I have called up the senior managers of axis bank (Prashanth makker and anil kumar from rac gurgaon) axis bank and found serious miscalculations and blunders in axis bank loan calculations for our loan (I want urgent call back and resolution of the issues)

The service issues and miscalculations are so grave that axis bank can be called a cheat;

I want to clarify my calculations and close my loan asap;

I have eben emailing axis bank since 3 months and my issues are open so i have to approach banking ombudsman and rbi on m, y loan account: axis bank loan ac phr[protected]

Complaint/ grievance: axis bank home loan agreement no: phr[protected]customer id[protected]

issues reported to axis bank in april 20th, escalated to nodal office on 30th april, and then to pno axis bank;

issue not resolved since april 20th so escalating to banking ombudsman as it is already 30 days with no resolution from axis bank;

complaint no 1)

loan disbursement date for balance transfer wrong mentioned as 12th april instead of 18th april; as per statement from idbi bank whose loan was paid as balance transfer by axis bank; idbi bank had received payment on 18th april and not 12th april; so axis bank cheated by 7 days; i want reversal of 7 days of interest charges by axis bank; when i inquired i came to know that since axis abnk lawyer was on leave the payment to idbi was delayed despite the cheque was ready by axis bank on 12th april;

complaint no 2) wrong promise by axis salesman and opening axis bank account without our consent and with wrong commitments:

axis bank opened a bank account in axis bank using my loan docs credentials and making me sign the account opening docs kept in between my loan application papers where i was asked to sign;

on cross checking i was told by sales man axis bank that the axis bank account is lifetime free account with loan account with axis; but that was lie and not axis bank nt cooperating to close our axis bank account without charges;

complaint no 3) loan’s emi debit date mentioned as 10th day of month in ur loan account despite signing that request as to be debited on 5th of every month without our consent;

complaint no 4) 3 lakh rupees prepayment deposited in axis bank and deposit slip scan shared with axis bank with mail to change the tenure of loan as soon as possible; but despite reminders til 18 th may 2017, i have not received updated amortization statement and loan statement with adjustment of interest after payment of 3 lakhs in axis bank in my loan account on 12th may 2017; axis bank is cheating em by charging interest on my due despite prepayment;

complaint no 5) after all above proofs of cheating; when i called axis bank nodal officer an officer assisting axis bank in cheating customers and sustaining on income got from cheating customers; the axis bank officer spoke rudely and abusively when i called axis rank rightly as a cheat bank;

conclusion: axis bank is a cheat bank; axis bank staff and officers give pathetic services and are arrogant and rude; management si sleeping and they do not want to improve and take action on their complaints; nodal officer are slow and useless;

regarding home loan no: phr[protected],

we find axis services poor and find axis bank a cheat and inethical bank

so we will like to foreclose our home loan.

Please ask someone from axis bank to tell us foreclosure process /amount and date and collect cheque from us;

we will continue to warn our friends and families against miscalculations and cheating by axis bank,

complaint no 3)

part payment fo 2, 47, 000 was credited to axis bank on 28th july but benefit was given to me on 1st august; is open case of cheating and fraud by axis bank;

i swear by god that i will never take loan from cheat bank axis bank as you not only cheat but cheat openly and shamelessly.

Your rac mangers are unable to give any expostulations and therefore do not respond on email or on calls;

with evidences of wrong calculations, i can openly publish and call axis bank a cheat;

i marked emails to management fo axis bank(shikha.[protected]@axisbank.Com, [protected]@axisbank.Com, rajesh.[protected]@axisbank.Com, rajiv.[protected]@axisbank.Com, v.[protected]@axisbank.Com) but this unfair mandate si from top to bottom,

axis bank is cheat from management to all top executives who are there only to cheat and suck blood of customers;

in short axis bank earns its bread and butter by cheating customers so in short it is as bad as a thief.By doing wrong calculations;

they are not afraid of rbi or banking ombudsman;

it si one of the dirtiest private banks in india

When i had placed this order no:[protected], it was showing estimated delivery dates as 5th august; now it si showing it as 8-10 August;;i am not happy by this and i think it is shopclues error and cheating and poor service

      Dear all,

      Loan account no : phr[protected]

      I have paid a part payment of 8.5 lakhs to axis bank home loan account two weeks back.
      I was told that they shall adjust with in 7 days, and give me a call back.
      It is still not being adjusted. And no body has called me also.

      And another case of mine is, my january month emi has not been adjusted till now. Money has been taken from my account for this emi.

      When i contacted axis bank loan center, they are saying, there are some technical issues, i wonder, axis bank cannot solve this technical issue for the past several months.

      If my part payment is not adjusted as of now, then how will you give my documents as earliest when i close the loan, that time also you will say there are technical issues.

      I have sent a mail to [protected]@axisbank.com and also nodal officer, but they are not taking it serious.

      I want this to be solved as soon as possible.

        I ramesh am handicapped person, submitted all the necessary documents along with cheque amount of rs. 10000 during axis bank rt nagar bangalore branch staff visited my home for sb account opening on 27.07.2017.

        It was promised that account will be open within a 4 days but after week now still account is not open. New account kit has been given by that staff with atm.

        While being handicapped person cant visit branch and tried many phone call to branch no one is picking it up, called customer care still they are saying it will take a some more time,

          Place of incident : axis bank atm, on whitefield main road, bengaluru, karnataka

          I used my corporation debit card in the machine, typed out my pin and also amount of cash. (3 thousand)
          At the time of dispersal of cash from the machine, the atm suddenly switched off and started rebooting for the next 10 min.
          I received a msg of cash (3 thousand) being debited to my bank account from the atm.
          But i actually didn't get any cash from the atm. The atm totally crashed and i didn't get a refund yet regarding this failure.

          Kindly look into this issues asap

            Today when i woke up, i checked my gmail account and found that i received a mail from axis bank that someone made a payment of rs. 10.99 for amazon prime membership at 03:09 am. I called axis bank customer care and they told me that transection was done from united states. I haven't did this and at that time i was sleeping so how is it possible that how someone can make payment without otp number. I received a text message stating that transection was approved without any additional factor of authentication. Now axis band customer support executive blocked my card and saying that for new card i have to wait for another 10 business days. I feels like cheated and unsecured with axis bank.

            Amount Deducted from my credit card was not in Rupees, There is a deduction o[censored]SD $10.99, in Rupees it is 735.22.

              Hi,

              I had applied for a loan with axis bank jayanagar 4th block branch, bangalore, which was approved and the documentation was completed during the last week of july. However, the amount was not transferred and the concerned bank person ([protected]) did not pick up calls after repeated escalations. Extremely dissatisfied with services. I tried calling up other people at the branch but everyone was like it will be transferred immediately, but nothing happened.

                Home loan has been sanctioned during last week of April'17. Till today no disbursement has been done. Every day assurance is being given that within two days it will be disbursed. very horrible experience i have faced.
                requested not to harass more and communicate the facts.
                Sanction letter No. is 6398151. I have talked with senior officialls of axis bank but went in vain. Only assurance is being given. If there is any problem must be updated.

                  There is an hr in axis bank whose name is hr vinay his office is in himalyan house building he is very rude he dont give a # to the candidates come for the interviews first of all he abuses sometimes and talks in very bad manner he treats the candidates like they are here for bothering him he dont gives the full description about what to do next and you are selected or not he works like a government employes always busy with their co workers in talking # specially with women co workers i was selected for sme and first he said that come tommorow i will take your documentation and when i went the next day he said that you are not eligible and he used to told me that come tommorow approximately 4 times i went there 5 days consecutively but did not get the job there were also so many candidates like me who went their home disappointed. He dont care about the talent of the candidates and make them run here and there. Like they are free and dont have any other work and he also abuse some candidates when he get bothered but why are you getting bother you are here to manage the human resource if you cannot handle this just leave the job mr. Vinay he is the most ineligible hr i have ever seen. I request axis bank to fire him he is a piece of #. He abused me as well. Why people hire these types of crap.

                    My name is harsharan singh frm hoshiarpur punjab and i have been miss guide from axis bank staff, i got message from axis bank regarding pre approved neo credit card and one of the axis bank staff from jalandhar called me and her name is meenakshi she called me n told me about neo credit card and she aksed me to get tht card and she sent her friend with name of balwinder singh from hoshiarpur asix bank branch and he came to my home and he hasnt given me any information about credit card n he was supose to issue a neo credit card but he opened my zone credit card as both of staff were aware of that but still meenakhsi asked balwinder to issue my zone card which was not asked so both of them miss guide me totally i want them to get demotion frm their jobs, they making bad impression of axis bank..                       Sir/madam,

                      I am an axis bank customer since 17 years. My account is in axis bank, ghod dod rd branch, surat. I have been fooled many times by the bank employees. But this time for a simple reason they rejected the clearing of my cheque. For the last many years my cheque has been being cleared though there was a slight mistake in the account name; which was already there from the beginning.in opening the account, they didnt had any objection, neither they asked me to change it then. This time they didnt pass the cheque of not very high amount and they made a big issue that they wont pass any cheque without correcting the mistake. There is just a mistake of a single letter in my account name which has occured due to the mistake on my pan card. They never asked to change it in so many years. And i agreed to get my pan card corrected but till then how could they hold back the clearing of my cheques. I even showed them my husband's documents with the correct surname, still they didnt agree. I am an old customer of axis bank & a senior citizen and for this minor reason they are not ready to clear my check till i have submitted the documents again. Instead of catching new & fake customers, they are harassing their old, faithful customers, especially senior citizens. Rules are made for man, not man for the rules.

                          Phase 7 branch mohali, punjab, india. Since 2014. Now i have started my own business for that i have submitted my current account application 2 time with axis bank sector 70 branch mohali, punjab india. First time in may 2017 with my partner, after 1.5 month finally i got my account number.

                          Now i have applied for new current account with axis bank for my own company on[protected] at that time luxami badyal assured me that i will get my account with in 3 working day or maximum with in week which is already gone. I started followup with them then they told me that i need to give my company stemp to them because they missed to put my company stemp with my signatures.
                          I am very surprised because they experienced and they are not going to open the account first time, how can they do sach a silly mistakes. Every time they come to me with new excuses that give us 1 or 2 day more. I have not too much free time to visit the bank again and again, whenever i do follow up i got same excuses it will take lil time, that your account is in process we do not know how much time it will take. All these things are really surprising me.
                          My experience with axis bank, sector 70, mohali is very bad. If i know they will take so much time i can join other bank likehdfcbank theyassured me to open my current account with in 3 days.

                            Sir i had gone to withdrawn rs. 19000/- from your bank branch at siwan, bihar. The cashier named mr. Lakhan gave me rs. 19000/- in two bundle of rs. 20 (Rs. 4000/-), one bundle of rs. 50 (Rs. 5000/-), two bundle of rs. 10 (Rs. 2000/-) and rest in rs. 100. I told to mr. Lakhan how i carry so much of bundles. I have not bring a bag. He is very rude. He do not know how to talk with a customer. He told if you do not want to take leave it. I told i shall complain against you. He told whatever you want to do you do.
                            Your assistant manager has solved my problem. But sir do you not think that such type of employees are spoiling the name of your bank and this is not first time, he has done the same thing before also and i had registered a complaint against him.
                            Sir kindly look into the matter and please do the needful. So that i have not faced such type of situation in the future.

                              Myself prabu from chennai ([protected]). I have applied a personal loan with axis bank. The executive informed me the roi is 10.49 and the loan processed with 10.99% without my confirmation. I haven't get a single call to verify my identity and loan details.

                              Also the loan term i have initiated with 4 years and they processed with 5 years. No proper answer from customer care for several calls.

                              Executive informing me that they are doing loan with manual process and they won't verify with customer. This should be corrected.

                                      I have got my card and pin number but when i go to atm to withdrawal cash.
                                      The error occurs and that is of 'card activation'. If i have got my card and pin then why i am not able to withdrawal cash with the help of my atm card or debit card.
                                      And this is my salary account, so i am facing more problem.
                                      So please help out and give suggestions and reply my as soon as possible.

                                      Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      Axis bank work style is of19th century very slow, better you contact home branch or c.care
                                      If no satisfactory response, then change bank HDFC is very fast in private sector and
                                      SBI in govt sector.

                                        Hello, one month back i did open my salary account in axis bank, still it is not activated, although i have submitted all the required documents. I am contacting the concerned person from axis bank but he is giving me faulty promise every day. If i ask them the reason, they are just ignoring me.

                                        As u said i did cal that number but they told meet in branch... And i met but science one month still they are keep on telling today tomorrow.. With in 2 days with in 2day like that but still not activated
                                        No one response properly in branch.. Very poor service in peenya branch at bangalore and if i call them they didn't respond to my call.. My salary is transferred to this account by i not able to withdraws... I need money am very critical position my mother is in hospital.. No one aundrestending my problem please take action.. Its my humble request please activate my account please please please please please
