We have submitted complaints to consumer complaints forum as mentioned bellow on 9, 11, 13, 16 sep 2017 but till date no one contact us from axis bank
This is with reference to above subject myself mr. Keshavrao raghunath pund, we had took agricultural loan amount rupees 13, 77, 000 in 2009 from axis bank, lasalgaon, maharashtra. We have cleared the total amount rupees 16, 00, 000 on august 2014. Bank has given noc for the settlement in hard copy to us.

We have to take fresh agricultural loan from other bank than axis bank. When they checked online they have found that the rupees 47, 000 is due from axis bank towards us. As mentioned earlier we have already received noc from axis bank but due to not updating their online record we are facing this issue since last three years. Now a days there is aadhaar seeding with all other banks but in the past there was no such system. We have also approached to bank but they are denying to do this. We have received notice from court regarding to pay the amount 47, 000 but this amt we have already paid. The bank is directly insulting us via sending notice.

We are requesting you kindly look into this matter to resolve the problem at the earliest. Awaiting positive response.

My self atul pund my father had taken agriculture loan from axis bank, which was cleared in 2014 & has received noc for the same. But the bank didn't update it in their system. Now my father has to take new loan from another bank, but due to non - updation of details by axis bank, pending amount of rs.47, 000/ is shown. He has complained in this branch verbally where his complaint wasn't entertained. Loan account number: [protected] branch: lasal gaon, district nasik ifsc code: utid0000615 loan was on the name of: mr. Kershav rao raghunath pund noc number: axis bank/nasik/krushi/2014-15/334.

Please look in to this matter.

    I am max life insurance policy holder. On 10 the sep, 2017 i paid the premium amount 26, 689 through sbi debit card. And premium receipt also received. But on 12/09/2017 the same amount deducted from axis bank.. For max life insurance premium. Mu account is not in auto pay mode. Why the amount was deducted from my account
    Without my acceptance. Already 5 days has gone, though my amount was not come back to my account. Please back the amount which you are deducted. Thanking you sir

      I have received a call from axis bank on[protected]. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my axis master card. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1899 for the same.
      Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. Is 2777460. I am waiting for confirmation of deletion of this service and also refund the money @1899.

        I have made imps transaction on 16 sep '17 for the amount rs.5000 from my axis account to sbi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited.
        It shows me transaction status to "suspect"
        We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

        I am holding credit card and enjoying the credit limit and repaying the dues on time. I have on 08.09.2017 paid the amount due as per SMS received. However, I have not received communication for having received the payment. Please provide me the same on my email ID provided above.

          Why did u charge consolidate charges from my savings account, since i have 2 personal loans, also why did u charge minimum balance fee, as on date u have debited more charges, if customer have loan account in axis bank, he or she does not need to maintain minimum balance fee, i need a refund of all charges.           Yesterday i visit navsari branch... Their behavior is very rude... I m very much upset by this typ of behaviot... Kindly take some actions... And one more thing they never co operate with customers n their is no manager in branch during working hours
          I used my axis debit card on petrol pump instead of providing cash back as others bank providing to their customer. Axis deducted extra amount from my account stating that its surcharge on the payment you made.

            An amount of rs. 2000/- change - has been my account on 16th september 2017 saying it is a consolidated charges and gst 18% for accounts now i am having a savings accounts in bank so if due to improper maintaining of quarterly balance the amount deduct should be not more than 458/- so now plz help me regarding the matter or can i file a case against the axis bank in rbi, kindly help me.               There are so many complaints of the same nature already been submitted here. I hope some action needs to be taken and a valid justification if any has to be provided to the customer before deducting their account for any such charges.

              My Axis Bank account was debited Rs.474.91 as Consolidated DP Charges. Why is it happened I don't know!
              Why this amount is charged from my account???
              Their customer care is not worth asking.They dont give correct information. Axis bank- Are you trying to make us fool or what???

                I am being harassed by Axis bank collection agencies.They claim that they are calling from the legal team. They have contacted people who I last spoke to 2 years back. They went to the place where I stayed as a PG and they have gone to the neighbours as well. They said they will shame the PG owners in front of the whole building. I was in a very bad financial situation and could not pay off the debt. I made a very small amount (that is all that I couldmake) and told them to give me a payment plan so that I can pay off little by little. Please help me as my right to privacy is violated. I am being harassed and shamed in front of everybody. On top of that, people who have nothing to do with this are impacted. Please understand.

                  This is to bring to your notice that Axis Bank has failed to node to the directives of our court ruling in barring unsolicited calls to people. I'm getting constant calls from various numbers of Axis Bank for Loans, account opening or various other unrequired Services at odd hrs every few days. Although my number is DND number still I'm getting these calls. It seems Axis Bank has not registered itself with TRAI and should be brought to books for flaunting rules this way.

                          An amount of rs.5843.15 was paid and debited to my account. The amount was paid by atm card [protected]. The fate of this amount is not known. Unable to generate fees paid receipt. Dav cp school not their bankers sbi is able to confirm receipt of this amount.

                          Complaint lodged status not known. Credit is not received till date.

                          Unable to contact debit card dept. Calls are ivrs and taking lot time.

                            My name is sushant parida. I am from kharagpur west bengal. I am applying for sbezy account for axis abybp programme i on 11.9.2017. Till now my account is not activated. And i have to submit the account details by 16.9.2017. Many time i went to the branch but they didnt taken the circular notice of axis abybp programme. Seriously.. And they said me its take 5-6 days more to activate the the account.
                            So kindly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                              Axis bank is a fraud bank as it is derived from a fraud entity o[censored]ti, i have always had issues with axis bank since 2011 when i first started saving accounts with this bank its actually a cheater bank, back office staff are more illiterate than the branch manager and cluster manager the nodal officer do time pass during office hours and do not provide proper service, there is no proper customer service of this bank the customer services number is disconnected. Rbi has applied a penalty of rs.5001 crores on mutual fund schemes.

                                I have my salary account with axis bank gurgaon (Gurudronacharya branch). I applied for credit card through axis bank branch, but the application got declined on 23rd august, due to lack of new salary slip after salary appraisal.

                                26th august i got a call from axis bank chandigarh branch stating that i can apply for credit card. I did inform the executive about the decline of last application, but he said that's not a problem and i can still apply and i will get the card within 12 - 14 working days. 28th august executive came and took my documents (Copy of aadhar card, pan card, photograph and signed form). Since then i have got 3 verification calls verifying same informations again and again - "what is my mother's name" & "what is my delhi address & is it a rental place or my own house". I have verified these questions 3 time is with 3 different executives with no information about my credit card application.

                                Today after almost 14 days, when i tried following up with axis bank customer care credit card department about my application, i am getting an information that they have no idea about my new application and then informed me that after declining of one card i cannot re-apply for next 6 months. Why was i not informed about this earlier? 2nd time i did not approach axis bank for credit card, the bank approached me and i told them the whole scenario of my 1st declined application.

                                This is so damn ridiculous. I cannot re-apply for 6 months, but i get calls from bank to apply and then i keep getting verification calls.

                                Such a nonsence service.

                                  I am trying to reach customer care executives regarding account issue. I took number from axis bank contact us. It is mumbai, they gave my account branch number and customer care number. Shankara nagar, bangalore.
                                  Main customer care contact number also busy.

                                  These types of problem will arise to customers. We are not suppose to open a accounts from axis bank and can't run much days as you expects

                                    My name Margi Rajput having account no [protected] in AXIS BANK, NADIADon[protected] I was Gandhinagar ATM machine at 10:29am .I tried to withdraw Rs. 5000.00 but machine shows " your transaction is in process" for some time and after that shows " Time Out".I repeat same but shows on screen same.
                                    After some time I took mini statement it is shown in statement that Rs. 5000.00 has been withdrawaled from my account. Mob msg also.
                                    Today on 15-09-09 I checked my account and Rs.5000.00 could not been credited to my account so far.

                                    SIR, Please halp me.

                                      It is being intimated that on dated 09/06/2017 I have transferred Rs. 4100.00 from my SBI account NO. [protected] in to my Axis bank Account No. [protected] through BHIM app(.) But erroneously my Axis bank account No. typed as [protected] and the amount of Rs. 4100.00 has been credited in this account accordingly(.) The Transaction ID is[protected]. I have contacted Mokama Branch(My branch) of Axis bank and SBI branch(Raghurajgarh) regarding refund of aforesaid amount, but even a time period of more than 3 months no action has been taken so far. Request take immediate action to refund above amount so that my faith in banking system may be restored.
                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                                      I have remitted Rs. 10000 through NEFT from Axis Bank Ltd to indian bank but not credit...
