Dear sir/madam,
Myself sujit kumar das, i am an account holder of your axis bank at siliguri west bengal, my account number is “[protected]” (Customer id[protected] also i have a credit card of your bank which number is.[protected].

I would like to inform you that from last one year i have been suffering from acute financial problems due to my father medical treatment and after fighting with cardiogenic disease my father passed away on 23rd september ‘2017. For this reason, i am unable to repay my credit card due amount which has now above 80, 000/- after adjustment o[censored]nnecessary interest from the bank.

Please note that despite this critical situation i was also ready to settle my outstanding with the lump sums pay and this discussion was going on from last 3 month with your recovery agent (Ms. Supriya banerjee). But she did not take any step for the settlement. Suddenly now from the last couple of day, i am receiving many threatening calls from your agents as well as ms. Supriya for repaying my outstanding amount. It is worst nightmare experience in my life that getting threatening and extortion calls from a reputed bank like axis.

Now i have no more interest to repay any outstanding against my credit card.

It is known to everybody that there is no law in the country which permits bank making calls to defaulter for recovery of debt through unlawful means like threats and extortion. Making threatening calls is a crime. So, this is my last warning that if i received this kind of activities again from your bank as well as your recovery agents then i will report to the police station.

    I m really disappointed to your services nd it's make me feel bad that i opened account in your bank.
    Today, in the morning i was recharging my dish t. V connection when i transacted the payment from my axis app payment was deducted but recharge was not done and i didn't get my payment back will you please upgrade your service and please return my payment.

      Atm fraud amounting to rs.10000/- and non provide message

      I, mojibor rahaman bearing account no-[protected] (Axis bank, savings). On 10/06/2017 rs, 10000/- have been drawn by an unknown person from chand para axis bank atm (Bpcn 113108), under rampurhat branch. Birbhum). That money (10000/-) was picked at 01:32 pm on that day (10/06/2017) but message came at 05:32 pm (After 3.5 hrs.). More over that message was absolutely wrong (Without debit). I repeatedly applied the concerned axis bank (Rampurhat branch, birbhum) to get back the money but failed. At last i made a grievance to the nearest consumer forum (Suri, birbhum), the forum gave a proposal to the branch manager to refund the money (10000/-) to me as the bank was unable to submit cc footage and provided wrong message. The bank was aggried to refund the money to me before the forum at that moment. But till now he did not refund the money.in this way i have to harass physically and mentally for a long day. So please take a needful step to get back the money as early as possible. A lot of supporting documents are hereby enclosed for your kind cosideration.

        I have one home loan account with axis bank having its no. Ph[protected]. My due date for payment of instalment is 20th of every month. I deposited rs. 7000/- to my savings account no. [protected] on 20/09/2017 to transfer the same to my loan account. However, the money so deposited was not transferred to my loan account on that day. Instead it was transferred to my loan account on 21/09/2017 which resulted charges of rs. 732/- against me.
        Kindly look into the matter.

        I have a loan account with axis bank ltd. Having its account no. Ph[protected]. Due date of my instalment payment is 1st day of every month. I had deposited rs. 2, 830/- on 27/09/2017 with my loan account as the payment of my instalment for the month of october, 2017. However, the statement shows that rs. 2, 830/- is credited to my loan account only on 04/10/2017 and charged rs. 590/- as penal interest for late payment. At the front page of the statement an amount of rs. 650/- has been shown as other overdues. Despite of visiting the bank several times the bank official could explain the case to me.
        I have become a victim of non co-operation of the bank officials since long time.in order to talk to the collection manager axis bank ltd., sevoke road, siliguri i visited his office on 28/07/2017, 13/09/2017, 20/09/2017 and 18/10/2017 but in all this occasions he was not in the office according to his subordinate officers.
        In this way i am fed up with the unexplained charges put on me by the bank.
        Kindly look into the matter.

          call regarding credit card payment of someone else (other person)

          Actually, i am receiving frequent call from the axis bank representative (Ms. Meenakshi) from the mobile no [protected]/ [protected], regarding credit card due payment, which is not mine but of some one else.

          The madam, calls, threatening me and my wife for the payment. I am trying hard to convince her that the person to whom she is talking about has no any means with us but she is bluntly tells...

          On 22/10/17 around 9 am, i went to axis atm at hindalco industries ltd (Bargawan) for with drawl through sbi atm card, during transaction the power was cut so that amount was not dispensed from machine but my amount deducted from my sbi account.
          Pls take on priority and resolve the problem for refund to my money.

            Dear team,
            6314 rs. Deducted from my saving account during online payment to mpeb electricity bill, this transaction is failed during payment, deducted amount is not received in my account, then i make a complain by phone banking complain no. Is 3329499 and not a any action is taken by your team, then i visited to my home branch and make another complain, id is[protected] and given all supporting documents which they required, but till now my deducted amount is not received in my account, and your bank executive is not receiving call.
            Please take necessary action either i will go to consumer forum.

              I want to settle my negative balance and active my account. Can i active my account online. Pl suggest. And how much charge will be applied on reactive the account

                My self shahezama i got a call from axis bank agent by offering the axis personal loan i have submitted the document too long back now this agent are not responding to my call and.

                The name of the agent is kavya mobile number is -[protected]. Swathi — [protected].
                The personal how have come to my office to get the document even he is not taking my call-[protected]

                Seriously axis is the worst service provider.

                  Dear sir I was transferred money 7000 in 11 September 2017 but my account has dedicated but not credited in another account all ready complain regarding this transaction. My complain no[protected] I have also submitted in another account mini statement.

                    I have made imps transaction today (24th oct 2017) for the amount rs.8000 from my axis account to my friends hdfc account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. They have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
                    Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.

                      In 22 october 2017 on 17:17:15, i was trying to book a train ticket from mariani jn to guwahati jn for 23rd october and trian number was 15968. I did the payment 131.80 rupees through bhim app. But it failed. But my money debited from my account and did not get back. Please help me. The transaction id is[protected]
                      Remark is [protected]
                      Here actually 120 rupees was train's actual fare and 11.80 rupees was charged for something. Please help.

                        I have a personal loan from axis bank were i am paying emi of 5300 every month since one year i am out of job as i had to undergo to two operation but i still try to make payments each month i just have defaulted three payments but every month i try and pay from past 1 and halet year the collections officer if i am late to pay in a months by some days sends me a message that he will send police to my house with nb warrant my intention is to pay but as i get money late the dates differ i am also going through depression and been diagnosed with this and on medication this kind of message are very disturbing i really want an action to be taken on this when i have intention of paying every month then why i am being harassed this way

                          I have made my brothers credit card payment one week back through a recovery agent who came home and collected money. Still the payment is not reflected in the account and again received a message stating 2178 has to be paid. I cleared total dues as reflected in the account and as informed by agent on that day. How can it increase suddenly now and you have marked lien on my brothers salary account which still shows debit balance for total amount due which was there before i cleared the dues. Resolve the issue immediately it's in hyderabad begumpet branch or else i will be forced to complain ombudsman. Credit card dept ms vani in hyderabad answers very rudely to customer. Is that the way a bank employee responds to customer. She will simply say call later, call tomorrow not even hears the complaint. Then y should you have a department i[censored] cannot hear to customer. Totally unsatisfied with bank and worst experience ever.

                            I am fed up with the poor services from bank.

                            The bank executives are not at all responding for queries, after getting the customer for loan,

                            I have purchased a car (Tata tiago, xz) from m/s concorde motors, chandanagar branch.

                            There the sales executive sent the executive from axis bank for the car loan, in spite of having the pre-approved loan from my hdfc bank, i have opted for loan from axis bank, which was my biggest mistake of my life.

                            The first two emi’s have deducted on time and third emi has not deducted.

                            I have informed to bank executive mr. Prabhakar (Mob.[protected]) no response from executive, then i contacted the area manager mr. Raju, no response from his as well.

                            Every day i am getting calls from bank stating the emi is not paid.

                            What customer has to do if the emi is not deducted even after submitting all the documents for loan.

                            The services from bank are poor.

                            Now i am getting the message from the bank that i have to pay late fee charges & cheque bouncing charges.

                            This is must be act of the bank to delay the some process in bank and ask customer to pay additional money for delay.

                            Axis bank is not smart enough to provide good service.

                            All the executives of the bank are bothered till loan is sanctioned, once the loan is disbursed then are least bothered.

                              ifsc code invalid error

                              I am trying to transfer the money to one of the account in state bank of india.
                              But it is giving me the error while saying the ifsc code is invalid, i am using th axis mobile android app. The ifsc code is sbin0012896 and it is valid already cross checked.
                              Please check it.in previour version of the application it used to work fine. Don't know what happens after upgrading the app. My mob no - [protected]...

                              Dear sir or mam, i issued credit card and never used that. But even though i am charged with unknown charges. Several times i made contact with executives but none of helping. Why should i pay unnecessary charges??

                                Hi,

                                I would like to complain regarding the over-limit fee charged to me on my october statement. I haven't done any transactions and paid my september statement bill on 1st oct 2017 which before the due date.
                                Also the overlimit fee is charged on 44 paise, is your bank a beggar, neither you provide good service to the customer nor your customer care is up to the mark.
                                And you levy fees on such a negligible amount, any thing below 50 paise is rounded off to its nearest zero and your bank has levied 590rs as overlimit fee.
                                Waive off this amount otherwise i have to switch to another bank then.

                                I am not going to pay that amount.

                                  This is pankaj singh, i would like to say that you had deducted the amount of consolidated charges of demat account that is 403 rs. I had never opened any demat account with axis bank, at the time opening salary account with axis bank, the executive of axis bank says that its is compulsory to open and it's a free of cost for life. It's a fraud by axis bank.

                                  I complained so many times with axis branch even in customer support, but no one help out, axis employees behaving rudely with customers.

                                  I am very. Disappointed with the service of axis bank. I want my refund of my amount.
