I holding demat account in your axis bank in 2013... And my demat account number is 16744642 in this demat account close in last 3 years.. Please give confirmation letter in this account closed... Last week i have visit diu branch and also visit in veraval branch sold i'd is 541 and 1599 he was not give confirmation letter he tell me in this facility not available in this branch you can contact other branch please put up thus query on urgent basis and give solution..
Note :now i live in diu so you can contact diu branch and give confirmation letter on letter paid...

    A fraud is done with my credit card. I haven't shared my credit card information with anyone. I have submitted all the necessary documents like fir, copy of dispute form with amount mentioned & other documents reagrdnig fraud to the axis bank. Inspite of doing all the procedures, some amount is debited or leaned from my axis bank account without informing me by the axis bank. I can't pay for the credit card bill amount which i haven't utilised. Please resolve this issue as soon as possible and kindly reply back.

      Hi..

      This complaint is for two axis banks. First one is axis bank branch sector 9 gurugram. Here axis bank has appointed a misbehaving security guard who has no idea that how to deal with customers and there is no facilities for waiting customers. Only 2 seater bench is placed inside the bank otherwise you have to stay stand for your work.

      Second complaint is about axis bank branch sadar bazar gurugram. I had to submit a college challan of maharshi dayanand university, rohtak. But a lady sitting on the cashier chair refused to pay the challan by saying that mdu server is not working.in every axis bank the challan was paying out but sadar bazar branch everytime says that server is not working. This happened with me everytime whenever i went there for the challan payment.

      It will be better that take proper actions for both the banks.

Last three years i have been using your services.2month back i was transferred my account from bangalore to palau branch and i couldn't maintained minimum balance in my account. Therefor 19/8/2017 bank has to debited 100rs for consolidated charge and this month 16/9/2017debited 500rs + gst. So pls do needfully. I hope u wil do so

            I had opened an account (Current account) with axis bank thinking of fast service and good behavior of bank towards their customers... But after opening the account 3 months ago... I had come to know the reality of poor service of axis bank.
            I had open the current account 3 months ago... And i had also applied for net banking during the submission of documents for account opening. But still now, i am unable to use net banking. There will always be new forms and formalities by the bank branch dhuri.
            I am really fed up of this kind of poor service of bank.
            I wish i had opted hdfc bnak over axis bank while opening of account

              This is to inform you that i am a savings bank a/c holder at axis bank and want to close the account immediately as the bank authority is charging interest due to low balance. I have asked in written the concerned branch multiple times to close the account by depositing the required amount (Both for a/c closure charge and interest charges) and also provided them a written application regarding closure of the account but still the bank authority did not take any step to close it and as a result the bank authority is still charging interest due to low balance.

              Till 23/09/2017 did not received any response from the concerned Bank.
              My credit card billing amount too higher day to day. No explanation from credit card department still date. They are can't deduct my salary account .They are started ...this is not fair. so I requested this is stop .
              I am not able to do online transaction using my debit card. At last it shows transaction is declined as your number is not registered with us but i get every feeds of my debit card through SMS.
              Request you to look into this.

                On 17th september 2017, i transferred amount of 4000/- to my wife account by instant money transfer. From my account, money is been debited and not credited to her account. I tried calling to customer no. But no response. Almost 3 to 4 working days finished but not returned to my account nor credited to her account. Please help me out.

                This email is regarding Card no [protected] . Earlier my contact no was [protected] and i have updated to [protected] few months back . Why am i still geting calls on previous no. From now no i want you to call me on new no . I hope u understood .
                The available balance in my account was 1757.45 as on[protected]. Today the balance is showing as -17872.55.
                Why is the balance negative in my account? I did not receive any SMS or e-mail regarding any debit or credit.

                Kindly look into the matter on an urgent basis.
                In 18/8/2017 i transferred 7400 from my account to amrul hasan and the status is suspect so again i transferred the same amount 2nd time it is credited to hasan but 1st time it is not credited to hasan.

                  Transaction of cad 10000 is appearing on my card. I did not authorise this transaction and neither did i recieve any notidication for this.
                  This is really unacceptable and should be resolved immediately by axis bank as i am stuck in a foreign country without my money.
                  I have been trying to contact axis bank for hours but have not got any suitable response. This is fraud and not expected from axis bank.

                  On 30 Aug I have transferred money via mobile banking to axis bank but Money got transferred to a wrong a/c no. I have sent mails twice to Axis Bank Gwalior branch but no response has been received. They are not available on phone as well. How do I contact the branch manager.

                    The balance in my savings account as on 16th sep 2017 was 1757.45 and on 19th sep 2017 when i logged into internet banking it is showing -17872.55. I am constantly calling the customer care number and the customer complaint number but there is no reply. And this is not the first time they have been doing it. It has become repetitive

                    Hope they solve it at the earliest.

                    i dont have demat acc also with axis
                    this bank is not at all goodnot providing good facilities also & if this type of deduction happens means how we will trust on this bank

                        Hi sir,

                        I am rajesh kanna c and my credit card number [protected].
                        I have paid only min due for aug month and i planned to pay entire due in sep17. By mistake i made two three transaction through axis cc and i have converted the same into monthly emi before due date. Overall nil transaction in this billing period.
                        My charge should be 3.25% + tax as per axis norms which is around 3200+tax.

                        But axis has charged me 4750+tax. As i spoke with customer care they are mentioned it's considered all my process. Fee, emi converted amount everything

                        . I feel u have cheated me like anything.

                        Requesting your help to resolve my problem. I will close my axis account once this problem get resolved. I feel very frustrating.

                          My customer id no[protected]. Since 4 days internet banking is not working. Inspite of complaining the same is not resolved. Whenever i am attempting to access it is showing as ' error - session invalid ;. I also made a complaint through axis bank chat but of no use. I request concerned authorities to look into this and resolve the issue to enable me to operate my account

                            Its the worst service any bank is providing.
                            I lost my 2 atm. Icici & axis.

                            I went to the icici bank and was provided with new atm within 5-10 minutes.

                            But here in axis, the scenario is whole different.
                            It has been more than 4 months (I have went to bank thrice) but still i haven't received my atm.
                            Axis bank treat customers as if they worthless, unemployed and least busy persons in whole world.

                            Really really pathetic service by any bank..
                            Highly disapponted..

                            Payment in not reflect in my credit card .
                            I also 10 times complaint customer care (call charge 92 rupees expenses )but payment is not refund in my accounts. already mail to axis bank but not reply

                                Is more than 3 years old account we are a govt electrical contractor incensed more then 20 years
                                Our all govt payment are submitted to this axis bank account ever year 1-2 cr but now a day we want to enlarge our business for that we need working capital so we asking for business lone to axis bank but in this branch loan facility is not available so why wee continue our account with the axis bank ltd
                                Therefore we are not getting any king of financial help from our bank for business growth

                                  Axis bank phullanwal branch has opened fake account no.[protected] on 15-jan-2015 when i was not in india after many complaints since 2015 to their noble office they have refunded the amount which has deposit in the axis bank fake account and now they are supporting criminal by not providing any fir against a criminal. After a lot of request and emails to axis bank noble branch i meet axis bank manager in sep.2017 and requested to provide me documents used for the opening account in axis bank with my name and meet axis bank branch manager mrs. Honey bella ([protected]) and bank employee mr. Bhupesh walia axis bank sole id 196 ([protected]) and they asking me for money to provide fir against a criminal. Criminal has given warning to my parents that he will kill them or involve my parents in fake court cases if i haven't stopped any action against him.

                                    Two months i got a mail saying that if i make fixed deposit 25000 rs in my saving account from 31st march to 10 april i will get a benetton bag.
                                    When i contacted one of axis bank executive he said within 2months i will get a coupon for the same. Now its more than 3 months and there is no coupon or no communication from their side.
                                    I seek a proper clarification and exact date till when i can receive that text so that i can take my benetton bag.
                                    I have sent 20 mail's to customer. [protected]@axisbank.com,
                                    But i have not received any proper feedback from them.

                                      I mrs. Kavitha interested in opening account in poonamalle branch (Tamilnadu) your sales person asked to visit branch on saturday for application and they have collected rs. 10000 without any receipt as we have accepted for the opening of account and they have assured that account will be activated within a hour... But till today account was not activated, while asking it to mr. Pechimuthu he is telling that it shows negative. But i doesn't have any cibil score i don't know why they have rejected. For asking the details your executive is not responsible at the end we have asked them to cancel... But we need the account please provide me the solution and activate my account within a day. First time impression itself made me a bad feeling.. Hope this will not continue further
