I have a vodafone postpaid number. I have made bill payment on 22nd sep and the amount has been debited to my bank account. But a message from vodafone came:

Please resolve this issue as soon as possible....

An amount of Rs.5843.15 debited to my account on 8/9 did not reach beneficiary. This amount is not credited to my account till date.

This amount was payable as school fess and payment was made by using debit card. I have also lodged the complaint with Axis bank and complaint no is[protected].

Please expedite credit the amount.

My axis bank credit card was blocked on apr, 2017 but transactions are happen from july, i complaint to the bank through customer care and calling them regularly to check my request status but issue not resolved yet from 45 days.

My questions are:

How transactions are happen on blocked credit card?

What is the permanent solution to clear my issue?...

I have been following up with the ahemdabad branch for 12 days now to update my contact number but to no response. I was informed by the helpdesk that it should not take more than 4 business days.
