non received of credit card

Dear axis bank,

I already mailed at [protected]@axisbank.com several times but not received proper answer.

I applied for neo credit card on 21.09.2017 but my application declined.
I only want to know the decline reason and
I want my kyc documents back. Also i am forwarding my card application number[protected] & decline no[protected] for your necessary action.

auto debit of amount without my knowledge

I, anand waman damle, hold a zero balance savings account in axis bank branch of hospet, karnataka - 583201.

From july 2017 to till date (13/09/2017) there are auto debits from my above said account, which are not done by me (Not from my online transactions site or not auto debit option selected in my account).

closure of home loan

For home loan closure, we required closure report, for that we have to wait for 5 working days, after that
We pay our home loan, but bank is required 9 working days to clear loan and 15 working days to return our documents.
Almost 1 month to clear home loan.
Up to closure report we have to pay interest.
And after full payment, bank will not response to us.. They only say that "plz wait sir, process will be completed...

fraud credit card transaction

delayed of lod

Hello, sir/madam i m jaimin panchal from ahmedabad, i took home loan in august 2015, but due to higher interest rate i want to bt my loan, so 29/7/17 i requested for lod n they told me i get my lod in working 15 days, today is 12 th sep (32 working days) and still i don't get my lod, so track my if and visited the blue dart branch and they told me that your employee didn't give my proper address, and my file is still pending for your careless...

axis bank malad branch did not opened my salary account since past 34 days.

The trailing emails are forwarded for your information those are self-explanatory. Your malad bank officials have failed to open my salary account since past 34 days, which will be history in world record.
Kindly take suitable actions against your bank officials as they have failed to discharge their duties and also kept mum on the subject with any communication.

credit card department

I am getting daily calls from credit card department i owe some outstanding payment for this i get call despite of giving date and commitment to them of the payment they keep on calling every hour.

On saturday i received 23 calls from different number on monday i received 10 calls from different location. Today i received 5 call till now -

wrong info provided by axis bank customer care

amount debited while booking jio on 24th august but transaction failed

credit card closure

Hi team,

I want to close my axis bank credit card,
I am not at all satisified, because i havent used my credit card from past 2 years. Now it is showing 4, 462.79 bill. I am not responsible for this bill, beacuse i havent used it.

Note: my credit card got expired on 03/17. How come you will send credit card statement for the expired card.

non disbursement of money from atm

Sir
On 07 sep 17 i had visited axis bank atm at neori hills bhopal (Swcw5696) for withdrawal of rs 10000. After entering the requisite details i had got a message that your request could not be processed and the machine has been reset for another transaction. The amount was not disbursed by the machine but i have rcvd a sms stating that rs 10000 has been debited from my account.
Kindly do the needful for refund of the same....

I have made imps transaction on 8 sep 17 for the amount rs.200000 from my axis account to sbi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with the bank to escalate this issue.
Counting it as one more worst experience with axis bank.
I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

Just before 20 minutes before mr. Dutta from axis bank called ([protected]@[protected]) my wife picked phone and that person use slang language to my wife regarding payment of credit card of mine. He says her to come to him # he is bachelor such type of abuse languages he used which was not expected from your bank. As if you have not taken any action i will go to police station and court for further action....
