Dear sir

Please find the attached copy of axis bank account statement and my sbi account statement.
Today morning i transferred rs.45009 the on my axis bank account to my sbi account no [protected]
In my axis bank account it's showing sucessfull transaction but in my sbi account i not received any amount.. (For your references i attached both bank screen shot statement for your verification).

Please kindly check and refund my amount to my axis bank or sbi account on urgent basis...

    My name is sumit ohal. I applied online personal loan. I got called from personal loan officer, i give all necessary information after that they said me i'm eligible for it and said me that axis personal loan executive officer, 'll come to give proper informations and for collection of documents. He fixed appointment but no response at the time. After 2 dayz personal loan officer called me for documents collection. He said there is no need of address proof nor permanent address proof. I said him how is possible so he said he is a senior officer so he now all necessary information about loan. He was very indiscipline and there was guttka in his mouth even not able to speak properly.
    So i not gave him documents it to risky.

    Again i applied online for personal loan. Same process asked all necessary information after that took appointment for documents collection.
    After 2 day i got call from another loan executive officer for documents collection. Next day he called me and said there is very less chance of approval rating.

    He said me that my loan will not process because my company is non listed
    Even we don't have account in axis so i have open saving account then i will get 100% approval rating in axis. This is reason that field loan executive officer said me.

    Even my company is one of the reported company in pune. More than 800 employees are working in it. Many of my company employees have different loans..

    Even my eligibility for personal loan is well matched.

    Very unprofessional and non trained employees in axis bank personal loan dept. They only completing there personal login target that's it

    So be careful there take people's documents and process your loan and it get decline after that it affect on your cibil score.
    Please beware witj such non trained employees of axis bank.

      I used my ATM card in axis bank account and I entered the amount of 20000 for transaction but a slip came on that slip transaction declined writen but after some time msg come to my phone that 20000rupees debited from my account my ATM is of Allahabad bank I used axis bank ATM Tiwari gunj lucknow I did my first attempt at 6.39pm and 2nd attempt at 6.40pm of Rs 10000 and 3rd attempt at 6.43 pm of also 10000rs. But on all attempts only transaction declined receipt came

        On the way to make payment cesc bill by using axis bank debit card on 24.08.2017, a link failure occurred at final stage of payment process, consequently, axis bank debited my saving account no - [protected] by rs.1320/-, but payment to cesc remained unsuccessful as cesc did not generate any acknowledgement. Please arrange to refund the amount of rs.1320/- immediately to pay further.

          I am complaining here about the axis bank ####### as I have registered for LOAN at 2015 @start but after 8 months I had a problem with the interest rate which is 18.5% and I have started paying a part payment the amount which I have received from bank in 2.45000 but the first part payment I have done is 90000 and again 30000 and then interest 1.20000 and also 83000 but this ####### added as settled which made my score worst and I am really facing many issues I want this to be in closed but this ###### aren't ending up

            My name is Bikramjeet Singh. I'm holding an account in Axis Bank with account no.: [protected] IFS Code: UTIB0000012 and MICR Code: 83121102.
            2 months before (i.e: 16-June-2017) with all formalities I requested bank to close my saving account, also payed amount to clear all previous dues and submitted debit card and required document to bank. Then also my account was not closed and my gas subsidy was going on this account. When I contacted to Bank and request them to close my account they have put more maintenance charge on that and refused to close account. I have a SMS of our clearing all balance on 16th June 2017.

            Kindly solve my issue as soon as possible.

                Mental tourcher to me

                Axis bank person doing mental harassment by call & sms. I told 100 time i don't have credit card but still call and sms for their balance amount. I told that this my new number ([protected]) but axis bank don't care about my complain,

                Currently i am suffering from heath problem because this tension of call. If any thing happen with me because these axis bank recovery call then axis bank is responsible for that

                Today I withdrawal a amount of 1000 rupees from central bank atm at digboi (dist- tinsukia, state- assam) about 7.27 am from my axis bank debit card, but after putting all process the amount was debited from my account but the cash was not come out from the machine. So kindly tell me how i get back the amount.

                  Hi,

                  I had ordered a laptop from best buy using my axis bank forex card. For some reason my ordered got canceled by best buy and i got a mail stating that the money has been released by them. But, the money was credited from my account. I called axis bank for help and they told me to raise a dispute by filling a form. I did that and forwarded the mail that i got from best buy to them. I then got an email stating that the email from best buy was accepted as proof as confirmation from the merchant and that i would get my money in 5 days. 5 days passed and i still hadn't gotten back my money. I called them up and they told me that it would be done in 16 days. I waited 16 days and still hadn't gotten back my money. It's been 17 days and i am fed up. Please help me!

                    Hello all,

                    Would like to share my experience with axis bank, so that others don't suffer the way i have.

                    I have availed a home loan from axis in 2014 for 18 lakhs and in 2015 paid back 12 lakhs so the pending was 6 lakhs.

                    Last year availed a top up of 4 lakhs which was hl top up, which went fine. (Total outstanding 10 lakhs)

                    This year as i needed a to up again applied again for a top up of 4.5 lakhs on 11th july. This is the date when all documents were submitted to the sales guy.
                    I was promised that it would be a hl top up again and as i had very good repaying history, i thought it would be easy.

                    Note - i was given 18 lakhs in 2014 and with this current top up the total outstanding with axis would be 14.5lakhs which makes me a good history.

                    So 11th july the documents were collected, legal and technical were done, and post that was informed that this would be lap as per bank rule after i paid 5900. Why. Note - govt banks would charge less than this amount.

                    Then again in 2014 i was charged 50, 000/- for insurance of 18 lakhs and now as the total outstanding would be 14.5 lakhs would not require insurance however still bank was forcing me to take insurance, but being a smart customer i protested it and have send an email.
                    On 21st aug the sales guy finally came with the agreement for signing post follow ups by me, now again i had asked to keep the tenure as full however selected as 20 years.
                    Today is 23rd august and since 11th july a customer who has good repayment history is suffering, then why do we go to private banks, why not sbi who is the cheapest in india. I had agreed to lap however the case is still pending for approvals which was not the case last year.

                    The sales manager mr suryavanshi has left and the new manager has agreed that there are many new joiners and has agreed to the problems in the team.
                    I was not expecting this from axis and am shocked. I want everyone to know this and can provide proofs for the same, so that every customer can make a smart choice.
                    I will shift my entire home loan to sbi and if i have do everything out there its ok, as their rates are the best in the market.

                    There is serious need for training and development of your people. There is no way axis can return the time wasted by me and the mental harassment done. Its business and you will loose all customers if you don't value your customers time. As i have wasted 1.5 months just for a simple top up.

Your branch executive told me account opening with in four days but still know we get not account number, this is your banking service.

                            Complaint against benk employee harman from chogawan branch code 1520. He is the most lazy employee which i have seen in my life. His way of talking is very bad and unaceptable. Monday i go to bank to close my gold loan a/c [protected] but he dont know anything about loan closure and he wasted my valueable time. And today again i go to bank for closure and he deals me same. My loan is still running and tell me who is responsible of interest. Kindy take an strict action against him. Because gives very poor services to the customer.

                              Date of incident : 16/08/2017.

                              Description : on 16th august morning around 10:13 am, i got a message to my mobile "[protected]" saying that "your overseas remittance o[censored]sd 1705 is in processing and will be shortly credited to your axis bank account."

                              Resolution : request to deposit the amount in the bank amount.

                              Note: please take into consideration that it's minimum responsibility to make a call and inform about the amount.

                                I am using a credit card of bank due to some financial issue card payment is late and the card is block by bank. After few months a bank person daily call me for the settlement from bank to close the credit card account. When i accept the deal then they start harshmeant and trace my phone call and call to my family members, sisters, coustmers etc they daily call me from different numbers and force me for payment i have make the part payment in bank branch.                                   Hello team,

                                  Fraud transactions of rs 65000 (Transactions are made in dollars) were done on my axis credit card on 7th-aug-2017, and money is debited by imarkets live company, which is a fraud company in us (Have checked over google). I have submitted required documents (Passport all pages scanned copy/ credit crad broken in 4 pieces and scanne/ fir report/ incident letter/ transaction dispute form) to bank on 8th-aug-2017, but there is no update from bank, have been following up with axis bank team but every customer care agent has a different update.

                                  Have no communication from bank side neither call/ email. Now my credit card bill is due on 1st-sep-2017, axis bank has confirmed that temporary credit will be given on 21st-aug-2017 but as of now temporary credit is not allocated.

                                  Called up axis bank team this morning and had discussion with priya pandey/ ashwin and then they disconnected the call.

                                  Tried again and had a call with bank but again after 14-15 minutes call was disconnected by bank team.

                                  Now if i dont pay the bill then this will impact my cibil score, as per rbi guidelines customer will not have to pay money for fraud transactions.

                                  But bank is not having any update/ neither courtesy call for fraud transactions.

                                    I am syed imran i have current account in axis bank, i have paid consolidation charges for last three months inspite of raising an request to deactivate the account.
                                    On august 7 i raised request for third time to deactive my current account also paid deactivating charges, till date account is active and again i have received request to pay consolidation charges worthy 1800, they are just making fool for the people, simply fooling people to make payments again and again.

                                      money not credited in my account which i have withdrawn from skrill

                                      I have withdrawn money from my skrill account to my axis bank account. Its been more than 15 days i have not received money in my bank account. When i confirmed with skrill they said that mine money is already reached to the bank.
                                      And when i tried to connect with my axis bank branch they are not giving any response no one is picking up my call or many time they are cutting down my call without giving any information.

                                      My name is lisha fathima k n.
                                      I had applied for axis bank my zone credit card on august 1st. One of your bank employee ms suma had contacted me and had sent her document collection agent manu for collecting my documents (Pan, aadhar copy, bak statement, address proof, signed application form and photograph) on august 2nd.

                                      I received a verification call from axis bank two days later confirming my details. No communication has been made after that and i have not received the credit card. I have contacted your customer service 6 times in the last two days. They say that there is no trace of my application in their database. I had contacted their floor supervisor ms vinod who contacted ms suma on my behalf (As she was hanging up on my call saying she doesnt know hindi/ english). Vinod said she will get back to me in one day which dint happen. I have contacted customer service again twice and spoken to another supervisor ms shruthi who has been absolutely clueless on what to do and has been of no use. She said nothing can be done from their end. She refused my request to contact suma and get the details.

                                      My documents are currently with your bank and no card is issued/application logged in your system. The documents include sensitive information like my bank statements, pan and aadhar and your bank is irresposible enough not to rerurn back them to me atleast.

                                      Please take action on the same and show return my documents.

                                      I have received call from [protected] (she) to get new "Axis Bank Neo Card", and in this regard I submitted all requested documents on 17th Aug'17 to a AxisBank executive ( male - his mob. [protected]) by putting my sign on two forms & all the submitted documents. Later I received call from mob. [protected] (male) he asked me some additional information about my company and family members which I provided immediately to him. He told me I will get acknowledgement within two days from Axis Bank about the Axis Bank credit which I applied. Now it has been about 9 days but I received no acknowledge or SMS from Axis Bank for the credit card. Now I am worried about the documents and form which I submitted as collection boy took my sign on form which I have not read completely. Now I am trying to call all these mobile no. but no one is picking my call. I written email to Axis Bank customer care but they also are not responding to my email. Please help me in this regard so that I can get documents and the signed forms back as these contains my complete details. I submitted signed - two forms, PAN, photos and aadhar card for me and family.
