Axis bank phullanwal branch has opened fake account no.[protected] on 15-jan-2015 when i was not in india after many complaints since 2015 to their noble office they have refunded the amount which has deposit in the axis bank fake account and now they are supporting criminal by not providing any fir against a criminal. After a lot of request and emails to axis bank noble branch i meet axis bank manager in sep.2017 and requested to provide me documents used for the opening account in axis bank with my name and meet axis bank branch manager mrs. Honey bella ([protected]) and bank employee mr. Bhupesh walia axis bank sole id 196 ([protected]) and they asking me for money to provide fir against a criminal. Criminal has given warning to my parents that he will kill them or involve my parents in fake court cases if i haven't stopped any action against him.

    Two months i got a mail saying that if i make fixed deposit 25000 rs in my saving account from 31st march to 10 april i will get a benetton bag.
    When i contacted one of axis bank executive he said within 2months i will get a coupon for the same. Now its more than 3 months and there is no coupon or no communication from their side.
    I seek a proper clarification and exact date till when i can receive that text so that i can take my benetton bag.
    I have sent 20 mail's to customer. [protected]@axisbank.com,
    But i have not received any proper feedback from them.

      I mrs. Kavitha interested in opening account in poonamalle branch (Tamilnadu) your sales person asked to visit branch on saturday for application and they have collected rs. 10000 without any receipt as we have accepted for the opening of account and they have assured that account will be activated within a hour... But till today account was not activated, while asking it to mr. Pechimuthu he is telling that it shows negative. But i doesn't have any cibil score i don't know why they have rejected. For asking the details your executive is not responsible at the end we have asked them to cancel... But we need the account please provide me the solution and activate my account within a day. First time impression itself made me a bad feeling.. Hope this will not continue further

            I am a very old customer of axis bank.. Having my salary account and a cc card.
            I had applied for pl in 2015, however the same was declined on 15.09.2015 stating i am having dual pan card.

            Please understand i have only one pan card which is "ayaps6588h", this is a complete harassment and i will barely keep any relationship with axis bank... And withdraw my salary account with is more than 10yrs old.

            However... I would want axis bank to review the file clarify how they have come to such feedback of me having "dual pan card".

            I will register the same in cibil also.

              debit card transaction failed but amount is not refunded yet

              I made a debit card transaction through edc swipe machine, but the transaction got failed due to some issue with swipe machine of merchant.

              But the amount was actually deducted from my account, when i contact my bank customer care, they requested me to fill a dispute form and asked me to send it their email id and it did the same.

              It has been 18 days now but still i haven't got my amount refunded. From the customer...

                Hi,
                I had successfully completed my home loan with axis bank on 3rd of june 2015 for a property in madurai, tamilnadu.
                The home loan account is [protected]. Loan sanction number - uti bank/ (Lnphg)/_716_/rac - (Chennai)/07-08.

                In return, the axis bank missing my original registered sale deed document along with 30 years old parent documents. This has been revealed after several attempts over the phone, mail and in person to the bank retail center.

                I have raised complaints to nodal officer, axis bank but he accepted that original documents are missed by bank but no response after that.
                So i raised to rbi about this issue then axis bank had created some documents in 2015.
                Documents including
                1) original police complaint acceptance receipt dt[protected] issued by inspector of police – madurai, tamilnadu.
                2) original untraceable/missing certificate from inspector of police – madurai, tamilnadu dated: 09/10/2015
                3) original paper publication dinathandhi and indian express dated: 21/09/2015
                4) original certificate from advocate dated[protected].
                5) copy of original sale deed

                Bank says those above documents are enough to sell my property. So asked me to accept this offer.
                But i told to axis bank, i will accept this offer with compensation, only after i receive a legal certificate from a court
                Where bank must produce all details of this issue to the court.
                But axis bank not accepting this.

                The drawback of this issue is bank does not create any mod document for this home loan since this loan is created during 2007.
                Currently i do have following documents with me.
                1) loan sanction letter provided by bank
                2) loan closure letter provided by bank
                3) xerox copy of missing sale deed
                4) xerox copy of 30 years parent document

                Since this issue is going on from 2015 on wards, i am unable to sell my property using above said documents and no bank is ready to give a home loan using this property including axis bank.

                Please share your advise on this for a compensation and legal certification.

                  We have submitted complaints to consumer complaints forum as mentioned bellow on 9, 11, 13, 16 sep 2017 but till date no one contact us from axis bank
                  This is with reference to above subject myself mr. Keshavrao raghunath pund, we had took agricultural loan amount rupees 13, 77, 000 in 2009 from axis bank, lasalgaon, maharashtra. We have cleared the total amount rupees 16, 00, 000 on august 2014. Bank has given noc for the settlement in hard copy to us.

                  We have to take fresh agricultural loan from other bank than axis bank. When they checked online they have found that the rupees 47, 000 is due from axis bank towards us. As mentioned earlier we have already received noc from axis bank but due to not updating their online record we are facing this issue since last three years. Now a days there is aadhaar seeding with all other banks but in the past there was no such system. We have also approached to bank but they are denying to do this. We have received notice from court regarding to pay the amount 47, 000 but this amt we have already paid. The bank is directly insulting us via sending notice.

                  We are requesting you kindly look into this matter to resolve the problem at the earliest. Awaiting positive response.

                  My self atul pund my father had taken agriculture loan from axis bank, which was cleared in 2014 & has received noc for the same. But the bank didn't update it in their system. Now my father has to take new loan from another bank, but due to non - updation of details by axis bank, pending amount of rs.47, 000/ is shown. He has complained in this branch verbally where his complaint wasn't entertained.                     I am max life insurance policy holder. On 10 the sep, 2017 i paid the premium amount 26, 689 through sbi debit card. And premium receipt also received. But on 12/09/2017 the same amount deducted from axis bank.. For max life insurance premium. Mu account is not in auto pay mode. Why the amount was deducted from my account

                      I have received a call from axis bank on[protected]. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
                      Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 2777460. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899.

                        I have made imps transaction on 16 sep '17 for the amount rs.5000 from my axis account to sbi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.
                        It shows me transaction status to "suspect"

                          Why did u charge consolidate charges from my savings account, since i have 2 personal loans, also why did u charge minimum balance fee, as on date u have debited more charges, if customer have loan account in axis bank, he or she does not need to maintain minimum balance fee, i need a refund of all charges.                           Yesterday i visit navsari branch... Their behavior is very rude... I m very much upset by this typ of behaviot... Kindly take some actions... And one more thing they never co operate with customers n their is no manager in branch during working hours
                          I used my axis debit card on petrol pump instead of providing cash back as others bank providing to their customer. Axis deducted extra amount from my account stating that its surcharge on the payment you made.

                              My Axis Bank account was debited Rs.474.91 as Consolidated DP Charges. Why is it happened I don't know!

                                I am being harassed by Axis bank collection agencies.They claim that they are calling from the legal team. They have contacted people who I last spoke to 2 years back. They went to the place where I stayed as a PG and they have gone to the neighbours as well. They said they will shame the PG owners in front of the whole building. I was in a very bad financial situation and could not pay off the debt. I made a very small amount (that is all that I couldmake) and told them to give me a payment plan so that I can pay off little by little. Please help me as my right to privacy is violated. I am being harassed and shamed in front of everybody. On top of that, people who have nothing to do with this are impacted. Please understand.

                                  This is to bring to your notice that Axis Bank has failed to node to the directives of our court ruling in barring unsolicited calls to people. I'm getting constant calls from various numbers of Axis Bank for Loans, account opening or various other unrequired Services at odd hrs every few days. Although my number is DND number still I'm getting these calls. It seems Axis Bank has not registered itself with TRAI and should be brought to books for flaunting rules this way.

                                    My customer id is 85038803 i had visited your poddar rd branch malad ( east ) to open my demat account where i was asked for document which was subbmited at same time after which i was informed that account will open in 10 to 12 days which has past 30 days today after getting in contact with your executive just getting fooled by hearing that account will get opeb in two to three days i request you too look upon this and get it done as soon as possible thank you
