From my sb a/c no [protected] four fraudulent withdrawals each @ rs 6137.52 total amount 24550.08 have been made on 08/10/2017 from 1.21.10 am to 2.22.48 am. As soon as the matter came to my notice at about 06.50 am today vide messages, i effected withdrawal of all amounts by atm card so that no further fraudulent trans is possible. Please arrange for crediting the amount to my account and changing the atm card and also take other appropriate action as is required.

I wanted to invest in mutual funds. I have a salary account in Axis Axis bank blocks any attempts by me to go for investing in other AMCs. They bounced my cheques, Axis App refuses to transfer amount to the AMC and it has been a loss for me.

    Fraudulent withdrawal of rs 24550.08 in four trans each @6137.52 on 08/10/2017 between 1.21.10 am to 2.22.48 am. The transaction is not done by me so it is fake and i request you to investigate the matter and arrange for the recovery to me at the earliest. Presently i have withdrawn all money from the a/c so that further fraudulent withdrawal is not possible. I would also request you for changing the atm card immediately.

    I have used IMPS for transfer money on 30th September 2017. It is still in suspect status, I need to transfer that money as soon as possible. Please help.

        Sir/mam,
        I used a current axis bank account. I pay two wbsedcl electric bill in 06/10/2017, amount are deduct from account but this payment did not success and till now it science payment status is "pending". Why payment did not update, as per your rule payment will be updated with in 1 working day. So i say amount will refund other wise payment success. I request to please do some needful.

        I Dr Syamlendu Panda having account with axis bank with Dhanbad branch ac no [protected].I have deposited a cheque of amount Rs 4, 06, 050 on 18th September at your Purulia branch.
        Chq no 6100(chq drawn at sbi Purulia) issued by INDIAN POSTAL DEPT and Issued at Purulia .
        on 21st September I have received a mgs that my chq has been returned. I was really surprised that how a govt cheque has returned...what may be the reason...later come to know at that time axis bank Puruliya was not participating in cts clearing so they send my cheque to Bankura and this cheque returned from Bankura sbi .As far as i know this type of postal cheque only passed by either issuing branch(ie sbi Purulia) or by CTS clrng.

        Now from last couple of days my daily routine was call one of your officer to ask about an update. everyday he reply cheque not found, bankura branch not yet send it, etc etc.Totally unprofessional attitude. As per his instruction i also send this snapshot...after that today i receive a call from your staff that i have to visit your branch and collect the cheque. When I inform him that the cheque return due to tech reason so kindly lodge it once again from your end.He told me that whatever i have to recv the cheque from them and after that i can deposit it once again.

        Really beyond my thinking why i have to travel about 50km just to fill up a chq deposit slip.
        what is my fault?
        Deposit a cheque in your branch...
        your CTS system not working and I have to pay the price?
        why i have to sign the return register where i am not taking the cheque with myself?

        I already lost interest income for 10-15 days. please lodge this cheque from your end, .
        Please dont force me to proceed further

          I did a transaction from my axis bank to andhra bank in 6th october around 8000/-.in my account amount debited. But in benficiary account momney is not credited. Benificiary acc no: [protected]

          Can i have solution for this?
          How can i resolve this problem?
          Moeney will br credited within 2 days are not?
          If it will not happen what i need to do?

              I have taken personal loan 9 month ago.
              I have closed my personal loan on dated 13/09/17. After that informed to axis bank officer regarding still my personal loan in open state.
              His reply it's take time and automatically closed after 15 working days.
              After that again informed to bank officer.
              After starting of new month of october again emi generated.
              After that bank officer taken 1255 rs for closing as interest.

                I hv current acc in poombukar branch, kolathur, chennai.
                They were debit ed charges from my current account for the sms alert.
                After then i wrote letter to them regarding the stopage of sms alert during december 2016.
                And also they were debit ing charges from my account. I visited to 4 to 5 times regarding this issue. They staff literally they wont bother about it.
                And also they respond my call.
                Very worst behaviour of staff (Mr. Vimal, mr. Karthikeyan, mr. Paramasivam).
                Please take necessary action against these staff.

                    Hi sir/madam,
                    I had faced a poor customer service in your bank. Especially a lady from recovery section raniganj branch hyderabad even dont check od list whether amount is credited or not and she is talking very vulgarly i. E (Kathalu chepadu) even i am explaining. And after i said iam also bank employee her way of speaking changed. Worst customer relation maintainace. I thibk they are unfit for that job

                      Axisbank “one assist service” team has taken inr-1899.00 from my account without my permission on 6th oct, 2017. Assist team call me with my back details information and provided service details in a phone call. At the end of the phone call they have provided a call number where i need to confirm to access that services. I have not taken any action after the call and not even call that number. But, assist team immediately activate that service and debited inr-1899.00 from my account without any confirmation from my end.
                      So, i am requesting you to deactivate “one assist service” for my account and return back total deducted amount into my account.

                            I am deeply disappointed with your commitments towards the customer, esp. Edge rewards customer. For my every email you are just creating a service request and asking me to wait.. And i believed it and waited. Looks like no one seriously working on it.
                            So far you have raised 3 requests on my query dated on sep 27 (Raised after waiting for 5 days for shipment) and things havent moved an inch yet. I am not sure how your department feels about it.

                              Dear sir/madam
                              This is to bring to ur notice that your atm with id no. Apcn68052, has no security guard. I am aregular visitor to this atm last night[protected] i tried to do a withdrawal txn from this atm but at the end txn get hanged up, screen kept showing pls wait your txn is under process, for 20 min i stood there but nothing happened, neither it was cancelling neither it dispensed. I waited 30 min., nothing appeared. I wanted to interatct with security guard. I asked neighbours than i come to know there is no security guard and the key of atm is with juice wala who operates next to atm. Then after interaction i came to knw he use to clean the atm and close the atm and get paid 500/- for it. I called on displayed no. Inside atm room, which has been changed too. So there was no one from whom i could get help (Techinal) then that juice wala shockingly open the server door and restarted the atm. I asked him why he did that, he said whenver atm hang up like this i do it. It get resume automatically i asked him did u has any technical know how about this, he said no. This is serious prblm to ur atm and customers visiting your atm. Pls look into the matter and appint some guard at the atm, for security reason (As per rbi guidelines)

                                On 30/09/2017 at 1:55am i recharge my tata sky with bharat qr scan and pay
                                While doing same i done all process and rs285 are deducted from my account but i see pop-up that transaction is "unsuccessful please try again".
                                But my amount is debited already and i do not get any refund of same and also my tata sky recharge is not done

                                Same day i call axis bank and reported same

                                  I have Requested to Close my current account with axis bank. I have submitted my check book and ATM card and submitted the application to close the current account. They have taken my check book and ATM card but not yet closed my account yet. Instead they are charging me some 1000 bucks every month uselessly. I went to Axis bank couple of times. I want to close this account ASAP and can't wait for my credit score to get harmed. I also think they are making us fool. I am going to drag them to court if they are charging me anything.

                                    I have transfered rs 2000 to my brother through mobile banking app but he haven't received any so i tried to call to customer care firstly executives are so busy there after giving n number of attempts one executive picks my call and then i told her the whole story she said it will be refunded with in 7 working days. According to my opinion in every bank money will be refunded within 24 working hrs still i said ok but till now i haven't received any. I had done that transaction on 29th now its 6th neither me nor my brother received any money. It was so irritating he needs that money urgently bt because of your faulty system till now we are sitting like a morrons in our house. Ty so much axis bank for your services. Take required actions and send my money back asap.

                                        Axis bank called me one day such as 4 to 5 years back and asked that i have some due (Account no. [protected]) for my last card i had with axis bank, i had no idea and therefor i visited the branch to know more about it. They had issued a credit card without my signature without any driving licence or passport and no clue why they have done it. It was an amount of 1000 rs which was due but my pan card number was right with them and they insisted that i have to pay it otherwise i will not be avail any services from axis bank. Couple of days back executive came to my place and had payments from me and gave me a receipt of close to 1300 rs.
                                        I forgot the episode but after 8 or 9 years i can see payment due and had destroyed my credit history. Please suggest how can i file a formal complaint and challenging them that i am the original owner of the card or their system was not robust enough to stop or prevent customer to get caught in these sort of organised crime by them or by agencies hired by them for getting information from the customer and misuse it for their own benefits.
                                        Why cannot they issue credit cards by clicking the photo graph or record the event so that it is prevented. I want to file a case i have just got one house loan disproved of close to 30 lakh and i want to recover the amount from the bank as a harassment compensation.
