Dear axis bank edge rewards customer care,
I am deeply disappointed with your commitments towards the customer, esp. Edge rewards customer. For my every email you are just creating a service request and asking me to wait.. And i believed it and waited. Looks like no one seriously working on it.
So far you have raised 3 requests on my query dated on sep 27 (Raised after waiting for 5 days for shipment) and things havent moved an inch yet. I am not sure how your department feels about it.

    This is to bring to ur notice that your atm with id no. Apcn68052, has no security guard. I am aregular visitor to this atm last night[protected] i tried to do a withdrawal txn from this atm but at the end txn get hanged up, screen kept showing pls wait your txn is under process, for 20 min i stood there but nothing happened, neither it was cancelling neither it dispensed. I waited 30 min., nothing appeared. I wanted to interatct with security guard. I asked neighbours than i come to know there is no security guard and the key of atm is with juice wala who operates next to atm. Then after interaction i came to knw he use to clean the atm and close the atm and get paid 500/- for it. I called on displayed no. Inside atm room, which has been changed too. So there was no one from whom i could get help (Techinal) then that juice wala shockingly open the server door and restarted the atm. I asked him why he did that, he said whenver atm hang up like this i do it. It get resume automatically i asked him did u has any technical know how about this, he said no. This is serious prblm to ur atm and customers visiting your atm. Pls look into the matter and appint some guard at the atm, for security reason (As per rbi guidelines)

      On 30/09/2017 at 1:55am i recharge my tata sky with bharat qr scan and pay
      While doing same i done all process and rs285 are deducted from my account but i see pop-up that transaction is "unsuccessful please try again".
      But my amount is debited already and i do not get any refund of same and also my tata sky recharge is not done

      Same day i call axis bank and reported same

      Please request you to check and provide refund of my money

        I have Requested to Close my current account with axis bank. I have submitted my check book and ATM card and submitted the application to close the current account. They have taken my check book and ATM card but not yet closed my account yet. Instead they are charging me some 1000 bucks every month uselessly. I went to Axis bank couple of times. I want to close this account ASAP and can't wait for my credit score to get harmed. I also think they are making us fool. I am going to drag them to court if they are charging me anything.

          My name is kanvi
          I have transfered rs 2000 to my brother through mobile banking app but he haven't received any so i tried to call to customer care firstly executives are so busy there after giving n number of attempts one executive picks my call and then i told her the whole story she said it will be refunded with in 7 working days. According to my opinion in every bank money will be refunded within 24 working hrs still i said ok but till now i haven't received any. I had done that transaction on 29th now its 6th neither me nor my brother received any money. It was so irritating he needs that money urgently bt because of your faulty system till now we are sitting like a morrons in our house. Ty so much axis bank for your services. Take required actions and send my money back asap.

              Axis bank called me one day such as 4 to 5 years back and asked that i have some due (Account no. [protected]) for my last card i had with axis bank, i had no idea and therefor i visited the branch to know more about it. They had issued a credit card without my signature without any driving licence or passport and no clue why they have done it. It was an amount of 1000 rs which was due but my pan card number was right with them and they insisted that i have to pay it otherwise i will not be avail any services from axis bank. Couple of days back executive came to my place and had payments from me and gave me a receipt of close to 1300 rs.
              I forgot the episode but after 8 or 9 years i can see payment due and had destroyed my credit history. Please suggest how can i file a formal complaint and challenging them that i am the original owner of the card or their system was not robust enough to stop or prevent customer to get caught in these sort of organised crime by them or by agencies hired by them for getting information from the customer and misuse it for their own benefits.
              Why cannot they issue credit cards by clicking the photo graph or record the event so that it is prevented. I want to file a case i have just got one house loan disproved of close to 30 lakh and i want to recover the amount from the bank as a harassment compensation.

                Dear sir
                Today i went to axis bank loan center which is at sector 16, faridabad, to close my personal loan,
                I have cheque for the amount of rs 799564 against of rs 797205.

                They never informed to customer and they refusing as excess amount cheques cannot be accepted.

                This cheque is issued by fullerton india, issued by axis bank only.

                Now what i want to do, how cai close this account, the fullerton india refusing to give the lessor value cheque.

                Please advice me.

                  I have applied personal loan (1lakh). Only partial amount credited to my account after 15days of delay. When asked customer care they informed 36k charged as service charges. Further to discussion they accepted their mistake and assured for refund.
                  Till now (15days after discussion) money not refund. When called axis bank customer care they say amount has been credited to my account. I informed them, no money credited. Now i have to pay the interest for 1 lakh, but actually received partial amount.

                    With great humble i want to bring in ur notice that i am a new customer of axis bank (Branch arhama shopian) i submited my docutemnts and payment in the said bank before one month and received a kit but still they dont have created my account and my atm card is not working.. I called the office many times but no one gives reply and i visited the branch seven times still they are not doing any thing bettr so i request ur goodself please forward my complaint so that they will create my account as soon as possible or they can give my payement back.. That will be your most kindness

                      Axis bank is deducting money from my savings account anytime without giving any notification. Not even the money deducted is showen in the bank account statement.
                      Axis bank is doing fraud with customers, customers are not trusting axis bank now a days.
                      Many customers are facing this problem.
                      We some of the customers from aurangabad had decided to file case against axis bank.

                        Hi,

                        My account is opened as a salary account in november, 2016. The bank people came to my office for collecting documents for account opening. Somehow they entered my name wrongly as maohana priya instead of mohanapriyaa. Now when i tried to process my visa, they are asking for my bank statement where my name is spelled wrongly. I went to bank twice and filled the correction form. They promised to rectify in two working days. A month is gone, still nothing is changed.

                          What kind o[censored]nfair customer policies does this bank have? My company created my account in axis pune with just a signature and i am in bangalore, but when i want to close the account i have to go vist the branch personally and close it. They are obviously not going to pay for my travel cost. My other otion is to transfer the account to another branch in bangalore so that they can take the hit of closed account metric (I see an internal integrity issue here).

                          Why when an account can be opened without my presence in the bank it can not be closed without my presence in the bank. Unfair banking policies. Would request rbi to look into this.

                              Hi team,

                              I gave the edc machine back on 11th sep 2017 to closed edc account business account as well. As requested we tear bank cheques and atm card.
                              I paid 1800 for edc charger and for closing 3400 is paid to bank to close the account.
                              I have attached paid and requested closing account bills.

                              Almost one month is going to complete stilll the account is not closed.

                                I have booked a kerala rtc ticket from trivandrum to calicut on 30-september-2017, but the transaction failed twice during the payment section, but the amount is deducted from my axis bank account of a total ₹2464 (₹1232 each time).

                                  This is to inform that that on 28.09.2017, i have deposited rs.15000/- in the cash deposit machine at pondicherry branch. But due to some error in the machine the amount was not credited in my s. B a/c no.[protected] till date (I. E. Upto 05.09.2017).

                                  I have made the complaint immediately to the security and thereafter on 30.09.2017 i have made the complaint to the branch also. But unfortunately no result for me and no staff or manager of the bank has not responded for the complaint. The issue is still pending and i don't who will give the response to my complaint and further how many your bank will take to solve the matter.

                                  I have proposed to take the issue with the consumer court and to the rbi if the issue is not solved within two days.

                                    I had applied car loan september 2017

                                    1 agreed to give fund 85% percent on road (Not ex showroom) but they cheated once agreement was over and i received money less than 83% that include their document, stamp and processing charges.

                                    2 secondly, axis bank loan team promised to disbursed money by end of september month and emi would be started october (I. E 10/10/2017) month. But i shocked car show room received loan cheq on october 4th -2017 (Yesterday) still cheq was not cleared. Even i didn't get any single document from axis bank. But i received mobile message 10/10/2017 is the emi start date.

                                    It is very sad.. They are cheating a lot still cheq not cleared. But emi should pay this month

                                        This is to inform you that i have opened salary a/c in axis bank since last two month ago, but it is not yet getting open.

                                        After taking follow-ups with several people of axis bank, it is still under processing and got my reasons for non-opening the a/c.

                                        My two months salary is freezed there, unable to withdraw my salary, they are not even close my account.

                                        I want to know who will pay for such harrasment.

                                        I got number number of mumbai but no one is bother to pick the phone as well.

                                        I now want my a/c to be active right now and also i need compensation for such pathetic service.

                                        If any one have such courtesy call me on my below number right now

                                        Yesterday now New story started, I received the call from Mohan Cooperative Branch, again he informed me that I have to wait till Monday for account opening, as now my documents will go under scanning, processing will get started accordingly.

                                        However, I got the miscommitment earlier, that it has already been scanned and it is under processing from Mumbai Branch.

                                        I actually don't know what kind of Worst Service thy are providing to the customers. I will never recommend any of my friend/relative/colleague/neighbours to open the account in AXIS Bank as it will never been open and they will use your money for their desire.

                                        Just to inform you once again that i have already logged the complaint under Consumer Forum for such Harassment, now I need my salary + compensation for such a pathetic service.
