There has been an unauthorized/incorrect transaction of rs. 50, 000 from my axis bank savings account on 9th october, 2017.
I received a mobile notification on 9th october, that my account no. 00xxxx has been debited by rs. 50, 000; this amount was supposedly transferred to max life insurance company. I had not initiated this transfer request.
I immediately went to the axis bank branch on 9th oct, patna and contacted mr. Ashish kumar, who assured me that this was due to some error and the amount will be credited back within 5 to 7 working days. It's been 7 working days today and when i contacted him today, he was not sure how much more time this will take.

This is a sheer negligence and i request you to look into this and take immediate action.
How can there be such an error? Could i please get my amount credited asap
