Today when i woke up, i checked my gmail account and found that i received a mail from axis bank that someone made a payment of rs. 10.99 for amazon prime membership at 03:09 am. I called axis bank customer care and they told me that transection was done from united states. I haven't did this and at that time i was sleeping so how is it possible that how someone can make payment without otp number. I received a text message stating that transection was approved without any additional factor of authentication. Now axis band customer support executive blocked my card and saying that for new card i have to wait for another 10 business days. I feels like cheated and unsecured with axis bank.

Amount Deducted from my credit card was not in Rupees, There is a deduction o[censored]SD $10.99, in Rupees it is 735.22.

    Hi,

    I had applied for a loan with axis bank jayanagar 4th block branch, bangalore, which was approved and the documentation was completed during the last week of july. However, the amount was not transferred and the concerned bank person ([protected]) did not pick up calls after repeated escalations. Extremely dissatisfied with services. I tried calling up other people at the branch but everyone was like it will be transferred immediately, but nothing happened.

      Home loan has been sanctioned during last week of April'17. Till today no disbursement has been done. Every day assurance is being given that within two days it will be disbursed. very horrible experience i have faced.
      requested not to harass more and communicate the facts.
      Sanction letter No. is 6398151. I have talked with senior officialls of axis bank but went in vain. Only assurance is being given. If there is any problem must be updated.

        There is an hr in axis bank whose name is hr vinay his office is in himalyan house building he is very rude he dont give a # to the candidates come for the interviews first of all he abuses sometimes and talks in very bad manner he treats the candidates like they are here for bothering him he dont gives the full description about what to do next and you are selected or not he works like a government employes always busy with their co workers in talking # specially with women co workers i was selected for sme and first he said that come tommorow i will take your documentation and when i went the next day he said that you are not eligible and he used to told me that come tommorow approximately 4 times i went there 5 days consecutively but did not get the job there were also so many candidates like me who went their home disappointed. He dont care about the talent of the candidates and make them run here and there. Like they are free and dont have any other work and he also abuse some candidates when he get bothered but why are you getting bother you are here to manage the human resource if you cannot handle this just leave the job mr. Vinay he is the most ineligible hr i have ever seen. I request axis bank to fire him he is a piece of #. He abused me as well. Why people hire these types of crap.

          My name is harsharan singh frm hoshiarpur punjab and i have been miss guide from axis bank staff, i got message from axis bank regarding pre approved neo credit card and one of the axis bank staff from jalandhar called me and her name is meenakshi she called me n told me about neo credit card and she aksed me to get tht card and she sent her friend with name of balwinder singh from hoshiarpur asix bank branch and he came to my home and he hasnt given me any information about credit card n he was supose to issue a neo credit card but he opened my zone credit card as both of staff were aware of that but still meenakhsi asked balwinder to issue my zone card which was not asked so both of them miss guide me totally i want them to get demotion frm their jobs, they making bad impression of axis bank..             Sir/madam,

            I am an axis bank customer since 17 years. My account is in axis bank, ghod dod rd branch, surat. I have been fooled many times by the bank employees. But this time for a simple reason they rejected the clearing of my cheque. For the last many years my cheque has been being cleared though there was a slight mistake in the account name; which was already there from the beginning.in opening the account, they didnt had any objection, neither they asked me to change it then. This time they didnt pass the cheque of not very high amount and they made a big issue that they wont pass any cheque without correcting the mistake. There is just a mistake of a single letter in my account name which has occured due to the mistake on my pan card. They never asked to change it in so many years. And i agreed to get my pan card corrected but till then how could they hold back the clearing of my cheques. I even showed them my husband's documents with the correct surname, still they didnt agree. I am an old customer of axis bank & a senior citizen and for this minor reason they are not ready to clear my check till i have submitted the documents again. Instead of catching new & fake customers, they are harassing their old, faithful customers, especially senior citizens. Rules are made for man, not man for the rules.

                I am sukhjit kaur dhaliwal, previously have saving account with axis bank
                Phase 7 branch mohali, punjab, india. Since 2014. Now i have started my own business for that i have submitted my current account application 2 time with axis bank sector 70 branch mohali, punjab india. First time in may 2017 with my partner, after 1.5 month finally i got my account number.

                Now i have applied for new current account with axis bank for my own company on[protected] at that time luxami badyal assured me that i will get my account with in 3 working day or maximum with in week which is already gone. I started followup with them then they told me that i need to give my company stemp to them because they missed to put my company stemp with my signatures.
                I am very surprised because they experienced and they are not going to open the account first time, how can they do sach a silly mistakes. Every time they come to me with new excuses that give us 1 or 2 day more. I have not too much free time to visit the bank again and again, whenever i do follow up i got same excuses it will take lil time, that your account is in process we do not know how much time it will take. All these things are really surprising me.
                My experience with axis bank, sector 70, mohali is very bad. If i know they will take so much time i can join other bank likehdfcbank theyassured me to open my current account with in 3 days.

                  Sir i had gone to withdrawn rs. 19000/- from your bank branch at siwan, bihar. The cashier named mr. Lakhan gave me rs. 19000/- in two bundle of rs. 20 (Rs. 4000/-), one bundle of rs. 50 (Rs. 5000/-), two bundle of rs. 10 (Rs. 2000/-) and rest in rs. 100. I told to mr. Lakhan how i carry so much of bundles. I have not bring a bag. He is very rude. He do not know how to talk with a customer. He told if you do not want to take leave it. I told i shall complain against you. He told whatever you want to do you do.
                  Your assistant manager has solved my problem. But sir do you not think that such type of employees are spoiling the name of your bank and this is not first time, he has done the same thing before also and i had registered a complaint against him.
                  Sir kindly look into the matter and please do the needful. So that i have not faced such type of situation in the future.

                    Myself prabu from chennai ([protected]). I have applied a personal loan with axis bank. The executive informed me the roi is 10.49 and the loan processed with 10.99% without my confirmation. I haven't get a single call to verify my identity and loan details.

                    Also the loan term i have initiated with 4 years and they processed with 5 years. No proper answer from customer care for several calls.

                    Executive informing me that they are doing loan with manual process and they won't verify with customer. This should be corrected.

                            I have got my card and pin number but when i go to atm to withdrawal cash.
                            The error occurs and that is of 'card activation'. If i have got my card and pin then why i am not able to withdrawal cash with the help of my atm card or debit card.
                            And this is my salary account, so i am facing more problem.
                            So please help out and give suggestions and reply my as soon as possible.

                            Axis bank work style is of19th century very slow, better you contact home branch or c.care
                            If no satisfactory response, then change bank HDFC is very fast in private sector and
                            SBI in govt sector.

                              Hello, one month back i did open my salary account in axis bank, still it is not activated, although i have submitted all the required documents. I am contacting the concerned person from axis bank but he is giving me faulty promise every day. If i ask them the reason, they are just ignoring me.

My salary is transferred to this account by i not able to withdraws... I need money am very critical position my mother is in hospital.. No one aundrestending my problem please take action.. Its my humble request please activate my account please please please please please

                                I am sandhya vijay palmur, i have salary account in axis bank account no. [protected].
                                On 21/07/17 my saving account balance was 104425/- this balance was sustain from 10/07/17 to 21/07/17….. There was no charges will debited from my account in this period. On 21/07/17 i was submitted axis bank chq amount 104425/- in my canara bank account same holder, it was went for clearing on 25/07/17 due to saturday & sunday holiday, but it was return due to insufficient balance.
                                When i had visit to axis bank on 25/07/17 in the evening due to chq return, axis bank staff said 24/- charges was debited on saturday 22/07/17 & balance was 104001/-.
                                Now they are charged me 550/- chq bounce charges.
                                My question is
                                1. How can they debit charges without any intimation?
                                2. How can they debit charges on non working days?
                                3. After the debited balance why they did not intimate to me?
                                4. How can i know my chq will return due to insufficient?
                                5. Why i will pay 550/ charges without any my fault?

My card has not been activated yet, but rs. 1725 has been debited from my savings bank account [protected] on 10.04.2017. Again i'm getting messages of o/s bill of rs. 1947 you are requested to remove the amount, otherwise i'll be taking strict action against your bank

                                    My name is shyam reddy. I had taken home loan from axis bank hyderabad 3 years ago. Now iam selling that house the purchaser has also taken home loan from axis bank as we suggested him. Loan has been sanctioned for the purchaser some 25 days ago. Purchaser has taken cancelled check and id proof from us. Purchaser has told us that by removing the loan amount he would give us remaining amount. Today that is 31 july 2017 we got a call from the bank stating that the signature in pan card is not matching with which they have in this way they are troubling us. The main thing is we gave the same pan card with same signature on the day we took the loan. Without seeing anything did the bank sanction us the loan?

                                        As already submitted documents for LPG subsidy but same was not credit in my account.Received massage from the distributer for transferring the amount.look the matter or take necessary action.
                                        While payment at cash counter by debit card I accidentally take out the debit card from machine before the complete payment takes place. Even though the payment is not completed that amount is deducted from my account.
