Dear sir / madam,
I am sashibhusan jena, s/o - bhimasen jena, resides in hyderabad and native of puri, odisha. My client (Airbnb) made two payments through payoneer, the third party, tried to make payments (Two transactions details given below) to my account ([protected]) but unfortunately payoneer made transactions to wrong account no ([protected]). Just wrong of second digit 6 — 0). Due the mentioned wrong account, the payment made to the incorrect account rather than my account.

After all, i have visited bank thrice (First visited madhapur, hyderabad branch and gave them transaction details, they blocked the transaction and told to contact the sender (Payoneer) to withdraw/recall the transaction. When payoneer
Recalled the transaction it was unsuccessful. Again i visited my account branch badasankha, puri, odisha. They (Mgr sanjib) did not tried to help, just redirect to madhapur, hyderabad branch as they have initiated the blocking transaction etc. Once again i visited madhapur, hyderabad branch, the same manager (He even did not gave any reference no of my complain and his details) gave me email id : [protected]@axisbank.com and told to email & suggested payoneer should request to transfer the amount from wrong account to my account. I emailed to [protected]@axisbank.com and payoneer contacted to transfer to my account the amount but came to know from payoneer that my bank (Axis bank) rejected the request. So could you please let me or payoneer ([protected]@payoneer.com, reference number:[protected] why it is not happening as your bank people suggest and what is the way to get back my money?
Mean time i have called your customer support phone number twice... But no fruitful answer. Please do suggest me at the earliest.

Your representative Mr. Dev is earlier not receiving my call and now he is not contactable. Yesterday I had received my loan details. While checking details I come to know that all the signatures on loan documents are forgery signed by your representative. I had not signed any documents.

    On 08/08/2017 (Saturday) i tried to make a transaction via my axis debit card. The transaction from the merchant's end was not successful as the swiping machine didnt generate any bill. But still an amount of rs 250 was debited from my account. Whatever may the amount be, but this is a serious issue that must be taken care of asap. Kindly help me with the same.

      This is to make you in-concern that you people have the worst bank services and you should be proud of it. Let me tell you that i got appointment from elsamex maintenance services ltd on 19th june 2017 near udhampur (J&k). And i feel pity that why such big organization has contacted you & your worst bank services for opening saving bank account for newly joined employees. First of all you and your agents require their specific time to come and collect the savings bank form from our site office. After that they reject the form because my company stamp was not there. After again submitting the form you people took more than 15 days to send me the message that you can track your application no-[protected] from axis bank site. But when i opened the site i didn't see any tracking option there. Shame on your services. I talked to your agent he gave me this account number - [protected] in whats app. And i didn't get any welcome kit too. Recently during demonetisation i opened my bank account in icici bank and they opened my saving bank account in 5 minutes. You lazy people need photograph and other photostat of id proof for opening account. You people are big losers in banking. Congrats again for your wonderful services.         Dear sir/madam,

        The processing fee of 5750 is debited from my account ([protected]) for application number[protected] with cheque number “78529” without informing me.

        I have said to the representative that before putting the cheque for clearing i need to be informed.

        I don’t want my loan application to be processed further and want my processing fee to be refunded to my bank account.

        Even though i asked the bank representative to confirm the eligiblity amount and then go on with further proceedings. They have put the cheque without informing and amount is debited from my account on 04 july 2017.

        You can cross verify with representative (Rayudu) and team leader (Prasad).

        I accept to fix this issue as soon as possible.

        Please do the needful.

          Sir/ma'am,
          I bajirao rama nagre (Ex-service men) here by writing you, to inform you about my case for deducting the processing fees without approving for the applied property top-up loan (Branch-deolali camp, nasik) before two months.

          I would like to bring your attention towards the delay for approval of loan and also for few fraud things demanded by the axis bank loan issuing agent (Contact no-[protected]) as well as the loan issuing manager (Contact no.-[protected]) (Including demand for 10 blank cheques) and lots of documents which have already been submitted twice with the bank. The cheque was issued before two months as processing fees amount for rs.5750+rs.115 (Cheques no.-890172 & 890171) which was deducted on 11th july 2017. Kindly find the attachment for the pass book zerox copy. Since there was a demand for blank cheques and other in cash demand from the agent, i found it inappropriate to apply for the loan and asked agent not to process for the loan, but the agent was not responding to my request and still he put the processing fees cheques for clearance.

          I am very unhappy with the service provided by your bank and for the inconvience caused to me. And here by request you not to process my loan and to make a refund for the deducted loan processing fees amount to my a/c no-[protected] (Sbi).

          Kindly bring my case into consideration on urgent bases. Hope to receive a quick response from your bank.

No. in your documents You are disturb me almost 6 months .but no change By you your documents of sant Singh Mob. No.if you are not point out in this matter I will go to consumer court and sue u reason harassing me without any loan amount u give me a calling pay loan.
          Money has been debited from my account recently.

          I received SMS from Axis Bank for the debit of money.

          I don't understand what the hell is going on and why Axis bank has debited the money.

          Sincerely, Axis Bank is pathetic and doesn't care for costumers.

            I have never activated that card though any pin but on dated 06/07/17. I received a massage of balance due for rupees 11355.               One of their executive called me for axis bank credit for at least 20 times before 25 days and collected documents before 20 days of my workplace in naroda gidc.
              And now they are not even receiving my phone call and also not able to tell me what they did with my doc's. I want to # that bloody telecalling system. And now they talking with me in bad manners.

                I have taken home loan vide loan no : phr[protected] from axis bank and given nach mandate and same registered in my bank (Bank of baroda), on the date of emi, i found that my emi has not deducted from my bank so i have contacted to axis bank, shivalik branch, at that time axis bank inform me that the transaction of emi has been rejected by bob and given me umrn no but not given me transaction id no, so i went to bob and produce umrn no and say why the tranction rejected, in reply bob said that they have not received any transaction for this and if any transction made by axis bank so give me transaction id.

                I contact axis bank once again for transaction id but axis bank insist me to fillup new ach mandate but not given me transaction id for earlier transaction. So i doubt that they have not send any transaction and irritate me.

                Wheneve i call to customer center they advice me to go to branch, but sir, i am a service man so how can i go to branch everyday.

                So i request to axis bank to produce me transaction id no so that i can process with my bank.

                    Getting abusive humiliating & harassment calls from axis bank, credit card is right off long back, due of 32000 is pending asked for settlement when had funds they denied now informed cannot make payment due to few personal reasons. Agency people are calling at my workplace. I am getting calls back to back. They making random calls to people. I'm frustrated. And now ill be lodging a police complaint against the agency bank & filing a case.

                      I am a low risk customer for this axis bank and i have my savings account under this from 2010. I also have my credit card which had its expiry date in june 2017.
                      But it has been 2 months i did not receive my new credit card instead it was dispatched to my old address and now again it has been returned back. I have already updated my current address in the mobile banking site online but when i call the customer care, they say that only old address is visible for them in the credit card section. It means savings account has already updated the new address not the credit card.

                      It is quite obvious that when a person updates his current address... It should be reflected every section either it is savings or credit card department. When i can do it online, why should i go to the bank and ask them to update it on my behalf?
                      I have already submitted a customer request in the nearest axis bank (Btm layout bangalore) but it seems that its not done yet. They did not even give me the customer request number to track it, neither i got any message to my mobile.

                      One more shameful thing i noticed was, we can update the current address if we could upload the followings online to support the current address - adhaar card, passport, dl
                      Just tell me - just to update my current address, should i go to the passport or driving license department to update my address first? Sounds funny! I may stay at my current address only for 2 or 3 months... After i may shift to new location. So every time i should update my dl or adhar cards?
                      Can't the axis bank have my permanent address proof as a valid proof document to renew my new credit card?

                      Just i can say that its disgusting experience with axis bank credit card department and still they could not solve my problem.
                      In fact... No one knows what to do for this issue (Which i noticed in 2 axis bank branches!) as they just ask me to talk to customer care, which i did so many times!

                          I had made online transactions with amazon.in using axis bank debit card ending with 8969. The above mentioned products were returned on 23rd and 24th of june 2017 and refund was processed by amazon but i have not yet received any refund.

                          I have already made a complaint of the same few days back but it has been of no help.

                              I am maintaining my load from 2014.
                              I had my top up also.
                              Last two months like 7th july and 14th may i got my penalty amount rs 575 on each month.
                              But i have maintain my emi on 5th itself.

                              Before that their support team will guided me like "i need to maintain the emi on 5th. If the amount will credited on 5th evening on my account is that ok for you. It never goes to penalty part"

                              I am having my salary account on axis bank only. I also received my salary on 5th only.
                              I have maintain my emi for past 3 years on 5th only.

                              But for now their support team simply said "need to maintain on 4'th itself or will maintain before on 5th 12 pm"
                              But this information is not delivered me properly.

                              I really bad about this.

                              Kindly ask them to revert my penalty (For these two months) to my account. Here after i will maintain the emi amount on 1st itself.

                                  Hi team,

                                  I had taken car loan from axis bank for an amount rs 450000. My car cost was rs 620000. So i transferred rs 170000 to axis bank account as provided by axis bank car loan department employees. This transfer happened on 16th june 2017.

                                  We had to cancel the loan. So, since then i have been following up for refund of my money (1.7 lac) back to my axis bank account.

                                  I have been sending mails for my status. But unfortunately i am not receiving any clear answers.

                                  Can someone look into this issue. I am an axis bank salaried account holder and i have been very disappointed by the kind of service provided by the bank.

                                    But all of a sudden what happen that you guys have decreased to 24k now.

                                      I am not able to talk with customer service from past 2 months for emergency need. Have tried all helpline numbers. No response... I have sent mail also.. No response... Always getting error message back... Now they changed their toll free helpline numbers and also charge for that.. Then dont know why they debit service charges from account.. Still getting technical issue whever i connect.. Worst service ever

                                        I transferred Rs.8000/- through IMPS on 03.07.17 to Standard charted Bank ( Mr. Kalpesh Vyas ). However, it is debited from account but not received on other end.

                                        I had opened a savings account in Vijanagar Branch of BANGALORE in 2015.Due to non maintainance of minimum balance my account is now reflecting a a negative balance of 17, 000 INR.
                                        Inspite of reverted calls to the bank regarding the issue no action has been yet taken place.
