Dear sir,
I have applied to open salary account on 13-09-17and as per welcome kit account number is[protected] of axis bank whitefield branch banglore.
But after 21 days still awaiting to activate account and debit card.
Due to this my salary of september 17 could not be deposited by the company.
Pls see this case urgently.

      I have lost my debit card so i blocked it and received the new card no ending with 2453 from the branch. My debit card number ending with 2453 has been blocked unnecessary and customer care officer cannot provide a satisfactory answer as they are saying that as per their record my newely issued card is "old debit card and it was blocked as i have applied for new card and other card has been blocked by me" but actually the matter is "my old debit card has been blocked by me as and new card has been blocked by bank by calling it old card" and branch officer is helpless as he is saying "card has not been block through the branch"

        I am kalpesh sadhu, dy. Manager hr from macons equipment pvt. Ltd.

        With reference to the above subject, we would like to draw your attention that we are getting very poor and pathetic service from axis bank account opening of our new employees.

        1. Despite of several reminder's executive from axis is not turned up for filling up form.
        2. After giving complete filled up form even the account is not opening after 30-35 day despite of several reminders and follow up.
        3. Our employees are not getting kit like cheque book, atm card etc timely.
        4. Our company have more than 200 bank account in axis bank but not getting proper service.

        I have requested to management to have portability of all account in other bank due to your poor service.

          Debit card no. [removed]
          I paid rs. 129 at macdonalds outlet through my axis bank debit card on 3/10/17. When i reached home. I got a message stating rs.8.86 has been deducted as tip. Scg.
          I checked the macdonalds card receipt of debit card where the tip amount is mentioned as zero. Then why did you debit this amount without my knowledge?

          2% over bill amount is demanding for swiping POS of your bank using SBI credit card at a grocery shop, OMR chennai.
          Why do merchants charge extra on credit card transactions ? Is there a way to stop them from doing so?
          I need to guide him on getting your reply favourably.

            On 28.09.2017, I have deposited Rs.15000/- in the Cash Deposit Machine at 3.35 p.m. for the Account Number no.[protected](Pondicherry Branch)
            Till this day i.e. up to 8.30 p.m. of 03rd October 2017, this amount not credited in to my account due error and problem in the Cash deposit machine.
            I have given the complaint through the security of ATM immediately on 28.09.2017 and I have contacted branch on 30.09.2017. But no response from the branch.
            I have deposited the above said amount for ECS debit but no use for that.
            Now I request you to take immediate action on this.
            Also I request you to bear the Penal charges for the non-credit of my deposited amount in my account.

            Dear Sir,

            I request your office to take immediate action for the complaint given by me for the non credit of amount deposited in the Cash Deposit Machine on 28.09.17. Till this day i.e.03.102017 up to 8.42 p.m. the amount not credited in my account. As I have to meet the ECS debit of Bajaj Finance and Axis Personal Loan and if this credit not given for the amount deposited I have to bear the Penalty charges for the bounce transaction.
            When I have tried to make the complaint no Executive or Manager not responded with proper answer the mistake happened in the Cash deposit machine. Due to poor performance of the machine working condition and staff and Manager working activities customer like me suffering with difficulties.

            Hence once again request you to bear the charges of penalty for the bounced transaction due to poor service of the bank.
            Deducted from my bank account but ticket not booked...

                I ordered a product in amazon few days back using my credit card and since the order got cancelled they had to refund my money. Till now i didn't get my refund money and when i contacted amazon they said they have done it and asked me to consult the bank. I have already paid the bill because my bill date got over so kindly check the status and let me.

                  Sir/madam,

                  I have salary a/c in axis bank having a/c no.[protected]. On 16/09/2017 my a/c debited with rs. 413 towards consolidation charges of rs. 350 and rs. 63 as gst (Screenshot attached). I have received message saying fee is towards cheque return ecs.
                  Please note that i have not issued any cheque or not deposited any cheque which got bounced or returned and there is no ecs also in my a/c. Regarding this i have raised complaint in axis website (Option 1) but i have not got any correspondence from your side.
                  Kindly look into this and credit rs. 413 to my a/c.

                      I have open a account on 19/9/17 and i have paid rs. 6000/- but till now my account is showing zero balance. I have called him several time first couple of times he given lot of excuse and after he stop receiving my call.                         Sir i had taken personal loan and i was defaulter and i got a call from recovery team speaking in vulgar language. I guess they are not educated who to speak to customer. On september 7th i went to speak to the manager for final settlement. I agreed and i requested to pay in two payments. So they agreed and i wanted to clear my personal loan and i told them i would like to clear pl but they misguided me saying that to clear credit card and 50, 000 of personal loan. So i did neft 60, 000 for credit card and 50, 000 for personal loan. On second payment on 27/09/2017. I did same procedure as i did before for doing the payment of personal loan neft so i got credited to my account. I called customer care and i enquired about my personal loan but they said it's being closed again i called to the manager and told it's has been returned and he gave me another account number to do neft and he said it is pool account number [protected]:

                          Hello axis bank, myself subi my account [protected] suddenly became debit freeze just before these 4 continuous holidays, i have not been informed about this debit freeze nor any intimation about this freeze was given to me, without knowing this i deposited all my funds in this account, now i'm very much in trouble because of having you as my trusted banker, i have suffered enough because of debit freeze in this account for the last 2 holidays, what do you expect your customers to go for begging for 4 holidays by freezing their account without any intimation because of having their funds in your bank, i'm not able to withdraw or transfer the funds from my account, kindly unfreeze my account immediately.

                            Dear team,
                            I am sachin v kasture, willing to open an account with your bank and for that i applied too. One of your employees named mahesh (Contact : +91 [protected]) from charchgate branch came to me asking for kyc documents for account opening.
                            He took my documents with him almost before a month. But since then i did not receive any communication from bank or him. When i call, he doesn't receive.
                            Because of busy schedule, i am not able to visit the branch. Expecting your intervention for clarification as it is a serious concern that my kyc documents are with him and i am scared about this may be he will misuse my doc anywhere but still he is not responding i have massage him many time n called him but he is having very casual about this. Need to reply asap.

                            30th oct, i will pay my vodafone postpaid bill for 174rs, first 3 times it will failed 4 times i will be pay my vodafone bill, but amount will be debited totally 4 times in my account. After 20 min 174 only credited my account . Remaining 2 times debited issue amount is not credited .please refund the amount 348.rs.

                              Recharged rs.33.00 on 26 sept, 2017 via bsnl (Bill desk) (Trans. No: ine/[protected] through axis bank netbanking. Though recharge is unsuccessful the amount is debited from my ac. Again on 28th sept. Same amount is deducted from my ac. (Trans. No: inb/[protected] though i have not send the net secure code. Plz. Verify the same and be refunded back.

                                I submitted all the required documents for the education loan of my daughters divya rekha and shruti rekha at the loan processing centre ranigunj hyderabad to the axis bank staff susheel kumar jiangme in the month of january.in the month of april he gave us the sanction letter and asked us to pay some money and we paid it but the loan amount didn't reach us. When we contacted him again he blocked all his numbers and we had no contact. Now we don't know if the loan in real is sanctioned or not, or sanctioned and cheated with the money. Please take inquiry of the loan (If sanctioned or not) and take any action.

                                  I transacted an amount of inr 346 through bhim axis pay app vide transaction id[protected] on date 01/09/2017 and transaction failed but account debited. I made a query against it on same day but till now it's not been resolved. The transaction was made from the account with bank of baroda linked with the app. My query id is[protected] which is not resolved yet plz help..

                                  I have linked two account (Airtel Payment Bank and Paytm Payment Bank) in Bhim Axis Pay App.I Made a transfer transaction of Rs180 through paytm payments bank into Airtel Payment Bank (Transfer) in axis pay app on14-Nov-2017 3:42 pm but the amount is debited from paytm payments bank but not credited in airtel payment bank.
                                  So please resolve the issue.

                                    This is in reference to my s/b a/c no - [protected], opened at durgapur (City centre), w. B as a salary account. After my transfer in 2014 from durgapur to bhilai (C. G) my salary a/c was shifted from axis to sbi. However the above mentioned axis bank a/c was active for all purposes upto march'17. After that i had tried several times to deposit money in the account by several means but it was failed every time. On inquiry in the opening branch (Durgapur) it was informed that my account is "credit freeze" and it will be activated by submitting kyc (Pan & aadhar) in any branch in india. Accordingly i had submitted the above document in bhilai (Supela) branch in the middle of sep'17 but no action till date. Bank is restricting me to funding my account, but deducting penalty on monthly basis for not maintaining minimum balance. What can i do? Who will look into this matter. Before going to any higher authority i post this complain in customer care portal with a hope that issue would be resolved at the earliest.

                                      I have already visted axis bank branch 2 times and i have also given a application regarding the same with aadhar card xeroz attach with that as i was asked to do, still it has been more than a week i am not getting and answer from branch, they are just telling that it usually take time come later
