I am a very old customer of axis bank.. Having my salary account and a cc card.
I had applied for pl in 2015, however the same was declined on 15.09.2015 stating i am having dual pan card.

Please understand i have only one pan card which is "ayaps6588h", this is a complete harassment and i will barely keep any relationship with axis bank... And withdraw my salary account with is more than 10yrs old.

However......

I made a debit card transaction through edc swipe machine, but the transaction got failed due to some issue with swipe machine of merchant.

But the amount was actually deducted from my account, when i contact my bank customer care, they requested me to fill a dispute form and asked me to send it their email id and it did the same.

It has been 18 days now but still i haven't got my amount refunded. From the customer...

I had successfully completed my home loan with axis bank on 3rd of june 2015 for a property in madurai, tamilnadu.
The home loan account is [protected]. Loan sanction number - uti bank/ (Lnphg)/_716_/rac - (Chennai)/07-08.

In return, the axis bank missing my original registered sale deed document along with 30 years old parent documents. This has been revealed after several attempts over the phone, mail...

We have submitted complaints to consumer complaints forum as mentioned bellow on 9, 11, 13, 16 sep 2017 but till date no one contact us from axis bank

I am max life insurance policy holder. On 10 the sep, 2017 i paid the premium amount 26, 689 through sbi debit card. And premium receipt also received. I have received a call from axis bank on[protected]. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 2777460. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899....

I have made imps transaction on 16 sep '17 for the amount rs.5000 from my axis account to sbi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.

Why did u charge consolidate charges from my savings account, since i have 2 personal loans, also why did u charge minimum balance fee, as on date u have debited more charges, if customer have loan account in axis bank, he or she does not need to maintain minimum balance fee, i need a refund of all charges. Treat the same as urgent

An amount of rs. 2000/- change - has been my account on 16th september 2017 saying it is a consolidated charges and gst 18% for accounts now i am having a savings accounts in bank so if due to improper maintaining of quarterly balance the amount deduct should be not more than 458/- so now plz help me regarding the matter or can i file a case against the axis bank in rbi, kindly help me. There are so many complaints of the same nature already been submitted here. I hope some action needs to be taken and a valid justification if any has to be provided to the customer before deducting their account for any such charges.
