Good morning i have transferred rs500 via paytm as on 22nd july around 7 but i got confirmation from the paytm and bank as well but amount is showing 0 in the account
Request received to send rs. 500.00 to axis bank xxxxxxxxxxx3348. Updated wallet balance: rs.93.76. Imps reference number (Rrn):[protected]
And then got msg from the bank saying

Hello! Your a/c no 57683348 has been credited with rs 500 on[protected]. The a/c balance is rs 0.00. Info:

    I have wrongly done rtgs on another man's account who is unknown.

    Sir, i nandkumar kishanrao dhanshette, a resident at nalegaon to. Chakur dist latur has done wrong rtgs to unknown person. I have filled ₹55000 (Fifty five thousands) to the a/c no.[protected] ifsc code - utbi0000222 axis bank porbandar, gujrat which belongs to arvind bhimjee rajyaguru on[protected]. So i kindly request the supreme authority to look in to the matter & help me to get my money back. Thank you very much sir....

    On 19/07/2017, i tried paying 993.80 inr to eventsnow.com to book tickets for prokabaddi at gachibowli stadium.
    As thr payment failed tgr first timr, i did it fr the second time.
    It was successful but the amount deducted twice and no refund initiated.
    I already got clarified with eventsnow abt the double deduction but they said they havenot received any amount and the bank must b refunding it.
    Its been 4days and there is no sign of any refund from the bank.

      Ref: 1) axis bank loan a/c no. Ppr[protected]Loan issued from pallavaram branch and collection branch is: axis bank ltd., unsecured collections, 3rd floor, old no.38, new no.165, arcot road, plot no.65, united india colony, kodambakkam, chennai-600 024).
      2) my letter addressed to the hon’ble banking ombudsman dt.19.07.2017.
      3) calls from shri ravikanth, said to be an advocate, mobile numbers [protected] & [protected].
      3) frequent calls, physical presence to home with rowdies, intimidation & coercion to my life, abusing with filthy languages by both shri sathiya, said to be an advocate, high court chamber no. 0152 (Mobile no. [protected]) and shri arulraj, mobile no.[protected].

      In continuation of my letter 2nd cited, i respectfully submit that the copy of letter in the ref. 2nd cited was also marked to the axis bank, kodambakkam branch for an intimation. On 19.07.2017, mr sathiya, said to be an advocate, high court chamber no.0152 (Mobile no. [protected]) and mr arulraj, mobile no.[protected] came to my home around 08.00 pm with some rowdies and intimidated me and my aged mother for our life ie we would be kidnapped and tortured and the household items in our home would be ceased. They also used intolerable filthy languages. Both the persons behaved like rowdies and abused us.

      I submit that again mr arulraj came to my home around 04.00 pm on 22.07.2017 and tortured me and my mother by saying how brave you were that you wrote a letter to banking ombudsman with a marked to our axis bank branch who, the banking ombudsman, wouldn’t shake me/us. We have branches all over india and transacted business with crores of rupees. As an official formalities, the banking ombudsman would send a summon to our branch. Our advocate, sathiya would simply face the banking ombudsman and settle the issue smoothly, mr arulraj said. Again he informed me that he would come on monday, 24.07.2017 with rowdies. At the time leaving my home mr sathiya forced me to write a letter with the contents that he did not torture me by coming home and over phone and if i do so i need not pay the outstanding loan dues which would be treated as settled.
      I respectfully submit that at present, we have been struggling even for food and basic amenities as there is no source of income. As such, i am unable to pay the loan dues from june 2017.
      I respectfully submit that i asked mr sathiya, said to be an advocate and mr arulraj the loan details such as bank statement, how much the loan was obtained on my name by my father, how much so far paid, how much is outstanding, rate of interest, etc. For which, mr sathiya replied that no statement would be given to me but i have to pay the dues @ rs.8743/- p. M. Life time at the rate of interest, 20%. We never go for any legal action against you despite i am an advocate but only man handling with rowdies, mr sathiya said.
      Sir, i and my mother are in danger. Mr sathiya and mr arulraj are very aggressive. They may do any hard to us even for our life.
      If anything happens to me and my mother, mr arulraj, mr sathiya, mr ravikanth and the branch manager, axis bank ltd., kodambakkam branch are responsible.
      I humbly pray that i may kindly be provided with protection from the rowdies of axis bank, kodambakkam branch very particularly from mr arulraj and mr sathiya and their accomplice and necessary order passed to waive off the outstanding loan amount taking cognizance of my pitiable poverty deserted family position. We are at the fear of death by the above persons. I also enclose herewith the copy of letter 2nd cited for your kind reference.

      I respectfully submit that I have been residing in the above address. My father was approached by some agents of Axis Bank, Kodambakkam Branch in connection with personal loan. Due to family situation, father accepted the loan but the loan was sanctioned on my name despite I am an innocent and the loan amount was not utilized by me. Initially they sanctioned Rs.2, 00, 000/- for which I paid EMI @ Rs.5299/- p.m. for one year. On the prompt payment, they subsequently released another part amount and combined both the loan amount aggregating to Rs.3, 30, 000/- pursuant to the Demand Promissory Note Book afforded to me. For the combined loan amount I managed to have paid @ Rs.8743/- p.m. upto May 2017 except for the months of December 2016 and February 2017 since I had been working temporarily at City Bank and afterwards in a private company. Later I had been ousted for want of vacancy. Unfortunately, to my shock and surprise, my father, Shri R.Rajarathinam had expired on 18.03.2017 due to sudden cardiac-attack. Consequently, the family is deserted. At present, I have been struggling even for food and basic amenities as there is no source of income. As such, I am unable to pay the loan dues from June 2017.

      At this juncture, initially one Shri Ravikanth, mobile Nos.[protected] & [protected] said to be an Advocate of the Axis Bank, Kodambakkam branch vide reference cited frequently made calls intimidating me to pay the loan dues and sent SMS also. Now, one, Shri ArulRaj, mobile No.[protected] who frequently makes calls and tortures me by intimidation and coercion. He frequently comes to my home with rowdies and intimidates me with dire consequences. Shri ArulRaj himself behaves like a Rowdy. I am living with my mother alone. I am at the perpetual fear of Shri ArulRaj and accompanied rowdies.
      I respectfully submit that as I have no source of income even for my survival, I am unable to repay the loan outstanding amount. Despite I explained everything to the Branch Manager of Axis Bank, Kodambakkam branch, Chennai-600 024 rowdies like Shri ArulRaj are being sent to my home who indulge in intimidation and coercion. If anything happens to me, Shri ArulRaj, Shri Ravikanth and the Branch Manager, Axis Bank Ltd., Kodambakkam branch are responsible.
      I humbly pray that I may kindly be provided with protection from the rowdies of Axis Bank, Kodambakkam Branch very particularly from Shri ArulRaj and his accomplice and necessary order passed to waive off the outstanding loan amount taking cognizance of my pitiable poverty deserted family position.

        I have a meal card of axis bank. Meal card no. Is [protected]. On 15/07/2017 i try to make a payment to future retail ltd at 20:44:05 of rs. 616.70 but due to connectivity problem the payment was failed. Future retail insure me that i will get refund of debt amount with in 72 hours but i have not received this amount till date. Please look into the matter and resolve the issue.

            I have taken loan from axis bank this week. Initially when i ask terms and condition ur executive gave information as follows 10.99 interest with part and preclosure option and processing fees 1000. Finally above said information not applied for me instead they took 11.49 and processing fees rs 5000. Actually this instead make me as guilty (I cheated).               I applied for salary account in axis bank, sion branch, mumbai one month back but it has not been activated yet. The staff there is so unprofessional that they say that it will be done everytime i call them. The guy who i called is manibhadra singh. My application number is [protected]. Please help me get it activated or i will have problem recieving my salary.

                Hi axis bank ceo,

                My account no is [protected]...

                My company is having salary account with your bank. I have sent a mail related to my money got locked in lien balance by 15th july and till today haven't got the reply. Spoke to call center twice and they referred creditcard department who has locked my amount in lien balance. Creditcard department not picking up the phone for the past 5 days... No is picking up the phone, but most of the times its busy too...
                Lot of personal issue for post 6month. My mother was died. So only i am not paid creditcard payment. But this o/s amount was lien in my account. Kindly clear and activate my card. Give final chance for me... Regularly i will pay all amount promise.. Please clear this issue sir...

                  It is written with a big regret that axis bank gotri branch, vadodara, gujarat, india have been disable to open an current account since last 10 days, as per commitment from axis bank my account to be open within 3 to 4 days, due to this unproffesional and poor response i am not able to apply for gst and due to which my ongoing business is stuck and face losses in first step of my business life. It is really a bitter experience and with sorrow i must admit that axis bank is fail to provide satisfaction in this rapid conversion era of banking sector world. Request to stop fake commitment on daily basis when asking for resolution time of this problem.

                    This is very disappointing to me that i have opened my salary account in axis bank in last month and still not able use net banking facility due to unexpected massage whenever i have tried to transfer my money to other account or tried to do any online payment.

                    I always got massage on screen i. E. Access to the menu is not available. Please contact bank administrator.

                    Moreover have tried to update my profile and my addhar number but even have failed to edit my info on your portal.

                    If i am not able to do any payment/ transfer money /purchase then whats the use of net banking facility.

                    Literary speaking i have totally screwed my happiness by opening account in axis as i have tried to call local branch number and spoken in kranti chowk branch, aurangabad maharashtra branch.in additional have searched all options on your site that how to solve this issue. Calling on your[protected] is really wasting my time. Within one and half month never connected with any representative but always heard recorded massage every time more that 03 min.

                    You have provided many options to avail many things but very sad to say need to improve on customer support.

                    I have attached snaps of error massage which have seen hundred times on screen wheni have tried to do any net banking transaction.

                    This would be my last change to asking for help or else i will have to think on move. As at the current days you must be know the importance of net banking.

                      Staff is incompetent, cannot calculate the money correctly. Misbehaves when asked to do refunds. Staff at cash counter did not check the money deposited, did not check how much to be returned back, did wrong entry in the system, redo the correct entries after showing his irritation.
                      I suggest not to deal with this bank as staff behavior and competency matters a lot when it comes to public dealing...

                        Respected sir, this is to inform you that axis bank has deducted rs.6593 on 11-1-17 without my permission when i asked them about this deducted amount they told me that a mediclaim has been done against my name without my approval and also no documents are issued till date. I also visited my branch (N. S. Road, howrah) several times but they always say your amount will be refunded within 2-3 days. I have also given 2 application letters for refund of my deducted amount sir near about 6 months are passed till today i haven't got my deducted money. So i request you to help me and take some steps against this.

                          Myself naveen kumar l and i'm holding a savings account with axis bank jp nagar 1st phase branch. Account no. [protected]. I approached the axis bank which is in jp nagar 1st phase on 21/7/217 at around 11:30am to get a printout of my bank statement, when asked about the bank statement a north indian women sitting at the helpdesk behaved very badly insulting me in a public place, she started provoking me for a fight no matter how patiently i was asking her for a printout of my bank statement she still refused telling me that i had no sufficient balance in my account and was ordering to first deposit the money in my account so that she would give me a printout.
                          I ask you people do you have any such kind of rule where people are first supposed to deposit money in order to get a printout of a statement..???
                          Later i even went and deposited 1000 rs into my account just to keep up my reputation for which i got the printout and when asked her about the name she refused and also the other employees working with her also didn't tell me her name.
                          Why would someone not tell their name even asking repeatedly?
                          She's back questioning me asking why should she tell her name, why don't you guys allow people know the names of your employees?
                          Or is it that you people are scared to tell the name because you all know that you all are cheaters? Just like the north indian women who was at the helpdesk today.
                          She does not even know how to behave with the customers properly nor she knows how to interact with the local people in their local language, she even finds it hard to explain anything to a customer.
                          She has a very bad attitude and behaves rude to everyone who asks her for some help, she is just a black dot on a white paper.
                          Hope you guys can erase the black dot which's spoiling your reputation.
                          One more thing y didn't i find any name boards on the tables of your employees..???
                          I observed this when i was into an argument with her wanting to know her name just for the purpose of complaining it to the authority. I couldn't find any name boards on the table nor she had a identity card around her neck.
                          As per the indian penal code 1860 whoever disrespects a person in the public it's an offense liable to punishment under section 504, 505 and 506 an offence punishable with imprisonment for life, of with imprisonment for a term which may extend to seven years.
                          Since i couldn't find out her name for the evidence i still got the printout of the statement which she gave me from her computer, i'm sending you the attachment along with this mail. Please verify the mail and find her out with the transaction id provided below the page.

                          Hope you people would sort this issue as soon as possible and see that this dos not repeat again.

                            I am trying to open a joint account with axis bank.
                            My icici account was debited by axis bank for account opening on 07/07/2017 for rs11000.
                            But the account as still not been activated.
                            I am visiting the bank on a daily basis and iam just being given dates all the time.

                            I want my account to be activated as soon as possible.

                              Hello i mr. Vikash roy bearing account no.[protected] and using axis bank pos machine, before installing pos its was directed to me that there would be no extra charge but when i started using it seems that so many extra charge was there and it used to get deducted from the account. Later i stop using or doing transaction in pos machine i went to bank many time asking to surrender pos machine and to get refunded which has been charge during the installation of pos machine, but no action was taken and also no one responded to close down my account which i dont want to use anymore. For which there is an minus amount which is being charge and which i'll am not be able to pay.
                              Kindly look into the matter and plz close my account and take back pos machine.

                                I had an account with axis bank at mogappair branch. (A/c no. [protected]/ account name isaac joe foundation) which i closed on date 28/03/2017
                                Even after closing the account and physically appeared many times at the branch to requesting to stop harassing by sending every day a sms message telling me that i have a due of rs.4106 /- amount, which keeps on growing every month.

                                Every time i see that i owe -4000 like that it is very stressful. From nill it is growing to -4000. I am troubled by this harassment which is continuing till now. This has caused sleepless nights. These constant disturbance is unhealthy.

                                After no genuine response from your branch i have brought is to your notice, all they say is ignore it. They are not willing to give any acknowledgement letter that i have closed the account. Every morning i am getting your disturbing sms.
                                This has caused a lot of stress to me waiting for your reply and your service

                                    I booked tickets on july 2nd in redbus app. Tickets were not confirmed but amount of rs 2200 was deducted from my axis account. I called the customer care of redbus and he told that money was already refunded to bank but bank needs to send money to your account.

As i feel that she don't have commonsense and how to approach to customers.
