I have to take my car on 20.10.17 chaugule karad
Upon continus followup with loan person for last week it is not dispersed. Sales officer refuses to approve loan stating why car has booked at karad and loan at mumbai.
Karad us my hometown and mumbai is my workplace.
Chaugule maruti suzuki karad are awaiting for their loan amount and doing countinuos followup with mi but i m helpless.

Do needful on urgent basis

Till date my loan not approved by Mr.Rohan Rana..sales officer mumbai.
Due to this i m unable to complete my family dream. It is too sad.
Poor customer service provided by the Axis bank.
Totally dissatisfied.
I transacted electricity bill for Torrent Power-Ahmedabad Rs.1760 on Dated : 09/10/17 by mistake it was two time transacted. I.e...1760+1760. My total amount deducted Rs. 3520.but till the date Torrent Power payment not received. Kindly suggest what to do...? I need my deducted amount Rs.3520.

    I hold account of hdfc bank, i had done two transactions of 10000/- and 5000/- (Ref no mentioned above) in the axis bank leela palace road on 1st october. But there was dispute of 4000. I contacted hdfc bank for raising the concern and they got in touch with the axis bank for clarifications. Today i received an update from my bank that axis bank has not accepted the dispute and ultimately my money will not be reverted back to my account.

    I do not understand, how this has happened as i did not get the amount nor you have accepted the disagreement after checking the atm log.
    Can anyone address my concern.

    I have been charged with 2642 today, since i have applied for TATA AIG HEALTH CARD.As soon as the conversation ended I thought there wll be some confirmation regarding the application but it was not like that.

      I visited your branch not get any satisfactory answer.

          I had withdrawn rs.10000/- money from axis bank surajpur atm cash is not abilable on dt-11.09.2017. When i entered the bank in passbook, the money was showing rs.10000/- & rs.10000/- total-rs.20000/- on dt.11.09.2017. I informed about of money in bank of india in surajpur branch where is my account no-[protected] and requested them to get information from them but no solution given by bank of india in surajpur branch. My rs-10000/- has not met me yet.

          I requested to you please the head should be checked accurately and seen in the axis bank surajpur atm on dt-11.09.2017.

          It is a big betrayal with me & it should be investigated and my money rs.10000/- back in my bank of india in surajpur branch where is my account no-[protected].

          I am with you for every enquiry.

            Axis bank is debiting every month consolidated charges as 30rs or 40rs per each month 15th.
            Mine is slary account. I am a customer from 5 years.
            I call to customer care no answer for them and they suggested to visit the branch/bank.
            If any body are using axis bank acounts plesae close. They should know the customers value.
            I will sloce my account soon.

The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
              Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.

                I have made imps transaction yesterday, on 16 october 2017 for the amount rs.5000 from my axis account to hdfc account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. On the netbanking site the status id shown as "suspect". I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue. Please refund the amount to my original account or make the transaction successful asap. Thank you.

                    My husband has fixed deposit of rs.100000/- at axis bank, jayaprakash nagar, nandighosh plaza, berhampur, odisha. The bank does not give any bond at that time. Being the nominee i go to the bank and submit death certificate, identity proof, and recite of the deposit. Several times i go to the bank but they told me they inform the head office no reply has been received yet.

                        Had applied for check book on 9th oct. I was told taht i will get same in nexr 5 workong days but its 15 i havent got that they had given me a tracking no. That is showing the status is pending. Calkimg these guys on daily basis but no support called yesterday on 15th oct. They told me that i will get it by tmrw 10:30am positively but havent got. Using this account from last 18 months but this bank has pissed me off. Want to clpse this account and migrate to other bank.
                        Suerly these guys are mone minded dont even care about guest and there fèelings.

                          Hi i am ankita and i took a loan from axis bank i lost my job recently and was unable to pay the emi’s. I was in discussion with a collection agent sanjay who is helpfull and everything was settled with this guy sanjay and i am making payments to him now. However i started receiving calls from his manager named amit kumar who has started harassing me for payments for no reason. I have proofs that he started calling me after 7pm and when i asked him not to call after 7pm he became angry and started contacting my relatives.
                          I am so upset on this collection process when sanjay is handling my case then why his manager is getting involved he talks very badly.
                          When i applied for this loan first address is of gurgaon and home address is differnt. This guy amit did not call me this month even once and sent a guy at my home address without any information and recently someone died at my place so pooja was going on. It was not that i did not answer his calls or i was not paying i paid my emi last month as well but with any information he directly sent someone at my home address not even i. Gurgaon which is the first address mentioned.

                          This clearly means that he is taking out personal revenge from me.
                          I dont think this comes under any law to send a collection agent when somebody died at my house without informing me. I had to face ambarasment due to this.

                          This guy amit kumar says he is the manager and want to take this case forcefully to satisfy his ego with him.
                          I am settling this case with sanjay and i want his manager to apologize for such behaviour and leave my case.

                            Would like to inform you that above mentioned atm i'd has always cash issue there has no cash found in day or night bank does not maintain a good amount of cash in multiple of ₹100, 500 and ₹ 2000 notes
                            (1) atm terminal id cpcw15809
                            (2) atm terminal id cpac15806

                            And atm touchscreen not working while i have to take multiple times touch for further process

                            Request you take a service request to fix this problem

                            Or replace the atm machine.

                              I received a call from Ph. No. [protected], saying he is calling from AXIS customer care to resolve the above complaint and asked for card number, CVV & Exp. Date etc. and my family members informed him only the card number and immidiately i stopped my family members to give further details to him. is it your customer care person?. if not please take necessary action.

[protected], saying he is calling from Axis customer care to solve the above complaint and asked for card no. cvv & exp. date, my family members gave him card number, further i stopped my family members to give further details. is it your customer cae person or not? if not take immidiate action against to ph. no. [protected] and let me know the action taken.

                                  I have been charged around 3000 rs as consolidated charges for the past one year for which i wasn't given any notification and i have opened this account since i hold a tax saver deposit in the bank. I have requested the bank many times to convert my account to zero balance account and they aren't listening to my requests. I dint have a purpose to maintain 10, 000 every month in the when i already have deposited money in this bank. Please revert back all the charges on my account and convert my axis bank account into zero balance account

                                    Worst bank i ever seen. Customer care not resolving the issue of my net secure registration also, after picking up call they just cutting it by saying that "you are not in network and all". I am not able to register on net secure, also there is no link to register on net secure after login to "internet banking", because of it i am not able to transfer my money also not able to change my mail id and address... From last 2 month i am facing this issue if my issue not get resolve as soon as possible then i going to shut my account.

Please do the needful as early as possible. I am trying to contact the customer care but no one responding. Its very urjent to get the money refunded so please do the needful as early as possible
