My name shravani. I received a call stating as customer service person on 11apr2016 requesting few details for transferring my reward points into my credit bill. Being totally unaware of the procedures, i provided the details and was shocked to see the transactions from account into payumoney and immediately raised the issue to customer service person and blocked my card. I requested them not to approve the transactions. As requested, i have sent the dispute forms for the same. However, i received my bill inclusive of 21000 fraud transactions. I reminded that the amount 21000 cannot be paid as it was not done by me. However, they additionally charged me with interest amount for 3 months more with no proper response. Its been more than an year, and no update received for the same. I feel the company is sharing personal information of the customers to some external sources, which are using the information for crime. Axis bank is an indirect supporter for the same. One more thing is axis bank never takes action on these issues as they do not have any functional security measures being placed to handle these issues. I am surprised how a bank can be permitted to function without even taking the liability to cancel a transaction when fraud, even informed in 2 minutes.

on dated 12/8/17 i have complain for deduct balance from my saving account
my complain number [protected], but till date i have not receive any balance
and i need money on urgent basis so i have requested to you please reverse my balance on priority.
Hello sir my name is shalini rana and my account is in axis bank but some who is employed of tis account he is cheching account details and statement pls take some action of this
Personal loan for balance transfer disbursement was delayed due to which I was end up paying penalty under existing loan account. It was clearly a human error. Even after providing correct details, it wasn't processed correctly.

    Hi... On 1st aug - i wend=t to open a joint account (Names 1 - swati shah / 2 - vinay champaneri). I met the asst manager mr. Mohil shah from dahisar west branch. He helpen me with filling forms. With that i also gave a cheque of rs 10, 500/- (10000 for minimum balance and 500 for debit card.) within 3 days money got deducted from my account. After a week a lady called to send the marriage certificate as names differ which i submitted by 7th aug'2017. Today is 27th aug - i still have no account details. When i am calling the asst manager mr mohil he is not not giving good responce. Says he has no details about my account. Now he is avoiding my calls. Very bad service. You people either open the account within 24 hours or refund me the money i have paid to ur bank.

    27 days still my account hasent oppened. Axis bank a big name but you empolyee such irresponsible staff who do not attend customers and even avoid their calls. When i call on the dahisar west branch land line that is also un answered.

    Kindly look in to this matter at the earliest.

      Worst bank service ever. Even if the server is down, they won't leave a marquee tag stating there server is having a down time. When i enter my netbanking id it says "id not valid".

      God knows what's wrong with their servers.

      There is no toll free number. If we try to call customer care, that ivr itself eates 3/4yth of time. Even for that call rate we have to pay and be in queue to speak to these people.

      No service nothing, everyone is busy making money in their own way.

        Hello, one and half month back i did open my salary account in axis bank, still it is not activated, although i have submitted all the required documents on 3rd aug 2017 and that day i got my welcome kit. I am contacting the concerned person from axis bank but he is giving me faulty promise every day. Also my june & july salary has come in my account. But i con't withdraw. His name is jaganath from angul, odisha branch, axis bank.
        My bank a/c no is *369860.

        Kindly consider my issue and take some proper action.

          A cheque no 667727 rs7400/= for fee to lucknow public college sahara janki puram luknow was submitted to axis bank vibhuti khand branch lko dt03.07.2017. School officials told me dt31.07.17 that they have not recieved above cheque till now. We consulted to axis bank vibhuti khand brach they told me that they have sent it same day to axis bank patrkarpuram branch gomti nagar lko for further process. Many times by phone we requested, and we met also personally to axis bank gomti nagar patrkar puram branch to see into the matter and resolve. Today 26.08.17 we came to know that lpc sahara jankipuram lko has not yet recived above deposited cheque. So earliest possible resolve requested

              Hi! Myself yash madhwani, i have purchased a goqii watch from axis bank app and i have done my target of 70000 steps in a week. But from last 2 week i am not getting my reward points. So please credit my 500+ 500=1000 point! And in the month of july also my 500 points were missing! So please credit my reward points! And regarding this matter i have also discussed with your customer care executive. But my problem is not solved, and there is also a pending complaint which number is 33432996! Please help me!

                On march 01, 2017 — i have transfered an amount of 6000/- (Rs. Six thousand rupees) to a. P. Commercial tax dept through internet banking by ref no. Inb/[protected]/govt of ap commercial dept, and after that i was informed by commercial tax dept personel, that this amount was not remmitted to their account.
                Then i have given the reference no and other details to the dept., again after some days i came to know that this was not happened, and finally they informed to contact axis bank for further action.
                Now i request you to check this transaction and credit back to my account.

                  I have nre/nro account with ahmedgarh branch distt sangrur punjab in december 2015. My main purpose to open demat account & bank staff promised me once account opened same time demand account process will be start and it will take 3 weeks. Currently i am working in oman (Muscat), during 20 months i have visited many times and given required documents as required also same submitted documents again and again but till today demat account not opened. Very poor service by branch and even no response by customer care.

                      I have put my request to close my account in vaishali nager, jaipur, branch code‎: ‎000311.

                      I have given letter and my account detail to ruchi in mid of june, 2017 and she told me i will reactivate your account and you can deposit inr 530 then i will close your account., it is been 2 months now and my account yet not close. I live overseas and i have made more then 15 calls and spent a lot on call rate.

                      I have even written email to ruchi and operations manager too but no one is replying moreover i have made call to operations manager and he written down my overseas no. To call back but still not called.

                      I am very disappointed with axis bank service

                        I hold hdfc bank sb a/c no: [protected], branch - aundh - pune and an atm debit card for this account.

                        I operated the axis bank atm on 11th aug 2017 (At shop no6 bldg noa/2 kedar kavyadhara complex dhokali naka kolshet road thane west, mumbai, maharashtra 400607, india) for withdrawl of rs.4, 000/- amount. The transaction was declined but the amount of rs. 4, 000/- was deducted from my account with out receipt of cash.

                        Hence it is requested to kindly arrange to correct the above transaction and transfer the amount of rs.4, 000/- to my account.

                          4 weeks back i have taken axis bank account from one of the executive near my office in bangalore. The account i had taken don't have a home branch concept. My account has not been activated till now and it's already 4weeks gone. I came to know that it is in the process and in mumbai. Day by day it is delaying but the work has not being completed. Request you try to fix the problem as soon as possible.

                              My atm debit card with details (Master card) [protected] was not working properly and that has been reported in the axis bank baguiati branch they have replaced the card (Visa) [protected] for me on monday and promised that the card will get activated within 24 working hours now it's 4 days and it's still not activated. Please check it as a mail for that branch is also being made.

                                Dear sir i'm customer of axis bank since 2011.in 1st week of september 2016 bank block my credit card after this i'm communicating with bank customer care officers sevral time about the problam regarding to my credit card. But my problem not solved yet. Two times i visited to my home branch and manesar, haryana branch but till now i didn't get my credit card.

                                After all bank team forcefully detected 1161.19 rupees from my account on 28.04.2017. I again communicate with bank team they told me that - amount is detected for renewal of credit card. Sir my question is that when bank block my credit card and i'm not getting new card then why i should pay renewal fees?
                                * renewal fees is 250 rupees and bank debit my account with1161.19 rupees.
                                *is it late fees then what % of interest they are applying.
                                * before debiting my account no one of bank team contact me on by msg, mail, phone call, letter etc. Is there communication method in axis bank process?
                                *if they forcefully detected 1161.19 rupees from my account for renewal process then why not their team detected 250 rupees from my account for renewal process.

                                I get a mail from bank dated on 29 may 2017 that they approved the reversal and the same will be reflect in my next month card statment. But till now nothing happen. Now they are not reply my communications.

                                  Please find the attached copy of axis bank account statement and my sbi account statement.
                                  Today morning i transferred rs.45009 the on my axis bank account to my sbi account no [protected]
                                  In my axis bank account it's showing sucessfull transaction but in my sbi account i not received any amount.. (For your references i attached both bank screen shot statement for your verification).

                                  Please kindly check and refund my amount to my axis bank or sbi account on urgent basis...

                                    My name is sumit ohal. I applied online personal loan. I got called from personal loan officer, i give all necessary information after that they said me i'm eligible for it and said me that axis personal loan executive officer, 'll come to give proper informations and for collection of documents. He fixed appointment but no response at the time. After 2 dayz personal loan officer called me for documents collection. He said there is no need of address proof nor permanent address proof. I said him how is possible so he said he is a senior officer so he now all necessary information about loan. He was very indiscipline and there was guttka in his mouth even not able to speak properly.
                                    So i not gave him documents it to risky.

                                    Again i applied online for personal loan. Same process asked all necessary information after that took appointment for documents collection.
                                    After 2 day i got call from another loan executive officer for documents collection. Next day he called me and said there is very less chance of approval rating.

                                    He said me that my loan will not process because my company is non listed
                                    Even we don't have account in axis so i have open saving account then i will get 100% approval rating in axis. This is reason that field loan executive officer said me.

                                    Even my company is one of the reported company in pune. More than 800 employees are working in it. Many of my company employees have different loans..

                                    Even my eligibility for personal loan is well matched.

                                    Very unprofessional and non trained employees in axis bank personal loan dept. They only completing there personal login target that's it

                                    So be careful there take people's documents and process your loan and it get decline after that it affect on your cibil score.
                                    Please beware witj such non trained employees of axis bank.

                                      I used my ATM card in axis bank account and I entered the amount of 20000 for transaction but a slip came on that slip transaction declined writen but after some time msg come to my phone that 20000rupees debited from my account my ATM is of Allahabad bank I used axis bank ATM Tiwari gunj lucknow I did my first attempt at 6.39pm and 2nd attempt at 6.40pm of Rs 10000 and 3rd attempt at 6.43 pm of also 10000rs. But on all attempts only transaction declined receipt came

                                        On the way to make payment cesc bill by using axis bank debit card on 24.08.2017, a link failure occurred at final stage of payment process, consequently, axis bank debited my saving account no - [protected] by rs.1320/-, but payment to cesc remained unsuccessful as cesc did not generate any acknowledgement. Please arrange to refund the amount of rs.1320/- immediately to pay further.
