Money not dispended but balance get deducted

I am a customer of icici (S/b a/c[protected].

On 17/07/2017 around 21:35 hrs i had used axis bank atm (Atm id-cwaw06202, record no.3802 in charkop market kandivali west) for money withdrawal but the txn showed successful but machine not dispensed the money due to network error.

I didn't get the money but my icici account was debited.

Please investigate and get it credited back to my icici s/b account asap.

The feedback says that axis delays this kind of complaints abnormally which is a concern to customers.

I get in touch with bank but they said another 17 days required, Why taking so much time to resolve, as you have all the details. What is the use of digitalization. unnecessarily customer has to face all the trouble do you to your poor ATM services.

Threatens about legal case under 138... Loan disbursment date is 10/11/2015.. Amount is 210000... Tenure is five years... Presently account is active.. And in rx step... I cannot repay this loan prior the tenure... Plz help me... I am ready and willing to pay the future installments regularly...

        Dear sir/ma'am,

        Greeting of the day,

        I avinash singh did an online transaction on 15th july 2017 of 5350/- inr on irctc website using my debit card but the payment got failed and amount got debited from my account. As per irctc they have initiated a refund instruction with axis bank on 17th july 2017.

        I called axis bank customer care[protected] on 21st july 2017 to check the status of the refund and they asked me to wait till 25th july 2017 as it takes 7 working days. So i waited and finally called customer care again on 27th july 2017 to see what is going wrong with axis bank. But as per the customer service agent i will have follow a whole long procedure to get my own money which can take upto 120 days. Wow!

        I am also attaching the screenshot of irctc page where it says that they have refunded it to axis bank gateway on 17th july 2017 itself.

        Kindly look into this matter and resolve it asap.

          I am an axis bank customer commited to society and noticed that lot of fraud attempts for atm cards details were resulting in customer dissatisfaction. So an early action is appreciated for such attmpts which i experienced.

          It is alwyas the ignorant customers being cheated by such frauds although all banks have been giving strict instructions.

          Can axis bank help me to locate the above cheat mobile numbers. I wrote a compliant to irtct referring my mobile no [protected]. Within second i got a cheat asking in poor hindi not even knowing english some details and asked for my atm card number. Just now another guy called. How i know the genuine persons and why these frauds are exploiting e cards and debit cards at the expense of irtct. Their strategy is to ask for complaint number when saying no complaint number trying to convince that the complaint number is 16 digits bank atm card no. Before proceding further i was saved, but we have to catch such social evils for futuremisuse.. I called back those two numbers and the cheats weree blocking my calls. I am expecting more cheatsand if i am not writing this or if not responded they will cheat others. The numbers of the cheats were.[protected] & [protected] and more coming...

              savings account credit freeze

              My account # [protected] was started as a salary account with accenture in 2013.in 2016, i left the company and this salary account was converted into a savings account with the minimum balance of rs. 10000. Since then, i have always maintained the balance but now it has a credit freeze on it. I'm not able to credit any amount from other accounts into this account. Please help....

              Atm attached with br code 547 in madhyamgram in west bengal is imposing arbitrary limit over single withdrawal. On 25.07.17 it was 4000/-.                 1061 rs has been deducted from my account
                In june they deduct 700 rs approx and this month they deduct 180 for gst tax and 350 rs approx for consolidated charge without any information.
                Which is enough to complain against axis bank. Before deducton they didn't notify me neither sms nor call.
                I want return my money back otherwise i'm going to close my account
                Refund my money at any cost.

                  I am having a/c no [protected] axis bank lajpat nagar branch, on 14/07/2017, i have deposited 3000 /- in cash deposited machine in axis bank barakhamba branch.. As per your branch staff saying that this is a technical error,, you will get your money till tomorrow 15/07/2017,, but still i could not get my money, its already one week has gone,, even staff of axis bank doesn`t know anything about the process. They are replying wisy-wasi manner.
                  Plz do the needful.. Or atleast trained your staff.

                    Sub: axis bank management fraudulently charging home loan interest rate at 15.5% higher than the rate stipulated by selling third party life insurance policy, amounting to deficiency in service,
                    Against the principles of justice, equity and good conscience

                    It seems to be a mockery of systems, axis bank has effectively charged me 15.5% home loan interest on the amount disbursement towards home loan, against 9.50 % stipulated by axis bank.

                    This is to write to protest, that axis bank has not responded to this issue till date “no action is not an option “ why should axis bank charge home loan interest rate at 15.5% higher than the rate stipulated by misselling third party life insurance policy.
                    It is fraudulent, unethical and does not go well with bigger banks like axis bank.

                    We implore axis bank to refund us the life insurance policy amount of rs.91338 debited to our home load account and the interest you charged on the life insurance policy under the guise of home loan we paid on the life insurance policy kindly request cancellation of max life insurance.

                    Why should you issue a life insurance policy which is against rbi regulation towards banks illegally re-selling third party instruments?
                    These new generation banks are selling fraudulently by misinforming and misguiding illegitimately making customer’s signature

                    This reflects axis bank has shown zero ethics, no moral governance and lowest ethical standards, a case of corruption and bad moral by axis bank management

                      I maintained 2 r 3 credit cards in different banks. I met an accident last month. My wife also hospitalised. I pay my credit card dues 30 r 31st the subsequent month. My health condition i can't paid before that. But axis bank collection agents behaves likes rowdies and the people using words r very cheapr. Its hurting lot. I using card only for medical and hospital purpose. After i get reimbursement from insurance i close the account and i cancelled the credit card. Because i can't see like these people. Very worst behaviour.

                        I have booked a ticket from redbus. They cancelled the ticket due to bus cancellation and processed the refund to axis bank on 8th july. I have waited for a week and sent a mail to axis bank support team. They have raised a ticket. After one week i enquired them even then they is no status of ticket they are just telling me to wait and be patient. Even today (18 days) my refund is not credited.
                        When i had a chat with axis bank they are telling me refund issue is in process and the tat (Turn around time) for such refunds is 120 days. How can the bank expect the customer to wait for 120 days to get his money back. What should the customer do if he is in emergency and the amount he needs to get refunded was the only amount which would have helped him? What if he is stuck in another country and needs the money urgently?

                            I am getting calls from some number asking my credit card number and cvv number. They are saying it is a verification call. They have details of my billing address as well. I do not know how they got it. I spoke to customer care executive and confirmed that it might be a fraud call as they are asking for cvv number. Today i got call from [protected]. Since last 1-2 months i am getting such calls from different numbers. So please look into it and take a step so that nobody will get trapped into it.

                              I have an account in axis bank ltd, green park new delhi branch which was opened by my last employer i. E. Greenply industries ltd as a salary account. I have left the company in december 2015 and after that some days i started maintaining this account with saving and also contacted axis bank green part ltd branch whether my account is converted in saving or not. They told that if there is no credit of salary from last three months the account automatically converted to saving account.
                              From last two months there is a lot of deduction from my account as consolidated charges for account i. E. Rs.700 on 20/05/2017 and my account becomes negative. After that i submit amount in my account and confirm the customer care official about the cause of deduction, they told that my account is easy saving account in which i have to maintain a minimum balance of rs.10, 000 per month without any intimation. My account was salary account with 0 balance.
                              Again on 22/07/2017 a deduction of rs.1, 051.48+ rs.189.27 ([protected]@18%) from my account. If my account is easy saving account why there is no deduction from 1/12/2015 to 20/05/2017.
                              Why we are not intimated for such things.. Plz help me to get my money back, these banks are deducting innocent peoples money from their accounts wihout telling peoples

                                Without my permission some amount getting debited from my account, it is mentioned in the statement like info: tip/scg. Visa. Pos. Dt 200717. If i ask customer care they say if i use my debit card in hotel or some shopping it will be charged. Am using salary account and what is the use it, why you guys charge me for using debit card. The restaurant or super market or where ever we swipe they charge 2 percent for using card, the merchant will pay the bank some percentage and why the hell you guys charging from us too. You guys charging all sort of sevice charge, atm usage charge, quarterly charge etc etc from use without fail, including all this charge this hidden changers.

                                If this is your process alert us through sms u will be charged certain amount since you swipped with this merchant, you guys correctly charging 15 rs for sms right the what is the pain for you to alert a customer. If we repay loan or cc bill you guys keep on msging right why can't do this.

                                I need a proper response for this and i need my money back till now which is debited.

                                  I had done two transaction if 1000 rupees and 1000 rupees to add money in paytm wallet by using axis internet banking on 12th july 2017. But only one transaction was successful that was second transaction.in first transaction money is deduced from bank account but not reached at paytm wallet. But when i contact with the paytm they told me that only one transaction was done and when i contact with the axis bank customer care they told me that money is transferred to paytm and cannot be refund. So please help me to shortout this problem.

                                    Hi my account no is[protected]. When i tried to transfer money to this account i got a message stating that my account is credit freezed. This is a surprise to me as i regularly get debit update sms from your bank and never been informed about htis credit freeze.

                                    Im staying in kancheepurqm and hence cannot go to my home branch at chennai if kyc documents are needed to be submitted.

                                    Kindly defreeze my account and give the option of ekyc as other banks are doing.

                                    Also because if this credit freeze issue i have lost my insurance payments and other pending amounts that i was supposed to recieve in this account.
                                    Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    till date the problem not resolved and not even a phone call or mail received from Axis bank.

                                      मेरा नाम विकाश घोष जिला कोंडागांव, ब्रांच कोंडागांव। कुछ दिन पहले आपके कोंडागांव ब्रांच से कुछ अधिकारी मेरे पास आये और खाता खोलने के नाम से छह हजार रुपए का चेक लिए और दो दिनों में खाता खुल जाएगा बोले पर आज तक खाता नही खुला और नाही मेरे पैसे वापस दे रहे । आपसे अनुरोध है कि मेरे पैसे वापस करने का कष्ट करें। फोन करने से रिसीव भी नही कर रहे है, आपसे निवेदन है समस्या का निदान करे।
