Dear sir
I am a account holder of axis bank hisar. I am facing very very big problem in depositing cash by cdm machine. The machine was not working since 1 month. This create very big problem to me and so many customers of your bank. I have complained so many times in your nearest branch of that location. But there is no response.

Please look into this matter seriously and resolve the problem as soon as possible.

    Hi team, this is to report that axis bank continues to call me for personal loans and credit cards even though my numbers are on the national do not call for more than a year now. I would hereby request the concerned authorities to instruct the axis bank team not to call or sms the users registered on national dnd.       Payment for uk via processing was refused by axis bank. The axis bank screen says my mobile no is not updated with them for online transaction. I have checked in the axis bank app and my account, the kyc is updated.
      The customer care no's are not updated either. A answering machine gives an alternate no, but is is a prerecorded menu thus of no use. There is no system to address the customer problems by an customer care executive. The bank / branch has no email where i can place my query to resolve the same.

        I have transferred rs. 25, 000 to my wife account (I. E, hdfc bank) on 1 aug. It was debited from my account not it not credited to wife account its been days, no resolution given. Spoke to supervisors and managers from axis bank, but no humans exists to help me out instead asking me to wait. What happens to commitments. Whose going to take care my issue now. Nobody is helping me from axis bank. Really very very bad customer support. Now after this complaint at least i expect any human to call me to resolve. Im waitinggggggg...

          Hi,

          I'm really disappointed with the services of axis bank loan branch.

          When i was looking for car loan, axis bank proactively sent their agent for all the formalities where agent took all the necessary documents along with ecs details.

          But to my surprise, the very next month, i got call from axis bank collection department mentioning that i have not made payment for car loan..

          I somehow found the contact number of bank manager 'praveen' of axis bank loan branch, gachibowli, hyderabad and called him up at his number (+[protected]

          I expressed my concern and disappointment that despite providing all the ecs details, my ecs has not been activated and that is causing me huge inconvenience due to personally going to bank's branch and making payment.

          He accepted the mistake on bank's part attributing the delay due to some rbi guidlines changes and praveen ensured me that ecs will be activated as soon as possible. He even said he'll send some bank agent to my reidence/office to do formalities, if any but nothing is done till now.

          It's been 4 months now and he hasn't done anything. Every month i'm getting call from collection agent to make make payment and i had to visit the branch to make payment.

          This is a sheer harassment to the customer and it's axis bank's responsibility to activate ecs instead of delaying the matter forever and forcing customer to take time out of their busy schedule to go to branch and make payment.

          For me, it's impossible to do so further and i'll make further payment only when my ecs is activated by axis bank.

          I would like to lodge a separate harassment case against axis manager praveen and collection department both.

              I mr. Khalid i. Vasaikar having saving account with your bank since last 16 -17 years. This is to keep make you understand that my cheque book request given on 20/07/2017 was wrongly dispatch at my previous company address which i forgot to change. But when i spoke to your chembur branch dispatch department on 22/07/2017, i got to understand that the cheque book got returned. And when i requested that whether i can personally come and collect the cheque book, the residing lady in-charge said that i can go and collect the same from the bank. She didn't even bothered to say that i need approach them within a day or two, or else it would be dispatched once again to the same address.

              When i visited your bank on 27/07/2017, they residing dispatch lady stated that it was already re - dispatched. Which the customer service desk passed on to me. This was personally brought to the branch incharge as well, but found negligence from his end as well. And till date the cheque book of mine is not receive neither the call from your pathetic bank incharge.

              Want to have quick action or else i have no other option but to go ahead.

                This is to inform you that i have not transacted any amount from my credit card through credit card no - 5834 today, but a fraudulent transaction attempt made on my credit card of aus 85.54 from ccbill.com at about 11.00 am, and your bank intercepted it and blocked credit card with immediate effect as per bank's policy and informed me accordingly through sms.

                Hence, you are requested kindly to look into this matter at your level and restrict such transaction and block my credit card permanently.

                    I made the payment of rs 800/- on 10.05.2017 at petrol pump sector-11 faridabad through my debit card (Axis bank).

                    It is noticed that rs 23/- deducted from my bank account on 17.05.2017 by petrol pump.

                    I made the payment of rs 253/- at cng station sector-5 faridabad on 11.05.2017 through my debit card (Axis bank).

                    It is noticed that rs 11.50 has been deducted on 19.05.2017 by cng station from my account.

                    I asked so many times from the axis bank, why the money has been deducted from my account after 7-days of transaction? But bank has not submitted the satisfactory response. The bank said its tips charges deducted by the merchant.

                    I am regularly using my debit card for payment at other petrol pumps and shops. But such deduction has never been done.

                    Kindly let me know, is this legal that the money deducted without swipe of the debit card after 7-days of transaction? If these were tip charges as said by the bank, then why these were not deducted at the time of transaction.

                    Prime minister of india is encouraging for digital payment but it results in discouragement. I am feeling cheated.

                    It is lapse on account of bank for allowing this delayed transaction without my consent.

                      With deep regret, myself pramod kumar pathak is having a salaried account with your bank a/c no. : [protected].
                      Yesterday i got a message for deduction of rs. 3490 by you on behalf of tata aig heath insurance. This is completely unprofessionalism and unethical on your part for deduction of this money without my approval. Your representative called me and just told me some basic things that your account will be savings account if salary didn't come for 3 months., told me about nominee and all that but didn't tell about this insurance and fees..

                      I regretfully ask you to credit back my aforesaid amount deducted immediately else i am bound to take legal action against your fraud. I don't need any health policy from outside as i have corporate policy indeed from my company itself.

                          I applied for saving bank account (Salary) on 20th july 2017, and got the kit just after filling the form. The salesman said that it will be activated within 3 days. As credit to the account was enabled i submitted the details to my office (Mumbai customs).
                          On 31st my salary was credited to the account, but i m unable to withdraw it. It has been more than 13 days and yet account is not activated.

                                I have called up the senior managers of axis bank (Prashanth makker and anil kumar from rac gurgaon) axis bank and found serious miscalculations and blunders in axis bank loan calculations for our loan (I want urgent call back and resolution of the issues)

                                The service issues and miscalculations are so grave that axis bank can be called a cheat;

                                I want to clarify my calculations and close my loan asap;

                                Complaint/ grievance: axis bank home loan agreement no: phr[protected]customer id[protected]

                                issues reported to axis bank in april 20th, escalated to nodal office on 30th april, and then to pno axis bank;

                                issue not resolved since april 20th so escalating to banking ombudsman as it is already 30 days with no resolution from axis bank;

                                complaint no 1)

                                loan disbursement date for balance transfer wrong mentioned as 12th april instead of 18th april; as per statement from idbi bank whose loan was paid as balance transfer by axis bank; idbi bank had received payment on 18th april and not 12th april; so axis bank cheated by 7 days; i want reversal of 7 days of interest charges by axis bank; when i inquired i came to know that since axis abnk lawyer was on leave the payment to idbi was delayed despite the cheque was ready by axis bank on 12th april;

                                complaint no 2) wrong promise by axis salesman and opening axis bank account without our consent and with wrong commitments:

                                axis bank opened a bank account in axis bank using my loan docs credentials and making me sign the account opening docs kept in between my loan application papers where i was asked to sign;

                                on cross checking i was told by sales man axis bank that the axis bank account is lifetime free account with loan account with axis; but that was lie and not axis bank nt cooperating to close our axis bank account without charges;

                                complaint no 3) loan’s emi debit date mentioned as 10th day of month in ur loan account despite signing that request as to be debited on 5th of every month without our consent;

                                complaint no 4) 3 lakh rupees prepayment deposited in axis bank and deposit slip scan shared with axis bank with mail to change the tenure of loan as soon as possible; but despite reminders til 18 th may 2017, i have not received updated amortization statement and loan statement with adjustment of interest after payment of 3 lakhs in axis bank in my loan account on 12th may 2017; axis bank is cheating em by charging interest on my due despite prepayment;

                                complaint no 5) after all above proofs of cheating; when i called axis bank nodal officer an officer assisting axis bank in cheating customers and sustaining on income got from cheating customers; the axis bank officer spoke rudely and abusively when i called axis rank rightly as a cheat bank;

                                conclusion: axis bank is a cheat bank; axis bank staff and officers give pathetic services and are arrogant and rude; management si sleeping and they do not want to improve and take action on their complaints; nodal officer are slow and useless;

                                we find axis services poor and find axis bank a cheat and inethical bank

                                so we will like to foreclose our home loan.

                                Please ask someone from axis bank to tell us foreclosure process /amount and date and collect cheque from us;

                                part payment fo 2, 47, 000 was credited to axis bank on 28th july but benefit was given to me on 1st august; is open case of cheating and fraud by axis bank;

                                i swear by god that i will never take loan from cheat bank axis bank as you not only cheat but cheat openly and shamelessly.

                                Your rac mangers are unable to give any expostulations and therefore do not respond on email or on calls;

                                with evidences of wrong calculations, i can openly publish and call axis bank a cheat;

                                i marked emails to management fo axis bank(shikha.[protected]@axisbank.Com, [protected]@axisbank.Com, rajesh.[protected]@axisbank.Com, rajiv.[protected]@axisbank.Com, v.[protected]@axisbank.Com) but this unfair mandate si from top to bottom,

                                axis bank is cheat from management to all top executives who are there only to cheat and suck blood of customers;

                                in short axis bank earns its bread and butter by cheating customers so in short it is as bad as a thief.By doing wrong calculations;

                                they are not afraid of rbi or banking ombudsman;

                                it si one of the dirtiest private banks in india

                                    I have paid a part payment of 8.5 lakhs to axis bank home loan account two weeks back.
                                    I was told that they shall adjust with in 7 days, and give me a call back.
                                    It is still not being adjusted. And no body has called me also.

                                    And another case of mine is, my january month emi has not been adjusted till now. Money has been taken from my account for this emi.

                                    When i contacted axis bank loan center, they are saying, there are some technical issues, i wonder, axis bank cannot solve this technical issue for the past several months.

                                    If my part payment is not adjusted as of now, then how will you give my documents as earliest when i close the loan, that time also you will say there are technical issues.

                                    I have sent a mail to [protected]@axisbank.com and also nodal officer, but they are not taking it serious.

                                    I want this to be solved as soon as possible.

                                      I ramesh am handicapped person, submitted all the necessary documents along with cheque amount of rs. 10000 during axis bank rt nagar bangalore branch staff visited my home for sb account opening on 27.07.2017.

                                      It was promised that account will be open within a 4 days but after week now still account is not open. New account kit has been given by that staff with atm.

                                      While being handicapped person cant visit branch and tried many phone call to branch no one is picking it up, called customer care still they are saying it will take a some more time,

                                        At the time of dispersal of cash from the machine, the atm suddenly switched off and started rebooting for the next 10 min.
                                        I received a msg of cash (3 thousand) being debited to my bank account from the atm.
                                        But i actually didn't get any cash from the atm. The atm totally crashed and i didn't get a refund yet regarding this failure.

                                        Kindly look into this issues asap
                                        Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
