Hey,

I would like to say that i have ordered a benetton watch worth rupees 510 rupees through i redeem link which was sent me by axis bank through message, but i have not received that order yet.

Additionally, i haven't any link or phone number to contact you, else if i contact on your number given on screen it seems "not responding or switched off"

I requeste you to please look into the matter and contact me as soon as possible and tell me about the delivery date

Further more i suggest you to please improve your services, if you are giving any offers to your customers then give them adequate services afterwards.

    Please note i've tried to order products from purplle website on 9th august 2017 and while making payment, transaction has been failed, although amount of rs 998/- has been debited from my axis bank account. I requested purplle customer care to look into this matter, but they replied, "it is not their problem, the transaction has been declined by bank, so money will be reversed in my account in 48-96 hours."
    I'm still waiting for the money and helpless.

      Dear sir/mam
      This is regarding the payment which i made on 29th july 2017.
      There was a loan going on my credit card which i wanted to preclose.
      So i called and one of the executive told me the total amount for preclosure the loan amount. I also enquired regarding the transaction amount which was remaining on my card and asked her about the total amount which was outstanding on my card including the loan amount plus preclosure amount and all the shopping amount which i had done till dated 29 th july.
      She gave me the total amount and i confirmed with her a no. Of times like if i make the total payment there wouldn't be any amount left on me to pay.
      She assured me the same thing telling the total amount to be paid and also confirmed that if i don't make any transactions in future using credit card i don't have to pay any amount and everything on remaining amount will be zero.
      But i got the statement of august stating that rs 1907 is due for payment.
      I don't understand that if everything outstanding was zero till date 29th july 2017 after the payment, from where this amount has been generated.
      She confirmed me no. Of times that everything outstanding is now zero after i made the payment and after making the payment i haven't done any transaction using my card after 29th july.
      Why this amount i have to pay when everything was assured to be zero outstanding.

        On aug 12, i have recharged my jio datacard using online axis bank account, the transaction is completed, but reliance says transaction was declined by axis bank.

          Myself Mr. Suyog Bhaskarwar requesting you to release my disputed payment.

          Amount of rs 12000/ has been deducted in my account for online shopping through pay tm on 26.05.17. There was four transaction done of rs 3000/ each.
          Due to some reason shopping not completed and payment was disputed.

          The same amount returned by paytm on 22.06.17 . amount reflected in my account statement and SMS received to me but not reflected in my actual balance . You are requested to close the lean on amount and credited in my actual balance at the earliest.

            The bank has now very large number of accounts provided to customers. Area is very low and congested. Que is going upto 2 to 3 hours. Also there is no facilities for customers e.g. sitting banches, fans, AC, tables. There is only one counter for customers. CDM and ATM not working.
            AC facilities only working for branch managers.

                Don't dare open a current account with Axis Bank. 100% Cheaters. Shall deduct an x amount every month on one pretext or another. Try asking them and suddenly you realise that you have signed the account opening form with so many hidden charges and conditions that it is almost impossible to fulfil all of them. Worst, the Branch Executive Lies to you. I had gone to close my account but He assured that no further charges shall be deducted. Again this month 1000 has been deducted and it is not for Any non maintained balance, it is Consolidated Account charges for Mobile banking, debit card annual fees and statement charges. CHORS, LIARS, ROBBERS, LOOTERS...You can add any further adjectives and that they are. Shame! !!

                  I have received a call from Axis Bank yesterday. I just don't want the subscription and please cancel my subscription for my Axis debit Card ending with 9494. It has been noticed that the money already been charged @1799 for the same.
                  Hence, cancel the subscription and refund the same into my account. My relationship no. is 2529897. I am waiting for confirmation of delation of this service and also refund the money @1799.

                    I'm BIKASH​, Wednesday 9Aug2017 visited AXis Bank ATM with SBI debit card to withdraw money rs1000.when withdraw money from axis Bank ATM unfortunately Axis Bank ATM switch off automatically before collect the money.after a few seconds one message come Money withdraw from my account but I couldn't collect my money.i asked the security guard about mentioned above.                     My money not refund.axis bank is the bad bank in the world.if my money not refund in 1week. I recommended to friend and other people dont be open axis bank a/c and dont be use axis bank ATM

                      Hi, my company has a tie up with you guyz so opened up a salary account but as everyone knows salary account get open with 0 balance but I was charged 575/- rupees because axis bank executive has given me a premium debit card, he told me that it happened bimistake but no need to worry you will get so many benefit in this card but if you do not want I can apply for refund, I said okay I want my refund
                      But that refund never came

                      Now, I applied for Axis credit card that guy told me there won't be any issue and you will get the credit card within one week
                      Today I received a text SMS that my application is declined. I asked reason to that guy but he is not sharing the reason with me

                      I want a credit card

                      Axis bank services are pathetic

                          I have recharged my Tata sky DTH services for ID ( [protected] ) on 13/8/17 at 13:00 O clock . Amount RS. 460/- debited from my a/c at once but it was not credited to TATA SKY on 14/8/17 till 14:45 O' clock . So I am unable to watch channels.                               Subject :- Complaint against online fraudlt by telicall and hacked my bank account

                              In relation to the above subject I am Thimmanagowda K M I am employee of Muthoot finance Ltd. And I have salary savings accounts with axis bank branch vytilla, Cochi. Today morning 12.08.2017 one of the online fradult by do telicall he act as axis employee and he said me my debit card details like debit card number and all and also he asked some information about card and get Mobile sms OTP numbers unknowingly I said all the details but I didn't think they are fraudsters now my axis bank account number ([protected]) debited Rs.7799/- the transaction done for purchase from E- Ecommerce site and through Pay U money payment gateway at Gurgaon the transaction reference number is (ECOM PUR/PAYPAL U MONEY /GURGAON/120817/05:04) on 12.08.17 hence I request you for prevent this transaction before crediting to beneficiary seller account because min 48 hours it takes for crediting to their seller account. Hence I kindly requesting you for prevent this transaction immediately and save my money sir.
                              I hope you will take legal action immediately regarding this

                                I had ordered a 7499rs mobile phone on flipcart on 28th june by my axis bank credit card and on 29th june i cancelled the order my order is on emi soo on my credit card bill details a emi rs 588 of above product but i cancelled it and i call customer care service to know about this amount deduction but they not give me proper answer they said its not refund by merchant and if happend then adjust in my bill but when my bill generated its also includ .its meant i have no product but i am paying amount too

                                    On 12.08.2017 at 16.:36 twcw18562 i try to draw Rs.3000/- from AXIS BANK, 13TH MAIN ROAD, SRINAGAR, BANGALORE, KARNATAKA BRANCH ATM but it showed " TRANSACTION DECLINED 072 UNABLE TO PROCESS" But when later i took mini statement from the same ATM it is showing Rs.3000/- has
                                    been drawn I try to contact through help line displayed but no body took the phone and I am not able to complain about this transaction and there is no security guard to look after that ATM.

                                    Please advise us whom should I contact, to get my amount back
