Please find the trail message, i have been trying to reach axis bank to know my money transfere since past 2 months but have not received any response.
Please do the needful and let me know the present status of transfer.

My wife ms. Neeta singh holds and account at axis bank in bangalore (Marthahalli branch). On 6th july 2017 she transferred euro 1000 from her abn amro bank account in netherlands to her axis bank account ([protected]), however this money has not been credited to her account.
2 weeks ago, she called at your marthahalli branch to enquire the money. Bank representative, noted the issue and advised to call back later. She registered the issue as file number gr[protected].
So far the money has not been credited, when we enquired with our bank (Abn amro) here in netherlands, they mentioned that the amount has been transferred to axis bank.
It has been approximately 2 months and we have not received the amount in our account.
Looking for your help in tracing the amount and getting this debited in my wife's account. Kindly let us know if any further details are required.
