Hi team,

I have done imps transaction of rs.7000 on 3rd july, 2017 to corporation bank beneficiary. But the beneficiary didn't receive any amount. The transaction has been failed. But, the amount has been debited from my account.

I raised a complaint through customer service. I have been calling them for a long time. But, there is no positive response. They are just saying the complaint has been closed. They are not giving any solution. Just saying it's been raised to the wrongly concerned people... So, we closed it.

Request you to refund the amount as soon as possible. I need money very badly.

    Hi i had axis bank card actually they gave me 2 card which i was using it from past 3 years and given them a business worth 25 lakhs but all of a sudden in feb i met with an accident and was on bed till march and joined back my current organisation in april. They promised me that they will be paying for the 2 month salary as a medical condition and also the salary of april and may become due which i was requested management for long coz i was getting huge pressure from lenders who lended me when i met with an accident as well as credit card which i swiped to pay the hospital bills and few lenders. But now all of a sudden the company is closed which was running perfectly from past 3 years and they are delaying the clearance and also their checks are bouncing but i am keeping hope that i will get the money so that i can pay my dues. But the credit card payment is overdue from march which till now they were giving time to me but now it is so much of pressure that i am unable to live and coz of non clearance unable to get any offer for new job. The credit card agency is calljng my relatives, friends, collegues, neighbours etc and talking very bad about me and askjng them to pay which i have never shared their details to the bank but dont know how come they are getting their numbers and calling them. Please help or i will seriously cant bare this anymore.

      I have made imps transaction on 15th December 2017 for the amount Rs 3050 from my axis account to another bank account. The amount got debited from my account and also beneficiary account is not credited. The transaction status is shown as suspect. I request you please coordinate with bank to escalate this issue.
      I contacted axis bank customer care, but I am always redirected to automated calls. No real person ever takes the other end.

        18 july 2017
        I was booking train tickets from irctc app, i proceeded for payment. Finally tickets were not booked but the amount got deducted from my account.
        I request for a refund on my account.
        Irctc app showed the reason that "bank did not respond" for the failed transaction on 18th july 2017 but as of today i. E. 19th july 2017 the reason showed is "payment failed".

          I tried applying home loan under multiple bank in hdfc & state bank of india but these two banks not even taking application under pmay but axis bank they told they will take application but they will increasing rate of interest for 9.65 under pradhan mantri awas yojna, i don't know how to get benefited under pmay why is government is silence on these issues.

          I born and bought up in bengaluru from last 30 years only in rented house we are lower middle class, please some help us how to get a loan under pmay.

            I HAVE PAID ALL EMIS OF MY PERSONAL LOAN. THE INTEREST WAS ALSO VERY HEAVY. IN CIBIL IT SHOWS LESS, WHEREAS axis bank charged me more somewhere 22 % or 24% (I think).

            Now it asks me charges after completing loan tenor. Rs 13764/=

            Including all my EMI was Rs 8630/= every month for 60 months.

            Now all emis were paid, but still Axis bank is asking charges, It is a kind of ill treatment

              I have issue regarding the services regarding axis bank. I have applied twice for credit card and both timed the employer who visited for documents has left the jobs and my credit card is not issued and all my documents were being submitted. I am very much disappointed by it. I always try to contact axis bank but no reply from there. If this is how u serve the customers i have to stop trusting the axis bank.

                  Axis bank has a problem in giving the refund on time. I has two encounters. The first is i ordered an item form myntra and got it refunded within 2 to 3 days form myntra side but axis bank took 2 weeks to credit the amount into my account. All other banks do the same job in 2 to 3 days. Max it can go up to 5 days. Now the second one is worst i booked the ticket on june end from yatra.com and somhow the payment got cancelled. Yatra refunded the amount within 2 days and also gave me the arn number now the axis bank has not shown the credit into my account and it is almost july end. Axis bank keeps on saying we apologize and now is asking 120 days more to do the refund. Already took more then 2 weeks this time. It also keeps asking me to fill the form to get the refund enquiry done. Is the customer who has to fill the forms to get the refund.
                  I already gave my bank statement, proof from yatra and fill the customer dispute form.
                  Myntra refund was just 2442.85 and axis bank took 2 weeks now yatra refund is 3648 and i dnt knw how long it will take its more then 2.5 weeks now.

                      Dear sir,

                      On 25th november 2008 axis bank collection centre located at ctc 770, f. P. 226/3, second floor, bakre avenue, bhandarkar road, pune - 411004, phone no.[protected]/35/36 /40636666&[protected]
                      Issued a letter to me in the matter of foreclosure of axis bank personal loan no. [protected], as per the letter, the bank asked me an amount of rs. 55000 towards full and final settlement of the loan against all the dues standing on account of the personal loan.

                      I was told that the loan will be closed after this settlement.

                      Also have sent this settlement letter number of times before to axis bank and there advocates who keep sending me notices.

                      But the same is still not closed in axis bank records and they have also reported the same in cibil. I am not at all in a position a pay a single rupee as i am earning only hand to mouth.

                      I am attaching the settlement letter and cash receipts for your ready reference.

                      Please inform axis bank to close the loan and clear my cibil report.

                          I hold a visa credit card issued by axis bank.

                          Since past one month now, i am not getting any email alerts for my credit card transactions (Merchant and/or online) on my registered email id. Please note that i am continuing to get the credit card statements on my same registered email id. I also received sms alerts for transactions on registered mobile. Only the email alerts are missing.

                          I have called up on helpline numbers, visited the branch and consulted the branch manager and my rm as well but to no avail. Helpline refuses to even raise a service request for the issue. They just tell me that they will escalate it.

                          I am extremely disappointed with the effectiveness of customer service. It is a major security issue from my perspective. I am a priority customer of the bank. I cannot even imagine what service a regular customer will get!

                            This is to inform you that self has not received axis active points from 28th may'17 to 24th jun'17 inspite of achieving target of 70000 steps per week.
                            Self had also raised service request 3 time which is yet to solve and just gets escalated to next level every 10 days. Self has received points for the weeks after 24th jun'17.
                            On 17th jul'17 again the service request no. 32617251 has been escalated.
                            Request you to kindly take up the matter as it is not being solved for over a month now.

                            Hi. I have a personal loan: PPR[protected]. Which was closed on 17/06/17. The lady in jayanagar branch asked me to pay some amount. Without hassle I paid. But they had asked me to pay excess. Now I have been waiting for the refund from 17/06/17 and no response. Axis bank sucks. I will never come back to this bank for anything.
                            I paid my credit card bill on 1st July 2017, as due date was on 3rd July 2017, that time, it was showing I paid amount, now again due amount is reflecting and asking to pay before 3rd July 2017, when I checked my account details, amount got debited, kindly help, thanks

                                Dear sir/ madam,

                                This is regarding the worst service provided by the axis bank karwar branch. On january 6th 2017, i was contacted by one of your bank officials regarding the opening of sb account. I actually wanted to have a credit card. He came to my place and collected all the necessary documents in this regard and assured me to get the my credit card within 15 days. But after that he just escaped, never informed me about the account opening. After a month, i contacted him on phone, he texted me that he will get my sb account opened within two days and get me the credit card asap. But after that conversation he never contacted me. After 6 long months, on 19th june 2017, he called me and said he was deputed to some other branch and hence he couldn't contact me. He also said that as my credit card is ready, i just need to open sb account and for that he will meet me on 19th. I agreed as i wanted the credit card badly. He opened my sb account on that day and from that day he is making some fake promises regarding the credit card. Now also he is just giving me the assurance that he will get my credit card within 2 days.

                                Sir, even i work in a public sector bank as an assistant manager but we never cheat our customers like the way your employee cheated me to achieve the target. Opening a sb account was not my priority, but the credit card was.

                                Sir, i have attached the details of my account and the screenshot of the conversation between me and your bank official with this mail. I want to to resolve my issue asap.

                                My balance cut 10 to 11 Rs in each month or in a week. I got message from your side like info: TIP/SCG.VISA.POS.DT 060717/.

                                This is always cut when I used my card to fill petrol tank of my bike. I have a Platinum Visa card, if its cut on same basis so I will never used services of Axis Bank. Its my humble request to you please refund my money as well and stop this kind of charges on online fueling process.

                                    Usd 10.99 was debited on my credit card account on 15th june, 2017 at amazonprime member. And again, today on 15th july, 2017, a transaction was tried but it was declined because of low credit limit at present. Hence, please check these unauthorised transactions which are being done without my consent. Moreover i am never an amazon prime member. Please help me in this regard.                                     Plz koi v AXIS bank me account open mt krwaiye, Debit card ka annul charge lgta h..but axis bank annul charge k sath debit card issue krwane ka charge v leta h 500 rs.
                                    Matlab 800 rs ka loss.

                                      New atm pin is not working.

                                      I checked it while withdrawing money from netwest bank atm here in uk. It says pin incorrect.

                                      Axis bank / and their atm's are not available in uk where i am based now for another month. So the atm pin that you sent or are going to send must work in any international atm's.

                                      Secondly as i mentioned that for money i am completely dependent on this travel currency card for a month. If it doesn't work then i dont have money to survive. I believe this is enough for you to ensure whatever you do next is checked/ re-checked/ confirmed with 100% accuracy and then processed with the atm pin that i can use in future. Also, this has to be really quick.

                                      I don't want this card getting blocked while i am hitting at the atm with incorrect pin. That will lead to more mess where i cant afford.

                                      Received a SPAM call from 00 91 [protected] just now. Can someone take strict action against owner of this number as this person tried to take my card information to commit fraud. This is important for someone to take action against this person.
                                      I gave him confusing / incorrect information about my card which he will still use to commit fraud...
