Though the transaction got cancelled, an amount of rs. 435.30 got deducted from my account while paying the bill at more supermarket using my debit card. When i sent email to customer. [protected]@axis bank.com i got an email from [protected]@axisbank mail stating that this is not my registered email id. But in the internet banking profile i have changed to this email id long back and is reflecting the same now also.

    I sumitradevi agarwal having customer id no.11269247 and saving acount no [protected] sold 27 shares of reliance petro on14th sept. From demat acount. On15th sept. I submitted dic in your chandrapur branch for transfer of shares. Nothing done on 15th by the branch. On 16th operation head told me that it will be done today. I gote acknowledgement of 16th sept 2017. But nothing done on that day also.17th was sunday. Sattlement no. Was 1718115 and it was up to 10.30 am of 18th sept. Dueto carelessness of your branch shares could not be delivered. No one is ready to take responsibility. Please enquire into the matter and hoping for necessary action.

For demat in your chandrapur branch on 24th july. I got acknowledge for the same. I enquired in the branch regarding dematralisation but there was no proper reply. Then i wrote to dp. [protected]@axisbank.com. Their reply is that we have not yet received your request. Branch is not reddy to take any responsibility. So i request you to look into matter and solve my problem. More than two months passed and there is no proper reply. Your chandrapur branch officers are hopeless'

    I sumitradevi agarwal having demat acount customer id no.11269247 and saving acount no.[protected]. On 14th i sold 27 shares of reliance petro. On 15th i went to deposit dic in your chandrapur. Officer on duty told me that operation head will come at 4pm and he process your request. I met operation head on 16th and he assured me that it will be done today on 16th.17th was sunday. Sattlement date was 18th sept. 10.30 am. Nothing done til that time. I agin went on 18th about 11 am but reply was we are helpless we can do nothing. We are attending only to maintian the relations. Shares could not be delivered due to carelessness of your branch. If it is not the duty of the branch to accept dic and process the same where sould the customer contact. I request you to enquire the matter and necessary action against responsible officer may please be taken. Delivery of the shares is timely process.
    Dear sir,
    I have used my debit card on[protected].30 pm at state bank of india atm at tiruchengode.I have entered Rs 9000 due to network error amount is not transferred fro atm but the amount is debited from account please verify it and do the needful.
    I recently made a transaction in irctc.Firstly when the payment was on process due to delay, i cancelled the transaction with the approval of the site.Now i see the amount is debited twice from my account.something needs to be done.if anyone know the cochin official number.please share
    Hi I have taken car loan on Axis bank, they have mentioned foreclosure waiver is 0%, but when I went to repay all my loan amount they are charging foreclosure charges 5% of outstanding, it means they are cheating me. please let me know whether I need to pay foreclosure charges or not?
    I lodged complaint on 24th Sept. but there is no reply till today.why so delay?
    I deposited share certificates on 24th july 2017 for dematarlisation and got the acknowledgement.today I received information from dp operation that processing request has been sent on 3rd Oct. by dp operation.why processed after more than 2 months.from the receipt of the certificates.no one is ready to take the responsibility.awaiting for satisfactory reply.

      On 8-9-2017 at 9:30am i used an hdfc atm (Chilbila-distt:pratapgarh-uttar pradesh) to withdraw rs10000/-from axis bank account : [protected] of branch noida (Sector-1) uttar pradesh, but unfortunately that amount has been deducted from my saving bank account but money not withdrawn from same atm. Even i informed to customer care also but no action taken till date.
      Please arrange and do the needful from your end at the earliest

They said that in evening your account would be activate but after five days no activities done by bank due to very poor service. They said that computer is not get login. Nest day when i goto bank they said that madam has not come. Whats that... Ufffff

          Dear team,

          I have submitted all the required documents to open salary account on 31.08.2017 to your executive and got the instant debit card and passbook, but still my account is not activated and i have co ordinate with your bank people so many times after 20 days they were accepted my application and now i got a text message from axis bank that "unforutunately an error was occurred in your application" i don't what the error was.
          I would like to know that how much time it will take to activate a salary account?

            Hi,

            Axis bank branch in asansol s b gorai road is creating mental pressure and doing harassment to me after chasing for last 3 month, they are not opening my account and even not returning my money submitted at the time of account opening. Now they says they will give me a dd in favor of my company name but i do not have any account with company name this was my first account for my company so that dd is of no use for me, i gave them cheque from my savings account and i want it back in same way.

            I gave all documents they asked me to provide including letters and all, they ask me to come to bank everyday and they always say come again tomorrow, and that tomorrow never comes for them, its really frustrated.

            Also if the account was not opened how can they incash my cheque..

            I am going through lot of harassment and metal pressure for this. Please help me and look into this on urgent basis.

            I though axis bank has a good reputation but the service and people are really very non co-operative and always busy in there personal work rather then looking after the customer.

              I had made a life insurance of ₹25000/- yearly and i paid my one year instalment and then after that my phone number got changed and i had updated my recent phone number in my banking records. But then after that i didn’t even got any reminder from the axis bank mughalsarai branch that my premium is due and all that and even after that when i visited the branch after an year and asked them about this existing policy they told me that you have not paid the premium and this is the reason why your policy has been lapsed. And then i tried to enquire the person who made my policy and he told me that i have been transferred from that branch to another branch and that’s the reason i can’t tell you the exact situation, you will have to walk to your bank and someone would help you there. And now once again 2-3 days back i visited my branch and asked the policy status for the same and told them that please tell me what to do for this as i want to close this policy, as in the starting i was told that if yo want you can close the policy after 3 years and the three years have already passed, so i asked mr. Vikas and mr. Rahul about this as mr vikas told me that we have a guy mr. Rahul who takes care of all this policies so you please talk to him and rahul told me that he don’t have any information regarding all this and he can’t give me the information and after that i asked mr. Rahul to come with me and tell the same infront of the manager. I along with rahul went to the manager and she also told me the same to wait they will let me know but again they don’t have any update on this. Now the only thing which i want is that i can pay the remaining amount for 18 months and i have already paid the premium for 18 months and as it was said that you can close this after 36 months so please give me the confirmation how much amount should i pay and when will the policy get closed and also how much amount will i get. I also would like to conclude that this mughalsarai axis bank branch people are worst, earlier there was good people who used to listen and do work but nowadays even after going a manager nothing works. Worst branch of axis bank i have ever seen. Please get this resolved as soon as possible and then i would like to close all my accounts from axis bank as i don’t want to keep any relationship with such bank where employees don’t want to work for which they are getting paid for.

My wife's savings bank account is joint account with my daughter which name is miss koyena halder, who is now student of ms ramaiah college at bangalore suddenly, i have got a message on 22.09.2017 by sms in my mobile that “hello your a/c no. 22219532 has been debited by rs.20000 on 22.09.2017”. But i know and confirm to say you that said amount not drawn by me and i have not participated or authorized the cheque to any person to draw of above transaction. The atm card was in my possession at all times and cash not dispensed in atm, but i sorry to say you that i have got a message by sms in my mobile. Now, i am requesting you please resolve the aforesaid dispute amount and also requesting you please inform me by sms or e-mail (I. E, [protected]@gmail.com) to progress your good service. I hope you will solve the problem at earliest.

                      Hello,

                      I'm very much saddened by the recent customer experience i have had with axis bank and feeling kind of left with no option but to move to the court. I am holding a priority account with account number [protected] at your mathura main branch. Recently, my account has been charged anonymously; therefore, i walked into your mathura branch on 19th september to inquire about the anonymous charges. To my surprise, i was told by the branch that the charges were implied due to non-maintanence of minimum account balance for past couple of months. When i told them that i was advised by my relationship manager (Now a former axis employee) lalit kumar that there would be no charges for no maintenance as it was a priority account, the new relationship manager neeraj, who has replaced lalit said that the account is no more a priority account. Upon this, i showed him my net banking page, which still says axis priority for my account and also told him that i was never intimated by any means of communication about the degradation of my account. Neither was i made aware of any possible future charges by the bank via any communication method. Based on these reasons, neeraj agreed to have the recent charges reversed for my account and advised me to maintain the account as a non-priority account going forward, which i understood. He said that the charges would be reversed with a day or two; however, it's been a week by now and nothing has happened.

                      I'm respectfully requesting you to please give my money back and give me a chance to make an informed decision about continuing my relationship with the bank.

                      If this issue is not addressed and my money (Which is unjustifiably deducted from my account balance) is not credited back to my account, i will be forced to involve my lawyer and take legal action against your bank.

                      Hoping for a positive solution from a reputed and growing bank.

                          I have been following up with the ahemdabad branch for 12 days now to update my contact number but to no response. I was informed by the helpdesk that it should not take more than 4 business days. I have also submitted the required documents not once but 4 times by now. It is not acceptable as a consumer that a contact number update is taking this long.

                            Housing loan form axis bank is really mental torture.

                            Dear sir/madam
                            This is kishore, reliance industries jamnagar. Axis bank is one of the worst bank, i couldn’t face such a problem throughout my 20 yrs career. I don’t know how to teach them or give a lesson to them then i came to know that this is the only way to teach a lesson for this type banks.
                            I have taken housing loan on 2009 (Ph[protected] with floating interest kindly check every month 1st they have collected emi without fail. If the rate of interest increases they have shown in the system immediately where as decreasing customer has to give a letter why customer have give a letter??.
                            I have taken loan at bangalore address later i have been transferred to jamnagar, i have changed all details in the axisbank portal then i have applied for lod and outstanding letter by submitting all required documents (On 01.08.2017) they didn’t give me receipt, no online, no calls, simply i have to submit hard copy to their out let and met the manager (Mr. Yogesh) he said wait for 15 days. After fifteen days started trouble, i called him he said wait for one week 21st i called him for status he replied that was dispatched on 19th from bangalore so wait another week.
                            1st of sept (Means 30days), i couldn’t received the documents then i called him, he told me that documents dispatched to your bangalore address which was left before 8yrs then he told me that contact customer care, i called customer care number they told me that i have to submit documents at jamnagar branch again i put a leave in my office and went to branch i met mr. Akash who is concern person for home loans and submitted all documents on 11.09.2017, he is not responding over phone due to work busy i couldn’t able to meet him literally i was very much frustrated. Nobody is responding my phone my phone they are not giving my original documents, it’s a mental torture for me.
                            I have evidence with all my call records.

                              I got a new car in 2014 from concept hyundai - ahmedabad and my car loan was processed from axis bank. After 3 years, in 2017 i started getting calls from local landline numbers stating that i have very good repayment record hence axis bank is offering top up loan at lower interest rate.
                              I denied it for some 10 time to 10 different people but then though if it is less interest then why not? I finally agreed for top up loan.
                              The girl who called me (I am sure from some dsa of axis bank) very clearly told me that if i want to foreclose my car loan any time from day 1, i can do so without any penalty because this is top up loan and not fresh loan

                              Very recently i bought a new car hence i wanted to prepay car loan (Top up loan) but to my surprise axis bank charged me rs 15000 as penalty for foreclosure. I strongly objected the same stating that i was told by your staff that there are no charges.

                              Nobody helped me at axis bank and i had to pay the penalty as i wanted noc as eary as i can

                              I have serious complain about this incident and i demand rs15000 refund back otherwise i am going to file case in ahmedabad disctrict consumer court

                                This is adv. Suhas vitthal bhogawade residing at shikrapur tal. Shirur, dist. Pune. I am lawyer by profession and having account in axis bank at branch of shikrapur since 2 years. I am in need of 2 lakh rupees personal loan from your bank. When i visit to shikrapur branch for enquiry of loan, branch executive told me that you are lawyer by profession so we can not give you personal loan or cash credit or any another type of loan.
                                I am regularly tax paying person and also having good transactions in account of axis bank since two years. I am also using axis credit card. I am complaining that only because of my profession, how could you denies my loan. Please enquire for same and do me reply.

                                  I have no sms alert for balance deducted from my account. We have received sms alert for balance saving on 15- sept 17. Then called to customer care and closed my atm card also make a complain regarding wrong transaction 10000 rs on 5- sept, 17. Visited to sect-62 branch axis bank and submitted dispute form.
                                  My customer complain closed due to with in 7 days make a complain but we have no any information or sms alert for transaction. We have registered my mo. No-[protected] and e-mail also ([protected]@gmail.com), not receieved any bank statement on my mail.

                                    Hello axis bank

                                    I have made a upi transaction from my axis bank salary account to my friend hdfc bank account on 19-september-2017 2:15:00 pm for rupees of 40, 000. The amount was deducted from my account instantly but not credited to my friend's account. I have tried axis bank customer care number on the very same day but unfortunate it was fully engaged and got a message from axis bank that all there customer care executives are busy so they will call me back with in 24 hours from a particular number. But i need the money most for the same day so i have tried their customer mail id and i got a response on the same day that refund may take up to 48 hours (Wow in a lightning fast world i have to wait for my own money for 2 days unbelievable). I had to wait there is nothing much to do. On 20- september - 2017 morning again i called customer care just to get updates, but the most interesting thing was there ivr will get disconnected anytime in between 4 minutes 30 seconds. Maximum was 4 minutes 30 seconds, i don't know why but seems to be so weird. I made 14 calls on that none of the conversation with customer executive was successful as either they put me on hold or no replay fro long time or eventually get disconnected from ivr. This was repeated on day 21-september-2017 too. Today also i tried for 7 times and with a frustration i have ended up here. What i got from 1 of customer care was raise a complaint from upi app which i already made. It was such a disappointment from one of the top banker from india. Expecting necessary actions asap

                                      Dear team,

                                      I want to close my salary account which is pending from last 5 years and i left the company. I have already given by request to close my account in june to and visited bank 2 times still the bank did not close my account so far. I am sick and tired being follow up from bank and written couple of e-mail still account is not close even. Ruchi told me to deposit inr 530 in order to activate your account then we will close it. After that have spoken to ruchi & operations manger for the same 2 times and written mail to them but they did not close my account and i am still getting emails statements from bank.
                                      Currently i am not living in india and it cost me a lot to make call.

                                      Hello it is very worse to have the transfer of demat and closure too. I have been fed up by roaming around the BM of axis bank. He had even no notice till now where I submitted required documents two months ago.

                                        Account opening form of gp property dream pvt ltd was submitted on 22/08/2017 in axis bank new panvel navi mumbai branch but still account is not opened/activated.. We met shadab malik deputy manager at new panvel branch. Contact no[protected]/33. [protected]... Every time give assurance that account will be opened... We are facing lots of problem... We incurred more than 10 lakhs business loss due to not opening of account.. Please help us.
