message i got then they said its mandatory to pay 28800 due to thier calls harassment i paid 28800 but still my card is not active when i'm calling to them since 3days they are disconnecting calls not responding to calls.
                      Never expected this kind of service from axis its very worst to be the customer of axis

                        Getting frequent calls from axis bank representatives by asking to pay the loan amount which i have never take any loans from the bank. Its been a more then year now. Its been very irritating to use my phone as everyday i am getting unwanted call from the various numbers from axis bank employees or representatives.

                          I am going to withdrawl of 50000 rs when i give to my check to cashier he said i will give you 40000 of 500rs notes and 10000 of 10 rs notes i requesr to him sir plz give me all 500 rs notes after that he said i will not. I m waiting there for 30 minutes and see cashier given to all 500 rs notes about 15 peoples withdrawl the money and many people withdrawl also a amount of 50000 rsinfront of me cashier never said to all peoples take also 10rs notes. Why he said to me because i am not a local. I m from other state. When i go to complaint other officer on axis bank he used disrespectful language to my uncle tujhe jo mil raha hai tu le le tu tu karke baat karne lage unki age ka lihaaj nhi tha. Its happened because my account from uttarakhand and i am going withdrawl to a dahej, gujarat
                          Afterall due to support of local they give me money.
                          So i want declare that they will make a difference in local and other state

                            मेरा नाम रोहित पाठक है । मैंने 3oct 2017 को सिवल लाइंज़ कानपुर इस्थित ऐक्सिस बैंक में अपना खाता खुलने हेतु 10500 ₹ की नगद राशि वहाँ के कर्मचारी समीर श्रीवास्तव को दिए जिन्होंने मूजको लगे हाथ ऐक्सिस बैंक की इंस्टंट किट दी और मेरी दो फ़ोटो और अधर कार्ड और पान कार्ड की फ़ोटो काँपी ली, और ऐक्सिस बैंक के नियम अनुसार उन्होंने मूजको बताया की विज़िट करने घर भी आना होता है और आपका मौजूद होना ज़रूरी है अगले दिन 4oct 2017 को वो अपने एक और साथी के साथ आए मेरे हस्ताक्षर लिए 5 6 प्रश्न किए और अगले 12घंटे में अकाउंट चालू होने का वादा कर के चले गाए । आज 25oct 2017 है और मेरा अकाउंट नहीं चालू हुआ। इस बीच में मैंने उनसे बहुत बार सम्पर्क किया उन्होंने आज कल कर के टाल दिया लेकिन 2 दिन से वो मेरा फ़ोन काट रहे है और कोइ उचित उतर नहीं दे रहे है। मैं उनका मोबाइल नो अंकित करता हूँ [protected]

                              Myself sujit kumar das, i am an account holder of your axis bank at siliguri west bengal, my account number is “[protected]” (Customer id[protected] also i have a credit card of your bank which number is.[protected].

                              I would like to inform you that from last one year i have been suffering from acute financial problems due to my father medical treatment and after fighting with cardiogenic disease my father passed away on 23rd september ‘2017. For this reason, i am unable to repay my credit card due amount which has now above 80, 000/- after adjustment o[censored]nnecessary interest from the bank.

                              Please note that despite this critical situation i was also ready to settle my outstanding with the lump sums pay and this discussion was going on from last 3 month with your recovery agent (Ms. Supriya banerjee). But she did not take any step for the settlement. Suddenly now from the last couple of day, i am receiving many threatening calls from your agents as well as ms. Supriya for repaying my outstanding amount. It is worst nightmare experience in my life that getting threatening and extortion calls from a reputed bank like axis.

                              Now i have no more interest to repay any outstanding against my credit card.

                              It is known to everybody that there is no law in the country which permits bank making calls to defaulter for recovery of debt through unlawful means like threats and extortion. Making threatening calls is a crime. So, this is my last warning that if i received this kind of activities again from your bank as well as your recovery agents then i will report to the police station.

                                I m really disappointed to your services nd it's make me feel bad that i opened account in your bank.
                                Today, in the morning i was recharging my dish t. V connection when i transacted the payment from my axis app payment was deducted but recharge was not done and i didn't get my payment back will you please upgrade your service and please return my payment.

                                  Atm fraud amounting to rs.10000/- and non provide message

                                  I, mojibor rahaman bearing account no-[protected] (Axis bank, savings). On 10/06/2017 rs, 10000/- have been drawn by an unknown person from chand para axis bank atm (Bpcn 113108), under rampurhat branch. Birbhum). That money (10000/-) was picked at 01:32 pm on that day (10/06/2017) but message came at 05:32 pm (After 3.5 hrs.). More over that message was absolutely wrong (Without debit). I repeatedly applied the concerned axis bank (Rampurhat branch, birbhum) to get back the money but failed. At last i made a grievance to the nearest consumer forum (Suri, birbhum), the forum gave a proposal to the branch manager to refund the money (10000/-) to me as the bank was unable to submit cc footage and provided wrong message. The bank was aggried to refund the money to me before the forum at that moment. But till now he did not refund the money.in this way i have to harass physically and mentally for a long day. So please take a needful step to get back the money as early as possible. A lot of supporting documents are hereby enclosed for your kind cosideration.

                                    I have one home loan account with axis bank having its no. Ph[protected]. My due date for payment of instalment is 20th of every month. I deposited rs. 7000/- to my savings account no. [protected] on 20/09/2017 to transfer the same to my loan account. However, the money so deposited was not transferred to my loan account on that day. Instead it was transferred to my loan account on 21/09/2017 which resulted charges of rs. 732/- against me.

                                    I have a loan account with axis bank ltd. Having its account no. Ph[protected]. Due date of my instalment payment is 1st day of every month. I had deposited rs. 2, 830/- on 27/09/2017 with my loan account as the payment of my instalment for the month of october, 2017. However, the statement shows that rs. 2, 830/- is credited to my loan account only on 04/10/2017 and charged rs. 590/- as penal interest for late payment. At the front page of the statement an amount of rs. 650/- has been shown as other overdues. Despite of visiting the bank several times the bank official could explain the case to me.
                                    I have become a victim of non co-operation of the bank officials since long time.in order to talk to the collection manager axis bank ltd., sevoke road, siliguri i visited his office on 28/07/2017, 13/09/2017, 20/09/2017 and 18/10/2017 but in all this occasions he was not in the office according to his subordinate officers.
                                    In this way i am fed up with the unexplained charges put on me by the bank.
                                    Kindly look into the matter.

                                      On 22/10/17 around 9 am, i went to axis atm at hindalco industries ltd (Bargawan) for with drawl through sbi atm card, during transaction the power was cut so that amount was not dispensed from machine but my amount deducted from my sbi account.
                                      Pls take on priority and resolve the problem for refund to my money.
