Hi,
myself shweta gera from delhi, i have a salary account with axis bank.
i have been cheated by axis bank payments departments as they have made equal installments for 5 months for my credit card after paying in 4 months my card get activated and then also after the whole satellement i was getting a minimum balance of 113000/- due on my credit cards and after continuing calling to customer care and mailing to axisbank customer care e mail id i havent get any response and on 18th october my saving bank act has been frezzed and all the ammount has been deducted from my acoount.

i dont knew where to go further
kindly suggest ...

    I want to discontinue my credit card. No-* * * 9017. And i have done the procedures to cancel it. But still the axis bank is replacing my card with new ones and not cancelling my credit card..
    Please do the needful as early as possible.. I am very disturbed because of this issue... I just want my credit card to be cancelled as early as possible...

        I bought buzz credit card recently nd i see a new charge is on my card called ecpp charge for 1649 n why shud i pay for it. When did not opt for it why they charge n i called ecpp assistance and asked to remove the charges n they say its from axis although axis says call ecpp going all thru this headacge there is new charge for debit interestwhen i already paid my bills on time. Why i should i pay them when im already paying there money

I am opening current account in your bank with zero balance and after that your bank cut charge for balance maintain without inform me, the charge your bank cut is about 44938 rupees and after that i credited 200000 at your bank at that time your bank cut my balance about 35000 rupees. Please do further procedure for recover my balance..

            Dear axis bank

            I'm writing this ungratified note to convey that i never had a good experience with your bank.
            Again i am very unsatisfied with your service. It's been more than a month, my salary account got registered on 11.09.17 and has not been activated yet. Reason for which is my earlier account is not closed. For which application has been submitted as per my knowledge by bank staff (Mr. Sampath kumar, mob. - [protected]) with whom i'm doing follow up daily but there is no outcome. Complaint was done on 9.10.17 and it's not yet resolved. I am surprised with such a slow process of renowned private bank, and such carelessness towards own customers.

            I hope a quick action will be taken to resolve my problem. When people are receiving diwali bonus, axis bank has kept hold on my salary due to being unresponsive, which has brought difficulty to fulfill my basic necessities.

            With a hope to get good experience as a customer i am enclosing my account details which needs to be activated as sooner as possible.

              I himanshu sharma (Account number [protected]) opened an account in axis bank in branch mandawa (Dist.- jhunjhunu rajasthan) before almost a month and still i am not able to transact, neither online nor from atm and when i try to contact my branch person they are behaving like they even dont know whether i am their customer or what.
              The branch person mr umesh (Contact number -[protected]) opened my account and promised me about my account to be functioned fully within 3 days and now when i call him he just ignores me and dont even pick up the call.
              The whole branch have every person this irresponsible and inexperienced as they even dont know how to correct this problem.
              They just say "we'll look" but does nothing.
              So i would like to replace that staff with a experienced and good behaviour people so that we, customers feel safe to use axis bank's services.
              And i would request you to immediately take a strict action against mr umesh.
              Otherwise we would have to transfer our account to any other bank very soon.

                  I am working in Saudi arabia . 2 years before I have been more loans due to my sister marriage and now
                  i am now getting good salary in Saudi Arabia and i am assure you i will pay installment without delay

                    There has been an unauthorized/incorrect transaction of rs. 50, 000 from my axis bank savings account on 9th october, 2017.
                    I received a mobile notification on 9th october, that my account no. 00xxxx has been debited by rs. 50, 000; this amount was supposedly transferred to max life insurance company. I had not initiated this transfer request.

                    I immediately went to the axis bank branch on 9th oct, patna and contacted mr. Ashish kumar, who assured me that this was due to some error and the amount will be credited back within 5 to 7 working days. It's been 7 working days today and when i contacted him today, he was not sure how much more time this will take.

                    Account type: savings account

                    This is a sheer negligence and i request you to look into this and take immediate action.

                    How can there be such an error? Could i please get my amount credited asap

At the time of opening of D.Mat account, it was told that no charges will be levied for this account, as this is free for salary acccount.

                          Hi,
                          I have moved to pune recently and wants to open a reimbursement account for wipro limited. I have spoken to different managers but no one seems to be helping. I have also visited hinjewadi branch and spoken to abhijit but not helpful at all.

                          I don't know how they can be so unhelpful.

                          The person i have spoken to are priyan, srikant and jay sharma from hinjewadi location. I have still waiting for a reply from them but seems to be unhelpful.

                            My self veniprasanna and i had salary account with axis bank but my salary account was shifted to hdfc from january 2017 but even though i was doing transaction in axis bank and the account number is [protected], koramangala branch, bangalore. From last few months i was not able to transfer any amount to that account and it went to negative balance.

                            Please can you resolve the issue so that i can continue with that account to make payments of my credit card and other stuff.

                                My name is suman bala mishra, i have a saving account in your bank, i want a debit card (Atm), which i have perused during the opening of bank account. Now i want an atm card for which i contacted to my nearest branch in jagdalpur in chhattisgarh, but i have not got any support from that branch, simentenously i have checked in net banking for application of atm card, their also i have not got any link.
                                Kindly look into it for issuing an atm card.

                                  Upon continus followup with loan person for last week it is not dispersed. Sales officer refuses to approve loan stating why car has booked at karad and loan at mumbai.

                                  Due to this i m unable to complete my family dream. It is too sad.
                                  Poor customer service provided by the Axis bank.
                                  Totally dissatisfied.
                                  I transacted electricity bill for Torrent Power-Ahmedabad Rs.1760 on Dated : 09/10/17 by mistake it was two time transacted. I.e...1760+1760. My total amount deducted Rs. 3520.but till the date Torrent Power payment not received. Kindly suggest what to do...? I need my deducted amount Rs.3520.

                                    I hold account of hdfc bank, i had done two transactions of 10000/- and 5000/- (Ref no mentioned above) in the axis bank leela palace road on 1st october. But there was dispute of 4000. I contacted hdfc bank for raising the concern and they got in touch with the axis bank for clarifications. Today i received an update from my bank that axis bank has not accepted the dispute and ultimately my money will not be reverted back to my account.

                                    I do not understand, how this has happened as i did not get the amount nor you have accepted the disagreement after checking the atm log.
                                    Can anyone address my concern.
