Dear sir,
I am sandhya vijay palmur, i have salary account in axis bank account no. [protected].
On 21/07/17 my saving account balance was 104425/- this balance was sustain from 10/07/17 to 21/07/17….. There was no charges will debited from my account in this period. On 21/07/17 i was submitted axis bank chq amount 104425/- in my canara bank account same holder, it was went for clearing on 25/07/17 due to saturday & sunday holiday, but it was return due to insufficient balance.
When i had visit to axis bank on 25/07/17 in the evening due to chq return, axis bank staff said 24/- charges was debited on saturday 22/07/17 & balance was 104001/-.
Now they are charged me 550/- chq bounce charges.
My question is
1. How can they debit charges without any intimation?
2. How can they debit charges on non working days?
3. After the debited balance why they did not intimate to me?
4. How can i know my chq will return due to insufficient?
5. Why i will pay 550/ charges without any my fault?

    I'm having credit cards of axis bank card no:[protected] & [protected]. My card has not been activated yet, but rs. 1725 has been debited from my savings bank account [protected] on 10.04.2017. Again i'm getting messages of o/s bill of rs. 1947 you are requested to remove the amount, otherwise i'll be taking strict action against your bank

      Respected sir
      My name is shyam reddy. I had taken home loan from axis bank hyderabad 3 years ago. Now iam selling that house the purchaser has also taken home loan from axis bank as we suggested him. Loan has been sanctioned for the purchaser some 25 days ago. Purchaser has taken cancelled check and id proof from us. Purchaser has told us that by removing the loan amount he would give us remaining amount. Today that is 31 july 2017 we got a call from the bank stating that the signature in pan card is not matching with which they have in this way they are troubling us. The main thing is we gave the same pan card with same signature on the day we took the loan. Without seeing anything did the bank sanction us the loan?

        On 22.07.2017 debited rs.515/- to my account without any notice. I have not received any intimation of the bank charges when i opened salary account in axis bank. It is not acceptable, kindly reverse the amount immediately.

          Dear team,

          I have made imps transaction on 29th jul 2017 for the amount rs.11700 from my axis account to sbi account. The amount got debited from my account but the beneficiary account is not credited. We have urgent requirement of money. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
          I contacted axis bank customer care, but no use.

          As already submitted documents for LPG subsidy but same was not credit in my account.Received massage from the distributer for transferring the amount.look the matter or take necessary action.
          While payment at cash counter by debit card I accidentally take out the debit card from machine before the complete payment takes place. Even though the payment is not completed that amount is deducted from my account.

            Bank took more than 1 month to open account for my daughter a minor and then misprinted address so kit couldn't deliver to my address n i had to collect it from branch. Now i see misprint of account holder name everywhere like on checkbook also. Such irresponsible staff. Want to close account n get refund.
            For me also wrong customer id was provided s i can not login to internet banking now. Such horrible experience with axis bank.

            On 07th Feb, I transferred 15000 rs to a wrong bank of Baroda account from my axis bank account [protected].
            It was supposed to be sent to my account [protected] bank of Baroda Garmin bank but it got transferred to another account [protected] bank of Baroda.

            I visited both the banks...
            They deducted 1000 Rs from my account for not maintaining the account balance also I have taken loan from them.They deducted 500 for late payment fees but I already have paid the amount on time

              Our home loan no. Phr[protected] has been charged 8.5 rate whereas one of my friend has 8.4 rate of interest with same loan amount. I think that this kind of difference in your bank has hurt our faith that we had with ur bank. I had proof to prove the difference in your bank. I hope u to correct this at earliest or i had to transfer my loan to other bank

              I have trading and demat delay in axis direct. Axis employee has signed few my signature instead of me. I want to make Complaints. They have debited AMC directly from my axis account. I will make legal action.

              I have applied twice for personal loan.first it was rejected for no reason from loan department.secondly they said that my documents are fraud .
              sir kindly check if my document are fraud or real.

              i am working in reliance jio on role and having account since 2012
              I have ordered a product in Flipkart & cancelled the item later. Refund(Rs.1013) has been completed by Flipkart with a confirmation mail but amount was not been received in my Axis bank account.
              Kindly resolve this issue.

                One of the worst bank service i ever had... I opened an salary account on the bank i have not received any welcome kit from the person who visited our office and i asked him he told me that u will receive it to ur address i got a kit without debit card in it i asked him he told me that you can collect it by visiting the branch near you. I went they told me no it is a wrong info u want to apply for it and i asked them about passbook they told me passbook is for senior citizens only after some day i received call from the main branch of axis from mumbai stating that y u applied for the card i[censored] apply u will be charged and they told it will be escalated and you will not be having card issuing charges on 7-7-2017 but on[protected] they charged me 354rs. I called customer care it is not a toll free number then also the made me to wait for 15 mins to transfer the call to supervisor and they r also not giving proper information. One of the worst service... This bank is a total #!!!

                  I am harish, having an account in your esteemed bank with a/c number:[protected].

                  I got a call from a number +91 [protected] yesterday asking about my debit card details and asked me to share the otp for two times. I got a similar call two weeks ago asking the otp to share for redeeming points in the account. Two weeks back i am debited with 8000 something amount. They told me that thus amount will be blocked for few days and after that this will be available for use and credit back to account. I got yesterday again and i am debted an ammount of 3000 and 14, 396. I asked why are u taking this much amount for redeeming points. Then he hanged the phone saying i will check and call you back.

                  I have attached the detailed statement from my account (See on date[protected].

                  I dont know what to do can you please look into the issue and revert the transactions that happened.

                    Hi, this is priyanka bhadange i am the account holder of axis bank (Salary a/c).
                    As i can see in my bank statement from past 16-17 months there has been some consolidated chargers dedicated from my account without any prior intimation from your end.
                    So can you please let me know what are these charges neither i had taken any kind of loan nor i do any transaction through cheque.

                      This is high matter of axis bank dignity and goodwill this is a facebook post by a joke page were a post by this admin were a swees bank who knows as indian black money compare by axis bank, a employee some were from indore branch name yashgupta is also here comunicat and emog that against the axis bank dignity here some screen short is clearly showing that comunicaciones by employee is against the dignity of axis bank and goodwill,. So chek out this page and link and do fast ever possible action to ensure in filter other employee will not do thing like this to play bank dignity and goodwill,, thak fast action against every possible step,. I am checking that how fast you can query this report and taking fast action and resolving a serious matter about the bank... I does branch employee yashgupta is clearly here comunicat with other one and emog post that not a good singh of a good employee do something to ensure that other people not do so things like that...

                          Good afternoon. This is mr. Falguni bhattacharya, holding an account at your south bopol branch, ahmedabad. This mail is regarding my grievances related to debit freeze applied to my above mentioned number ([protected]).

                          Kindly note that i am maintaining this account for almost 10 years and for past few years i am maintaining an average account balance of more than 3 lakhs. I came to know last month that this account is applied with debit freeze and my ecs mandate is dishonoured though the account balance is more than 5 lakhs maintained. I have no information what so ever from my parent branch on this regard as of today.

                          Please note that due to the debit freeze i have become defaulter of my metlife policy as well. I strongly feel that this is totally uncalled for. I am a priority customer of your bank and having 3 more accounts in axis bank.

                          Need immediate action to remove debit freeze from my account with reasons why it was applied. If it is not happened then i will be forced to close this account as well as other accounts from your bank.

                          Waiting for your prompt action at the earliest.

                            I have opened salary saving account in axis bank in the year 2008 since 2008 bank hadn't charged me debit card annual charges but this year it is charged rs.354 as debit card annual charge therefore my question is why it is charged me and while opening salary saving account it was said that no charges will be
                            Charged. My colleagues were not charged such amount.

                                I opened axis bank account in nov 2016. I am not interested with services from the starting and requested for account close in jan or feb 2017. Ms sirisha in axis bank mentioned that bank will deduct amount for accounts less than 6 months. So i waited till now, when i requested for cancellation they mentioned inr 500 will be deducted for accounts above 6 months. When i mentioned my previous conversation he mentioned it is not like.. When requested form for complaint. He mentioned to call customer care..

                                  Previously i have current account in yewat branch dated 30.03.2015 in the name of sunny rajendra shah and a/c no. Is [protected] but due to personal reason i had close this account dated 23.04.15 and submitted all the respective documents suggested from your end to close my account and i have withdraw my opening account balance of rs 5500/-.

                                  Even though i am getting the messages from your side that your effective balance 0.00 rs. I use to inform several times related the above issue they keep on telling me that account will closed automatically. But account not closed and now showing negative balance in my account rs -19320/-

                                    I have home loan with axis bank and my loan center is in nasik near trimbak naka signal, unfortunately that is the only loan center in nasik

                                    My emi date is 10th of every month and my loan account number is phr[protected], my registered mobile number with this loan is +91-[protected]

                                    I visited axis bank loan center on 15th of july 2017 as that was a working saturday,
                                    I know mr. Bhushan who is a senior manager at loan center, every time when i visit i prefer meeting him as my issues are been solved, as on 15th july also i intended to meet him, renovation was going on in loan center hence all the staff was sitting in one section and one lady agent attended me i could not get her name as there was no name plate on her small desk in corner because of renovation, i informed her that i need to make part payment of 5 lacs and i need to adjust my emi against this, the lady very well calculated that once the part payment of 5 lacs is done my emi should come down from 48211/month to approx 43k/month, then i told her that i have 2.5 lacs in one bank and another 2.5 in other bank and for one of the bank i don't have cheque book how should i do the payment? Asked her i need to meet mr. Bhushan to discuss this clearly, she called him and i explained him the whole issue, he said sir you can give cheque of 2.5 lacs now and gave me couple of options like dd, get loose cheque from bank, cash or last option neft transfer, i selected neft for pay 2.5lacs neft, he gave me the ifsc code and aksed me to tet him utr number once the payment is done so he can adjust my emi against that payment - please note so far i am repeatedly mentioning to both mr bhushan and lady agent that i need to adjust my emi against my payment
                                    Mr. Bhushan told me don't make mistake in adding loan account number, be very careful and i was very careful while adding loan account number and ifcs code provided by him

                                    I gave the cheque of 2.5lacs to the lady agent where she took the instruction of emi reduction gave me a receipt (Which i have attached) and i left from the loan center, i came home added the bene for neft transaction but as per sbi rule i could only make payment of 1 lac till 4 day and not more than that

                                    I called mr. Bhushan on his mobile informed him about this and i told him i will be making payment of 1 lac today and rest of 1.5 lac after 4 days, i made payment of 1 lac and sent utr number to mr. Bhushan as he asked me to text him, for some time i did not receive any reply and i am sure he must be busy so on safer side i called up axis bank loan customer care and raised request for adjustment of emi (Request no. 15th july[protected], again i informed the agent the whole scenario that i have already given cheque of 2.5lac to branch on 15th july and on same day 1 lac via neft and after 4 days once my limit of neft is open i will make payment of 1.5lac so it will be total 5 lac and against all this i need to adjust my emi not the tenure, (This agent on phone also did not mention that multiple request for emi adjustment cant be taken between one emi cycle

                                    Accordingly on 20th after making payment of balance 1.5lacs via neft i called axis bank loan customer care to inform them utr number and raise request to adjust emi and not the tenure, lady agent on the phone told me that between one emi cycle multiple request cannot be taken for emi reduction, i told you must be kidding, this is nothing mentioned to me when i visited the branch and in fact branch has given me ifsc code to make neft payment if this would have been told to me i would have just given cheque of 2.5lac this month and rest i would i have done in next emi cycle, she said loan center branch has more information than the customer service department, not sure why they did not inform you, but i am taking your request to adjust the emi (Request no. 20th july[protected] please call up again to follow up on this request number

                                    I received message last night saying funds have been adjusted, when i checked in system they have reduces my emi only for 1lac which i paid via neft and for rest of the 4 lacs they have reduced the tenure, this is after repeated request made my me, i called up axis bank again last evening (Request no. 28th july[protected] and this time i was speaking to dilip - i explained him the whole scenario again and again, he said once adjustment is done we can not change, then i informed him do not play this games with me, if this was the case i should have been informed at the loan center very clearly or while my call to axis bank customer care on 15th of july neither of the time it was mentioned, i am a common man working behind the desk like you and i don't make 5 lacs every day, it is savings of whole financial year which helps me to reduce the burden of emi, and axis bank it may not be a big deal but it is pretty big deal for me and for this i will go to any extent

                                    Even if i have to go to court of law to get my emi adjusted i will go because if my emi does not get adjusted i will be in big trouble and to get out of this trouble i am ready to go in more trouble so a another person is not treated this way in future by providing incomplete information.

                                    P. S - i visited same loan center 2 months ago to make a part payment of 1.5lacs the agent insisted on not reducing the emi (I know bank makes much profit this way) but then i told him do the way it is instructed don't try to be over smart i am working in finance department o[censored]k firm and i know the calculation much better than - they always want to hit you by not reducing the emi - i already have got offer from sbi with same 0.10% better intrest rate and if axis bank continues do like this i will not think even once before switching my loan to other bank

                                      I made a purchase of rs.2, 284 from snapdeal, which has been cancelled somehow due to some internal problem. The amount has been refunded by snapdeal on 13th july 2017, but the bank has failed to refund the amount on my account till now. It has been 15 days and i am facing a lot of problem due to this inconvenience.
                                      Please refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                        after submission of closer request account still not closed

                                        I have submitted request to axis bank for closer of my 2 accounts in 2015 and also submitted my 1 debit card which was destroyed in front of me, but now when i checked and found my accounts still not closed and i am getting issue with aadhar linking as that one was linked with axis bank and now i am unable to link with other bank as after update in other bank account it's seeding status showing for axis bank.
