Money not dispended but balance get deducted

I am a customer of icici (S/b a/c[protected].

On 17/07/2017 around 21:35 hrs i had used axis bank atm (Atm id-cwaw06202, record no.3802 in charkop market kandivali west) for money withdrawal but the txn showed successful but machine not dispensed the money due to network error.

I didn't get the money but my icici account was debited.

I am an axis bank customer commited to society and noticed that lot of fraud attempts for atm cards details were resulting in customer dissatisfaction. So an early action is appreciated for such attmpts which i experienced.

1061 rs has been deducted from my account
In june they deduct 700 rs approx and this month they deduct 180 for gst tax and 350 rs approx for consolidated charge without any information.
Which is enough to complain against axis bank. Before deducton they didn't notify me neither sms nor call.
I want return my money back otherwise i'm going to close my account

I am getting calls from some number asking my credit card number and cvv number. They are saying it is a verification call. They have details of my billing address as well. I do not know how they got it. I spoke to customer care executive and confirmed that it might be a fraud call as they are asking for cvv number. Today i got call from [protected].
