Hi Sir,

On 12/10/2017 I have tried to transfer 3000 rupees to A/C No.[protected], Indian bank, Suddenly internet disconnected after enter the OTP to transfer the amount.So I have again tried and transfer the amount successfully but amount 3000 debited 2 times to my account, it should be once.

    With due respect it is submitted that i have an auto loan in your gs marg-dogra chowk jammu branch. But i am sorry to say that the behaviour of your staff is not cooperative, they treat like dictators and do not provide the correct informations and send from one to table another to get the query and never take responsibilty. I have paid my all installments ₹20310 regularly but they have put cheque dishonour charges in my account as i have paid the installments through cash and not through check and whenever 2-3 mins are over they do not take the payment particularly the incharge of installment department mr singh says that wherever you want to go nobody bothers about your complain.         Your bank staff is talking ruff language and says close your account right now when i am just asking about my query about my account i have current and savings account since 8 to 10 years finally i want to close my account because your staff not co operate me and talking ruff language iam not satisfied with axis bank who dont care about customers problem bad banking experience axis bank i do not suggest any person to open there account in axis bank

          श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है की मेने axis बैंक से क्रेडिट कार्ड बनवाया था कार्ड न० [protected] है| जो मुझे दिनांक 15/9/17 को मिला इसी बीच फर्जी बैंक अधिकारी बनकर मेरे रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल [protected] पर काल अलग अलग मोबाइल न० से फोन आया था जिनका न० [protected] or [protected], [protected], [protected], [protected] यह काल मेरे रजिस्टर्ड और अन रजिस्टर्ड न० पर दो दिन तक काल आती रही काल करके बताया की बैंक से बोल रहे है और उसने मेरे कार्ड न० कार्ड की डिटेल और एक्सपाइरी डेट पता, मोबाइल आदि की जानकारी देकर मुझे झासे में लेकर बताया की आपका कार्ड एक्टिवेट करना हैं और पिन जनरेट करना है और आपको कार्ड के साथ गिफ्ट बाउचर भी देंना है यह कहकर मेरे से ओटिपी न० ले लिया और मेरे खाते से 8306 रूपये की खरीदारी quantum enterprise नाम से निकाल लिया गया इसका पता मेरे रजिस्टर्ड मोबाइल पर आने पर मेने तुरंत बैंक के काल सेंटर पर काल करके कार्ड को ब्लोक करवाया और बैंक को सूचित किया |
          श्रीमान जी से निवेदन है की मेरे साथ धोखा हुआ है और इस कार्य में बैंक की कर्मचारी, अधिकारी, प्रतिनिधि, और कोरियर वाला भी सामिल हो सकता है क्योकि मेरी निजी जानकारी बैंक के स्तर पर ही बाहर आई जिससे मेरी निजी गोपनीयता भंग हुई उसके लिए बैंक के सबंधित अधिकारी जिम्मेदार है उसी जानकारी के आधार पर मेने उसकी बातो में विशवास कर लिया और बैंक अधिकारियों ने मुझे विश्वास में लिए बीना ही कार्ड को एक्टिवेट कर दिया और मुझे बताया भी नहीं गया, जिसके कारण में धोखे का शिकार बना जबकि की पिन न० शिकायत करने तक नही दिया गया | तो जो कॉल मुझे बैंक अधिकारी बन कर आई उन्हें ये भी कसे पता की मेरा पिन नहीं आया और ये कॉल पिन बनवाने के लिए बैंक की तरफ से कॉल किया गया हैं, ये सब जानकारी सिर्फ बैंक के पास होनी चाहिए किसी दुसरे को कसे पता इस से ये पता चलता हैं की मेरा अकाउंट सेफ नहीं हैं और अधिकारी की तरफ से बैंक में जाने पर मुझे बोला गया की ये मेरी जिमेवारी नहीं हैं, आप पुलिस स्टेशन जाओ या हेल्प लाइन पे कॉल करो.
          बाकी जानकारी में मेरे बयानों में दे दूंगा इस और नियमानुसार कार्यवाही की जावे और मुझे न्याय दिलवाया जावे |

            I am Amol Mose. On 7th Oct 2017 I transfer the amount 3656 rs to Home Credit India. Butyet time the amount will not credit to there. But that amount had debited from my account. On 10th Oct Tuesday I call to your customer care they said to me that amount would refunded in between 2 days. But yet not amount refunded. Please refund my debited amount.

              Hello there, i made 2 upi transaction on 9th oct, and it has been debited from my account but not credited to my another account. I have contacted to customer care and they told me to wait for 3 days, now its about to 4 days and still that failed transactions are not been credited back to my account. No customer support available or not any toll-free numbers are there. Please help

                I tried to withdraw rs500 from it park atm in dlf offices tower b where citi bank atm is located but after putting pin and giving command to withdraw rs 500 it said "service temporarily unavailable" and "try after some time". Now i have got sms saying rs500 as been withdrawn.

                Request you to kindly check & get the needful resolution done. Asap.

                    Hi i have axis bank salary acc, i am using it from past 1 year on 12th oct 2017 i received message stating 380rs has been deducted as dp charges, i have never used my axis bank demat accout, i have not received any prior message

                      I have joined one private company few years ago and left the job within a month, they have created a account with axisbank in my name and i didn't know that they have created the account and i never get the debit card or any other details from them. But i came to know that i am now imposed with negative balance on that account. I just know the account number ends with 426577. This account ending with 426577 need to be closed and can i have the negative charges waived? Please do the needful.

                      I'm getting calls to my number from axis bank, but they are not able to speak in English. They are only speaking in Hindi which I never learned.

                          I've opened a business account with axis bank (2 months ago). I'm fully satisfied all the services provided us.

                          But now few days i've faced an issue with debit card transactions, i can't able to withdraw/transfer money in night times, the machine says that commonly "unauthorized usage" but daytimes it works fine.

                                    I want to filed a complain against one of your employee :-
                                    Name:-sarala limbachiya
                                    Deputy manager
                                    Customer service officer
                                    New ranip branch.
                                    I submitted a form for account closing on 14th of september, she told me to call after 3, 4 days for getting updates. I called her again on 3 october then i come to know that they forget to file my complain and they have lost my filled form too.
                                    Then they find at their own place. And still my account is not closed and i called her today so she started screaming on me that dont call on my mobile number. It was my mistake that i given you my number. I dont understand what is this way of talking with the customer?
                                    She holds a reputed position in bank and she doesn't have manners to how to talk.
                                    If she doesn't want to call her on mobile number then why did she printed it on her card?
                                    As i am not calling her continuously and the way she talked its so bad.
                                    I saw in bank several time, her way of talking is so rude as she scream on customers in the bank also.
                                    I am happy that i am closing my account from your bank and i will never suggest anyone to open account in axis bank. And i am also closing the accounts of my family members too.
                                    I request you to take some strict actions against her, and try to teach some manners how to talk their customer.
                                    And please try to close my account asap.

                                      As i am not interest to open overdraft (Od) account in your bank, because your staffs did not communicate details, properly regarding opening an od account. I provided all documents which bank staffs asked and bank require. After getting signed all documents/papers and applications by me they are ordering me to close other bank account which is not related to od account. I am not satisfied with their approach. Till date (12/10/2017) i didn’t received any sanction letter. So return all 500 to 600 documents/papers and applications which is signed and provide by me
