I had applied for axis bank my zone credit card on august 1st. One of your bank employee ms suma had contacted me and had sent her document collection agent manu for collecting my documents (Pan, aadhar copy, bak statement, address proof, signed application form and photograph) on august 2nd.
I received a verification call from axis bank two days later confirming my details. No communication has been made after that and i have not received the credit card. I have contacted your customer service 6 times in the last two days. They say that there is no trace of my application in their database. I had contacted their floor supervisor ms vinod who contacted ms suma on my behalf (As she was hanging up on my call saying she doesnt know hindi/ english). Vinod said she will get back to me in one day which dint happen. I have contacted customer service again twice and spoken to another supervisor ms shruthi who has been absolutely clueless on what to do and has been of no use. She said nothing can be done from their end. She refused my request to contact suma and get the details.
My documents are currently with your bank and no card is issued/application logged in your system. The documents include sensitive information like my bank statements, pan and aadhar and your bank is irresposible enough not to rerurn back them to me atleast.
Please take action on the same and show return my documents.

Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have received call from [protected] (she) to get new "Axis Bank Neo Card", and in this regard I submitted all requested documents on 17th Aug'17 to a AxisBank executive ( male - his mob. [protected]) by putting my sign on two forms & all the submitted documents. Later I received call from mob. [protected] (male) he asked me some additional information about my company and family members which I provided immediately to him. He told me I will get acknowledgement within two days from Axis Bank about the Axis Bank credit which I applied. Now it has been about 9 days but I received no acknowledge or SMS from Axis Bank for the credit card. Now I am worried about the documents and form which I submitted as collection boy took my sign on form which I have not read completely. Now I am trying to call all these mobile no. but no one is picking my call. I written email to Axis Bank customer care but they also are not responding to my email. Please help me in this regard so that I can get documents and the signed forms back as these contains my complete details. I submitted signed - two forms, PAN, photos and aadhar card for me and family.
