Hi sir,

I did fund transfer through mobile banking on 29th but by mistake wrong payee was selected and finally payment was done too.

When i requested axis bank about the same they assured that they will recall the payment but now today when i called they said nothing can be done.

I even visited kotak bank to find out the payee details and they confirmed that account (Payee account) is not working and nothing to worry, they will return the payment once axis bank will ask for that.

Please help me what to do.

    I have transfer rs.500 from tez application at 9th october 2017 19:19 to dharmendra makawana ([protected]), info: upi/p2a/[protected]/dharmendra praddhum
    Now, 500 is debited from my account but not received in payee account.
    Please help as my account is debited and it is not small amount for us.
    In tez application the is no update since last 2 days.
    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    I have filed mang complaints regarding to stop atal pension yojna from my account but after every complaint my problems has not been resolved and the banking Staff have automatically activated the apy without my permission and no they are not helping to stop Apy so I kindly request to you stop apy from my account [protected]

      I mr.
      Mukesh j agarwal had sent a mail 28 september rearding the issue a
      Of auto loan repayment was done my me on 14 august, but i have not recived any confirmation yet. And the loan centre has not given any confirmation till now.
      And i is telling to pay some interest n due pending i am not going to pay any charges and i had confired with the bank there was sufficient balance in my account on day n date when the cheque was submitted.
      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I have submitted my check book and ATM card and submitted the application to close the current account. They have taken my check book and ATM card but not yet closed my account yet. I am going to drag them to court if they are charging me anything.
      I have credited amount in my axis bank account on dated 11/09/2017 and amount is showing in my account but i am unable to withdrawal the amount. Please do the needful to get my amount. I have contacted with bank but my problem is yet to resolve.

        The merchant already gave me reference number and when i contacted axis bank they are not willing to check with that number.

          I opened account in axis bank in july 2017 but axis bank took ore than 25 days to activate my axis bank account.

          After the activation, i register for internet banking with the given details in insta kit and i successfully registered.

          But, i was facing the issue when i am clicking on following option:
          Payment - fund transfer

          The error message is displaying as follows:

          "access to the menu is not available. Please contact bank administrator"

          Then i visited my bank branch armoor telangana. Where i spoke to branch manager mr. Dilip and asst manager sairam.

          He asked me to fill the request form and then within 48 hours (2 working days) your problem will be resolved.

          After 5 days, i tried again to transfer fund but same error displayed to me. Then he asked me to help desk to resolve it.
          Then i called to axis bank customer service number[protected] they told me your query will resolve with 24 hours. But without informing and resolving my issue the executive marked it resolved.

          When i again called today, they informed me your query has been resolved.

          I am not able to get feasible solution from axis bank and since account opened, i am not able to transfer fund and pay bill through online internet banking.

          This situation is very frustrating for me because branch manager is not attending and being available on call.

          Please help me to resolve this issue.

              Hi team,

              For my loan account ppr[protected], i have received dds for both on saturday 05-august-2017 and deposited in bank same day.
              But it will credit to my account on 09-august-2017, you guys started emi from 10-aug-2017. And second emi i waited till 12-sep-2017 but it’s not deducted due to ecs will take 45 working days to accept and meanwhile i got phone call from your bank saying pay online i paid as instructed and they told i have to pay 3rd emi also online because ecs will not happen, as they instructed i have paid 3rd emi on 05-oct-2017 but i got a message from icici today saying my ecs returned due to insufficient balance tell me why you guys are submitted ecs again after i paid as per your instruction, the icici bank charged now 350rs+tax who will pay that and top of that in my axis bank mobile app its showing emi pending.

              I need my extra charged money back due to axis bank mistake.
              And it should not affect my cibil score.
              I want to escalate this can you please provide me respective email id?

                  On 5th july'17, there were 4 fraud transactions that took place from my saving account as atm cash withdrawal while my card was present with me at that time. Total amount - 32000/-
                  I reported to the bank immediately and got my card blocked. I was told about the resolution in 30 working days. Its been more than 3 months now and there is no resolution from the bank. I had submitted all the required documents with the bank (Dispute form, debit card (Broken upon advise), complaint copy with cyber cell). I got this issue escalated to the nodal officer level also and all i get to hear back is that bank is investigating on the issue.
                  I also wrote to shikha sharma (Ceo of axis bank), yet there is no response or intervention on the resolution of this issue.

                    I maintain my salary account with axis bank. On 10-oct-2017 rs 4016/- amount got debit from my account without prior reason.

                    I coordinate with bank's customer care support department but they r not ready to listen my problem as they ask to transfer my call from another department & once i try to them than they again do the same.

                    Same bank charge me rs 10000/- as consolidated charges because from last 3 month i was not maintain my minimum balance criteria when i ask to concern person of axis bank than he suggest me to open a new saving account.

                    Axis bank, you actually cheated me.

                    its more than 10 days to got the Debit freeze of my saving account after got the refund my amount which is got debit from my account without any reason.

                    Axis bank don't assist me about its actual reason & ask time for its process.

                    several time i coordinate with bank via personal visit/mails/phone calls.

                    I am working in private sector so don't able to visit there on daily basis.

                    I am living seprately &due to this issue i am badly suffer to fullfill my basic need too.

                    Hope you will help me regarding the same.

                      As per the trails mail i have allready paid the outstanding amount through imps, but they also confirm that, will provide the close proof with in next day, but after contiunous follow up and they are not pick my call, every time call to the concern person nagendra he is sitting in shimoga main branch, also confirm that, by reason they are not inform the credit card dept and for continous struggle for customer.

                      The outstanding balance amount of rs. 117699.91 as per the statement date on 11/08/2017 and the due date on 02/09/2017 to avoid the financial charges. Same day they told you pay this amount and this is the file amount, no more charges, but they did purposefully to carry the payment details with higher dept. The confirm the payment amount on 12th sept and the payment made on 12/09/2017 ref no [protected] through sbi imps mode. They confirm that there is no balance amount in my account, and card was block.

                      Why they are not intimate to the customer for balance, once my follow they tell, these much amount, will penging and then only provide the close,

                      How can i belive they will provide the same.

                      Dear vasudev sir, they are really irritating and they are calling my no some other local and miss guiding.

                      Name of the person is calling for my mobile no :[protected], and he has taken con call with nagaraj lalbhag branch credit card collection dept, also discuss with nidhi credit section, no body is helping.

                      This is very much irriating serviceing from axis bank

                      Please help my out and get the waiver for the same

                      Even though i having car loan with your bank, having clear payment.

                      Iam very old customer, for your bank, in future no more service to from youre bank.

                          I have received a call from axis bank, i just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis visa card ending with 4070. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                          Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1899.

                            I am having a complaint for forex card which is not resolved from last 20 days i am just mailing your bank and visiting your branch but no one to resolve it.
                            My complaint no :[protected] acct no :[protected]

                            As your bank committed me first 3 withdrawal free for a year before issuing me forex card.
                            And on my first withdrawal of 1200euros from atm in vienna 160.27 euros were deducted from my account.
                            The concern is for 160.27 euros which is deducted from my account,
                            I believe when your bank commits free withdrawal to customer it means free.

                            And i should trust your bank that when it has committed free withdrawal then else of the money withdrawn non of the amount should be deducted from my account.

                            Please look into it as i have been corresponding from 21/09/2017 with your bank and there is no solution to it.

                            Please credit my balance amount at earliest.

                              I just received a call from the no. [protected]. The person talking was very rude telling me that my debit card is getting blocked for next 3 months. I have to give them my card no. When i said no they called me again asking for my aadhar card no. They said if i don’t give they will block my card. I said better to block i will go directly to bank tomorrow. They called me 3 to 4 times when i was not ready to listen to them. Please make sure this call is tracked because when i asked the person's name and bank branch they hanged up.

                                I am having salary savings bank account with bhavani nagar, tirupati branch, a. P., bearing account no.[protected]. It is also linked with d. Mat account. At the time of opening of d. Mat a/c, they told that no charges will be levied. But it is observed that every year axis bank is debiting consolidated dp charges/amc charges. Eventhough there are no transactions in d. Mat account. My dp id:in300484. Category; non house beneficiary, type/sub type: resident/ordinary. It is requestedto close the d. Mat account and also re. Quested to refund the charges already collected so far.

                                  One of the worst experience had with axis bank, not even me but even my friend has the same experience.
                                  Axis charges are way too high for 2nd class family, they also do charge you unnecessarily.
                                  3rd class, poor customer service of the online 24/7 customer service.
                                  Customer service people are always busy, they do not even answer the call.
                                  Pathetic customer service in my life.
                                  Would never ever again re open my account with fraud bank.
                                  Thank you for letting me this experience of you poor services.
                                  I make sure at least in my friends and family do no open axis account.

                                    I just get a cal from ur side nd said those stuffs nd i replied them as i ll consider with ma bank persons and ll tell u but thy said mam u can activate nd ask them like that! I don wanna be in one assist service so please stop the one assist service and return the amount in my account back! I don want that service to be activated more! Thank you!

                                      This is mohan chandra balodi. I have open my salary acc. On 25 august 2017 and given all required documents, i have got the kit at the same time but till now 11:12pm 9/10/17 my acc. Didn't activated.

                                      Representative is giving me fake promises.
                                      Please help me out.

                                        Dear team,

                                        I am using the axis credit card last 4 year and now i have some financial problem to pay the amount on regular basis due to my job change. So i hereby request you to convert the balance amount (Rs85490.76/-) into 24 month emi. Its easy to pay the bill on monthly basis.
                                        Otherwise its difficult to pay the monthly amount. I request you to please do the needful.
