I am getting repeated calls on loan repayment from axis bank from hyderabad collection department[protected] on my mobile no. [protected] asking for ravi kumar g. Daily i am getting 2 to 3 calls and remainder messages. I don't have any relation to this man. This is really very much irritating and major inconvinience. Every time i tell to customer care executive, this is wrong number and not belongs to ravi kumar g, the customer care executives say "sorry sir, we will update in our system and you will not get calls tomorrow".
But again the next day morning the same call comes from hyderabad collection center. I have spoken to many customer care executives, namely mr. Sachin, ms. Pooja etc,. To update their records. But still i am receiving the same calls everyday. This is happening from the past 1 month.
This is very irritating and annoying. If some one gives someone else's no. As his number, you guys blindly note it down and start troubling?
Why there is not a proper mobile no. Verification system in your bank?
I request somebody from axis bank to resolve this issue immediately.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
we have payment 9/8/17 but above charges debit in our ac we have talk with c.care but not proper reply.
