Sir i am chethan. R i have account in axis bank number-[protected] on the date of 16/07/2017 i had made the wrong transaction to the account number of ([protected]-corporation bank) (Shivaji nagar branch) i had already complained to the branch manager and to the customer care but from them there is no response at all already one month is over we are waiting but they are telling we have raised the complaint but we have not got any response from them so please check the status and solve the problem

Axis Bank atm— debit my account through sbi atm at syedpur branch west bengal but cash not received due to time out
Debit rs.10000/- and again rs.10000/- through sbi atm at syedpur, salboni, west bengal but not received during the transaction, machine show time out

    Sir i want to close my auto loan which i have taken in 2015. But from last 10 days the bank staf are not reciving my calls nd they are ignoring me by saying that they are waiting for the approval for the loan forcloser. But sir in 10 days they have committed me 4 times that they will tommorow diposite my money.. Yet their tommorow hassnt came...in these days i have visited 4 times their branch but nothing happened.. My home is 150 km away from bhopal nd sir now its going difficult to visit again and again to the bhopal branch so sir plzzz help me out their.. Nd as soon as possible plzzz tell them to close my loan account nd my savings too

    I contacted for credit card preparation many times two times documents also submitted to navzot Singh and one time to hema sharma at hosangabad road vidhyanagar branch Bhopal but rather than preparing they kept docs 2 months and one week respective.

      Hello all,

      My name is priyeadarshi khajuria and i have account with number: [protected] number which i was using for trade but now from last many months it has been blocked and i am not able to make any transaction in-out.
      From last 2.5 years, i am staying in usa and not able to make any trip special for bank purpose so i made several call to axis bank but no one is talking properly with me and hang up the call without listing my queries.

      Now every month, bank is charging so many charges due to insufficient fund.

      Please suggest me what should i do to avoid those charges.

      Please ask your employees to be polite with customers. While opening new account, you guys were chasing like anything but when we require your service you are treating like hell.

      i have already paid amount online on dtd 2nd August
      I withdraw Rs 2000 from Axis Bank ATM located at Rajeev Nagar Gurgaon Near Bala Ji Sweets and comleted the tranction. But after some time i recievd a message alert showing Rs. 10, 000 withdrawl and i have verified the same in mini statement and net banking statement as well. Kindly look into this matter & do the need ful.
      I have already paid amount through online net banking to PGVCL but they have not received payment still date. why they have not received the payment? please reply me & your representative not give me proper reply. if you will not solve this problem immediately i will closed this account.

        Dear sir/madam
        Today i went for withdraw 1000 rupees from dena bank's atm, den16982 at 6:26 pmaround. Somehow money not arrived from machine and machine showed message that transaction could not process at this time so i waited there for sometime and after that i received message that my a/c debited by 1000 rupees. Then i run back to atm and checked my balance but i found there is no reverse entry of same amount this happened 1st time during last 2 years and after that i withdraw 1000 rupees. From sbi atm please suggest how i get back my unwithdrawed amount of rupees 1000

            Money debited from account even tough i did not get money from atm. On[protected] at 07:25 pm from central bank of india atm, shamshabad branch, i tried for amount 2000 as i gave my pin after some time message displayed as "sorry! Operation timed out" but my money was debited from my account, i got message from bank as 2000 debited from your account.

            Note : there was no message at atm as out of service or out of order etc.

            Please revert on this and see my money get debited in to my account as soon as possible

              I got a call from an person yesterday (Aug 7) who introduced him as axis bank executive. He was seeking my appointment without telling me the concrete reason. I hold salary account & 1 credit card only with axis. He said that he has no intention of selling anything but just to make sure that i am having a good experience with the bank. Though i gave appointment for my office but he did not show up today. Is it a general curriculum of the bank?

                I had a 10 years old account with axis bank (A/c no - [protected]).

                In the month of october 2016 my credit card number got expired (With an outstanding amount of that particular month) and i request them to send a new card to my address. Though i have updated my address with the retail branch but it was delivered to old address in nagpur, and it got returned. After i got a call from the customer care i had intimated the new address over phone and the person said i will getting the card within few weeks and they never informed me that i need to separately update my address in each and every department. After that i did not receive any call or any correspondence from axis.

                Suddenly, in the month of january 2017 end or feb 2017 starting i got a call to pay for my outstanding, i immediately informed the entire scenario to the team and initiated a payment on the trust that they told me they will activate the card and will send it to the new address and after that i can make the payments.in spite of paying the minimum due amount i never got any positive revert and after few months again i received couple of calls from different different managers for payment but i never turned up for the same. And i informed them very clearly that to clear my doubts so that i can process the payment.

                And today suddenly my account is blocked due to this and i am not able to access my account. I visited their branches thrice, and after sending repeated mails to ([protected]@axisbank.com,

                This so called email ids, i got a call from deepa who is sitting in mumbai and giving lectures that you pay your entire outstanding of 58000 wherein they had piled up the interest in due course and then they can unfreeze the account. Even she is not able to reply that what will happen to that card, for that she is telling, our collection department will give you a call and will let you know.

                My question is even if axis can show 1 correspondence in regard the credit card due, (Except the auto generated statements of every month) i will clear of the double the amount. But now they have done the mistake, so they are covering it like anything and she is saying that if you want to stop the account, you can, they don't mind losing the client.

                They are saying in all the departments i have to update my address separately as they are not inter linked, my question is if it is not inter linked, then how can they freeze my savings account without prior intimation.

                I don't mind losing 50000 which is there in my account, but at least some steps should be taken against them.

                  I issued a cheque bearing no. 510175 dated 04.07.17 for rs. 10, 000.00 (Ten thousand) only to my doctor sudipta dutta. The cheque was encashed on 21.07.17. But rs 10, 100.00 (Ten thousand one hundred) only was debited from my account.

                  I met mr. Sayak lahiri on 26.07.17. On his advice i submit a letter requesting to settle the discrepancy of excess debit of rs 100 (One hundred) only. After waiting for a week i contacted mr. Lahiri and then again on 7th august. He advised me to send an e-mail to customer care.

                  I hope this e-mail will solve the problem.

                  I was reflecting, so long i considered the banker as the safe custodian of the clients assets and the bulk of my family assets are under axis bank's custody. At my age nearing 74 years, if i have to run from pillar to post to secure my assets, it imparts a grave sense of trust deficiency in the custodian. A very sad feeling.

                  policybazaar is not well structured. I have purchased a policy by their website but transaction failed two times however the amount is debited from the credit card. Third time it was successful. The refund is not done even after one week. The staff is so careless and it looks like failing transaction is preplanned to cheat customers
                  RS. 57/-hasbeen wronglydeducted from my SBI account for purchase worth Rs57/ POS AXis bank Limit Accelyst Solutions Pvt tyn438641- you are requested to please arrange to refund Rs 57/- because I have no any purchase worth RS 57/-
                  The new customer care number are not activated since one week so careless staff and no governance at all

                    Hi sir i availed a personal loan of 2, 00, 000 from axis bank however bank deducted rs 3450 as service charge and rs.2500. For hdfc cluster insurance. Moreover this loan has been disbursed on 31/07/2017, and i am getting message to pay rs 4601.00 with in 10/08/2017.

                    I demand to get the processing charge and the insurance fee which is deducted from account.

                      Axis bank atm, beml layout, basaveswara nagar, near veerabhadreshwara theatre is giving out torn notes and damaged notes which is not acceptable.
                      The atm is slow and doesn't function proper the transaction doesn't happen but the card balance shows debited amount.
                      After 5mins the cash is shown popping out of the machine.
                      And there is no security guard for the atm too. This shows poor customer service on part of the bank
                      Kindly fix it or close the atm

                        I have got 02 current accounts with axis bank, tilak nagar branch, new delhi 110018. Can be fetched from my registered mobile no. [protected]. Opened up a current account with the name of global it solutions on 12th july 2017, very clearly told them that this is a call center service and opens in night so the banking kit might not be received so they will have to help me manage.

                        This is an international remittance business and even after accepting the remittance i cannot further utilize it till the time i have access to my account. And i am suffering like hell just because all the axis bank people have been fooling me around.

                        Never received a banking kit. Few days back on approx 3rd august 2017 when my first remittance from usa was expected i called the bank and was told by mr harpinder to check the delivery status with awill no. That he provided me. The status showed that the kit has been lying in local post office in tilak nagar, delhi since 20th july 2017. When informed to harpinder, he checked and said that the banking kit has been delivered to mumbai and will take time in coming back. But out of my curiosity i called the customer care wherein i was told that the kit was never delivered to mumbai and has been still lying in the local post office.

                        On my request the call was than transferred to the floor supervisor mr shivakumar who than called the branch office and spoke to the operations manager ms. Shilpa and told her to get the kit collected from post office and help me out. Then shivakumar gave me her number and told me to speak to her. To my surprise when i called her she straightaway refused of receiving any call from shivakumar and acted strange and again explained all my problem to her. She said she will call me back. Than i again spoke to shivakumar, explained him the scenario, he further again called shilpa and spoke to her. He committed me a positive solution within 2 hours and again told me to speak to her and this time when i called her she accepted that she received call from shivakumar and acted extremely rude to me and never too initiative to help me but trying keep her words up.

                        Again called shivakumar but coz of his unavailability got tony (Floor supervisor) on line. Again explained all the issue to him and he said to provide a revert by day end but no call received from anyone till date. My business is suffering, very soon i will kicked off from office coz of non payment of rent, staff might leave anytime coz of non payment of salary. I am afraid of still bringing in the money from usa coz i have no option to utilize it.

                        6 th august i got a call from axis bank, asking if i have received the banking kit, again explained the total scenario to him and he took my residential address and promised to get the kit delivered to my residential address within 24 hours. And now its been 48 hours that nothing is delivered.

                        I very well saw all the fraudulent activities by axis bank during demonetization period but still initiated 2 current accounts with axis and this is what i am facing.

                        Today again a spoke to tony and now he is saying to wait for 2 more days or more for the delivery.

                        May i expect a help and also some strict actions against the local home branch people here.

                        The AXIS Bank ATM in Tisgaon. Kalyan (East) (the only AXIS Bank ATM in Tisgaon) is in bad condition. No heigine, All Muddy Water, AC is leaking. Please arrange for a boat to enter the ATM. People really feel bad about the condition of ATM, I am not sure if the vendor coming to load amount is bother about it.

                          Myself ramashankar mithila tiwari. A customer of your axis bank with account number [protected]
                          Has done an outward remittance of 46.87 us dollars to cebuana bank, philipines.

                          As the address i filled in the form was not feeded as per my writing. It was incorrect and the money was not received. And they added another intermediate bank charges of 1332 inr totalling it 4332 inr.

                          They added they have directly transfered it to the bank but the receiver went to the cebuana bank and did not get any message of receiving that money.
                          The address was of cebuana lhuillier. Camarin. Caloocan city. But they misfeed that and money is not received. Reques you to refund it to my account and explain about the other charges. I did not get proper assistance from my home branch. Ankleshwar

                            Today on 7 aug 2017, from my bank account rs.575 deducted for a credit card which i never received i called customer care for help and they told me that you have to contact to ur nearest branch which is mumbai vakola branch, there also no buddy help me, 4 to 6 time i went still no help.
                            When i called again to call center and ask for an alternative solution they gave me this sr 33157831 and told me it will solve with in 7 days ur still no answer and solution yet were given.
                            I will only request you to call me some buddy who can help me and listen to my problem. I am only the source of income in my family and can't waste my money like this without any reason. Please help me.

                              I have complained earlier about the below mentioned problem, Bank people did not solved completely, but they are updated "Resolved message"...

                              also given written complaint through Miyapur Branch but they did not taken serious.

                              Please take care and solve this worst money sucking issue.

                              Hyderabad.

                              The bank people applied / enabled credit frozen option to my account without any intimation and started charging against low minimum balance, i tried several times to transfer amount from another accounts but i am unable to transfer the money to maintain minimum balance. Now it has reached rs. -1705.03. Previously it has some balance also.

                              Please revert this charges and normalize my account from credit frozen option...

                                I give a chq. For a/c opening to axis bank ltd branch bhusawal on dt. 17.04.2017, axis bank withdraw the chq. On 05.05.17 from my a/c jalgaon janta sahkari bank, but my a/c is open in july 15 2017 but my chq is not credited. This is fraud with me.

                                I want my cash in my a/c with 4 months interest today,

                                Otherwise i am going to complent on axis bank bhusawal branch in bhusawal police office & court.

                                  It was a very unacceptable experience that i had with axis branch mod, new delhi. I had deposited a chque no. 00449 dated 25.07.2017 o[censored]nion bank of india, favouring to country club hospitality & holidays ltd. Account no.[protected]. It was not credited in their account since date, and on enquiring over phone i have not received any positive reply, so i went personally to check this branch, but the person over there could not trace for one hour and finally discussing with manager he found that it has returned due unmatching name, ie it was written country club hospitality & holidays ltd instead of & it was written and in the cheque, very strange reason. At least they should have informed to the phone number mentioned there about the return of cheque. Moreover the staff replied me that "you do not know the difficulty they are facing working in bank". Very disgusting response.

                                  It is ridiculous that such a renowned bankers and treating customers in such a poor manner. You people have to train your staff how to behave their customers.

                                    My debit card is getting expired so i issue new cards online..

                                    Now there is three cards in my account issued, but i got only the old debit card. The new two never reach me, the bank has no idea where it is. Its been two 1 and half years since the issue.

                                      I have suctioned loan amount on a pre-approved offer. That time my emi was per month 5635.83 rs. And after 2 installment axis bank deduct extra charges 573 rs for disb pf. When i am paying my emi on time then why you are deducted extra chareges. Please resolve my problem and refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        I have avail a auto loan from axis bank and till no any type overdue but axis bank recovery office team without my permission 3 cheque prasent my saving account full amount 192700/ and me issue a legal notice 138 sc. So pls stop the notice process and continue emi prasent my saving account.

                                        Request for no any type legal process agains me i promise my loan account is regular the loan end.

                                        I have avial a auto loan from your bank axis and this loan account till zero overdue. But without any information prasented 3 cheque my saving account and 3 cheque is bounced and axis bank vakil send notice of 138 sc. He is warning me 15 days full amount pay in fewer of axis bank but i have belong a middle femily and my two small children age of 4, 6, year.

                                        Pls resolve my problem i want continue auto with monthly emi and life is good sarve.
                                        I have opend my account before 2 month but due to some cicumstance of bank i can't used any service.
                                        I tried to withdraw 100 rupees from Axis bank atm near kundalahalli gate, marathhallic, bangalore, After I entered my pin the power went off and i didn't get money.But My money is debited. Please help to submit this complaint and credit back my money.

                                        I was not informed about deduction of consolidation charges at the time of opening bank account.
                                        Bank should not deduct any charges other that tax on interest earned.

                                        If bank can not afford to maintain the account then the bank should stop operation.
