I have a saving account in axis bank ltd. Shivpuri br. Bank debited rs.595.95 on date 22.07.2017 from my saving account without my consent. They are saying it is dp. Charge for demat account. I never give the consent for opening the demat account. They are telling lie. They are saying that your demat account was opened as per the 3 in 1account (Saving, demat and trading) it is also lie, my saving account was opened in march 2013.in the month of feb.2017 dated 28, bank debited rs.28750/- from my saving account without my consent then i complaint to them, after one month they credited rs. 28750/- in my saving account.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My card no details has been misused .so I would like to cancel my card
I would like to cancel my card, since my card details are misused.

    Hello, one and falf month back i did open my salary account in axis bank, still it is not activated, although i have submitted all the required documents. I am contacting the concerned person from axis bank but he is giving me faulty promise every day.

      Here is summary,

      (1). 11-feb-2017, 10, 300/- paid to poorvika mobiles
      (2). 27-feb-2017, 10, 300/ to reversed and credited to my account
      (3). 28-apr-2017, 10, 300/- got deducted from my account and it became lien amount
      (4). 22-jun-2017, 10, 300/- got deducted again from account.

      Hence, i am in loss of 10, 300/-.

      I have visited J P Nagar 3rd phase axis bank branch, twice and explained the problem . But still my problem is not solved .
      Hi my name is kartik, my account is not been activated, however i have submittted my all the details, please ensure it is getting activated in 2 days, account number : [protected]

        Hi,
        I have tried to apply ipo with axis bank. When i tried to apply that time got error message then tried couple of times. All the time got error message. But yesterday when i check axis bank they blocked amount for applications and 4 times failed. I have tried withdraw from online but unable to do. I called customer care they told me to wait for 7 days and telling they have problem with their server and lot of customer are facing same issue. It is not acceptable answer. If we apply multiple ipos sebi will reject all applications. How to file a case on axis for blocking my amount and also keeping my amount for those many days.

          My account no.[protected].9 june your atm (Gandi maidan gaya) not working properly.2000 debit to another bank. Blance print not recive by atm. Next month i genratd statement.1 lakh rupess in extraa my account. I go to axis bank regarding this. Costumer serive said 1 lakh rupess as a personal lone a/c no [protected].1 emi rs 9049, 44 debit in my saving account. Lone dept person you close the account paid rest amount. Why give me a lonewithout any information. I debit all rest amount 92938.56 paid date 28/07/17. Rs 1988 why i paid extra. I close lone account than 3/8/17 debit rs 573.85 agenst lone a/c [protected]. I want retun my money rs.1988 & 573.85. Your bank maintly harassment to costumer. Return my extra rs2561.85 money in my account. Onther i go to consumer form.

            I have complaint several time to bank icici as my account is icici so. They mail to your axis bank several time. But your bank not given the my money back nor given the video clip on said time. So that issue will resolve

              There is fraud done by credit card department on 20th april 2017 mid night. After several correspondence the bank is saying the dispute is resolved and giving me mail. But the credit department is harassing me by massage and deducting amounts from my accounts and after giving mail to the concern dept they refund the same to my account. Do you think i don't have any other work to do except mailing.

                I had a word with a csr of axis bank regarding my payment of credit card through emi. He said that its converted into emi and amount wilk be deducted aimatically after 1 month.in d same day as told by the csr i got 3-4 sms of payment deduction in parts for emi conversion. But after 1 month the emi was not deducted. I called the helplune but was not provided by any solution. And now i am getting sms nd calla that my card is blocked due to non payment.
                I am really disappointed due to this hassle and want a solution asap.
                Plz contact me with tje resolution.

                  Credit card no.45145700xxxx4132

                  At 3/06/2017 debited rs. 9600 and 14/06/2017 rs. 9999/- debited as per credit card statement, i got fraud call from axis bank verification on 03/06/2017 and again at 14/06/2017, and same time i was lost my card. I dont know what happened but something is wrong, that same day blocked credit card.

                  Now i got statement 19599/ - is debited for my credit card which not used by me not able pay so please do need full for me and refund that amount on my credit card.

                      Nearly two months i am asking credit card they asked my proof and i submitted my proofs after they sending my application some verifications cal came and they said they with in one week u ill get th msg and then kit still nw i din recive i gave complaint in bank branch they told me to cal customer care if i cal thy not responding properly again i came to bank and aske they saying u dont have offers sry sir like that saying
                      Is this way they treat the customer if i din get better i close my account

                        I got one call from this number [protected]. I have calling from max life insurance k your policy due is 10-aug-2017 at rs. 50000/- premium ok.

                        Then he told me i have offer for you before you pay due date you get 10% discount it is will be rs.5000/- discount you only pay full amount of 45000/- then i ask how will be pay i have all ready ecs in bank.

                        Then he told me don't very i will give you bank details for transfer in this account.

                          From past two years i am not using this axis bank credit card and only paying interest on it. Since i lost my job, my financial situation doesn't permit to hold this card. Written many mails to customer care and many calls to customer care no. I requested them to convert the due balance on my card into monthly emi and initially their was no response and now refuse.
                          They are harassing me and threatening to report to cibil. Please suggest a way forward.

                            I have made imps transaction on 4th august 2017 for the amount rs.1000 from my axis account to indian account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

                              Hi my account no is[protected]. When i tried to transfer money to this account i got a message stating that my account is credit freezed. This is a surprise to me as i regularly get debit update sms from your bank and never been informed about htis credit freeze.

                              I have already submitted the necessary form, photo and proof of documents to your guduvanchery chennai branch 10 days bback. But till date problem is nort solved

                              Also because if this credit freeze issue i have lost my insurance payments and other pending amounts that i was supposed to recieve in this account.

                                Pl sir. I m a customer of your bank having taken home loan from afore mentioned bank. So that i have some time to go to the above bank for the work relating inquiry documents payments and there is system adopted by the above bank for contact to customer care officer.. That the customer has to take form and token number and to sit in long queue event more than 2 hours and then he may approach the customer care officer.. Due to insufficient staff customers are constrained to wait long time... So pl take appropriate steps for the same..

                                  Pl sir... Myself ashwin b gateshaniya, by profession i am an advocate residing at ahmadabad gujarat. I am a customer of your bank having taken home loan. As a customer i have some time to go at the said office for work relating inquiry, documents, payments. But as per the system adopted by the above bank the customer is given a form and then as per turn / token number, customer is constrained to sit in long queue and there is insufficient staff in customer care section in said office of ahmadabad... The valuable time of customers is unnecessarily wasted... So pl be needful. And take appropriate step...

                                    My wife's account (Paramita saha) has been frozen since last 1 week.
                                    The bank is not at all concerned about.
                                    First of all, they could not identify the problem behind it and now they are making the assumption that credit card bill was not paid while the card was cleared 6 months bank and not in use.
                                    My wife's salary got deposited in that account and we are not able to access the account without any reason.

                                      We are sorry to inform you with deep concern that a demand draft amounting to rs. 14, 246.65 was issued by axis bank (Garia branch) current a/c no - [protected] on dated 15.04.2016 draft no. 18504 in favour of saroj nalini dutt memorial association, 23/1, ballygunge station road, kolkata19 but we did not received this draft. We enquirer and they advised me to submit indemnity bond and we also submitted on dated 12.07.2017 to get this amount. But repeatedly personally contact they did not take effective action till today. Please do needful action
