Usd 10.99 was debited on my credit card account on 15th june, 2017 at amazonprime member. And again, today on 15th july, 2017, a transaction was tried but it was declined because of low credit limit at present. Hence, please check these unauthorised transactions which are being done without my consent. Moreover i am never an amazon prime member. Please help me in this regard. Images of the messages received are attached.

Plz koi v AXIS bank me account open mt krwaiye, Debit card ka annul charge lgta h..but axis bank annul charge k sath debit card issue krwane ka charge v leta h 500 rs.
Matlab 800 rs ka loss.

    New atm pin is not working.

    I checked it while withdrawing money from netwest bank atm here in uk. It says pin incorrect.

    Axis bank / and their atm's are not available in uk where i am based now for another month. So the atm pin that you sent or are going to send must work in any international atm's.

    Secondly as i mentioned that for money i am completely dependent on this travel currency card for a month. If it doesn't work then i dont have money to survive. I believe this is enough for you to ensure whatever you do next is checked/ re-checked/ confirmed with 100% accuracy and then processed with the atm pin that i can use in future. Also, this has to be really quick.

    I don't want this card getting blocked while i am hitting at the atm with incorrect pin. That will lead to more mess where i cant afford.

    Received a SPAM call from 00 91 [protected] just now. Can someone take strict action against owner of this number as this person tried to take my card information to commit fraud. This is important for someone to take action against this person.
    I gave him confusing / incorrect information about my card which he will still use to commit fraud...

      I've bought sovereign gold bond on 14th july which was issued by rbi for gov of india through online axis easypay. But when i asked bank to provide me the certificate they are denying saying they don't ave any information. Then i called axis customer care phone banking they are asking me to get it touch with branch even though i said that i already asked branch but still the customer care insisted to get in touch with bank branch as they don't have information. I need help to get it resolved as i'm uncertain about my sgb investment through axis bank.

        Hi all,

        Respected CEO and and all staff of axis bank this is Krishna Rajendra Attal, Mobile Number [protected] here from sangli district maharashtra. I have a complaint regarding education bank loan of axis bank.

        On 5th june I had applied for bank loan for my education study abroad for my masters in telecom and networking in australia, from kolhapur axis bank branch education loan department. I had applied for Rs 25 lakhs.the person's name was Mr. Rakesh lokare, Mobile no . [protected], email id rakesh.[protected]@axisbank.com .He had promised me that the sanction disbursement letter i will get within 10 - 15 days but i haven't got. he was literally fooling me day by day, as i had submitted all the documents on same day 5th june but still no one was responding me. his manager ravindra bhakare even he didn't supported me . then on 23rd a man came for verification and Mr rakesh didn't said me about verification and then that verification person took my back ground details and successfully verified me.the valuator also came in time but the verifier came late.afterwards he took my father's verification .he told my father that i want to see yours shop.my father said yes u can but come after 2 hours as my father was busy that because of GST meeting.then on 28th that person rakesh said me that your father said to the verifier that cancel bank loan and i have received mail from mumbai branch.he was simply blaming my father because he didn't had any stupid reasons.if we would have cancelled it then why we would have come to your bank for loan.yes axis bank have less interest rate apart from other banks.if he can't work on his task properly then he must have told me that day on 5th june that please find another bank.

        Mr Rakesh lokare, his assistant Mr kuldeep [protected], and his boss Mr Ravindra Bhakare [protected] they just ignored me for a month .as i am having my flight on 2nd july and my college is on 17th of july. I had given all the documents to Mr rakesh and hid assistant Kuldeep they just fooled me and my family telling that it was a mistake from the verifier and valuator.they are lying me . Because of this fools my visa also delayed and i have no chance now who will pay my flight tickets now . such a pathetic service provided by axis bank.i am sorry to say this but yes this the truth . I contacted yours customer care they too told me contact your branch .and even Mr rakesh didn't provide that mobile App where i can track my documents submitted to which branch and also he didn't clearly mentioned about verification process that the person will call me and will come to my home. Mr rakesh doesn't have much knowledge i think he just know how to fool people. sorry to say this but's that's true .

        And yes i lost my masters education carrier because of this peoples.i want justice . and in future students like me will come to your bank for education loan and these people will fool them too. these people are just liars.22 days passed and this person rakesh just was ignoring me and said that today will get, today you will get.and yes he will fool you all too saying that it was there mistake.you all can verify my documents if want but it's over now .Thanks for reading my complaint The respected CEO and all axis bank employees. please solve my query as soon as possible .

          We are residents of moradabad. We run a small scale business in the town. Two guys from axis bank named siddharth chopra m: ([protected]) who is a sales branch manager and paras chaudhary m: ([protected]) who is branch sales executive came from a local branch of axis bank, pilikothi and approach us to open our current account and they has taken a cheque from us of rs.10, 000 to open our current account, our cheque has been cleared from our bank account and till now our account has not been opened even after a week, the services are so pathetic of axis bank that they are not bothered to pick up our calls now. Kindly mark this complaint as we are very dissapointed as a customer from the bank because if their services are so poor today so what they will serve us in the coming future. We are calling them and they are not picking our calls and they are disgracing axis bank.

            I have axis bank multi currency (Prepaid) card worth of singapore doller (S$) 1000/- card no. 5379......01 7011

            When i made purchase at mustafa centre, singapore and vendor swipe the card for s$ 1000 error message "invalid card" flashed since transaction was not complete and no credit to the traders account, but amount of s$ 1000 has been debited. Thus s$ 1000/- was deducted from my pre paid card without making valid purchase. Kindly re credit the amount wrongly debited in my card.

                Sir, i have purchased a bag of rs 749.50 from amazon on 28th june 2017... I recieved the bag on 3 july but the bag was torn so i returned it by that day itself... Amazon is claiming that they have refunded the money on 4th of july but 10days have passed and till now i didnt recieved the credit...                 I have made a payment in SBPDCL of Rs. 897 on Dec 1, 2018, through my axis bank debit card via PayTm. But the transaction failed and PayTm is claiming to have refunded back the amount in my axis bank account. But money not yet credited.                   Hi team,

                  I had made an online transaction with amazon.in on 1st july 2017 using axis bank debit card ending with 4080. They have cancelled the item on 7th july 2017 and i got a message from amazon mentioning that the refund of rs.2439 is processed successfully and for delays over 4 days, contact bank with charge auth code #[protected].

                  I tried calling axis bank customer care numbers many times and the responses was really miserable. I have not yet received any refund till today.

                  Please consider my request on priority and help me in getting the refund as soon as possible.

                        It's been 43 days since i submitted my documents for opening salary account but till date not opened. Earlier i was told that since i had cancelled my previous salary account with axis bank my account was not suspended. One month passed by and my salary got credited and every day i was promised that it will be activated. The n i spoke to the branch manager mr. Vaibhav who also gave me false information that the account is not suspended and it will be done shortly and account will be activated. Frustrated i went to the nearby branch where the manager told me that no account to be suspended only my customer id needs to be activated which she did immediately and told to inform my branch to activate my account. But till date account is not activated. All false assurance​ by marketing person mr ajit and branch manager mr. Vaibhav are not picking up their phone also now

                          Employee dilip Varma has did fraud with me and transfer 36312 rupees from my account to max life policy with my fake sign without my permission he signed on the form of policy and transfer it to the max life insurnce . when i asked about my transation he said they by mistake it would happen money will automatically come back after 15 days .my maxlife policy

                            I have taken home loan vide loan no : phr[protected] from axis bank and given nach mandate and same registered in my bank (Bank of baroda).

                            On the date of emi, i found that my emi has not deducted from my bank so i have contacted to axis bank, shivalik branch, at that time axis bank inform me that the transaction of emi has been rejected by bob and given me umrn no but not given me transaction id no, so i went to bob and produce umrn no and say why the tranction rejected, in reply bob said that they have not received any transaction for this and if any transction made by axis bank so give me transaction id.

                            I contact axis bank once again for transaction id but axis bank insist me to fill up new ach mandate but not given me transaction id for earlier transaction. So i doubt that they have not send any transaction and irritate me. If you will not produce me transaction id or reason of rejection of transaction, how i will manage with my bank for future emi.

                            Wheneve i call to customer center they advice me to go to branch, but sir, i am a service man so how can i go to branch everyday.

                            So i request to axis bank to produce me transaction id no so that i can process with my bank.

                            Further i have given cheque of rs. 12479 vide ch no 61 of bob dariapur br dated 11/7/17 & rs. 24 vide ch no 835304 of sbi dated 7/7/17, but your bank does not withdrwal my emi either from nach or by cheque which i have given to your branch at shivalik branch, ahmedabad and call me for non payment of emi.

                            Please request you to provide me transaction id of my transaction rejected (If any) and deposit cheques which i have given to you against my due for your mistake. And inform your collection department they are irritate me by constant calling for due amt.

                                Dear sir / madam,
                                I am sashibhusan jena, s/o - bhimasen jena, resides in hyderabad and native of puri, odisha. My client (Airbnb) made two payments through payoneer, the third party, tried to make payments (Two transactions details given below) to my account ([protected]) but unfortunately payoneer made transactions to wrong account no ([protected]). Just wrong of second digit 6 — 0). Due the mentioned wrong account, the payment made to the incorrect account rather than my account.

                                After all, i have visited bank thrice (First visited madhapur, hyderabad branch and gave them transaction details, they blocked the transaction and told to contact the sender (Payoneer) to withdraw/recall the transaction. When payoneer
                                Recalled the transaction it was unsuccessful. Again i visited my account branch badasankha, puri, odisha. They (Mgr sanjib) did not tried to help, just redirect to madhapur, hyderabad branch as they have initiated the blocking transaction etc. Once again i visited madhapur, hyderabad branch, the same manager (He even did not gave any reference no of my complain and his details) gave me email id : [protected]@axisbank.com and told to email & suggested payoneer should request to transfer the amount from wrong account to my account. I emailed to [protected]@axisbank.com and payoneer contacted to transfer to my account the amount but came to know from payoneer that my bank (Axis bank) rejected the request. So could you please let me or payoneer ([protected]@payoneer.com, reference number:[protected] why it is not happening as your bank people suggest and what is the way to get back my money?
                                Mean time i have called your customer support phone number twice... But no fruitful answer. Please do suggest me at the earliest.

                                  On 08/08/2017 (Saturday) i tried to make a transaction via my axis debit card. The transaction from the merchant's end was not successful as the swiping machine didnt generate any bill. But still an amount of rs 250 was debited from my account. Whatever may the amount be, but this is a serious issue that must be taken care of asap. Kindly help me with the same.

                                    This is to make you in-concern that you people have the worst bank services and you should be proud of it. Let me tell you that i got appointment from elsamex maintenance services ltd on 19th june 2017 near udhampur (J&k). And i feel pity that why such big organization has contacted you & your worst bank services for opening saving bank account for newly joined employees. First of all you and your agents require their specific time to come and collect the savings bank form from our site office. After that they reject the form because my company stamp was not there. After again submitting the form you people took more than 15 days to send me the message that you can track your application no-[protected] from axis bank site. But when i opened the site i didn't see any tracking option there. Shame on your services. I talked to your agent he gave me this account number - [protected] in whats app. And i didn't get any welcome kit too. Recently during demonetisation i opened my bank account in icici bank and they opened my saving bank account in 5 minutes. You lazy people need photograph and other photostat of id proof for opening account. You people are big losers in banking. Congrats again for your wonderful services.                                       Dear sir/madam,

                                      The processing fee of 5750 is debited from my account ([protected]) for application number[protected] with cheque number “78529” without informing me.

                                      I have said to the representative that before putting the cheque for clearing i need to be informed.

                                      I don’t want my loan application to be processed further and want my processing fee to be refunded to my bank account.

                                      Even though i asked the bank representative to confirm the eligiblity amount and then go on with further proceedings. They have put the cheque without informing and amount is debited from my account on 04 july 2017.

                                      You can cross verify with representative (Rayudu) and team leader (Prasad).

                                      I accept to fix this issue as soon as possible.

                                      Please do the needful.

                                        Sir/ma'am,
                                        I bajirao rama nagre (Ex-service men) here by writing you, to inform you about my case for deducting the processing fees without approving for the applied property top-up loan (Branch-deolali camp, nasik) before two months.

                                        I would like to bring your attention towards the delay for approval of loan and also for few fraud things demanded by the axis bank loan issuing agent (Contact no-[protected]) as well as the loan issuing manager (Contact no.-[protected]) (Including demand for 10 blank cheques) and lots of documents which have already been submitted twice with the bank. The cheque was issued before two months as processing fees amount for rs.5750+rs.115 (Cheques no.-890172 & 890171) which was deducted on 11th july 2017. Kindly find the attachment for the pass book zerox copy. Since there was a demand for blank cheques and other in cash demand from the agent, i found it inappropriate to apply for the loan and asked agent not to process for the loan, but the agent was not responding to my request and still he put the processing fees cheques for clearance.

                                        I am very unhappy with the service provided by your bank and for the inconvience caused to me. And here by request you not to process my loan and to make a refund for the deducted loan processing fees amount to my a/c no-[protected] (Sbi).

                                        Kindly bring my case into consideration on urgent bases. Hope to receive a quick response from your bank.

No. in your documents You are disturb me almost 6 months .but no change By you your documents of sant Singh Mob. No.if you are not point out in this matter I will go to consumer court and sue u reason harassing me without any loan amount u give me a calling pay loan.
                                        Money has been debited from my account recently.

                                        I received SMS from Axis Bank for the debit of money.

                                        I don't understand what the hell is going on and why Axis bank has debited the money.

                                        Sincerely, Axis Bank is pathetic and doesn't care for costumers.
