I have taken home loan vide loan no : phr[protected] from axis bank and given nach mandate and same registered in my bank (Bank of baroda), on the date of emi, i found that my emi has not deducted from my bank so i have contacted to axis bank, shivalik branch, at that time axis bank inform me that the transaction of emi has been rejected by bob and given me umrn no but not given me transaction id no, so i went to bob and produce umrn no and say why the tranction rejected, in reply bob said that they have not received any transaction for this and if any transction made by axis bank so give me transaction id.
I contact axis bank once again for transaction id but axis bank insist me to fillup new ach mandate but not given me transaction id for earlier transaction. So i doubt that they have not send any transaction and irritate me.
Wheneve i call to customer center they advice me to go to branch, but sir, i am a service man so how can i go to branch everyday.
So i request to axis bank to produce me transaction id no so that i can process with my bank.
Axis Bank customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
unnecesary charges amt of Rs 2.16 has been deducted from my account.
