I was transferred money through instant money on last friday (Since 14/07/2017). I got message funds are debited.in friend still today on words didn't get money and any message. But his received below sms

You have an imt for rs.100 your sms code is4168. Valid upto[protected]. Imt id [protected]. Can be withdrawn at any axis bank or bank of india atm.
But his account didn't credit any amount. Plz return my money to my bank or my friend bank.

    With reference to above cited subject it is to inform you that my cheque deposited on 6/7/2017 with my name a. R. Padole is returned by axis bank, untkhana branch citing a reason of short name. I am a gazetted officer working for government of maharashtra and the aforesaid cheque is my salary cheque. My full name is ajay ramdas padole but in my office my name on salary pay roll is a. R. Padole. Therefore all the cheque issued to me, are in the name of a. R padole. Please note that our salary is through sevarth software module which is primarily used for preparation of salary of maharashtra govt. Employees, where my name is a. R. Padole.

    Since[protected] my account is in your bank and all the cheques i have deposited in your bank has the same name a. R. Padole. Please refer that from july 2016, all the cheques deposited in every month till june 2017 by me, bear the same name i. E a. R padole. Now in july 2017, abruptly it became a matter of concern for you and you are returning my cheque, citing a reason of short name and deducting charges for it from my account.

    How can a. R. Padole becomes a short name overnight? This perplexed me completely and unable to comprehend your motive for such action. Please refer the reserve bank of india guidelines for return of cheque (Code no. 1-92). This clearly manifests your mala fied intention or attempt to harass the customer. This is my salary cheque and it is my only source of income to get both ends meet. My ecs for lic, loans etc are linked with aforesaid account. Please note that if anything happens to my family you will be responsible for it.

      Atm transaction failed, cash not received, no printed receipt from central bank atm centre ballygunge, kolkata but debited my axis bank sba/c no.[protected] of rs.10000 as i used axis atm debit card at 4-20 p.         This is regarding Home Loan Application 6686009 applied on 17th June in Axis Bank, Sevoke Road, Siliguri, West Bengal which is almost a month now.The Axis bank executive Divakar Bhattacharya is neither issuing a draft nor giving any update on the delay.It seems he is interested in some personal benefit before taking the case to closure.I strongly feel Axis Bank should come out clean and ensure the home loan is processed immediately and take actions against employee spoiling the image of the bank.
        The applicant is my relative and the bank executive is taking advantage of their lack of awareness of process.I am not sure every bank has a fixed timelines for any process why the superiors are not monitoring such cases.

            Some person called and told calling from axis bank customer care, your card will expire and he only said the first 8 digits of my debit card number and told only rs.1 will deduct from your account and the net secure code was came for only rs1. Not for the amount rs. 7766.
            My account debit the amount of rs.7766, for the debited amount details showing payumoney of the buyer id[protected].
            Please help us to get the amount refund. It, s huge amount.

              Hello,

              Ppr[protected] is my personal loan number.
              Only 8 emis are pending and i have asked for foreclosure letter from the recovery depatment.
              Sonali was calling me continously at my office reception despite me saying that i will make the complete payment by 30th july which is mentioned on the letter.
              It seems axis bank has taken gundas for recovery.
              The way that female spoke to me is purely harassment.
              If this does not end with immidiate effect either i will go to media or have to file legal complain stating that sonali is mentally harassing me despite me confirming that i will make the payment.

              Kindly look into the matter.

                Hi team,

                I have done imps transaction of rs.7000 on 3rd july, 2017 to corporation bank beneficiary. But the beneficiary didn't receive any amount. The transaction has been failed. But, the amount has been debited from my account.

                I raised a complaint through customer service. I have been calling them for a long time. But, there is no positive response. They are just saying the complaint has been closed. They are not giving any solution. Just saying it's been raised to the wrongly concerned people... So, we closed it.

                Request you to refund the amount as soon as possible. I need money very badly.

                  Hi i had axis bank card actually they gave me 2 card which i was using it from past 3 years and given them a business worth 25 lakhs but all of a sudden in feb i met with an accident and was on bed till march and joined back my current organisation in april. They promised me that they will be paying for the 2 month salary as a medical condition and also the salary of april and may become due which i was requested management for long coz i was getting huge pressure from lenders who lended me when i met with an accident as well as credit card which i swiped to pay the hospital bills and few lenders. But now all of a sudden the company is closed which was running perfectly from past 3 years and they are delaying the clearance and also their checks are bouncing but i am keeping hope that i will get the money so that i can pay my dues. But the credit card payment is overdue from march which till now they were giving time to me but now it is so much of pressure that i am unable to live and coz of non clearance unable to get any offer for new job. The credit card agency is calljng my relatives, friends, collegues, neighbours etc and talking very bad about me and askjng them to pay which i have never shared their details to the bank but dont know how come they are getting their numbers and calling them. Please help or i will seriously cant bare this anymore.

The amount got debited from my account and also beneficiary account is not credited. The transaction status is shown as suspect. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.

                      I was booking train tickets from irctc app, i proceeded for payment. Finally tickets were not booked but the amount got deducted from my account.
                      I request for a refund on my account.
                      Irctc app showed the reason that "bank did not respond" for the failed transaction on 18th july 2017 but as of today i. E. 19th july 2017 the reason showed is "payment failed".

                        I tried applying home loan under multiple bank in hdfc & state bank of india but these two banks not even taking application under pmay but axis bank they told they will take application but they will increasing rate of interest for 9.65 under pradhan mantri awas yojna, i don't know how to get benefited under pmay why is government is silence on these issues.

                        I born and bought up in bengaluru from last 30 years only in rented house we are lower middle class, please some help us how to get a loan under pmay.

                          I HAVE PAID ALL EMIS OF MY PERSONAL LOAN. THE INTEREST WAS ALSO VERY HEAVY. IN CIBIL IT SHOWS LESS, WHEREAS axis bank charged me more somewhere 22 % or 24% (I think).

                          Now it asks me charges after completing loan tenor. Rs 13764/=

                          Including all my EMI was Rs 8630/= every month for 60 months.

                          Now all emis were paid, but still Axis bank is asking charges, It is a kind of ill treatment

                            I have issue regarding the services regarding axis bank. I have applied twice for credit card and both timed the employer who visited for documents has left the jobs and my credit card is not issued and all my documents were being submitted. I am very much disappointed by it. I always try to contact axis bank but no reply from there. If this is how u serve the customers i have to stop trusting the axis bank.

                                Axis bank has a problem in giving the refund on time. I has two encounters. The first is i ordered an item form myntra and got it refunded within 2 to 3 days form myntra side but axis bank took 2 weeks to credit the amount into my account. All other banks do the same job in 2 to 3 days. Max it can go up to 5 days. Now the second one is worst i booked the ticket on june end from yatra.com and somhow the payment got cancelled. Yatra refunded the amount within 2 days and also gave me the arn number now the axis bank has not shown the credit into my account and it is almost july end. Axis bank keeps on saying we apologize and now is asking 120 days more to do the refund. Already took more then 2 weeks this time. It also keeps asking me to fill the form to get the refund enquiry done. Is the customer who has to fill the forms to get the refund.
                                I already gave my bank statement, proof from yatra and fill the customer dispute form.
                                Myntra refund was just 2442.85 and axis bank took 2 weeks now yatra refund is 3648 and i dnt knw how long it will take its more then 2.5 weeks now.

                                    Dear sir,

                                    On 25th november 2008 axis bank collection centre located at ctc 770, f. P. 226/3, second floor, bakre avenue, bhandarkar road, pune - 411004, phone no.[protected]/35/36 /40636666&[protected]
                                    Issued a letter to me in the matter of foreclosure of axis bank personal loan no. [protected], as per the letter, the bank asked me an amount of rs. 55000 towards full and final settlement of the loan against all the dues standing on account of the personal loan.

                                    I was told that the loan will be closed after this settlement.

                                    Also have sent this settlement letter number of times before to axis bank and there advocates who keep sending me notices.

                                    But the same is still not closed in axis bank records and they have also reported the same in cibil. I am not at all in a position a pay a single rupee as i am earning only hand to mouth.

                                    I am attaching the settlement letter and cash receipts for your ready reference.

                                    Please inform axis bank to close the loan and clear my cibil report.

                                    P. S. : this is the second time i am luanching this complaint as axis bank is still troubling me.

                                      1. Very hevy penalit and over interest rate
                                      2. Non - proper communitacion to customer
                                      3. I have purchesing rs. 15000 (Fifiteen thousand only cost of things, but your bank collecting as penality and some other resons of rs. 8000/- totaly, your customer of mr. Vinayagamurugan (Cell no [protected]) suffer that cost (Ony we use of 3 monthly only)
                                      4. Please reduse my penality amount of rs. 8000 (Now my savings account locked already my home loan amount of due very month has been automedicaly debit, it is now locked, in the ragarding not properly indimedet your side, (Now paid 15000+ 8000 totaly rs. 23000)
