I am syed imran i have current account in axis bank, i have paid consolidation charges for last three months inspite of raising an request to deactivate the account.
On august 7 i raised request for third time to deactive my current account also paid deactivating charges, till date account is active and again i have received request to pay consolidation charges worthy 1800, they are just making fool for the people, simply fooling people to make payments again and again.

Went to bank twice to check status and call up customer care but the customer care executive was not helpful she just placed call on hold for long time, gave ghost recording and disconnected the call

    money not credited in my account which i have withdrawn from skrill

    I have withdrawn money from my skrill account to my axis bank account. Its been more than 15 days i have not received money in my bank account. When i confirmed with skrill they said that mine money is already reached to the bank.
    And when i tried to connect with my axis bank branch they are not giving any response no one is picking up my call or many time they are cutting down my call without giving any information.

    My name is lisha fathima k n.
    I had applied for axis bank my zone credit card on august 1st. One of your bank employee ms suma had contacted me and had sent her document collection agent manu for collecting my documents (Pan, aadhar copy, bak statement, address proof, signed application form and photograph) on august 2nd.

    I received a verification call from axis bank two days later confirming my details. No communication has been made after that and i have not received the credit card. I have contacted your customer service 6 times in the last two days. They say that there is no trace of my application in their database. I had contacted their floor supervisor ms vinod who contacted ms suma on my behalf (As she was hanging up on my call saying she doesnt know hindi/ english). Vinod said she will get back to me in one day which dint happen. I have contacted customer service again twice and spoken to another supervisor ms shruthi who has been absolutely clueless on what to do and has been of no use. She said nothing can be done from their end. She refused my request to contact suma and get the details.

    My documents are currently with your bank and no card is issued/application logged in your system. The documents include sensitive information like my bank statements, pan and aadhar and your bank is irresposible enough not to rerurn back them to me atleast.

    Please take action on the same and show return my documents.

    Hi Sir/Madam,

    I have received call from [protected] (she) to get new "Axis Bank Neo Card", and in this regard I submitted all requested documents on 17th Aug'17 to a AxisBank executive ( male - his mob. [protected]) by putting my sign on two forms & all the submitted documents. Later I received call from mob. [protected] (male) he asked me some additional information about my company and family members which I provided immediately to him. He told me I will get acknowledgement within two days from Axis Bank about the Axis Bank credit which I applied. Now it has been about 9 days but I received no acknowledge or SMS from Axis Bank for the credit card. Now I am worried about the documents and form which I submitted as collection boy took my sign on form which I have not read completely. Now I am trying to call all these mobile no. but no one is picking my call. I written email to Axis Bank customer care but they also are not responding to my email. Please help me in this regard so that I can get documents and the signed forms back as these contains my complete details. I submitted signed - two forms, PAN, photos and aadhar card for me and family.

      I am currently in hannover germany.
      I had to block my card due to some reasons. I ordered a replacement card and told them what i am going through right now. They are not even responding. They only said that card will reach in 2 days but it's now more than 6 days.

      Now i don't care of going on europe trip. But atleast i want to survive here. I have only 10 euros with me. I don't know what i will do after that.
      Being axis priority customer i thought it's the best bank but now it's the point of survival for me in a foreign land. I am skipping dinners to survive.
      Please if somebody can give my message to axis bank, it would be great. Please don't give false hope.
      It's like i will be dead if i don't get forex card in 5 days maximum.
      Please help me out.

      I was trying to login into my netbanking account using 16 digit card number and webpin which was provided along with the Kit. I entered the correct credentials and it gave me an error. After that card got blocked. Now I am not able to make any online transaction. Axis provides the worst service.

        Hi bank,

        Kindly look into the matter urgently as i was wrongly informed that my saving bank would be zero balance a/c however every month since opending of the /c some amount is getting deducted.

        Please look into the same on urgent basis.

        I had called several times through phone banking however no action has been taken.

        If i don't get proper action then i would be forced to stop deposting emi of my running personal loan on the saving bank.

          This is to bring to your notice the kind of burden that was levied by axis bank for issuing hard copy of a fy2016-17 a/c statement which was meant for filing my returns. The bank has levied a charge of rs.300 for issuing the statement and levied a gst of 18% (I. E. Rs.54 plus); making the total debit of rs.354 on my account. The bank claims the charges are due to non-home branch issuing the statement. Is this single page statement costing rs.354 for filing the return

            I have credit card from axis bank, due to my financial problem. There is pendig amount due on this card. Which i myself notified and asked them to convert them to emi. They are not doing that and again and again im getting torturing calls from axis bank even to my work place. I cant able to work. I feel like killing myself. Im so much depressed. If im dead, the soul responsible for that will go to axis bank.

              We are having a current account in axis bank jalna by name of ambrish tractors...
              We are asking for netbanking facility from last 1 year but the branch is not giving us net banking facility.
              We have applied four to five times for netbanking.
              In this competitive service area how can you be so slow to provide customer the facilities he has right of.
              We hope to get a better and fast solution for this

                Hi team,

                I have shown an interest for credit card production plan before one week... Today i have received a axis bank credit card service... A girl explained about the plan and she said that it will activate with in one day... I said that, "i dont want to activate this service right now. If necessary, i will conduct"... But she is forcing that, u shown interest. So that u must activate.. She said, "amount will de debited from your card automatically". I said that, "its my own interest... How could u force me". Suddenly she kept the call... I didnt expect such kind of service from axis bank... Kindly take a proper action for this...

                Sir ji my account in axis Bank Azamgarh .. 09/08/2017 I received in Bank 10000 money. So casior said your account is commission account .so Lic give 10. 20. Ki note aati hai to ham aap KO 2000 ki note kyu du. I said i this time sales manager hu. But bank casior not give 2000 note.

                  Hello all,
                  Even similar thing happened with me.
                  I have few bucks to repay, and that also the interest part, as my principle amount was cleared.
                  In between i had to loose my job, so every thing fall together as far as the issue is with finance.
                  The recovery girl whom i was speaking with she started saying that "don't your father has kept enough money for you to spend on". I was shocked to hear so, how disgusting, it is.

                    Myself shobhana sharma, from nagpur, yesterday i went to your dindayal nagar atm centre, for withdrawal, after d procedures complete i didn't get mentioned amount of rs. 6000 from ur atm but i get a message from my indusind bank that rs. 6000 debited from ur account. So i it's possible, when your machine didn't withdrawal my cash amount than how can my amount from bank can be debited. So request your good self to take the same on priority n refund my amount to my bank. Please reply

                      debit interest on credit card

                      My name is asiya. I am using axis credit card since july 2017. Bank is charging interest on the whole of the amount after due date even if i pay partial due amount within the due date. Why should a customer pay the interest which already has been returned to the bank. This is happening in every statement though its been hardly a month. The bank is saying even if a penny of due amount is left to pay within the due date then the interest will...

                        I am not an axis bank customer, stays in mumbai; but my phone inbox is daily flooded with axis bank messages from kolkata about someone else's transactions. I've complained about it in axis bank nearby me but they said they couldn't help me as this could be rectified from kolkata bank only. Someone in kolkata has linked my mobile number with his/her axis bank account and because of this i receive messages in my mobile for even smallest transactions, atm withdrawal, cheque clearance, cheque deposits, recharges etc. Now i am helpless and frustrated with these msgs.

                          On 4th august at 9.34am near shantipara lici building, sadar jalpaiguri-735101, i visited to a axis bank atm to withdraw money amounting rs 6900.00.
                          I completed every method on atm. Then it was showing balance is deducted but not came out from atm. I also waited there inside the atm room for 10minutes. Later i complained on concerned axis bank on 7th aug, employees of bank ensured me that after lodging complain balance will be credited within 7days. Almost 15days is gone still balance is not credited on my account. I completely got faded up on bank service. They have been harassed me and giving multiple date and time of balance credit. Therefore you are requested to take necessary action.

                              My last statement was paid 1 day after due date.
                              However debit interest of 298.82 + 53.79 gst was charged & to make it worse late payment fee of rs 500 + rs 90 gst was charged.
                              My payments are instant and made through axis bank app.
                              This clearly amounts to cheating and if not resolved will get a a credit card from sbi and cancel axis bank credit card.

                                    I have salary account in axis bank from last 2 years. I observed that some of the amount is getting deducted from my account frequently without my knowledge giving description as consolidated dp chanrges. Yesterday, also amount of rs. 59 deducted. If these changes are as per norms, pls mail/sms the details to know charges structure.

                                    I received a call saying that she will assist in banking .only calling on this number I will get assistance. But finally by end of call I told her I do not want any assistance. She abruptly cut the call.

                                    The order was placed by mistakely. I need my money back which has been debited till now. The money has been debited by paypal. I need my money back. There was a language problem .
                                    I have a SB Axis Bank Account [protected]. I made a payment of Rs. 192/- at POS on 07.8.17. The Transaction was declined but the amount got debited from my account. I have still not got the refund of Rs. 192/- credited in my account.
